New statement from the Shūrā Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "On the Occasion of the Great Martyr Shaykh Mujāhid Usāmah Bin Lāden"

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
“Among the believers, there are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah. Some fulfilled their vow by death and some are still awaiting and they have not changed in the least”.
(The Holy Quran, Surah 33. “The Clans”, verse 23)
The Caller to Islamic Jihad against the invading infidels, Sheikh Osama bin Laden, embraced martyrdom as per the Will of the Almighty Allah during an abrupt attack by the American invading soldiers. (We are creation of Allah and return to Him.)
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan extends its deep condolence to the family of the martyr, to his followers and to fighter Mujahideen of the way of Truth and to the Islamic Ummah on this occasion of the great tragedy. We pray to the Almighty Allah to accept, in His Sight, the sacrifice of the martyr. May, the Almighty Allah, salvage the Islamic Ummah from the current situation of crisis due to the impact of the blessing of the sacred Jihad and martyrdom of the martyr.
The martyr took part in the Jihad against the Soviet invasion with great honesty and bravery shoulder to shoulder with the Afghans. He offered such sacrifices in this way that the history of the Islamic Ummah will for ever remain proud of. Sheikh Osama bin Laden was the ardent advocate of the legitimate cause of the first Qibla of the Muslims, the Aqsa Mosque and the occupied Palestine . He was an indefatigable fighter against the Christian and Jewish aggressions in the Islamic World and was not sparing any effort in this cause. The life of this Mujahid, who felt the antagonism against Islam, was full of fatigues, sacrifices and hardships. The history of Islam will always keep their memory alive.
The way of Jihad and the path of defense of Islam is a way fraught with sacrifices and martyrdoms. Like any other follower of this way, Sheikh Osama had been aspiring to attain martyrdom in the cause of the Almighty Allah. He reached his ambition with bravery, dedication and commitment in the last moments of his life.
If the invading Americans and their Allies wallow in this optimism that the morale and ranks of Mujahideen will weaken in Afghanistan and other occupied Islamic countries following the martyrdom of Sheikh Osama bin Laden, it will only show their lack of insight. The sapling of Jihad has always grown, spruced and reached fructification through irrigation by pure blood. The martyrdom of a martyr leads to hundreds more to head to the field of martyrdom and sacrifice.
The current Jihadic movement of Afghanistan sprouted from among the masses and is representative of the aspirations of this proud people. In this land of the braves, a strike by colonialism breeds sympathy and produces (an urge) to strike back. If the Mujahid people were prone to submit to force and tyranny, then is there any gimmick both in terms of military muscles showdown and other devilish conspiracies that has been left by the Americans during the last decade? But the ground realities have it that the use of force brings in opposite consequences here. This popular movement can be bracketed with a spring which, when you pressurize, bounces back with the same intensity.
The Islamic Emirate believes, the martyrdom of Sheikh Osama bin Laden will give a new impetus to the current Jihad against the invaders in this critical phase of Jihad. The tides of Jihad will gain strength and width. The forthcoming time will prove this both for the friends and the foes, if God willing.

بقلوب مؤمنة بقدر الله وصابرة على قضائه تلقينا نبأ استشهاد الشيخ أبو عبد الله أسامة بن محمد بن لادن رحمه الله في هجوم مباغت للقوات الأمريكية المعتدية . إنّا لله و إنّا إليه راجعون.

إنّ إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية تقدّم مواساتها في هذه المصيبة العظيمة للأمة الإسلامية جمعاء، و لأسرة الشهيد، ولأتباعه، و لجميع المجاهدين، و تسأل الله تعالى أن يتقبل من الشيخ الشهيد تضحيّاته، و أن ينجّي الأمة الإسلامية من الوضع المأساوي الراهن ببركة جهاده ، و استشهاده في سبيله.

