Louange à Allah et prière et paix sur le messager d’Allah et sur sa famille et ses compagnons Allah  a dit dans sa précise révélation : “Il est, parmi les croyants, des hommes qui ont été sincères dans leur engagement envers Allah. Certain d’entre eux ont atteint leur fin, et d’autres attendent encore; et ils n’ont varié aucunement (dans leur engagement)” al-Ahzab verset 23 Et le messager d’Allah  a dit : “Le meilleur mode de vie est celui d’un homme tenant les rênes de son cheval dans le sentier d’Allah. Se précipitant sur son dos. Chaque fois qu’il entend un cri d’effroi ou de secours il s’y précipite sur son cheval. Cherchant la mort ou à se faire tuer, où que ce soit…” (sounan ibn Majah chapitre dissensions partieSolitude) Depuis la mort du frère Al-Moujahid Mohammed Merah, qui est connu chez nous sous Yousef Al-Faransi, à Toulouse le 22 de ce mois-ci, les medias des mécréants n’ont pas cessé de diffuser des mensonges et des calomnies sur la personne du frère Mohammed Merah. L’ennemi à essayé, par la promotion de ses contre-vérités, de déformer l’image du frère et de le présenter au commun des musulmans et au monde comme un jeune insouciant qui souffre de problèmes psychologiques qui l’ont poussé à porter les armes et à faire ce qu’il a fait. Désespérés qu’ils sont, Qu’Allah les extermine “La haine certes s’est manifestée dans leur bouches, mais ce que leurs poitrines cachent est encore plus énorme” Allah a dit sur eux”S’ils vous dominent, ils seront des ennemis pour vous et étendront en mal leurs mains et leurs langues vers vous; et ils aimeraient que vous deveniez mécréants.“ L’énormité des mensonges qui ont été dit contre Al-Moujahid et le martyr Yousef, qu’Allah lui fasse miséricorde, dévoilent l’ampleur de la haine qui a remplie les cœurs des mécréants envers lui, et cela n’est pas une chose étrange, parce que Yousef leur a fait subir la mort et a piétiné leur fausse fierté quand Allah lui a accorder d’accomplir ce à qu’Il n’a pas accordé à d’autre que lui. Et puisque j’ai connu le frère de près et je me suis assis avec lui à de nombreuses occasions, et j’étais même, pour un court laps de temps, un de ses mentors, je pense qu’il est de mon devoir de défendre l’honneur de mon frère que les chiens ont mutilé, et d’essayer de lever la confusion sur la réalité de ce qu’il pensait et sur les motifs qu’ils l’ont conduit à mener des opérations en France. J’ai rencontré Yousef pour la première fois lorsqu’il est venu nous rendre visite en compagnie d’autres frères, et au cours de nos bavardages j’ai remarqué qu’il ne maîtrisait pas la langue des arabes et il essayait difficilement de faire comprendre aux frères ce qu’il avait en tête. quand je l’ai interrogé sur sa langue maternelle et qu’il m’a rependu que c’était le français je lui directement parlé dans sa langue que je connaissais… les traits de son visage se sont illuminés en souriant et il s’est lancé en me parlant et en me demandant de l’aider à traduire le sens de ses paroles aux autres… et par son accent du sud j’ai estimé qu’il était de Marseille mais il m’a dit qu’il était de Toulouse. Depuis lors, notre relation s’est renforcée et il me rendait visite tous les jours, ce qui m’a permis de bien le connaitre… Mon frère Yousef n’était pas quelqu’un d’insouciant ni de perturbé, mais c’était un jeune qui a grandi dans le pays des mécréants et il n’a connu dans son enfance que Aljahiliya (ignorance) et l’obscurité qui enveloppe la vie des mécréants en occident. Et il ne fait aucun doute que cette obscurité affecte négativement l’âme de tout humain peu import le degré de son rang, mais elle disparaît comme disparaissent ses traces si Allah guide l’âme confuse à la foi en Allah et en ses messagers, et elle devient inexistante en celle-ci, si elle n’est pas enraciné par une croyance dans l’âme… et celui qui ne connait pas l’obscurité de Aljahiliya (ignorance) ne peut pas très bien estimer la lumière de la guidance dont il jouie… Dans l’histoire des musulmans des noms ont brillé en laissant des traces qui ne s’effacent pas après qu’ils étaient dans une grande jahiliya, certains d’eux sont promis aux paradis, et certains d’eux sont parmi les leaders des