In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful!
Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you!
I want to appeal to the people of Turkey, to my brothers, to the Muslims of Turkey, to security services of Turkey, to officials, to President Gul and Prime Minister Recep Erdogan.
I am appealing to you about recent sad events took place on your territory. We must not forget that we are members of one Ummah, that we are the brothers in faith and have always supported each other, because we all worship one God – Allah.
I repeat that I am appealing to you today about the events that occurred in your country. As you know, some of our brothers, because of injuries or health issues, or because of family circumstances stayed on your territory. We know that you gave them shelter and hospitality.
Those brothers of us were not on your territory because of “good life”. The wicked (disbelievers), and the servants of the wicked (Kadyrov’s apostates – KC) of our people kill them today on your soil already.
We know that they are being killed because of the connivance of your current bosses, your intelligence. Why? Because these killers calmly cross the border into Turkey under the cover of tourists (and tourist business for you is a must). So fear Allah, as we must all appear before Allah!
Allah will not give you pardon if you justify your connivance in killings of your Muslim brothers in your land with an argument that tourism business presumably increases your cash.
These killers also penetrate to your own land under the cover of your construction companies, which are now erecting skyscrapers and built stadiums for those slaves.
You close your eyes on it because these construction companies increase your budget. So fear Allah, it’s not an excuse for you, and not an argument before Allah.
Weapons to kill your Muslim brothers are brought to Turkey under the guise of diplomatic baggage (from Russia).
You would say that diplomacy, it is politics, but Allah will not accept this argument from you too, because today they (Kadyrov’s apostates – KC) are killing Muslims.
These slaves, who sold themselves to the infidels, they know neither hospitality nor honor. Honor is not given to the slave! You are to fight for honor against the enemies who encroach on it, and the slaves are not capable to do that, because they have no honor and know no hospitality. And you open the gates of your state, you let them roam freely in your country and kill those Muslims whom you are obliged to protect, according to Islam.
So fear Allah! Do not forget that. I appeal to the whole people of Turkey, the Turkish government and remind you that no one has yet managed to escape death. Every man will appear before Allah and everybody will taste death, which completely closes the diary of our life.
What we are going to present before Allah is to be done sincerely and for Allah’s sake, but on you lays today the responsibility to protect your brothers.
If you allow those wicked and their killer slaves to roam freely in your country, and allow them to kill your brothers, then you are responsible before the Almighty in this life and the life to come, the eternal life.
We must not forget that the ideological politics of Russia has been always based on the plans to capture Istanbul, since they consider Istanbul the cradle of their religion.
I think that the Russians have actually captured Istanbul from you, because these killers feel so freely today on its territory. Their impunity means that they have achieved their goals.
So I once again appeal to you and encourage you that you take measures that these wicked are no longer capable to encroach on the lives of your fellow Muslims from the Caucasus.
If you are unable to take such measures, then, Insha’Allah, with Allah’s help we will take necessary measures ourselves, there can be no doubt about it! If we take a retaliatory action, then Russia will never think to kill even a single Caucasian on your territory.
We ask you, for the sake of Allah, do not allow this lawlessness happen on you territory. For Allah’s sake, because we are all to appear before Allah and only what we have done for the sake of Allah will be accepted from us on the Day of Judgment.
We love you for Allah’s sake and for the sake of Allah we urge you that you also love us for the sake of Allah, and protect your brethren on your territory. You must do that in accordance with Islam, because your territory is free for Islam, and the people who need your protection should be taken under protection on your territory.
Beside me stays my deputy Khamzat, the infidels are spreading rumors that he was the one killed in Turkey. The Muslims killed in Turkey were there for health reasons, and if the health of the Mujahideen health allowed it, none of them would have been there today, because every believer in Allah who obeys to His command, feels healthy in his body and has healthy spirit, is in the Jihad here, Insha’Allah.
This is the true grace of Allah, which the Almighty has given us!