إن الشهيد – رحمه الله تعالى- كان من حماة جهاد الأفغان الإسلامي ضد الإتحاد السوفيتي المعتدي، و اشترك بكل إخلاص و شجاعة في الجهاد مع الأفغان إلى أن خرجت القوّات السوفيتية الغازية من أفغانستان. و قد قدّم في الجهاد في سبيل الله من التضحيات العظيمة ما سيفتخر بها تاريخ أمة الإسلام دوماً.

وعلاوة على هذا فإنّ الشيخ الشهيد- رحمه الله تعالى- كان من أقوى المدافعين عن قضية قبلة المسلمين الأولى،قضية الأقصى و فلسطين المحتلة الإسلامية، كما أنّه كان أعظم مجاهد لا يعرف الكلل في كفاحه ضدّ الاعتداآت الصهيو الصليبية في العالم الإسلامي أجمع.

كان – رحمه الله – يشارك المسلمين في مآسيهم و مصائبهم في كل أرجاء العالم، و كان يدافع عن المسلمين المستضعفين والمجاهدين والمهاجرين. و كان لا يتوقّف أبدا عن التضحية في سبيل حرّيّة الأمة الإسلامية، و نصرتها، وإسعادها.

إنّ حياة هذا المجاهد المتألم للإسلام كانت حافلة بالمشاقّ، و المتاعب، و التضحيات، و سيحتفظ تاريخ الإسلام ذكراه حيّة للأجيال القادمة.

وبما أنّ طريق الجهاد والدفاع عن الإسلام هو طريق التضحيّات، و الفداء، و الإستشهاد، والشهيد أسامة- رحمه الله- كأيّ مجاهد آخر كان يتمنى الشهادة في هذا السبيل، فها هو اليوم نال أمنيّته بكلّ رجولة و غيرة على الإسلام، نسأل الله تعالى أن يتقبله ويرزقه الفردوس الأعلى.

إن کان الأمریکیون المحتلّون و حلفاؤهم یظنون أن صفوف المجاهدین و معنویاتهم القتالیة في أفغانستان وغیرها من البلاد المحتلّة ستضعف بمقتل الشیخ أسامة بن لادن رحمة الله علیه، فإن هذا یدلّ علی سذاجة تفکیر الأمریکیین وعدم إدراکهم لمعاني الجهاد و الاستشهاد.

لأن شجرة الجهاد ارتوت، و ترعرت، و أثمرت دوماً من دماء الشهداء الزکیة. و بعد استشهاد کلّ شهید یتقدّم مئة آخرون إلی میادین التضحیة والفداء .

ولتعلم أمريكا أن الحرکة الجهادیة الموجودة الآن في أفغانستان نشأت من وسط الشعب الأفغاني، وهي تعبّر عن مشاعر وآمال هذا الشعب الأبيّ. وکل ضربة من المحتلّین في هذا البلد تُوَلّد ردّ فعل أقوی من الضربة، وتوجِد تضامناً من الشعب للمجاهدین .

ولوکان هذا الشعب المؤمن یستسلم لقوة العدوّ واستکباره لا ستسلم للقوّة العسکرية الشیطانیة الأمریکیة خلال عشر سنوات ماضیة. ولکن التجارب والواقع أثبتا أن نتائج إعمال القوّة في هذا البلد تکون معکوسة، و أن مَثَل هذه الحرکة الشعبیة مِثل حرکة نابذ الإرجاع الذي کلّما وقع علیه الضغط أکثر، کان دفعه الإرجاعي أقوی.

إن إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامیة تعتقد أن استشهاد الشیخ أسامة رحمة الله عليه في هذه المرحلة الحسّاسة من الجهاد سینفخ روحاً جدیدة في الجهاد ضدّ المحتلّین، وسیُهّیج الموجات الجهادیة أکثر وأکثر.

وسیثبت الزمن القادم للصدیق والعدوّ معاً- إن شاء الله تعالی – صدق ما نقوله.

