As the Afghans begin inching closer towards peace, propaganda by the anti-peace crowd is similarly increasing along with baseless reports regarding this process.
No talks have been held in the meetings regarding an interm-government and elections nor has the US side proposed anything regarding staying in Afghanistan for four or five more years.
The reality of the matter is that current talks have solely revolved around withdrawal of foreign forces and the nature of this pullout as well as nature of assurances regarding future Afghanistan. Any other reports and rumors in this regard are fabrications.