As we have stated before that in this so called Loya Jirga there were no genuine representatives of the freedom loving people of Afghanistan who would consider the interests of our nation and our Islamic values but rather all the participants
were either current governmental officials like ministers, governors, district chiefs, judges and other officials or those faces who had been supporting the invaders for the past ten years and had repeatedly participated in such futile Jirgas. As it was a complete military atmosphere in which they were surrounded by tens of security belts manned by thousands of foreign troops and their mercenary forces so to protect them from the wrath of the Afghan Mujahid nation, it was endorsed with a few superficial and misleading conditions that the occupying America, which has come to our country with hundreds of thousands of troops and with the force and use of different types of weapons and which has for the past ten years raided the homes of Afghans, martyred their relatives or have thrown them in their inhumane prisons, razed their homes and orchards and are still continuing their tyranny on a daily bases an example of which is the beheading of 4 family members a few days ago in Kandahar’s Ghorak area during one of their raids; this barbaric army must stay for at least another decade!?
We believe that these resolutions were predetermined by America and the name of Loya Jirga was only used to declare its intentions. Therefore, these resolutions will be a catalyst for stirring regional sensitivities and will make misfortunate Afghanistan a center of tumult for a long period, evoking extra wrath and anger of our nation which will enkindle the strongholds of Jihad. So this step can be considered reinforcement for the need and intensification of the Jihadi process which will play an important factor in the further awakening of our nation where it can be confidently said that it will bring about the end date of the American affliction even closer, if Allah wills it. And those people who are perpetrators of this irresponsible resolution have further shown their enslaved faces to the nation and made it clear that they do not consider any Islamic or national principles in order to please their whims and they were and are ready to sell the glory, honor, dignity and purity of this nation to satisfy their desires. These kinds of people have always been rejected by our nation and are considered as the notorious faces of history.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, besides strongly condemning and rejecting such agreements wants to reassure its nation that such steps by the invaders and the guile and deception of its slaves will never become an obstacle for the Jihad waged by the nations real sons. They should further recognize the face of the foreign and internal enemy and unabatedly continue their sacred Jihad until the complete independence of the country so that the foreign enemy along with their slaves face a complete and ignominious defeat due to its strikes and take such ominous plans and aspirations along with themselves to their graves.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan sees the fundamental solution to this problem in the removal of all foreign troops. Until this fundamental is recognized, this and other Jirags and conferences will only negatively impact Afghanistan, America and the coalition and will intertwine the crisis instead of pushing it towards a solution and it will yield nothing except time wasting.

This past Sunday, the Tunisian Islamist party Ennahda — fresh off its win in last month’s elections — came under fire following a rally in Sousse, Tunisia with Houda Naim, a member of Hamas. Besides Naim, Ennahda’s general secretary, Hammadi Jebali, who has been proposed as the new Prime Minister of Tunisia, made some controversial remarks about the return of the Caliphate. Jebali stated: “My brothers, you are at a historic moment…in a new cycle of civilization, God willing…we are in sixth caliphate, God willing.” This quickly raised alarm bells with Tunisia’s secular and liberal elements who had been warning prior to the elections about Ennahada’s purported double speak: saying one thing publicly while saying something more nefarious privately to its followers.
In response to Jebali’s pronouncement, Ettakatol, a party that won the fourth largest bloc of seats in the recent election and is in coalition talks with Ennahda, said the party was suspending its participation in talks on a governing coalition in the forthcoming Tunisian Constituent Assembly. Khemais Ksila, a member of the executive committee of Ettakatol, stated: “We do not accept this statement. We thought we were going to build a second republic with our partner, not a sixth caliphate.” While Lobna Jeribi, an Ettakatol Constituent Assembly member, proclaimed that Jebali’s statements raised major concerns that needed to be clarified before any coalition talks resumed.
This is not the first controversy that Ennahda has been embroiled in since they won a little more than 40 percent of seats to draft the constitution in the new Constituent Assembly. A little more than a week ago, Souad Abderrahim, a prominent female member of Ennahda, talking to Radio Monte Carlo Doualiya stated that single mothers are a disgrace to Tunisia, “do not have the right to exist,” there are limits on “full and absolute freedom,” and that one should not “make excuses for people who have sinned.” In both cases, Ennahda had to walk back the statements of both Jebali and Abderrahim, downplaying their significance.