New analysis from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "David Petraeus Failed to Deliver As Well"

It seems, the four-star general of the Afghanistan war, David Petraeus who is regarded as a hero of the American army and a tower of hopes of that country, crumbled, faced fiasco and being forced to leave Afghanistan.
David Petraeus assumed the slot of the top general in Afghanistan, following Mc Crystal mocking American high-ranking officials in an interview given to the Rolingstone journal. Obama put pressure on Mc Crystal to step down and replaced him with David Petraeus.
Though the sources close to David Petraeus claim that he leaves his post at his own will but experts and the ground realities indicate that he leaves the country because of the humiliation and seatbacks he is facing in his mission; and due to the fact that America is entangled in the war of Afghanistan ever more; the American troops casualties have comparably spiraled up many times; the country is grappling with financial melt-down and the American image as a murderer and criminal has been exposed to the world and to the Afghan people because of the mass murder of civilians committed by the American troops. It should be said that the killing of common people was Petraeus strategy in the first place.
The Obama Administration was predicting that it will keep the war machine running which had almost broken down, if they send general Petraeus to Afghanistan— the army man who had been made larger-than-life figure by hypes of the American information machine network. They thought that they would defeat the Mujahideen; would expand the writ of the Kabul Puppet Administration and would pave the way for realization of American anti-Islamic and ani-Afghan ambitions. But during the past year, though the general resorted to perpetrating brutalities, using both muscles and ploys but obtained nothing. Contrarily, Mujahideen’s writ extended to areas where they had had no influence during the past nine years. They were able to launch attacks against those sensitive centers, both foreign and internal, that they never imaged of before that. Among the hundred of such examples, we can mention a few like, the attacks in the Ministry of Defense, and the Air Corp of the Kabul Puppet Regime and the jailbreak in Kandahar.
According to a survey published by Western media outlets at the end of the last year, the Mujahideen had launched 18,000 attacks during 2010 while the year was not ended completely.
If we divide that number by 12 months, we will have 50 attacks every day at average. If we presume that only one foreign soldier has been killed in 3 attacks, then the casualties counts would reach 6,000 soldiers dead. However, in general, there are usually more foreign soldiers casualties during any single attack. These are some of the prominent indicators of the frustrated and failed mission of David Petraeus.
The main focus of Petraeus in Afghanistan has been to flare up tribal, lingual, geographical and religious differences and frictions so that Afghanistan will divide by ethnicity and the thread of its national unity will unfurl. But the Almighty Allah foiled this diabolic scheme of Petreaus. Mujahideen took the sparks of jihad to every corner of Afghanistan during the term of Petreaus posting. The strongholds of Jihad became active in the north like they are in other parts of the country. This proved that Afghanistan is a single entity, enjoying unbreakable coordination and bondage.
The other dangerous schemes of Petraeus were the formation of Arbakis and local militias. Thus he wanted to create rifts between the Mujahideen and the common people. But the Afghan people were aware of the consequences of this wicked plan. They are still remembering the bitter memories of the past communist regime. So they decisively foiled this devilish conspiracy and a strong reaction of the Afghan masses came to the open.
The American sources may ascribe Petraeus transfer to his poor health, or that he is suffering from cancer or he is going to be appointed as chairman of the European Union or that he is a pick for chairmanship of CIA, the diabolic network. Though, he may be appointed to one of these slots, but we believe, the real cause for his transfer is that, this key figure of Pentagon, a general emblazoned with so many medals and stars is that he clearly failed to deliver the good. He has faced humiliation, bearing multi-facet stigmas on his face. Therefore, Pentagon and the White House had to remove him as he was adding to the already accumulated humiliation. The powers-that-be in American will replace him by another snowman to keep the attention of the public of the West engaged for some time.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan regarding the alleged death of Usāmah Bin Lāden

Just because Americans have said they have killed Sheikh Osama bin Laden but they have’t shown anything to prove it yet. We don’t want to make any comments and on the other side the closest links [people] to Osama have not given a confirmation of his death so we cannot make any comment as to whether he is dead or not.

