New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding So-Called Security Pact Between Karzai and America"

Obama has summoned Karzai to America to sign a security pact which would pave the way for the presence of American troops in Afghanistan and through which America would continue its crooked policies in the region regarding which the Islamic Emirate states the following: 1.  If America wants peace in Afghanistan and the region as well as a way out for its people from this ongoing quagmire then it should immediately remove all its troops from Afghanistan and practically put an end to this futile war. 2. If America believes it can implement its malicious policies and find a secure base for itself by leaving a residual troops presence then we clearly state that these dreams are only dreams which can and will not materialize just as they failed to materialize in the past eleven years. 3. The reason behind all this turmoil and anarchy in the region is directly related to the American presence in Afghanistan. Therefore if America wants to leave a small or large number of its troops for whatever length of time then it means war and destruction will continue in the region for that same length and it shall only be America that shall suffer the most. 4. The American people and all its influential sides should stop their government from prolonging this futile war and meaningless game which America has lost and in which it is facing utter defeat. 5. The American government and Karzai should understand that agreement on troop presence is only a personal deal between Karzai and America which is categorically rejected by our nation and it shall hold no legal credibility. The Islamic Emirate shall continue its sacred Jihad against it just as it has for the past eleven years. 6. Karzai should be mindful that if he were to take this step then he would have hammed the last nail into coffin of ending this war, after which he should never hope for any type of peace and calm. 7. If Karzai and the Kabul regime agree with the presence of even a single American soldier then, just as presently, they shall also be responsible for all future hostilities, casualties and destruction due to igniting and intensifying the flames of prolonged war for the Afghan nation. 8. The above written statements regarding this security pact are not only our sayings but the majority of the nation holds this view, a reaction of which you shall be practically witness in the future. 9. The Islamic Emirate believes the American invasion of Afghanistan is akin to a violent storm for the region and it is a known fact that storms know no wet or dry borders but treats everything in the same manner. If the regional countries remain indifferent to the prolonged American presence then they should not treat as minor the upcoming wars, disturbances, exploitations, invasions and other problems created in the region by the American presence. 10. We call on our oppressed nation, region and all other Muslim countries to not withhold any type of assistance from the Islamic Emirate in putting an end to upcoming prolonged regional war and anarchy which shall come about due to the American presence so that this cancer can be completely removed and emanating danger for the region averted. Similarly, we call on the people of the west to prevent their children and the Afghan people from burning in this fire by stopping their leaders from such irresponsible froward pacts. al-Murābiṭīn Foundation for Media Production presents a new statement from Jamā’at at-Tawḥīd wa-l-Jihād Fī Gharb Ifrīqīyyā: "Formation of the New Katībat 'Anṣār al-Sunnah' and Four Sarāyyās"

UPDATE 1/6/13 5:17 PM: Here is an English translation of the below Arabic statement:
Jamaat Al-Tawhid wa Al-Jihad in West Africa declare the forming the Ansar Al-Sunnah brigade which consist basically from sons of the region from the region especially Songay tribes, as well as forming four military companies:
1- Abdullah Azzam Company
2- Zarqawi Company
3- Abu Al-Laith Al-Libi Company
4- Martyrdom Seeker Company
This new organizational structure comes as result for widening the influence of the Jamaat and its control on the many regions and cities of north Mali and the increase in the number of the fighters in our ranks.
The brigades and companies of the Jamaat will be distributed in a way that align with the challenges that the region is facing internally and externally, in anticipation for any surprises that could occur for the security breach of foreign countries to the Jihadi project, especially Algeria that seek through special parties and tribal figures to secure it from the strikes of the mujahidin and in an attempt to weak the Jamaat by dividing its ranks and strike its unity by declaring the split of Salāh ad-Dīn brigade from the Jamaat, we deny that all the members of Majlis Shura of Salāh ad-Dīn brigade have agreed to this split as well as the fighting soldiers, but rather it is an individual act for the Amir of the brigade (Abu Ali Al-Ansari) and some of those close to him and it is an act that no doubt isn’t primarily in the interest of the efforts spent to unite the Jihadi factions that were set previously in a framework agreed upon by coordination, management and some military action mechanisms and joint action.
Therefore Jamaat Al-Tawhid wa Al-Jihad in West Africa understands well the intended attempts that are weaved by certain parties to drag it to change its strategy towards the apostate regimes and taking the path of the negotiations with the Malian authorities, because it is the demand of some of the peoples of the region and it was what the Amir of the Salāh ad-Dīn brigade called for before declaring his spilt.
Thus Jamaat Al-Tawhid wa Al-Jihad in West Africa pledges to launch attacks of wide geographical extension that targets the states of the apostate regimes that participate in preparing for the invasion of north Mali, after in the previous stage the throne of the National Movement for the Liberation of Azawad was broken and following its remnants and the activity of the Mafias of drug smuggling was weakened.