Are these two recent examples a sign of double speak finally seeing the light of day in the aftermath of its election victory — or is it a sign of Ennahda’s political immaturity and lack of experience? The latter is more likely. Prior to and following the election there have been no signs of some type of hostile Islamist takeover by Ennahda that would then try and institute a radical interpretation of the shari‘ah.

تزايدت أعداد المشاركين في المظاهرات المنددة بالحكومة والطبقة السياسية الأمريكية المتنفذة خاصة في الناحية الاقتصادية والتي أوصلت البلاد إلى حافة الإفلاس بعد أن كانت تشكل أكبر من ثلث الاقتصاد العالمي وحدها .
وبات الملايين مهددون بالتشرد والطرد من بيوتهم، وقرابة العشرين مليوناً من العاطلين، حتى وصل عدد الذين فقدوا وظائفهم في شهر واحد إلى 125 ألفاً!
والتعليم والتأمين الصحي والخدمات الاجتماعية المجانية في تدهور مستمر، ولا أمل في الأفق – لا القريب ولا البعيد – من خلال التصريحات والسياسات المعلنة لمسئولي الصناديق الائتمانية والمصرفية الكبرى، كما يتضح من خلال التخبط في القرارات المتخذة أو الفشل بين قطبي الحكم في أمريكا الحزبين المجرمين الجمهوري والديمقراطي في الاتفاق على أي قرار من شأنه تهدئة مخاوف المستثمرين وأصحاب الأموال، ومن ثم التراجع المستمر في أسعار البورصة والتي يعيش الملايين على أرباحهم منها، أو حل المشاكل القاتلة التي يعاني منها المجتمع الأمريكي خاصة قضيتي البطالة والتدهور السريع في مستوى المعيشة والدخل، ولذا أصبح 46 مليوناً من الأمريكيين – حسب الإحصاءات الرسمية- تحت خط الفقر، أي أن كل واحد من ستة أمريكيين أصبح فقيراً يحتاج للمساعدة لمواجهة المتطلبات اليومية؛ بل الاستمرار على قيد الحياة نفسها.
أمَّا لو بعدنا عن التقارير والإحصاءات الرسمية لوجدنا أن الأمر أصعب وأسوأ من ذلك بكثير، خاصة في أوساط الولايات التي يمثل غالبية سكانها ذوي الأصول الأفريقية ومن أمريكا اللاتينية ودول أوروبا الشرقية، وهذا بدوره يهدد بثورة شعبية عارمة في القريب العاجل – إن شاء الله-، مع الفارق في أن ثورة الربيع الأمريكية لن تكون مثل أخواتها في البلدان العربية، لوجود جيوش شبه نظامية غير حكومية، ومدرعات وأسلحة ثقيلة ومختلف أنواع الأسلحة المتوسطة والخفيفة لدى غالبية أفراد المجتمع الأمريكي .
وعصابات للمخدرات مسلحة تسليحاً عالياً، ويقدر عدد أفرادها بعشرات وربما مئات الآلاف، وعوامل الانفصال والثورات في الجنوب ذوي الأصول الأفريقية واللاتينية تبشر قيادات وأعضاء الحزبين المجرمين الحاكمين واللوبي الصهيوني والمحافظين الجدد بما يسوءهم .
والمصيبة الكبرى في الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا وكثير من الدول الديمقراطية العريقة المزعومة هي خلو الساحة السياسة من أحزاب ذات قوة وشوكة وقدرة على الوصول لسدة الحكم إلا حزبين وحيدين يتبادلان الزعامة فيما يشبه الدوامة التي لا تنتهي، وبعد أن كنا نتندر بالوضع في بنگلاديش المسكينة التي يتنافس فيها حزبان بقيادة نسائية على تقلد رئاسة الوزراء وتشكيل الحكومة، أثبتت الأيام أن الوضع في الولايات المتحدة – خصوصاً- أقدم وأعمق وأسوأ نظراً للفارق الهائل بين الدولتين من حيث المكانة العالمية .