من جهة لم يقدم الأمريكيون شواهد مقنعة لثبوت ادعائهم، ومن جهة أخرى لم تعلن المنابع المقربة من الشيخ أسامة بن لادن موقفها ـ تأكيداً او نفياً ـ تجاه ما أعلن اوباما من استشهاد المذكور، لذا فإن إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية تعتبر الحديث في الموضوع قبل إصدار موقف رسمي من المنابع المقربة للشيخ قولاً قبل أوانه.

Al-Somood magazine wished to interview Field Commander Jalaluddin Haqqani, one of the most prominent Jihadist personalities and the military official for the provinces of Khost and
Paktia, about the latest political and military developments on the Afghan front. The Sheikh has privileged al-Somood magazine with this interview. We thank him, and regard this interview as a realistic assessment of the accomplishments of the Mujahideen by one who lives physically and mentally at the heart of the conflict and who sees with his Jihadist perspective what political analysts do not see from the outside.
Question: Your excellency Sheikh Haqqani, would you please give readers of al-Somood information about your health situation?
Answer: In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful, Who granted victory to His servants and glory to His soldiers, Who fulfilled His covenant, and defeated the factions alone. Praise be to Allah Who blessed us with the Religion of Islam, the greatest of religions. Prayers and peace upon the noblest of His creation, Muhammad, and upon his household and his companions and all who are guided by him! Thereafter…Praise be to Allah Almighty, I am in complete health and vigor. By complete health, I mean that, despite my great age, and despite the unstable security conditions I have been experiencing, I have not faced any health problems hindering me from conducting my Jihadist activities.
Question: Local and global media recently reported news of the seriousness of your health situation. Indeed, there have been spread news of your death or your martyrdom in a barbarous bombing attack. What is the truth of these rumors?
Answer: I say that the fact you are interviewing me and that I am alive amongst you is sufficient to falsify these rumors. If we compared my health situation to those rumors, we would reach the conclusion that I am in full health and not suffering from any illnesses. There is no truth behind the spread of those rumors and lying reports and these are deceptive claims of the enemy.
A second thing is that health, sickness, death and martyrdom are divine destinies. We believe in Allah-ordained fate and destiny. These destinies are ordained for every person and none can escape them. Every human being must taste death, and everything destined for him will occur at its appointed time.
The Sublime and Exalted says: “Nor can a soul die except by Allah’s leave, the term being fixed as by writing”(Al-i-Imran 154).
And the Almighty says “every soul shall have a taste of death in the end to Us shall ye be brought back”. (Al-Ankabut 57).
I mention to you that although I have faced many bitter days and have spent most of my days in Jihad and battling the enemy; have endured serious crises and have been wounded many times in battles that erupted between us and our enemies among the kuffar and munafiqeen – despite all that, I am in perfect health.
I also state that martyrdom and death fi sabeel Allah are among the dearest wishes of my life. All my life I have wished to be killed and to sacrifice myself and my soul fi sabeel Allah and to support his Deen with which he has blessed us and to deliver his servants from the oppression of the oppressors and the deceits of the infidels. But I have not been to achieve my dearest wishes yet.
Question: Excellency Sheikh, more than seven years have passed since the Crusader occupation of Afghanistan. Their forces stationed in Afghanistan number more than 70,000 persons armed to the teeth with the most modern types of military equipment. On the other hand, the Mujahideen confront them with scarce resources and paltry equipment. Based on your Jihadist and military experience, and in view of the imbalance in numbers and equipment between the two sides, what are your expectations of the defeat of the Crusaders in the face of the Mujahideen resistance, from your perspective?
Answer: If we looked at the ongoing battle between truth and falsehood in Afghanistan, we would understand from an historical standpoint it is considered an unique battle and asymmetrical encounter between Islam and infidelity. There is only one precedent in the history of Islam of such an intense battle and that is the Ghazwat al-Ahzab. There the Mujahideen achieved a great victory in the end. Here, also the Mujahideen will achieve victory by the will and permission of Allah. The assistance of Allah Almighty for the Mujahideen and the support of the people by their side, as well as recent military and political events are among the evidence and indications that prove our claims and back up our words.
