After the early Islamic era and the evanescent reign of Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi (who dealt a crushing defeat at European crusaders), the Ottoman caliphate was marvelous and unparalleled. They safeguarded Islam and the Muslims for four hundred years.
The present boundaries of the Muslim countries have been  made possible  as of this day,  thanks to their Jihad and unstinted sacrifices.
Other Muslims were neglectful of  this responsibility. Only the Othoman were vigilant and fulfilled it. But fraud and conspiracies of the enemies of Islam contributed to disintegration of this glorious caliphate,  causing irreparable loss and tragedy. On one hand,  the Muslims were deprived from their political stronghold and on the other hand, they lost their first Kiblah (i.e. Jerusalem) and it fell into the hands of Zionist occupiers. It is still under their control and the oppressed Muslims of Palestine are forced to live under squalid  conditions.
For more than a century, the Muslims of the world have been   victims of attacks and invasions of  infidel colonial powers of the world. They do not leave Muslims to forge ahead towards peace and prosperity in the light of the rules and regulations of the holy religion of Islam; to follow Islamic values and morals in their countries and to implement the Islamic Sharia laws and tenets. This is the reason that for the last century the whole Islamic Umma has been passing through a collective social unrest and distress.
The present Islamic world, comprising of 50 smaller or larger states, is mostly under the control of the colonial powers. They are sucking the blood of the Muslims and have trained tens of Karzais among the Muslims to safeguard their malicious interests. Everywhere in the world, whosoever abide by pure Islam and is faithful to the high interests of the people, has been removed from power with prizes of millions of dollars on their heads. If we ignore the remaining world and just look at to the past one and half decade of our own country, we find how the control and supremacy of the Islamic ruling was  thorn in the  flesh of America. The renaissance of Islam in our homeland was intolerable for her. The American colonialism could not bear to see  the candle of Islam remain burning here; that lingual, ethnic and national differences should come to an end and that the suppressed and miserable Afghan nation  fuse into a central and unified force.
They feared if the Islamic Sharia brings peace and justice in Afghanistan, people in other parts of the world would ask for this kind of system and it would turn their vagrant  and treacherous  way of life meaningless. So they decided to put out   rays of this light.
Full of this malicious thought, America and European allied decided to attack Afghanistan from far-flung area. They united the forces of the whole non-Muslim world and invaded Afghanistan. This invasion which took place both from air and on the ground was the greatest march of its kind. It was not only confined to military invasion but was accompanied by propaganda war, economic and political invasion as well.
Then observers said that it was the war between the weakest and the strongest with a great imbalance of power between them.  The observers predicted that American would suffocate  the life of the poor Afghan people and the ever free Afghanistan would lose the blessing of freedom forever. The Afghan nation will be deprived of the spirit of Islam and independence. But it was against the will of Allah   the Almighty. Instead,  His will was that the history of Afghanistan should remain fraught with love of faith, courage, bravery and heroism. It was the will of Allah that America and its puppets are to be debased and disgraced to the extent that not only the future history of Afghanistan will become splendid with glory but also bring an inspiration of freedom and independence to all the oppressed peoples and communities of the 21st century. Yes, by the will and support of Allah, America is no more a super power; instead it is a  state on descent. Overall,  we can say that she is no more the America as she was before 2001.
Fortunately, today not only in Afghanistan but in all oppressed lands of the world, the dawn of freedom has arisen. Gone are the days when from east to west a great uproar and tumult of American invasion was ringing. Now the day has come that America has fell down from her pride and is desperately trying to flee.
So in these aspiring moments the Afghans are giving the good news to all the oppressed nations that;
America is no more as she was. She is on the edge of decline and breakdown. It is quite near that her pride will fall and the statue of its tyranny will collapse. And it is never  a hard  task for Allah to do.