conquêtes , comme Omar ibn Al-Khattâb et Khalid ibn Al-Walid et Amr ibn Al-‘As qu’Allah les agrée, et beaucoup d’autres, et personne ne les a blâmé pour leurs défauts dans l’époque de la Jahiliya, et personne n’a diminué de leur importance dans l’islam. Le frère Yousef et un jeune homme que l’amour d’Allah a rempli tout son être, et son cœur s’est attaché à l’islam et au coran. et il a vu l’injustice et les tueries que vivait sa communauté musulmane, et c’est alors que la fureur et la jalousie se sont révoltées en lui… et j’ai senti cela en lui lorsque nous évoquions la condition des musulmans dans le monde et en particulier en Palestine, à chaque fois il combattait les expressions en les supportant pour que ses yeux ne versent pas de larmes, mais il ne réussissait pas toujours. Mon frère Yousef est un jeune homme sensible avec de tendres sentiments, il aimait réciter le coran malgré qu’il ne comprenait pas tous ces sens, et il portait toujours avec lui son coran muni de la traduction de ses sens en français le récitant nuit et jour et il ne l’a pas quitté sauf quand il est parti sachant que nous avions besoin de lui. Un jeune homme tranquille, il ne contestait personne, et il détestait la controverse même s’il avait raison, et il ne mangeait que très peu en délaissant le meilleur de la nourriture, et il ne se laissait pas provoquer par les convoitises et les désires… dans ses paroles et ses actes tu savais qu’il humiliait son âme, et il l’apprivoisait avec une manière sportive que seuls les grands connaisseurs d’Allah peuvent y arriver. Lorsqu’il a pris conscience de la nécessité du Jihad et de son obligation il ne s’est pas appesanti sur terre et il n’a pas invoqué l’excuse d’impuissance et de manque d’argent, mais il a plutôt relevé ses manches et il s’est lancé sur terre à la recherche d’un chemin qui le conduirait à n’importe quel frontière parmi les frontières du Jihad pour s’acquitté de son devoir et de s’innocenter devant son Seigneur… Son parcours dans cette voie a été long, il nous l’a raconté avec en appuie des images sur son ordinateur. De l’Egypte au Chaam puis en Palestine où il a visité bayt Almaqdis (mosquée d’Al-Aqsa) où il a prié, après cela vers le Kurdistan d’Irak puis vers le Tadjikistan où il a pu avoir un visa pour entrer en Afghanistan et y rester cherchant qui pouvait l’aider à rejoindre les Talibans, mais il n’a pas réussi puisqu’on l’a soupçonné, et les apostats Afghans l’ont conduit dans une base américaine. Youssef a réussi a écarté de lui toute suspicion vu qu’il jouissait d’un contrôle de soi même et d’un pouvoir de camouflage et une capacité de diversion, et il a quitté la base des américains après avoir pris des photos de leurs véhicules et leurs blindés de l’intérieur de la voiture des apostats. De l’Afghanistan il est revenu en France où il a demandé un visa pour le Pakistan en pré****ant le commerce, et cette fois ci Allah lui a permis de rencontrer des gens à Islamabad qui l’ont conduit aux talibans qui à leur tour lui ont facilité l’arrivée aux zones tribales, où il a fini par rejoindre notre katiba (bataillon). Mon frère Youssef n’est pas un égoïste ou un passionné comme les medias voudraient le présenter, mais il est comme je l’ai connu un jeune homme sérieux et portait en lui de grandes préoccupations et une importante mission. et il avait un très bon niveau d’intelligence et de spontanéité, et il maitrisait l’utilisation de l’ordinateur équipé d’un système d’exploitation Linux que je ne connaissais pas, et je n’ai pas réussi à me servir de l’Appel Mac qu’il avait avec lui alors que lui l’utilisait d’une manière professionnelle et il disposait de nombreux programmes parmi les plus important était un programme de montage de vidéos. Il était également un grand amateur de photographie et il portait avec lui une camera Panasonic Full HD avec une grande définition 14,2 Megapixel, il a dit qu’il avait dépensé une somme pas mal pour l’acheter en France. Et cette camera est toujours chez les Moudjahidines, nous l’utilisons pour filmer et nous prions Allah de le récompenser et de l’élever au plus haut degré du paradis. Quand à son amour pour les armes nous pourrions en parler sans cesse, un de nos frères m’a raconté que lorsqu’il est arrivé au camp d’entrainement constitutif il a montré un grand désir d’acquérir des armes et Il voulait obtenir les plus impeccables et les plus solides en plus de porter les lances grenades “Narijak” et différentes munitions, et il donnait beaucoup d’attention et de soin à son arme, et il y faisait attention comme si elle était une partie de son corps…