I add to that, all the reasons and factors that led to the fall of the Russian Empire at the hands of the Afghan Mujahideen are today facing the American Empire. The huge monetary sums America is spending on the occupation of Afghanistan and the deaths of dozens of their forces every day at the hands of the Mujahideen are among the circumstances that indicate the victory of the Mujahideen and the defeat of all aggressor Crusader forces before them.
Question: There are enormous differences between the Russian occupation and the American occupation of Muslim Afghanistan, from the perspective of time, circumstances and resources. Meaning, at that time there was an ongoing Cold War between the forces of East and West. Additionally, the peoples of the world were angered by the arrogance of Communist actions and its use of arbitrary methods. For this reason, the Afghan Jihad received material and moral assistance from the world. The Mujahideen were permitted the latitude to carry out Jihadist activities and received resources and aid from outside the country. But the situation today is the opposite. The world’s affairs are directed by a unipolar power with no competitor to balance its power. The entire world stands against the Jihad and the Mujahideen in the name of the War on Terror – as they call it – and the Mujahideen enjoy no financial or military support and no external political backing from even one country across the globe. So how can the Mujahideen resist this great force and triumph against them with empty hands?
Answer: Divine fate and victories often cause supernatural events that can not be (grasped) by the human mind. This is not something new today rather they are constants that have been determined since the beginning of the outbreak of the battle between truth and falsehood across the pages of history. If we look at history, we would find that divine criteria are based on this premise. The Sublime and Exalted says, “How oft, by Allah’s will, hath a small force vanquished a big one? Allah is with those who steadfastly persevere.” (Al-Baqara 249). The Almighty also says,“O ye who believe! If ye will aid (the cause of) Allah, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly..”(Muhammad 7).
It is true that this world is (controlled) by reasons; we must therefore look for means and motivations. We see in the present circumstances that the Islamic Jihad against the occupiers provides a strong impetus to the collapse of the American occupation and its agents. It provides an impetus whose positive effect is acknowledged by America and its Crusader alliance. Additionally, Afghanistan’s geographic situation, the strong hatred around the world towards Americans and huge costs of the war are factors that play a tangible role in the failure of those predatory forces. Indeed, I believe that America’s current policy and its violation of all international agreements are considered as a threat to the entire world. It is not far-fetched that the world will one day act against it and adopt a unified policy towards (America’s) failed policy.
It is worth mentioning that during the time of the Russian occupation of Afghanistan, it was called the Russian Empire, it was alleged that the cause behind the victories of the Mujahideen against the Russian forces were Western aid and American Stinger missiles. The victory of the Mujahideen was therefore attributed to American aid and equipment. The victories against the American crusaders and their allies in our present time, however, are the result of nothing but the heavenly sacrifices of the Mujahideen. It is impossible to attribute it to any other agency or ascribe it to baseless causes.
Question: More than seven years have passed since the Crusader attack on Afghanistan and America and its allies have used all of their military and political resources to subdue the Afghan people. The result of these practices and attempts has been failure, defeat and collapse. Moreover, all Western military commanders and political analysts, among others, have given the opinion that this war will not be able to achieve any victory. Despite that, America insists of sending more military reinforcements to Afghanistan. What is your assessment of these contradictory actions?
Answer: I have said before and I say again that America’s involvement in the Afghanistan issue is just like someone who is losing at gambling. He keeps playing hoping to win but, in the end, rather than achieving anything he loses everything he owns.
Undoubtedly, Western admission of losing the battle in Afghanistan is an established fact they have to face. Even if they don’t acknowledge it, the coffins and corpses of their slain soldiers acknowledge it. As for sending additional reinforcements without achieving victory, I believe that Allah has ordained the destruction of this unjust race at the hands of the oppressed

New statement from Zabīhullah Mujāhid of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding Staffan de Mistura’s Comments"