Хвала Аллаху! Мы воздаём Ему хвалу, просим Его о помощи и прощении и прибегаем к Аллаху от зла наших душ и наших дурных дел. Никому не сбить с пути тех, кого Аллах вывел на правильный путь, а тем, кого Он вводит в заблуждение, никто не укажет правильного пути. Свидетельствую, что нет бога, кроме одного лишь Аллаха, у которого нет сотоварища, и свидетельствую, что Мухаммад – Его раб и Его посланник, и да благословляет Аллах его самого, членов его семьи, его сподвижников и тех, кто последовал за ними с чистыми сердцами, и да приветствует Он всех их многократно вплоть до самого Дня воскресения. Хочется затронуть немаловажную тему для мусульман Дагестана, я не говорю о всех жителях республики, так же эта тема не коснулась всяких сектантов типа: суфиев, такфиритов, «крачковских», Мы поговорим о группе людей, которая с успехом набирает обороты в нашей республике. Так же мы заглянем в историю и увидим им подобных, возможно те, которых мы встретим в истории и современные персонажи не сошлись бы во многих вопросах не только в фикхе, но и в акьиде. Тем не менее цель у них общая, и управляют ими люди с общими интересами. Я назвал их персонажами потому что они играют роль, в нашем случае, они играют роль умеренных саляфитов, с виду лозунг хорош, ведь мусульманин должен быть умеренным т.е. не должен быть чрезмерным. Но когда ту самую меру устанавливают люди, которые захватили наши земли и уничтожают мусульман, то этот лозунг сразу же теряет свою красоту и притягательность. Я говорю о тех, кто помогает оккупантам против тех, кто не согласен с оккупацией наших земель и эта несогласность проявляется не только в крутых словах за чашкой чая (на них и внимания не обратят). Они помогают оккупантам против тех, кто уже понял, что никакие столы переговоров не прогонят захватчика и не установят закон Аллаха на этой земле. Прогонит их Аллах посредством джихада, история показывала нам подобное. А столы переговоров могут дать только положение как в секторе газа. То, что они и двинуться без разрешения «Израиля» не могут известно всем. А так же не лишним будет упомянуть слова Имама Шамиля: «Родную землю, захваченную врагом, не вернуть мирным путем, за нее надо бороться». В нашем обществе они появились не так давно, с того момента, как правительство поняло что суфизм не интересует молодежь. Молодежь прислушивалась к лицам которые вне (тагутского) закона, и тут решили использовать людей, которые будут внедрять политически выгодные им идеи, но другими методами и будут называть это другими именами. Пришли они в наше общество с красивыми бородами, в арабских халатах, у некоторых были даже арабские платки на голове, с виду все красиво, ведь некоторая молодежь лучше воспримет информацию от человека, который соблюдает сунну, в разговоре перескакивает на арабскую речь затем переводит это на русский, одет не в костюм с галстуком, а в одежду арабов, в некоторых вопросах ссылается не на своего дедушку, как делают суфии, а на ученного человека, и даже критикует суфиев! Все эти факторы подкрепляя друг друга произведут впечатление на невежественного человека, даже если они будут говорить откровенную чушь. Но те, чьи сердца ведет Аллах по прямому пути сорвут маски с этих клоунов, разоблачат их козни и козни их хозяев. О те, чьи сердца уклонились в сторону, вас ожидает та же участь что и тех, кто был до вас имея  такие же цели. Для тех кто знает историю не будет секретом то, что враги на протяжении многих лет пользовались так называемыми мусульманскими учеными, например «муфтий» Таджудин Мустафин и другие «ученые» были засланы с Крыма и Казани для разоблачений «неправильного» манхаджа Имама Шамиля и разъяснения людям «правильного» манхаджа, но их идеи провалились и царские власти были вынуждены вернуть их обратно. Прошло время, и когда оккупанты окончательно решили покорить народы Кавказа, они организовали съезд мусульман Дагестана. Съезд состоялся 20 ноября 1923 года, решили что советская власть поступает правильно, разделяя религию от земной власти. А так же рекомендую прочесть следующее письмо и понять что история повторяется, лишь названия меняются. «Съезд духовенства и шейхов горного Дагестана в числе 76 человек приветствует тебя, Вождь великой армии трудящихся, освобождающей весь мир от цепей рабства и позора. Мы верим победе твоей армии, мы верим, что мусульманство с помощью твоей армии освободится от насилия. Мы вместе с нашей беднотой ждём твоего выздоровления, мы будем помогать твоей армии. Выбранный съездом председатель шейх Кахибский». Комментировать не стоит. Когда сопротивление удалось погасить, эти «алимы» стали ненужны их хозяину, кого-то отправили на заслуженный «курорт» в