Alhamdulillah the Rabb of the mustadh’afin (the weak people) and He is the One Who honours and helps them, as well as humiliates and destroys the mushrikeen and the munafiqeen. I say salawatand salam to the Messenger for the whole worlds, the Prophet who was blessed and prepared to confront al-malhamah. I also say salam to his family, sahabahs and his followers until the end-times,ama ba’d:
The existence of i’lam (information media) and especially the jihadii’lam can never stop until the Judgment Day. The position of the media becomes very important as a broadcasting andmanhaj-raising tool in making the program of the da’i or jama’ahsuccessful.
Sometimes the callers of truth or jama’ah experience unedurable recession caused by internal and external factors, thus psychological readiness on the part of the callers or jama’ah is required to mend this problem and overcome the obstructors so as to remain firm in voicing out the truth until it can influence the hearts of the people.
Due to that, it is hoped that all forms of bad prejudices against every individual who rises up to unite in the field of i’lam can be minimized, and then try to remind them to improve (at-tashih) their work and understand the field of this job. We must believe that every one of our ansar have a good intention in the framework of helping His Dien and trying get himself positioned in the fortress from the many varieties of fortress of Islam, which includes the fortress of al-i’lam which now becomes an influential and most dangerous weapon in this critical phase throughout the history of conflict between us and our enemies.
The external factors for this recession are the blockades that strike the jihadi i’lam deeds which work to restrict and obstruct the moving space of the ikhwans. I am not overstating if the i’lam war is really happening. The enemies are using all methods and technologies that could endanger and injure us and that could distance the public from us, where today they are very intensely doing it, compared to the past.
The internet networks was invented by the enemy as a tool for sorcery, and then they realized that the internet became an important tool to change everything, so much so that with it, destruction takes place on Earth for the sake of their interests to confine freedom, rob the wealth and destroy the values of the nations especially the Muslim nation.
However, Allah is the All-Determiner with His Wills, He unleashes the hidden soldiers whom the enemy did not portend. These invisible soldiers right away seized and triggered those weapons and immediately shot right back at the necks of the enemies of Allah. The invisible soldiers changed the internet network to become a backfired weapon that terrifies the enemies of Allah, changing the activities of the war and killing off the goals proclaimed by their institutions which, despite looking strong in the eyes of the majority of mankind, but in truth are weak.
The internal factors for the recession of the works of the ansar are on the weakening of the conviction that should have been continually sustainable, the unreadiness to become the hidden soldiers and the doubts that they are not on the right fortress but only as if they on a temporal fortress of fantasy. Whereas, there cannot be any doubt at all that the arena of i’lam is a right fortress.
The majority of us also believe that, uniting in the arena of i’lam is only as a nafilatul amal (sunnah ibaadah) or only limited as a part-time job, a snappy activity, a meaningless routine or at most limiting oneself to following the postings by feeling stingy to pray do’a for the author, let alone to contribute useful commentaries to a topic as a broadening of the knowledge horizon and the development of a discussion.