The UN chief in Afghanistan, Staffan de Mistura, in response to the declaration of the Spring Offensive by Islamic Emirate, issued a statement yesterday in which he urged all parties involved in the conflict to restrain from causing any harm to civilians in their operations. I, as a representative of Islamic Emirate, back every move which protects the lives and property of civilians and would like to once again make clear the stance of Islamic Emirate regarding this issue:
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has always pressed its Mujahideen to take every possible measure in their operations so to avoid causing any harm or casualties to civilians and has repeatedly pointed to this very important issue. We made our position clear on this matter in the fourth guideline of the statement issued yesterday about our Spring Offensive in the entire country, which is as follows:
(4. Strict attention must be paid to the protection and safety of civilians during the spring operations by working out a meticulous military plan. Utilizing all proven military tactics, the operations will focus on usage of advanced weapons against the air and ground forces of the invaders, tip-and-run attacks, and group offensives, city attacks, advanced explosives attacks, effective group and martyrdom seeking attacks by warrior Mujahideen.)
The above standard is a part of our war tactic in which strong importance has been given to the protection of civilian lives. On the other hand we urge Mr. Mistura to gravely advocate to all foreign invaders in our country to refrain from attacking civilians, their national and Islamic values and from night raids, which always result in death and injury to women, children and innocent citizens. This point should be sternly pressed to block their way of deliberate targeting and harassment of civilians so that the crimes of the NATO forces is not concealed or pardoned in your future statements while wrongly leveling the blame on Mujahideen. Such propaganda and biased reporting only encourages the invading forces to increase their transgressions which in turn damages the image of UN.

New statement from the Shūrā Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Inception of the Spring Operations"

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful  Fight in the Cause of Allah, those who fight you and do not be aggressive. Allah does not love the transgressors.( S:II V:190)
To the Muslim and Mujahid Nation of Afghanistan!
Today, our sacred Jihad against all foreign invaders in Afghanistan successfully steps up to the threshold of its tenth year, with the help of the Almighty Allah ( SwT) and your prideful Jihad and selfless sacrifices. With the approach of the spring, the Leadership Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to declare the launching of the spring military operations christened as “Badar” to be waged against the invading Americans and their foreign Allies and internal supports.
For the purpose of success and effectiveness of the operations against the foreign invading forces and their defeated supporters, the following points must be born in mind:

  1. As in the past, the Badar Operations will focus on attacks against military centers, places of gatherings, airbases, ammunition and logistical military convoys of the foreign invaders in all parts of the country.
  2. Throughout the operations, the prior target of Mujahideen’s attacks must remain foreign invading forces, members of their spy networks and ( other) spies, high-ranking officials of the Kabul Puppet Administration, both military and civilian, members of the cabinet, members of the parliament, Heads of foreign and local companies working for the enemy and contractors.
  3. Since members of the American espionage agencies, government officials of the Puppet Administration and enemies of the Afghan people and Jihad have ensconced themselves in the so-called Peace Council and are trying to pave the way for the prolongation of the American occupation by cashing in on the name of Jihad, religion and tribal chieftainship,; wants to prevent Mujahideen from waging Jihad against the invaders and are urging the Afghan Mujahid people to accept American slavery and surrender, therefore, members of the Council can be target of the Mujahideen attacks during the operations as, in view of their role, they are considered official members of the ranks of the enemy.
  4. Strict attention must be paid to the protection and safety of civilians during the spring operations by working out a meticulous military plan. Utilizing all proven military tactics, the operations will focus on usage of advanced weapons against the air and ground forces of the invaders, tip-and-run attacks, and group offensives, city attacks, advanced explosives attacks, effective group and martyrdom seeking attacks by warrior Mujahideen.
  5. The Spring Operations have been given the name of Badar in a hope that the Almighty Allah (SwT) may bestow on the Mujahideen victorious achievements versus all invading forces in Afghanistan like that which were bestowed on the believers during the historical battle of Badar in the 2nd Hijri lunar year. Some ardent diabolic chiefs of the polytheists were either killed or captured at the hands of the Mujahideen during the confrontation.