وتتكون أساسًا من أبناء المنطقة وخاصةً قبائل السونغاي

وتأتي هذه الهيكلة التنظيمية الجديدة نتيجة توسع نفوذ الجماعة وسيطرتها على العديد من المناطق ومدن شمال مالي
وتزايد أعداد المقاتلين في صفوفنا ,
وستوزع كتائب وسرايا الجماعة بطريقة تتماشى مع التحديات التي تواجهها المنطقة داخليًا وخارجيًا
وتحسبًا لأي مفاجئات قد يحدثها الاختراق الأمني لدول خارجية للمشروع الجهادي وخاصة الجزائر
التي تسعى عبر جهات خاصة وشخصيات قبلية إلى تأمينها من ضربات المجاهدين
ومحاولة إضعاف الجماعة بشق صفها وضرب وحدتها بإعلان انشقاق كتيبة صلاح الدين عن الجماعة
حيث ننفي أن يكون كل أفراد مجلس شورى كتيبة صلاح الدين قد وافقوا على هذا الانشقاق
فضلا عن الجنود المقاتلين , بل هو تصرف انفرادي لأمير الكتيبة ( أبوعلي الأنصاري ) وبعض المقربين منه
وهو بلا شك تصرف لا يصب أساسا في مصلحة الجهود المبذولة لتوحيد الفصائل الجهادية التي وضعت مسبقا في إطار متفق عليه بالتنسيق والتسيير
وبعض آليات التحرك العسكري والعمل المشترك ,
وبناء عليه فأن جماعة التوحيد و الجهاد في غرب إفريقيا تعي جيدا المحاولات المقصودة التي تنسجها جهات معينة لجرها إلى تغيير إستراتيجيتها اتجاه الأنظمة المرتدة
وسلك طريق المفاوضات مع السلطات المالية , كونها مطلب لدى بعض شعوب المنطقة وهو ما طالب به أمير كتيبة صلاح الدين قبل إعلانه انشقاقه
وبتالي تتعهد جماعة التوحيد والجهاد في غرب أفريقيا بشن هجمات ذات امتداد جغرافي واسع يستهدف دول الأنظمة المرتدة التي تشارك في التحضير لغزو شمال مالي
بعدما كان في المرحلة الماضية كسر شوكة جبهة تحرير أزواد ومتابعة فلولها وإضعاف نشاط مافيات تهريب المخدرات،

A Bold Attack on an Apostate Pakistani Army Convoy in Shabi Khel:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Universe, and may prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family, his companions, and his followers. At midnight on December 17, 2012, about 45 mujahideen from Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan ambushed an apostate Pakistani army convoy which was accompanied by a polio vaccination team in the “Shabi Khel” region near the border of “Lakki Marwat”. The attack resulted in the casualties of 12 soldiers. Seven were wounded and three were lost. In addition, one car was damaged and two of the army’s cars were burned. With Allah’s praise, the Mujahideen returned safely upon the completion of the operation without any injuries or the martyrdom of any of the Mujahideen. The Mujahideen received the news from reliable sources that the operation resulted in the wounding of a major in the army who later died of his wounds, and the operation also resulted in the disfigurement of the soldiers’ faces who were wounded because of their targeting with missiles. A New Crime of the apostate Pakistani army killing nine Mujahideen prisoners and throwing their bodies in the woods:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Universe, and may prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family, his companions, and his followers.
On Sunday 30-12-2012, the apostate Pakistani army killed nine Mujahideen prisoners and threw their bodies on the street during a curfew in the Peer Kaley village at a checkpoint “Asha” between “Mir Ali” and “Miran Shah.”
All of these Mujahideen were from the Mehsud tribe and were imprisoned for several years in prisons in Kohat by the Marwat and others in the prisons.
The following are the names of the nine Mujahideen prisoners who were martyred at the hands of the Pakistani army:
1. Shah Sawar, Sararogha
2. Sijad Sararogha
3. Muhammad Omran, Mama Karim
4. Noor Rahman, Khisurah
5. Zahir Shah, Dilih
6. Ibrahim, Shaktoni
7. Fadel Rabi Waled Muhammad Allah, Gomel
8. Namat Allah, Jirae
9. Haji Gul Zadah
For this disgusting crime committed by the apostate Pakistani army of killing the Mujahideen who were arrested for several years, the criminal army will pay a high price.
The blood of our brother Mujahideen will not be wasted, and we will avenge them, with Allah’s permission.
You have been informed, O Pakistani army, slaves of America! What you see is not what you hear. Allah willing.