As long as we do not have full confidence that we are the trueansar, we are the “garments” for our Mujahideen brothers and that this deed is a deed that is fardhu ain as opposed to amal nafilah,which we may or may not do as we like…, I say to those who are not convinced and where this understanding has not permeated into their souls, we will only become elements of the ansar that give rise to negative impacts, in fact we could even become the thorns in the arena of jihadi i’lam and we do not produce anything except mirages.
We are all leaders and we will all be asked accountability for our leaderships, it is time we prepare to face and receive the big challenge. Allah is always with us and He never wastes the reward of the best deeds.
I have emphasized what I am saying in the previous paragraph, i.e. the internet is not the only tool that we have in the arena of jihadii’lam, even though it is the most quick and effective means. There are means other than the internet, though traditional it is able to meet the needs and bear good results while waiting for the subsequent displacement of many of the obstacles. If indeed obstacles are very disturbing, then we could go back using the internet as a tool that is easily operated.
The ansar should also plunge into the arena of da’wah, occupying themselves with i’dad that is good, targeted and comprehensive. The situation today is getting complicated and chances are getting slimmer, whereas we need the extra strength and expansion of work. This is what requires us to invite all ansar and the Mujahideen to endeavour seriously, namely by crowding all the available fortresses for the expediency of our da’wah in the framework of purifying the manhaj for those souls who still want to be the victims of the Jewish-Crusader media and victims of the Crusader’s education. We get down to save and lift them out from the quagmire and then galvanize them so as to become the forces of al-haq and battalion of al-iman who would immediately speed toward the arena of jihad and martyrdom.
Now in front of us clearly lies the field of i’dad, the arena of tarbiyahand the construction of infrastructure that have many branches of specialization. Imbibe all the branches of knowledge as maximal as possible and be the experts in every art of science and field. However, if the ability of the enemy cannot be outmatched, then indeed Allah is Most High, He is able to open up for us the other abilities, thus we can weaken the enemies who hamper in front of our faces. This Earth of Allah is spacious, the arena of righteous deeds also unfolds extensively and numerously, let’s not narrow ourselves over what Allah has made spacious. Because on every good deed and seriousness, the sincerity of intention for AllahTa’ala is required, so it will not vanish but its rewards will remain perfect with Allah and Allah will make this deed as a goodness that is beneficial for mankind.
Walk upon the barakah (blessings) of Allah, do not despair and be sad because Allah Ta’ala never forgets, and He Knows all things unseen, nothing escapes His supervision. He is the One Who is capable of crushing the mouths of our enemies, and every one who takes advantage of this mimbars will undoubtedly strengthen and add to the ansar and supporters which causes the enemies to lose.
It is a part of the sunatullah, sometimes we recede and stumble, but we will never be destroyed and we never ever die. Victory andtamkin (state of being well-established – ed.) must be traversed with trials and and tsabat (consistency).
Salawat and salam from Allah and His barakah be upon our leader Muhammad, his family and the entire sahabahs.
The end of our call is by saying al-hamdulillaahirabbil ‘aalamiin.

فالحديث عن الإعلام عامة والإعلام الجهادي خاصة لا يمكن أن يتوقف حتى تقوم الساعة، كونه يُعتبر من أهم وسائل التبليغ والتأثير في المحيط الذي يتحرك فيه الداعية أو الجماعة قصد تبليغ منهجها ونشره.

وقد تمر فترات على الداعية أو الجماعة التي ينتمي إليها يكون فيها مردود الدعوة ضعيفاً ، لأسباب ذاتية أو داخلية وأخرى خارجية، مما يستدعي إعلان حالة استنفار داخل نفسية هذا الداعية أو كيان هذه الجماعة لمحاولة تدارك الأمر وتجاوز هذه العقبات لتستمر الدعوة قوية ونافذة في قلوب الخلق.