ومنذ الحرب العالمية الثانية وسيطرة أمريكا على الساحة العالمية مناصفة مع الاتحاد السوفيتي حتى بداية التسعينيات من القرن الماضي، ثم انفردت بالصدارة بعد انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي تفكك حلف وارسو، وإن لم تطل فترة ذلك الإنفراد بسبب أحداث الحادي عشر من سبتمبر وانجرار الولايات المتحدة لحربين طاحنتين خاسرتين في العراق وأفغانستان، وتفلت كثير من الدول الكبرى من قبضة الهيمنة الأمريكية، منذ ذلك الحين وحتى الآن لا يوجد إلا حزبين وحيدين في الولايات المتحدة يتناوبان الإمساك بدفة الحكم، وتسخير كل مقدرات الدولة وشعبها لرغبات وسياسات وعنتريات المجرم الذي يجلس على كرسي البيت الأبيض وأصحاب الأموال واللوبي الصهيوني، ولذا رأينا التدهور السريع المتلاحق على الوضع الداخلي والعالمي بالنسبة للولايات المتحدة خلال العقدين الأخيرين، خصوصاً العقد الماضي والذي بدأ بأحداث الحادي عشر من سبتمبر في ظل وجود أسوأ رئيس في تاريخ الولايات المتحدة بل والدول العظمى على الإطلاق، وثلة من أصحاب المصانع ورؤوس الأموال الذين قدموا مصالحهم الشخصية الأنانية الضيقة على مكانة وقوة الشعب الأمريكي كله، وباعوا حاضر الأمة الأمريكية ومستقبلها بثمن بخس.
وإن كان العجب لا ينقطع من شعوب الدول (النايمة) التي تسلم قيادها لكل مارق وزنديق ومفسد يتحكمون في ثرواتها وخيراتها ومستقبل أجيالها الحاضرة والقادمة ويستمرئون ذلك، وتقتلهم الأمراض والأوبئة والكوارث والسجون والمعتقلات وهم صاغرون، فإن العجب لا ينتهي من الشعوب التي تدعي التقدم والمدنية والثقافة والحريات العامة والشخصية ومع ذلك يسيرون إلى نفس المصير البائس وعلى نفس الخطى وإن اختلفت الشعارات المرفوعة والأسباب المعلنة لهذه النهاية المأساوية، فمن كان يصدق أنه سيعاد انتخاب “جورج بوش” لفترة رئاسية ثانية في عام 2005 بعد أن كانت الحرب العراقية في أوج طحنها للجيش الأمريكي، وانهيار اقتصادي وداخلي رهيب، وخزينة تتناقص منها الأموال يوماً بعد يوم، وديون داخلية وخارجية تتصاعد بسرعة الصاروخ؟!
ومن يصدق أن “سلفيو برليسكوني” ذلك الداعر المرتشي يتولى رئاسة الوزراء في إيطاليا طوال هذه الفترة والتي سبقتها؛ رغم فضائحه الجنسية والأخلاقية والمالية التي تزكم الأنوف، وأن الشعب الإيطالي سيدفع الثمن للحكومات الفاسدة المتتالية التي حكمته بالوقوف على حافة الإفلاس؟!
ونفس الكلام يقال عن كثير من رؤساء ورؤساء وزارات ووزارات كل الدول (الديمقراطية العريقة ) دون تحديد لأن القصة ستطول؟!
فيا أيها الشعب الأمريكي الغبي الذي يتناوب حكمه الفيل (رمز الضخامة الجسدية وقلة العقل) و(الحمار) رمز الغباء والاستعباد، أفلا تفيق قبل فوات الأوان وتثور على جلاديك ومستعبديك قبل أن تبلغ الحلقوم؟!
وألا أدلك على أقصر طريق للحرية الحقيقية والمساواة والعدل الكاملين بين الراعي والراعية.. إنه الإسلام: دين العدل والكرامة والإنسانية والتكافل الاجتماعي، وفوق هذا وذاك توحيد الألوهية التي تخلص من تعدد الآلهة البشرية المتشاكسة، وتعصمكم من خسران الدنيا والآخرة معاً.

نسأل الله أن يوفقنا وإياكم لما يحبه ويرضاه وأن يرينا الحق حقا ويرزقنا إتباعه وأن يرينا الباطل باطلا ويرزقنا اجتنابه ويجعلنا من أهل الحق من الطائفة المنصورة الذين لا يخافون في الله لومة لائم الذين بين لنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم صفاتهم فمن اتصف بها كان من الناجين وحري بنا أن نقف وقفة تأمل من صفات هذه الطائفة قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ( لا تزال طائفة من أمتي يقاتلون على الحق ظاهرين إلى يوم القيامة وفي رواية لا تزال عصابة من أمتي يقاتلون على أمر الله قاهرين لعدوهم لا يضرهم من خالفهم حتى تأتيهم الساعة وهم على ذلك وفي رواية ظاهرين على الحق ).