Сибирь, кого-то просто расстреляли. И сейчас мы видим «комиссию по адаптации боевиков к мирной жизни» я предпочитаю ее называть «комиссия по отвращению муджахидов от джихада», в нее входят люди разных профессий, есть и те которые называют себя алимами, они распространяют «правильный саляфитский» манхадж  среди людей,  и все это тогда, когда оккупанты поняли что физическим путем ситуацию не изменить, на джихад выходит все больше мусульман. Все больше правительственных фатв мы слышим от представителей «правильного» манхаджа, не говорю об этих умниках которые отучились несколько лет и распространяют различного рода ересь, я говорю об их учителях, которых называют большими учеными, которых рекламируют на различных арабских каналах, в тот момент как тем кто знает не меньше их, но не говорит в угоду правителю, даже не подпускают к радио эфиру. Обычно такие сидят в тюрьмах, либо их просто убивают. Представители «правильного» манхаджа забыли, как Чечня была засыпана фатвами о джихаде, забыли они то время, как Афганистан был засыпан фатвами, но спустя некоторое время все изменилось, муджахиды названы хавариджами, джихад назван фитной, кафиры и муртады названы правителями… Мы не видим изменений кроме как между правителями арабских стран и правителями оккупантов, они заключили различные торговые договора, обогащают друг друга нашим имуществом и это причины по которым джихад перестал быть им? Это предательство уммы! Хвала Аллаху остались ученыемуслисы, которые непреклонны перед кафирами и разъясняют истину не боясь их! Что касается этой “комиссии по адаптации” представителей которой – гордо называют «ахлю сунна», а точнее Ассоциация алимов Ахлю-с-Сунна в Дагестане (АААС). С того момента как я услышал о ней, мне сразу стало ясно, что они из себя представляют. Сразу в голову пришли эпизоды из книг по истории, пришли в голову те имена, которые я вписал сюда немного выше. История повторяется, мы должны учиться на ошибках, если мы не будем учиться на ошибках тех, кто был до нас, то нам придется вкушать беды от собственных ошибок. Эти люди, которые называют себя алимами, ведут идеологическую борьбу с исламом, они защищают оккупантов, призывают чтить их законы. Тем, кого Аллах облагодельствовал правильным путем, поймут ложность их призыва, поймут что их заявления о том что муджахидов заставили выйти на джихад, что не будь этого беспредела власти они не взяли бы в руки оружие. Если все представить в таком свете, то на самом деле муджахиды вызовут чувство жалости у человека и не более. Но на самом деле это все не так! На Кавказе идет борьба против оккупации, а не против беспредела оккупантов, эти люди пытаются поставить все так, как будто остановив беспредел можно будет жить мирно с теми, кто нас оккупировал. Для неразумеющих, которые еще не поняли за что идет борьба, мы говорим: идет борьба за закон Аллаха, за освобождение исламских земель, джихад не прекратится если мусульманам просто разрешат носить бороду и посещать мечети. Нам нужно полное освобождение исламских земель, а не разрешение ходить в мечеть, нам нужны законы Аллаха, а не разрешение оккупантов на ношение бороды! Неужели Кавказ покорен навсегда? Неужели вы добровольно сдаетесь в рабство? Да наставит нас всех Аллах на правильный путь! Да укрепит Аллах муджахидов всего мира! Абу Убейда Дагьистани

Autant avons-nous été heureux de votre soulèvement béni et de l’imminence de la fin du règne de ce tyran, que nous avons été attristés par les massacres lâches commis par le meurtrier d’innocents : Al Kadhafi contre nos familles musulmanes impuissantes qui ne se sont soulevées que pour se départir de l’injustice, de la mécréance et de la contrainte de ce dirigeant ainsi que pour réclamer leurs droits et leurs richesses qu’il leur a spoliées ainsi que ses enfants et sa troupe.
Les massacres continus perpétrés par le Mussaylamah de notre ère à l’aide de mercenaires africains et d’avions de guerre à l’encontre du peuple libyen musulman ne font que divulguer avec clarté toute la sauvagerie des dirigeants tawaghit qui n’hésitent pas un seul instant à massacrer les musulmans dans le but de préserver leurs trônes.
Voici que les révoltes tunisienne, égyptienne et libyenne dévoilent le mensonge de ces meurtriers criminels qui n’ont eu de cesse d’accuser à tord les Mujahideen de s’en prendre aux innocents.
A présent, le monde entier a la confirmation qu’ils sont en réalité ceux qui tuent les innocents, qu’ils sont sanguinaires et dénués de toute moralité et de clémence lorsqu’ils tuent des enfants, des femmes et des jeunes à l’aide de canons de type Shylka, des missiles de l’aviation et des balles de mercenaires.