لا ينبغي أن نسيء الظن فيمن ينهض لإعلان هذا الاستنفار وتنبيه من معه من الإخوة للبدء في عملية التصحيح والتدارك هذه، فنحن ينبغي أن يكون اعتقادنا بأن كل أنصاري لديه نية طيبة لنصرة دينه والوقوف على ثغر من ثغور الإسلام المتعددة ومنها الثغر الإعلامي الذي صار من أمضى الأسلحة وأخطرها في هذه المرحلة الحرجة من عمر الصراع الدائر بيننا وبين أعدائنا.

هناك عوامل خارجية تساهم في تثبيط الإخوة وخلق نوع من الفتور لديهم،

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيمالحمد لله وحده نعبده ولا نشرك به شيئاً نتوكل عليه وننيب أمرنا إليه، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف خلقه أجمعين، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن اهتدى بهديه منذ خلق الله آدم وإلى يوم الدين، وبعد نسأل الله سبحانه أن يهدي المسلمين ليقوموا بواجباتهم اتجاه دينهم وأمتهم، فقد والله يحز في نفوسنا أن نرى ونسمع بعض شبهات الأعداء والمثبطين والمخذلين لا زالت تنطلي عليهم وتأخذ لها مكاناً في عقول أبناء الأمة وتنتشر على ألسنتهم بدون وعي ولا إدراك لمراميها الخبيثة، وهذا بالرغم من الواقع الواضح والمرير الذي يبين ويكشف حقيقة هؤلاء الأعداء ومدى فظاعة جرائمهم بحق المسلمين صباح مساء، جرائم في حق أطفال رضع وآخرون لم يبلغوا الحلم بعد ونساء عفيفات لا ناقة لهن ولا جمل فيما يدور من حروب بيننا وبينهم وشيوخ عجزة ومساجد ومصاحف، كل هذا لم يسلم من بطشهم وتخريبهم ، ثم حينما يقوم واحد من آحاد المسلمين أو جماعة منهم لينتقموا لبعض هذه الجرائم ويشفوا صدور قوم مؤمنين ، نجد الكثير من أبناء هذه الأمة هم أو من يقوم ويصرخ ويتبرأ من هذه الأعمال البطولية ويدّعون الفهم والفقه بأن ما قام به هؤلاء سيضر بمصالح المسلمين داخل ديار الكفار، وسيمنع انتشار الدعوة في بلاد الغرب وغيرها من الشبهات التي فات عليها الزمن وأقبرناها منذ زمن وأشبعها علماؤنا – السلف والخلف – تحليلاً وتوضيحاً ودحضاً ونسفاً. فهذا الغرب الصليبي – حكومات وشعوباً – يعتبرون أهل حرب ، وعليه فلا ينبغي أن نطبق عليهم أحكام أهل الذمة أو المعاهدين ، ومن هنا يسهل على المتتبع والسائل أن يفهم مقاصد وغايات هذه العمليات أو الغزوات التي يقوم بها بعض الإخوة من حين لآخر في عقر ديار هؤلاء الصليبيين، ولو تمعن هذا المشكك في هذه العمليات لأدرك أن هناك دولاً من بلاد الغرب لم تكن يوماً ما هدفاً للمجاهدين، لكونهم غير محاربين لنا بل قد تجد فيهم بعض الإنصاف بخصوص قضايا المسلمين أو على الأقل هناك حياد واضح من جانبهم ، فلا يستقيم شرعاً ولا عقلاً أن يقوم المجاهدون باستهدافهم ما داموا على هذا الموقف. نرجو من الإخوة – قبل طرح أي شبهة ومحاولة إحيائها في هذه الفترة الحرجة من عمر حربنا مع الأعداء – أن يقوموا ببعض المجهود للبحث والاطلاع على هذه البحوث والمقالات والكتب التي تجيب عن هذه الشبهات قبل عرضها هنا أو هناك، فإنهم سيجدون ضالتهم وكل الإجابات المطلوبة عن هذه الشبهات، فيوفروا بهذا على إخوانهم عناء الرد وتفادي الجدال وإعادة ما قيل، لنتفرغ لما هو أهم ونتقدم ولو خطوات قليلة في اتجاه تحرير هذه الأمة وتحريض المؤمنين للقيام بواجباتهم الكبرى وملئ الفراغ الموجود وسد كل الثغرات في الجبهات المتعددة، كما أننا سنسحب البساط من تحت أقدام أعداء الأمة فنقلب سحرهم عليهم ونرد كيدهم إلى نحورهم وننسف كل ما ينسجونه من شبهات وشكوك حول غايات ديننا العظيم وتشويه للطوائف المجاهدة لعزلها عن الأمة وتقليل سوادها في المرحلة الأولى ليسهل عليهم ضربها في المرحلة المقبلة. ولعل ما يتعرض له إعلامنا الجهادي ومحاولاتهم المتكررة اليائسة لمنع منابرنا من العمل والنشاط، يعتبر خير دليل على أن