فما هو هذا الحق الذي يقاتلون عليه، فالحق هو ما كان عليه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وأصحابه الكرام ألا هو التمسك بالكتاب والسنة فهم يقاتلون لتكون كلمة الله هي العليا، وتأملوا في قوله طائفة وعصابة فيه دلالة على قلتهم، فالعبرة ليست بالكثرة بل أن القلة قد وردت بها النصوص الكثيرة بأنهم على الحق وعليهم يتنزل النصر قال تعالى ( كم من فئه قليله غلبت فئه كثيره باذن الله والله مع الصابرين)
وقال سبحانه ( ولقد نصركم الله ببدر وأنتم أذلة فاتقوا الله لعلكم تشكرون )
وقال جل جلاله ( ويوم حنين إذ أعجبتكم كثرتكم فلم تغن عنكم شيئا وضاقت عليكم الأرض بما رحبت ثم وليتم مدبرين – ثم أنزل الله سكينته على رسوله وعلى المؤمنين وأنزل جنودا لم تروها وعذب الذين كفروا وذلك جزاء الكافرين )
وانظروا إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أرسل قلة من الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم عددهم يقارب 3000 لمواجهة الروم وهم يزيدون على المائة ألف في عقر دارهم مع علم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بقوة الروم ومنعتهم، وقال عبدلله ابن رواحه رضي الله عنه مشجعا الصحابة ( يا قوم والله ما نقاتل الناس بعدد ولا قوة ولا كثرة إنما نقاتلهم بهذا الدين الذي أكرمنا الله به ).
وانظروا إلى الفتوحات التي كانت في زمن الفاروق فقد قاتلوا الفرس والروم بأعداد قليلة مع أن أعدائهم يفوقونهم ويزيدون عليهم أضعافا كثيرة في العدد والعدة وأيضا العدو في عقر داره و أيضا تأملوا قول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( بدأ الإسلام غريبا وسيعود غريبا كما بدأ فطوبى للغرباء ) إذاً فالغرباء لا يكونون إلا قليل لأنهم في غير أهليهم وأوطانهم وانظروا إلى قول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ( ما أنتم في أهل الشرك إلا كالشفرة البيضاء في جلد الثور الأسود ).
فتبين لكم أن أهل الحق قليل وليست العبرة بالكثرة كما ذكرنا قال الله سبحانه وتعالى ( وما أكثر الناس ولو حرصت بمؤمنين ) وقال أيضا ( ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون ) وقال سبحانه ( ولكن أكثرهم يجهلون ) وقال ( وان تطع اكثر من في الارض يضلوك عن سبيل الله ان يتبعون الا الظن وان هم الا يخرصون).
فيتضح لكم أن الجماعة هم من وافقوا الحق وإن كانوا قليل، وأيضا كما لا يخفى عليكم أن من أنبياء الله من بعثه الله على امة كاملة ولم يؤمن به أحد كما قال نبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم ( عرضت علي الأمم فرأيت النبي ومعه الرهط والنبي ومعه الرجل والرجلان والنبي وليس معه أحد )، فالمقصود هو تنفيذ أمر الله تعالى بالدعوة إلى التوحيد والجهاد من أجل ذلك وإقامة الحجة على الناس ولسنا مطالبين بتحقيق النصر وتحقيق النتيجة فإن الله هو المتكفل بذلك فهذه هي الطريقة الصحيحة في الدعوة إلى الله بالامتثال لأمر الله، كما قال الله مخاطبا نبيه ( فإنما عليك البلاغ ) وفي هذا رد على من قال ما الذي استفادة فلان من جهاده ؟!! ما الذي حققه من جهاده ؟!! هل انتصر ؟!! هل حصل له التمكين ؟!! هل..هل..هل..؟!!
