New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Video that Exposes American Transgressions"

Islamic Emirate has the following remarks about the video disclosed by the media in which American soldiers are shown urinating on the bodies of three Afghans with complete disrespect after martyring them:
With the advent of the new decade old occupation of Afghanistan by the American invaders and their allies, our oppressed people have become witnesses and targets on a daily basis, in one or the other part of the country, to the various abuses, war crimes and actions contrary to all the human and ethical norms.
During this ten year occupation, the American soldiers have tortured our people under various names, repeatedly abused our holy Quran and other inviolable, have burnt our dead, inhumanely killed our women and children and now even carried out malevolent actions against our martyrs in which they initially martyred our innocent countrymen and urinated on their bodies afterwards.
Those things which appear in the media every now and again are only a small fraction of the crimes which are perpetrated by the American soldiers.
As always, we once again strongly condemn such inhumane acts carried out by the barbaric American soldiers and consider them contrary to all the human and ethical norms. with this, we also call on the United Nations and other Human Right groups to block such inhumane acts of the hypocritical America and practically display the humanitarian slogans which are always exclaimed by these organizations. On the other hand, we would also like to inform the American invaders that such actions will never weaken the resovle of the Muslim and noble Afghan nation and neither will it affect our fast paced Jihadi process but it will rather act as a catalyst in bringing about a swifter end of the American occupation. It is not far that the American invaders will witness the consequences of such actions and will have to confront the extra wrath and hatred of the Afghan masses.

al-Katāi’b Media releases a new press release from Ḥarakat al-Shabāb al-Mujāhidīn: "The Capture of Kenyan Government Officials"

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Mogadishu (12/01/2012) – In response to the aggressive Kenyan invasion against the Muslims of Somalia, special forces from Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen’s elite units raided a Kenyan Administration Police camp in Gerille, Wajir District. The raid occurred at around 19:15 hours Wednesday night, following careful reconnaissance and planning by the Mujahideen, and began by swiftly securing the external perimeters of the premises before moving in. Taken by surprise and unable to respond effectively to the attack, 7 Kenyan administration police and government officials were immediately killed, while others were taken prisoners. Also seized during the raid were Kenyan vehicles, communication equipment and a cache of weapons. The operation ended successfully, by the permission of Allah, and the Press Office for Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen will publish the identities of the prisoners soon. New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Ongoing Situation in Afghanistan"

It is well known to the Mujahid nation of Afghanistan that the Islamic Emirate has been engaged in a struggle and Jihad for the past one and a half decade to establish an Islamic government in accordance with the request of its people. It is for this purpose and for bringing about peace and stability in Afghanistan that we have increased our political efforts to come to mutual understanding with the world in order to solve the current ongoing situation. But this understanding does not mean a surrender from Jihad and neither is it connected to an acceptance of the constitution of the stooge Kabul administration but rather the Islamic Emirate is utilizing its political wing alongside its military presence and Jihad in order to realize the national and Islamic aspirations of the nation and its martyrs.