19 years ago, on 28 April (8 Saur, 1371 Hijri solar year), the Jihadic resistance of the people of Afghanistan culminated into victory versus the Red Army and their internal (Afghan) puppets. This was not an easy success. Almost 1.5 million Afghans had sacrificed their lives
to reach  this great day of realization of hopes and aspirations, by forcing the dreadful Red Army of the former Soviet Union to flee the country—an Army which even the Westerners had acknowledged as being undefeatable.  Unfortunately, some well-known leaders of the Jihadic resistance could not safeguard the fruit of the resistance which was, in fact, a historical pride for the Ummah as a whole.  They acquiesced in embracing the internal ideological enemies in their ranks against whom they themselves had been fighting for more than a decade. Contrarily, they were not ready to tolerate unity and fraternity with their brothers-in-arm. The obsession of power grabbing frustrated the caravan of aspirations of the people which, though, by then, had approached its destinations.
Ultimately, the splendid victory of the Mujahid people evolved into a tragedy. Some opportunist armed men turned to violating the lives, property and honor of the people, cashing in on the factional fighting. The path of establishment of Islamic regime took up the form of a battle for power. Even the clandestine enemies of Islam were predicting that, as a result of the factional fighting, the Afghan people will be disappointed and oppressed to the point that, in future, they will welcome any non-Islamic regime with open arms.
At this time, some sons of this proud soil gathered under the banner of the Taliban Islamic Movement to bring the great aspiration of the establishment of Islamic regime to its destination—an aspiration that both Mujahideen and the Afghan people had offered 1.5 million martyrs for its sake. In fact, at that critical phase, the Taliban Islamic Movement played the role of (real) heirs of the spiritual legacy of Mujahideen. They implemented the aspirations of Mujahideen in 95% land of the country. However, the internal and external enemies of Islam and the country could not tolerate the regime.
Today, the true sons of this land offer their lives for the protection and success of the same goal. But the world of infidelity under the leadership of America wants to impede the realization of the said goal by dent of force. It is not possible now. The Afghan Mujahid people have thrown down the gauntlet by assembling under a sole leadership. When drops of rains become flood, mountains are not able to prevent them from carving their way forward.
We would like to say, no difference between a Talib and a Mujahid. The Mujahid and the Talib of yesterday who were fighting against the Red Army of the Soviet Union or fighting against America  today, are,  in fact, brothers-in-arm and share common goal.
At this final phase of victory, all Afghans who follow the Truth and love God, any ethnicity they may belong to, should join hands with each other for the sake of brining about Islamic regime.  They should strictly avoid those blunders and flaws that take us away from our prideful goal. Protection of a revolution is as important as its precious winning.
The enemy has lost its morale and strength. Only need for a country-wide uprising. The day is not far off when the (current) invaders, like their predecessor of the 27th April (7th Saur), will be forced to leave our land with humiliation and debasement.

New analysis from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Humiliating Efforts on the Part of the Master and the Slave"