هذه المنابر قد أصابتهم في مقتل ، وأنها قد كشفت مكائدهم ونسفت شبهاتهم وبينت عوارهم وكل مكرهم الذي يمكرونه بالليل والنهار وفي السر والعلن من أجل إيقاف هذا الوعي الجهادي الذي بدأ يسري وينتشر في الأمة، ويعتبر هذا جزء من حربهم المعلنة على هذا الدين، ولو كان دور هذه المنتديات هيناً وغير ذا قيمة لما سخَّروا كل هذه الإمكانيات الجبارة والجنود المجندة من أجل إيقافه أو تشويهه، فلا نكونن عوناً لهم في نشر ما يريدون من تلك الشبهات القديمة التي تُنشر كلما نفذت وسائلهم الأخرى لحرب هذا الدين العظيم فنكون بهذا عوامل مثبطة ومعاول هدم في جسد هذه الأمة المباركة. والله نسأل أن يوفق المخلصين لما فيه الخير والصلاح، وأن يستحضر كل واحد منا عظم المسؤولية الملقاة على عواتقنا وعظم الأجر والثواب الذي ينتظر العاملين والمضحين في سبيل نصرة هذا الدين عند ربهم الكريم. والحمد لله رب العالمين. أخوكم :أبو سعد العاملي غفر الله له.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Remarks Regarding the Latest Fabricated Report of the Kabul Regime’s Notorious Intelligence Agency"

The notorious intelligence agency of the stooge Kabul regime claimed yesterday that it had captured several Mujahideen on Kabul-Jalalabad main highway in Qarghi district of Laghman province who wanted to carryout martyrdom attacks. To give authenticity to their claim, they paraded several actors two of whom were also dressed in women attire in front of the camera lenses of the media. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly rejects this claim which was also published in some media outlets and considers such spectacles the work the former communist agents inside the so called National Directorate of Intelligence who have a very long history of designing plots and propaganda against the Mujahideen and the Muslims. Alongside categorically rejecting this fabrication, we also state that none of our Mujahideen have been detained in Nangarhar, Laghman or Herat provinces in the past twenty four hours. Since the tactical operations of Mujahideen have broken all the security barriers of the enemy and there has been an influx of infiltration, causing a breakout of mistrust which has shattered their military moral, therefore the enemy has resorted to such fabricated moments in order to reassure its frightened colleagues and momentarily turn the attention of the media away from their successive defeats. Is it practical for a rational person to actually believe that a squad Mujahideen who have prepared for a collective martyrdom operation would dress in women clothing and hand themselves over to the enemy alive? Such comical theatrics are neither believable to anyone nor are the Mujahideen so weak that they execute their Jihadi operations with such laughable tactics. The publication department of Islamic Emirate would like to call on all the media outlets especially audio and video branches to avoid damaging their credibility by publishing such fabrications of the enemy. It would be better for them to adhere to the norms of journalism in their journalistic endeavor and not stain their profession by playing the role of mouthpiece for the intelligence of the stooge regime in the cloths of a journalist.