We must say that some sources and reports of media outlets often try to distort realities. For this reason we would like to ask all the officials of the media outlets to work within the framework of unbiased journalistic ethics, avoid circulating baseless and one-sided reports and only publish that which is confirmed by relevant sources. Similarly, if it is a report about Islamic Emirate then it should be forwarded to the relevant office for confirmation so it can reach the Afghan Mujahid nation and others in an authentic form. بسم الله، والحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه، وبعد؛ فإن المراقب للوضع، و المتغيرات للواقع السريع، في سنّة الصعود والانهيار الأممي؛ يجد أنّ هناك عدّاً تنازليّاً في انهيار الحضارة الأمريكية، وعلى يد من كانت أمريكا سبباً من أسباب سقوطها بالأمس (روسيا)، ذلك الاسم الذي كان صُداعا مُزمناً لأمريكا حتى زمنٍ قريب، خفَّ هذا الصُداع لفترة، ولكن سرعان ما عاد بعدما تغلّبت روسيا على بعض أزَماتها، وبدأت تعود وبقوة للساحة بسياساتها في قرقيزيا وجورجيا وألبانيا، ومواقفها نحو ليبيا وسوريا، فقد طالبت مؤخّراً بفتح باب للتحقيق لانتهاكات الناتو في ليبيا، وهذه تمثّل نظرةَ الانتقام، وسياسة الهيمنة على الأعداء . وإن تورّط أمريكا في أفغانستان والعراق؛ كان سبباً في صعود روسيا لأنْ تلعب دور شبه تغيير القرار الدولي، وخاصة في القرارات التي تصبّ في زعزعة أمريكا سياسياً واقتصادياً . ومن هذه السياسات الروسية؛ هي سياسة الارتباط بالدول المؤثرة في المنطقة، مثل الترابط مع إيران، الذي هو ترابط شبه مصيري ضد أمريكا، وقد حاولت أمريكا أن تتسايس مع هذا الوضع، الذي يعتبر من الأسباب المؤدّية لسقوطها، والذي تحاول روسيا عن طريق إيران أن يحدث السقوط من خلال فتح جبهة جديدة مع إيران في أهمّ مناطق المصالح الإستراتيجية لأمريكا (الخليج)، وإن روسيا تعلم يقيناً أن وصول أمريكا إلى هذه المرحلة من الضعف الاقتصادي الذي قد مرّتْ به من قبل في أفغانستان قبل سقوطها، وبالرّغم من أنّ روسيا كانت في ذلك الزمان (الاتحاد السوفييتي)، الذي يمتدّ من شرق أوروبا إلى غرب آسيا، وكانت تلك الحرب تستنزف أغلب مقدراتها الوطنية، حتى أصبح الاتحاد السوفييتي اليوم (روسيا)، وهذا ما تمر به أمريكا الآن . وما نشاهده على الساحة الأمريكية من أصوات تطالب بالتقسيم (للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية)؛ لتحافظ كل ولاية على أسباب البقاء المعيشي، وما زال هذا الصوت ينادي ويلاقي شيئا من القبول في الشارع الأمريكي، ولذلك كان أول وعود أوباما عند الانتخابات هو سحب الجيش الأمريكي من العراق، وإلغاء جبهة قتالية؛ بهدف إخفاض الميزانية العسكرية المنفقة، والتي كانت تقريباً أكبر ميزانية تُنفق من خزينة الدولة للبتناغون، وقد تم هذا الوعد الأوبامي، ولكن ليس برجوع الجيش إلى أمريكا، وإنما بذهابه وتركيزه على الجبهة الأم (أفغانستان)، وبعد مرور سنتان تقريباً؛ تم سحب القوات المتبقية من العراق، ولكن إلى جبهة جديدة؛ وهي جبهة لحماية (إسرائيل) على الأراضي الأردنية من سوريا؛ خوفا من رد متوقع سوري على (إسرائيل)؛ إذا ضربت (إسرائيلُ)إيران، وهذا ما جعل الحكومة السورية تضطر للقيام بمناورات عسكرية على الحدود وبالذخيرة الحية؛ حماية لنفسها، وتهديدا (لإسرائيل) إذا حدث لإيران أي شيء، وهذا التحرك الأخير ليس لأمريكا فيه سوى حماية (إسرائيل)، وتهيئتها كخلفية لها إذا نشبت الحرب مع إيران، وقد يكون تهيئة للحرب المقدسة بحسب العقيدة النصرانية وهي (حرب هرموجدون) في الشام، ولكن روسيا ستفتح على أمريكاالجبهة المصيرية في الخليج مع إيران، وقد حاولت أمريكا تهدئة الوضع بإعطاء العراق لإيران بدلا عن الخليج، وتسليم حكومة العراق إلى الرافضة أتباع إيران، فزادت قوة إيران إلى قوتها، واتسعت أطماع إيران السياسية إلى أطماعها العقدية، التي تتمثل بأخذ أرض الحرمين وضمها إلى إيران؛ لوجود مكة والمدينة فيها، وهذا ما ظهر في الآونة الأخيرة في بعض التصريحات والخطب الدينية التي تحرض على ذلك . وإن روسيا هي من يقف وبكل إمكانياتها ومقدراتها العسكرية والسياسية مع إيران لأخذ الخليج؛ لما سيرجع لروسيا من المصالح النفطية والغازية، وأعظمها سقوط أمريكا، ويتجلّى هذا في المواقف المضطربة لروسيا مع أمريكا بشأن المفاعل النووي الإيراني . كذلك علاقة روسيا بسوريا؛ هي علاقة قوية، حيث أن لروسيا مصالح كثيرة ومن أهمها منفذ بحري عن طريق سوريا ينفذ إلى أفريقيا وغيرها، وهو منفذ استراتيجي ومهم لروسيا في المنطقة . ثم إن سوريا تتبع لإيران سياسياً وعسكرياً، فقد كانت إيران قبل زمن قريب تريد أن تجعل من سوريا أرضاً نووية لها، وما حدث للمفاعل النووي السوري من قصف (إسرائيلي) جعل إيران تنقل هذه الفكرة إلى أرضها، ولقد كان لسقوط صدام دور في ذلك، وموافقة روسيا الأمم المتحدة على الوضع في سوريا كان سلاحاً ذو حدين؛ حيث أنها اتهمت الثوار المعارضين والحكومة على حدّ سواء، وذلك يجعل لروسيا خطوط رجعة عند اتخاذ القرارات في الأمم المتحدة؛ لفرض العقوبات الغير عسكرية . وإن ما يحدث اليوم في باكستان ضد أمريكا، وتوتر العلاقات بين الحكومتين بخصوص الحرب ضد (الإرهاب) في أفغانستان؛ يجعلنا نشاهد أن مواقف الحكومة الباكستانية تصبّ لصالح إيران؛ حيث أن الحكومة الباكستانية بعد التوتر مع أمريكا وقطع إمدادات التحالف عن طريق باكستان إلى أفغانستان سيجعل أمام أمريكا خيارين وهما : البحث عن حليف آخر مجاور لباكستان وأفغانستان، ومن المتوقع أن يكون هذا الحليف هو الهند، مع العلم أن هناك تنافس بين روسيا وأمريكا لكسب ولاء الهند؛ حيث أن علاقة الهند بروسيا تكمن في قرب حدودها الجغرافية، الذي يجعل مصالحهم شبه مرتبطة، وخاصة أن روسيا تعاني من وجود جماعات (إرهابية)، ودخول الهند معها كحليف ضد باكستان وأفغانستان لن يكلفها تكاليف الحرب في الجبهات ضد (الإرهابيين)، بينما ستقوم أمريكا بتقديم باكستان كهدية للهند لكسب ولائها، كما قدمت العراق لإيران، وذلك سيتم خوفاً من وقوع الأسلحة النووية بأيدي من تصفهم بالجماعات الإسلامية المتشددة، وهذه الخطوة هي خطوة الغباء للسياسة الأمريكية، فقد كان دخول أمريكا مع إيران ضد العراق وأفغانستان؛ لصالح روسيا، حيث أن اتساع الجبهات على أمريكا هو السبب المؤدّي لانهيارها، وجهل أمريكا بالمسلمين وخاصة في العراق وأفغانستان هو السبب الذي أطال الحرب إلى عقد من الزمن، ولن يكون هناك حلّ في أفغانستان لأمريكا سوى الفرار، كما فرّت روسيا بالأمس . وأن الانسحاب من أفغانستان قبل المدة المحددة هو الخيار الثاني، وهذا ما ظهر من تصريح (جون بايدن) بأن الطّالبان ليست جماعة (إرهابية)، وهذا هو مبرر الانسحاب، وعدم الحاجة للبقاء، وهذا ما سيؤمن ظهر إيران إذا اتخذت أمريكا هذا الخيار، وستكون روسيا وحليفتيها الهند وباكستان هما ظهر إيران إذا حدثت الحرب في الخليج -إذا لم تحدث حرب بين باكستان والهند-، علماً بأن أمريكا قد اتخذت إجراءات وقائية لهذه الحرب؛ وهي الانسحاب من العراق، وتكثيف وجودها في البحر، وتقليل وجودها على البر عدا الكويت؛ حتى إذا ما كان هناك صِدام، يكون براً عن طريق أرض العراق، ولا تكون أمريكا مضطرة للدخول فيه، ولهذا قامت إيران بمناورات بحرية لمدة عشرة أيام، كما أعلن عنها، في إشارة إلى أمريكا بأن أي تدخل لها في البر سينقل المعركة إلى البحر . فما هي الفرص أمام أمريكا لتجنب الصّدام مع إيران بحراً ؟
وهل سنشهد ارتباطاً روسيّاً هنديّاً في المرحلة القادمة، بما يتعلق بالقرارات حول باكستان وأفغانستان ؟
وهل ستخوض أمريكا هذه الحرب بمفردها مع دول الخليج، أم سيدخل معها حلفاؤها وخاصة بريطانيا ؟ وفي الختام أوجه نصائح عامة لأنصار الجهاد : 1- إن الوضع القادم؛ هو وضع تغيّر جذريّ للواقع وسياساته القديمة، وهي سريعة جدًا، ولذلك لا بد أن تتغيّر نظرتنا وأفكارنا المستقبلية للواقع؛ سواء في الطرح أو التحليل . 2- إن أي إستراتيجية لا يكون أساسها فكرة مرتبطة بعقيدة؛ سيظهر عليها الفشل، سواء في الزمن القريب أو البعيد . 