Last week, during a press conference, the Head of the Kabul Puppet Administration, Karzai, said that he would hand over the task of endorsement of a strategic partnership agreement with America, to a grand assembly (Loya Jirga) to be convened within the next two
months. It is not clear what will be the content of the agreement which is going to be signed between America and the stooge administration but it can be drawn from the assertions being made by the officials of the Kabul Puppet Regime that establishment of the permanent bases is among the main objectives of the document. It is also clear from the recent remarks of Karzai that America and the Kabul Puppet Administration have reached key understanding as regards this wicked document—an agreement which contravene the religious and national valor of the Afghan Muslim and heroic people.
In order to give the document a legal and misleading clout, though ostensibly, both the master and the salve are engaged in efforts to throw dust into the eyes of the Afghans and trample down on national and Afghan values and utilize them for the interests of America. As far as the decisive determination and posturing of the Afghan masses are concerned, they are not ready to accept establishment of  the bases whatsoever. Contrarily, the Afghans of all ethnicities whether they are hailing from the south, north, east or west of the country, all are ready and fused into one at the current spring to bring down both the American invaders, their allies and puppets to knees. They are intending to clear the Afghan pure soil from the traces of the invaders and believe, the invaders and their puppets will be routed by the end of the current year. ( if God willing).
The victorious Jihadic operations, carried out in all parts of the country in the current month of the solar year which resulted in the murder and injury of at least two hundred foreign invaders and destruction of a dozens of military vehicles, tanks and ranger pick-ups and the assassination of some notorious Afghan commanders being ardent loyal of the Americans and considered as their key slaves, as result of martyrdom seeking attacks, are clear indications of the strong determination of the Afghan people. They are harbingers of imminent triumphs and victories in the current year.
We call on all pseudo-Afghan figures which may be invited by the Americans to participate in the phony Jirga to endorse the agreement of the permanent bases—those who will   be used as a apparent clout– that they should ponder over this issue in the mirror of their Afghan conscience, that even for a day, compromise on the presence of Americans in Afghanistan is tantamount to slaughtering the national independence and religious values. They should reject participation in the American-led Jirgah and arbitration. Thus they will oppose the American plot with an Afghan characteristic of bravery, a plot which will certainly bring in constant tragedies and shameful consequences for the Afghan people. By doing so, they will fulfill their historical, Islamic and national obligation. Otherwise, they will bear a black stigma on their faces before the Afghan people, history and religious injunctions and will never be able to efface it.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Condemnation Regarding the Thirty-Third Anniversary of the Sour Coup D'état"

33 years ago, on 27 April 1979 (Saur 7, 1357 Hijri solar year), members of the Khalq and Parcham communist parties staged a coup de’tat against the ruling Afghan regime in Afghanistan. This day has gone down as a black day in the recent history of Afghanistan, as a fountain of the 33-years long constant tragedy of the beloved country.
Infiltrating into the educational and governmental departments with the help of the former Soviet Union in a timeframe of a few decades, the Afghan communists took advantage of the incompetence and insouciance of the then regime. They grabbed political power through staging a bloody coup de’tat. The communist coup de’tat was a preliminary part of a comprehensive plan of the Soviet ruler Brezhnev who wanted to extend his tentacles of expansion to South Asia; to reach the Warm Waters of the Indian Ocean and to tighten the pre-planned siege against China, his arch rival.
On the basis of this partnership, the Afghan communists were toeing the line at the behest of the Soviet Union. They put forward the idea of bringing about a complete change in the Afghan God-fearing society. Later, they paved the way for the invasion by the Soviet forces and their occupation of Afghanistan.
If we compare the present American mission of Afghanistan’s occupation with that of the Soviet Union, we can conclude that the colonialist plan of the Soviet Union was stronger that that of America. The Soviet Union enjoyed support of a great number of ideological and motivated stooges. They were wielding deep political, economic and cultural bonds and influence besides having a long common border with Afghanistan. But the communist system and values contravened the belief of the Afghan people. So, the people took to armed Jihad which led to not only humiliating the communist perpetrators of the Sour Coup De’tat but disintegrating the Soviet Union. It crumbled on its very edifice.
We believe, the exemplary fate of the perpetrators of the Sour Coup De’tat and the Soviet communism can be sufficient for the present invaders and their surrogates to take a lesson as their roots are comparably weaker and the situation is tenser for them. Similarly, as the communist phenomenon was an impracticable replica for the country and the people, in the same vein, Western democracy has been facing typical problems.
The foreign exporters of the Western democracy and their Afghan stooges should know that they will meet the same fate as that of the so-called revolutionaries of the Saur Coup de’tat. They should take advantage of the ( present) opportunity so that they will have a secure future and the Afghan people will come out of the current crisis.
To end, the Islamic Emirate believes, the Saur Coup de’tat was a wicked event and unforgivable crime in the history of Afghanistan and hopes that may the perpetrators (of the Saur crime) remain ashamed in this world and in the world to come.