Quant à nous et face à ces évènements historiques qui s’accélèrent et dont sont témoins nos frères musulmans en Libye et afin de remplir notre devoir de soutien et de conseil envers nos frères, nous souhaitons déclarer ce qui suit :
1- Nous faisons nos condoléances aux familles des martyrs qui ne sont sortis que dans le but de condamner le blâmable et de déchoir le Taghut. Nous demandons à Allah  d’accepter leurs enfants et de leur accorder le Firdaws, de les récompenser pour le malheur qu’ils subissent, de leur donner une famille meilleure en échange et de leur inspirer la patience.
2- Nous annonçons notre soutien et notre appui à la révolte libyenne en ce qui concerne ses réquisitions légales. Nous donnons à nos familles libyennes la confirmation que nous sommes à leurs côtés et que nous ne les abandonnerons pas, avec la permission d’Allah. Nous ferons tout notre possible pour leur venir en aide, avec l’aide d’Allah.
Votre lutte est celle de tout musulman qui aime Allah et Son Messager. Quant à nous, notre seul but est de vous défendre contre ces criminels de guerres qui ont annihilé vos droits, pillé vos richesses et vous ont privé des besoins les plus primaires d’une vie digne, de votre liberté la plus basique et de la dignité humaine.
3- Nous appelons le peuple libyen musulman à rester ferme et endurant et l’ exhortons à poursuivre son Jihad et son soulèvement et à lui donner davantage d’ampleur jusqu’à ce que le Taghut criminel soit déchu. Quiconque d’entre eux meurt, il mourra en martyre avec la permission d’Allah. Et celui d’entre eux qui vivra, alors il vivra heureux, et la louange est à Allah.
Faites que votre devise soit celle du Cheikh des Mujahideen, ‘Umar al Mukhtar : ” Nous, nous n’abdiquons pas, nous vainquons ou nous mourrons ”
Soyez donc patients, fermes et impliqués ! La victoire ne demande qu’une heure “ et ce jour-là les Croyants se réjouiront du secours d’Allah. Il secourt qui Il veut et Il est le Tout Puissant, le Tout Miséricordieux. ”
4- Nous appelons tous les peuples musulmans à venir en aide à leurs frères en Libye avec tout ce qu’ils possèdent et particulièrement le peuple égyptien, tunisien et algérien. Nous appelons également les savants, les prêcheurs, les intellectuels et les gens du média à soutenir leurs frères musulmans de Libye en les aidant dans leur épreuve et en faisant écho de leur cause légale , en divulguant les massacres en série commis par les hommes sanguinaires de Kadhafi.
Quant à toi ô Mussaylamah contemporain !
Toi qui a déclaré la guerre à Allah, à Son Messager ainsi qu’aux croyants. Ô toi dont les mains sont maculées par le sang de plus de 1200 de parmi les meilleurs des jeunes de Bou Salim ! Voilà que ce sang pur te maudit aujourd’hui, t’encercle et réclame vengeance en scandant : ” Nul n’est en droit d’être adoré si ce n’est Allah et Kadhafi est l’ennemi d’Allah ! ”
Ô toi l’imposteur pécheur au cœur dur et en plus de cela bâtard ! Voilà que le jour se lève et dévoile sans honte ta réelle nature barbare. Ton jour est proche, avec la permission d’Allah !

Ô barbare de Libye, la Libye toute entière te haïe
Du haut de son minaret te maudit
Quand bien même tu achètes des hommes
Quand bien même Iblis et son armée te soutiennent

Va t’en!
Les armes des sionistes ne te seront d’aucune aide

NOTE: ‘Umar al-Mukhtār is an important figure in Libyan history. He was a teacher of the Qur’ān by profession. Additionally, he was skilled in the strategies and tactics of desert warfare. As a result, he was a leading figure and led the Libyan resistance against the Italian fascists — who invaded Libya — from 1912 until his death when the Italians hung him in 1931. His heroic efforts were later depicted in the 1981 film The Lion of the Desert. The film was banned in Italy in 1982 and was not shown on Italian TV until 2009.
It should be noted that AQIM has had no connection with Libya in the past and has had major issues recruiting Libyans similar to Tunisians and Moroccans.