وهنا سؤال ما الذي استفادة النبي الذي يأتي يوم القيامة ولم يؤمن به أحد ؟ إذا أين حكمة الله تعالى ؟ نعم لقد استفاد أنه قام بأمر الله وأقام الحجة على الناس وهذه هي الحكمة المقصودة كما قال تعالى ( رسلا مبشرين ومنذرين)، وهذا المجاهد قد استفاد أنه امتثل لأمر الله لينال أحدى الحسنيين، فإن قتل فقد نال الشهادة وكفى بها نعمة إن اصطفاه الله وجعله من الشهداء، قال سبحانه ( وليعلم الله الذين آمنوا ويتخذ منكم شهداء ) وهذا الذي تمناه النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام في قوله ( والذي نفسي بيده لوددتأنيأقاتل في سبيل الله فأقتل ثم أحيا فأقتل ثم أحيا فأقتل ) وبايع على ذلك الصحابة وكان يحرضهم عليه الصلاة والسلام على أن يقاتلوا في سبيل الله ويعدهم الجنة على ذلك، فقد قال لهم يوم بدر ( قوموا إلى جنة عرضها السماوات والأرض فقال عمير بن الحمام الأنصاري : يا رسول الله ! جنة عرضها السماوات والأرض ؟ قال نعم قال : بخ بخ . فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما يحملك على قولك بخ بخ قال : لا والله ! يا رسول الله ! إني أرجو أن أكون من أهلها. قال فإنك من أهلها فأخرج تمرات من قرنه. فجعل يأكل منهن. ثم قال : لئن أنا حييت حتى آكل تمراتي هذه، إنها لحياة طويلة. قال فرمى بما كان معه من التمر. ثم قاتل حتى قتل) ، فانظروا كيف أن رسول الله يستحث الصحابة على القتال في سبيل الله لأجل الجنة وجعلها هدف لهم وغاية، فهل يستطيع السائل أن يقول ما الذي استفادة هذا الصحابي عندما تعجل وبادر بنفسه وأمثاله من الصحابة ؟ لقد حققوا أعظم النصر وهي الشهادة مع استجابتهم لأمر الله ورسوله.
فلماذا إذن الانتقاد والتثريب والتجهيل لمن فعل مثل فعل هؤلاء الصحابة علما بأن من يقتل أو يصاب أو يخفق أعظم أجرا ممن ينتصر ويصيب من الغنيمة كما قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم (ما من غازية أو سرية تغزو فتغنم وتسلم إلا كانوا قد تعجلوا ثلثي أجورهم .وما من غازية أو سرية تخفق وتصاب إلا تم أجورهم)، فتحقيق النصر ليس مقصودا وحده.
وأيضا أيها الأحبة فإن من صفات هذه الطائفة القتال في سبيل الله فأطلب منكم أن تقفوا وقفة تأمل وتدبر مع أنفسكم فيمن يتصفون بهذه الصفات ليقاتلون في سبيل الله، هل تظنون أن هذه الطائفة هم اليهود والنصارى أم أنهم أعوان اليهود والنصارى الذين يشاركونهم في جميع محافلهم التي تقام لحرب الإسلام والمسلمين بإسم مكافحة الإرهاب أم أنهم القاعدون الذين هم تحت ولاية هؤلاء وفي كفتهم ممن لم يخطر ببال احدهم أن ينصر الدين ولو بكلمة فضلا عن قتال، بل قد سلم اليهود والنصارى من ألسنتهم وصدوا عن قتالهم.
هل هؤلاء حقيقة هم الذين يتصفون بهذه الصفة أم أنهم الذين يقاتلون في سبيل الله لتكون كلمة الله هي العليا وكلمة أعداء الله هي السفلى فلم يرضوا بحكم اليهود والنصارى وتقسيماتهم لأرض المسلمين عبر المعاهدات الصهيوصليبية مثل اتفاقية سايكس بيكو التي على أثرها تم تقسيم دولة الإسلام إلى دويلات وجعلوا على هذه الدويلات حكام تحت إمرتهم، وعلى أثر هذا التقسيم كانت نشأت دولة إسرائيل وهذا من أعظم مقاصدهم وأيضا إضعاف شوكة المسلمين