3- إن إيصال المعلومة بطريقة التحليل أو الطرح؛ لا بد أن تراعي فهم الناس وعقولهم؛ حتى نستطيع أن ننشئ جيلا ذا قدرة نفسية على فهم الواقع، ولا يكون عنده عوارض الفهم من حب الذّات والثقة بالرأي المخالف وإن كان خطأً، مما يسبب رفض رأي الآخر والاستزادة منه، وهذا لن يكون؛ حتى يكون الكاتب ملمّاً بواقع الأمة واحتياجات فهم وقدرات الشباب المرحلية، ومتقياً لله فيما يطرح . 4- الواجب علينا أن يكون الواقع ومتغيراته محفزاً ومقوياً لكل نفسية عندها شيء من الضعف أو الخوف من المستقبل؛ لأن الواقع الآن يصبّ في الخلافة الإسلامية ودولة الإسلام القادمة، فلا بد أن نتعايش مع هذا، ونقدم لهذا قدر الاستطاعة على تحقيقها . 5- إن لكل أرض واقع معيّن على جميع الأصعدة اجتماعياً واقتصاديا وغيرها، ولن يستطيع المتابع أن يفهم واقع الأمة الإسلامية وأراضيها واجتماعياتها إلا عن طريق الكتّاب؛ فلا بد أن يكون عندنا مرجعية عن أحوال الأمة الإسلامية، كمقالات تكتب، أو بحوث لكل أرض وواقعها من قِبل ثقات أهل تلك الأرض، حتى نسلم من الأخطاء والتجاوزات عن واقع قد يُعرف من جهة واحدة، ويُجهل من عدة جهات . 6- إن سلامة الفهم إذا ارتبطت بسلامة النية والمقصد؛ لن ينتج عنها إلا الأُلفة والمحبة والترابط بين الكتّاب أنفسهم والقرّاء لهم؛ حتى لا يكون سوء الفهم سبباً في انشغالنا عن المقصود والمطلوب للعمل . اللهم يا رب العالمين اجمع قلوبنا على الحق، وسدد اللهم الأقوال وثبت الحجج فيما تحب وترضى .. اللهم انفعنا وانفع بنا دينك وعبادك، اللهم وفقنا لأن نكون مفاتيح للخير مغاليق للشر .. اللهم انصر عبادك المجاهدين في سبيلك في كل مكان .. اللهم فك أسرانا أجمعين النساء منهم والرجال برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين .. اللهم كن لإخواننا في ثغر الجزيرة عوناً وناصرا، اللهم افتح عليهم فتحاً من عندك، وسخّر لهم البلاد والعباد في طاعتك، وفي إقامة شريعتك، إنك وليّ ذلك والقادر عليه .. وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد كتبه راجي عفو ربه أبو أسماء الكوبي 9 صفر 1433 هـ جزيرة العرب

New article from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Judge Me On My Merits"

With the end of the year 2011 A.D., most of the international media, research centers and the governments of the contemporary world, as ever, came up their own statistics, analysis  and surveys of gains and losses in the Afghan war and overall situation in the war-torn country. Ironically, the reports by mainstream media, as always, have shown the progress and improvement made by the western invaders in Afghan war throughout the year 2011 which is extremely ridiculous. In fact, since the US invasion of Afghanistan, the human and martial losses of Americans have dramatically increased with every passing year; as matter of fact, each year has proved more fatal and deadlier than previous one for the US invaders who have, politically, been faced with the world ridicule and greatest embarrassment, but when it comes to the analysis and assessment of the situation and end result, the US has always tried to get the credit it never deserved and falsely claimed its success on the ground and improvement in the conditions which have never materialized. The mainstream news media, with the massive bias on its part, regardless of facts and justifications, reports that this year, by contrast, has ended with fewer U.S. casualties than in 2010 in Afghanistan, stating what the US spokesmen and its coverage have one-sidedly published which is not confirmed by any independent source. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in order to offer a succinct clarification of the previous year’s general condition, and the surveys conducted by the mainstream news media and the statistics and figures given by it, hereby, would like to give a brief review of what happened last year and how Jahidic situation across the country was so that the readers should get the overall picture of the country’s real condition and Jihadic activities. Let us take ‘Wardag province’ for example which gets extra attention due to its proximity with Kabul and which, according to the invaders, is of average population and area. In fact, The US invaders and the puppet regime, fearing the presence of Mujahideen in the very province and its nearness with the capital, have built several military posts, outposts and bases in different part of this it, and kept mounting air and ground operations. In spite the U.S. excessive use of force, Mujahideen’s activities in the year 2011 were largely successful and promising in this province. Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate have achieved more significant and unprecedented   gains and success throughout the year in Wardag province since the Operation Badr was launched in April, 2011, according to the reports given to al-Emarah website. Over the mentioned period of time, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate conducted 650 face to face battles and hundreds of bomb attacks against enemy in Wardag province that resulted in heavy losses to the enemy which are put statically as follows: Armored tanks damaged                                         (43) Supply/ transportation trucks burned down                (163) Supply/ transportation truck damaged                     (248) Military vehicles destroyed                                    (140) Invaders’ forces for ground offensives killed             (855) Puppets (Afghan National Army/Police) killed            (821) Invaders’ forces wounded/injured                         (205) Puppets (ANA/ANP) wounded/injured                     (248) Total invaders/puppets wounded                          (453) If, total enemies killed, divided by our martyrs then each martyr has to get 14.96 of enemies killed, in other words, there will be 14 enemies and 96 pieces of their bodies in exchange of a single martyr. Total civilians martyred                                        (48) Total enemy’s raid conducted                                (67) Meanwhile, as a result of the US massive airstrikes and their brutalities, 11 civilians’’ homes and 2 madrasas (religious institution/seminary) with a library were destroyed, whereas a Masjid (mosque) got martyred (destroyed) and 10 vehicles of civilians were burned down. Apart from the extensive gains and progress achieved, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate carried out some high-profile operations in Wardag province three of which, the launch of successful martyr attacks on the main US army bases and their military convoy in Dashti Toup and Syedabad district, and the shoot-down of the US Chinook helicopter in the same district that killed and injured hundreds of the US invaders, are noteworthy. Comparing the Jihadic activities of 2010 with 2011 may reveal stunningly illustrious and immense progress on the ground by Mujahideen, making 2011 the deadliest year that ended in tears for the US invaders. As for the international mainstream media and analytical and research centers’ turning a blind eye to the facts, is the least of our concern; however, one should be judged on one’s merits, that is, the facts should be surfaced which may set the account straight. On the other hand, the unusual change and decline in the stance of the U.S. disclose that it is face to face with defeat and has achieved nothing.
