بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 
الحمد لله الذي قدر فهدى والصلاة والسلام على النبي المصطفى، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين أما بعد:
يشهد العالم أزمة إقتصادية خانقة لم يسبق لها مثيل، أثرت على الدول الغربية والإسلامية بدرجات متفاوتة، وقد أيقن الساسة والاقتصاديون والمفكرون في كل مكان أن سبب ما يمرون به من كارثة اقتصادية طامّة، إنما هو مبدأ الرأسمالية للغرب الكافر، الذي يحرص على مصالحه الشخصية، على حساب عامة الناس، بل إنه يحرم الملايين من لقمة العيش ليحقق رفاهيته.
وقد باءت كل محاولاتهم لمعالجة هذه الأزمة الكارثية بالفشل، لأنها من جنس المبدأ الذي أنتجها، فالمبدأ الفاسد في أصله سيثمر الفساد حتماً لمن يعتمد عليه، وهذا هو الذي أثبته واقع المبدأ الرأسمالي للغرب الكافر عبر عقود طويلة.
ولا يخفى على ذي لبّ أن الحل الجذري موجود ومطروح منذ عقود وهو النظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي، فهو النظام الذي فرضه رب العالمين على عباده، وما آل إليه الإقتصاد العالمي ما هو إلا نتيجة البعد عن تلك الأحكام الإلهية والقوانين السماوية التي تزن الأمور ميزانها الحق. وقد بقي الصومال المسلم – ولله الحمد – من أقل البلدان تأثرا وتضررا بالأزمة الإقتصادية الراهنة، وذلك بسبب حرصه على تطبيق الشريعة الإلهية في كل شؤون حياته.
وقد عملنا في حركة الشباب المجاهدين على الوقوف بكل يقظة على حقوق المسلمين في الصومال المسلم، وتنبهنا للمؤامرات والمكائد التي كان الهدف منها استنزاف اقتصاد شعبنا المسلم والمتاجرة بقوت أبنائه.
•ولأجل هذا لا نزال نؤكد موقفنا السابق من حظر التعامل بخدمة تحويل الأموال عن طريق الهاتف الخلوي MMT دون الخضوع لرقابة وحفظ لحقوق العامة.
•وحرصا منا على هذا المبدأ، مبدأ الحفاظ على أموال المسلمين وتأمينهم من أي إستغلال أو مكر، نعلن أن تحويل الأموال المسموح به في هذه المعاملات، يجب أن يقتصر على داخل الصومال فقط وألا يتجاوزها إلى بلدان أخرى، كما نشدد على أن المبلغ الأقصى للتحويلة يجب ألا يتعدى 150 دولار للتحويلة الواحدة.
وإننا نوصي شعبنا المسلم الأبي في الصومال بما يلي:
-البحث عن الكسب الحلال والابتعاد عن كل حرام.
-الابتعاد عن الأنانية في الكسب الفردي، والتوجه إلى الكسب الذي يعود بالنفع على المسلمين عموما.
-تفادي المشاريع التي تزعزع استقرار الأسواق و المستوى المعيشي للمجتمع.
-الحرص على تأمين وحفظ المجتمع الصومالي المسلم من تبعات الأزمة الإقتصادية العالمية.
كما أننا ندعو شعبنا الصومالي المسلم لتقوى الله وإبتغاء مرضاته والسعي لإصلاح وبناء المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه، ونذكر ولاياتنا الإسلامية بضرورة تأمين العيش الكريم لأبنائنا في الصومال المسلم وحمايتهم من كل ما يزعزع حياتهم واستقرارهم، قال تعالى: ﴿ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ مُحْسِنُونَ ﴾ (128، النحل).
نسأل الله أن يحفظ المسلمين من كيد الكائدين وأن يرزقهم من واسع فضله وكرمه، وأن يغنيهم بحلاله عن حرامه، وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Formal Proclamation of the Islamic Emirate’s Victory"

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan showed it openly to the world that it is a well-organized political power besides being a military power. It has ruled the country successfully and preserves the right and might of each and every decision of the country. It can neither accept external orders nor can it come under any one’s
pressure. It is proved to the world that the Islamic Emirate is deeply rooted internally in the Afghan nation and externally in the whole Islamic ummah. Militarily successful resistance against a gigantic international alliance, full presence on the whole soil and overall perseverance are the signs and secrets of the Islamic Emirate.
The invading countries of Afghanistan are compelled to review their policies by looking into the military and political determination, unity, organization and unshakeable stance of the Islamic Emirate.
A year ago a European diplomat said to an envoy of the Islamic Emirate:
“For a complete decade we were deceived by America and Karzai saying that a neighboring country is supervising the Taliban and can prepare them for anything. Therefore we were giving every kind of prerogatives to the authorities of that neighboring country. Although they endangered their country for this purpose but they did not succeed. If they could do something, they would have done it for the sake of these privileges. Now the world has realized that the claims of Karzai and America were only a kind of propaganda to deceive the nations worldwide. The Afghans and Taliban are not a trivial phenomenon but an ideological and national movement which should be acknowledged as a political fact.
It is but sheer determination, religious and ideological adherence and unequalled sacrifices displayed by true Afghan Mujahid nation for the last decade that today regional and world powers are after to reach mutual understanding about the country.
Today somewhere in the world if the name of the Islamic Emirate is carved and a flag with ‘Kalma tayyebaa’ (holy word of creedal testimony) is wavered on the top; it is actually the formal proclamation of the success of resistance against the incursion.
The contractors of the international invasion can no more deceive the nation by their baseless talks. They used the word ‘peace’ as a propaganda fragment to deceive the people. But today as their guardians and supporters are fed up militarily and logistically with this war and are planning for retreat, they are giving contradictory statements which show their complete confusion and embarrassment. Sometime they say that the office of the Islamic Emirate should be opened in some other country. Another time they say they have no part in this.
The choice of Qatar for the inauguration of formal office shows the political deliberation of the Islamic Emirate. If this initiative had been taken in some neighboring country, it would have been another chance of every day propaganda for Karzai administration. If the office was inaugurated in Saudi Arabia, someone else would have suspected it because of the close bilateral relations of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. And finally Turkey could not have been considered an ideal place for the sovereignty and prestige of this office because of its membership of the NATO alliance.
But Qatar having balance relations with all sides and a prestigious status in the Islamic world is the most appropriate place for this kind of office.
Although none of the Muslim countries is interested in opposing the Islamic Emirate, due to the sympathy of the masses in the Muslim world with Islamic Emirate. Even if the governments or the authorities might not be interested, they may take a careful stance on this for the sake of their people.
Now the military, political and national efficiency of the Islamic Emirate is evident, perhaps no one will benefit from the mere enmity of the Islamic Emirate. Everyone concerned should choose the rational and logical path of solving issues with Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. If the present invaders had chosen a lucid path instead of incursion, they would not have faced such a huge personnel and financial loss in Afghanistan.

New statement from Anṣārullah: "On the Recent Video Showing the Desecration of Taliban Bodies by U.S. Marines"

Yet another video of US troops carrying out inhuman and barbaric acts against Muslims has recently been leaked. This time, four U.S. Marines are shown urinating on the bodies of martyred Taliban Mujahideen while making flippant remarks. Of course, the American authorities will once again hand out the lightest of punishments to the perpetrators while calling this an isolated incident, despite the fact that such atrocities have been witnessed under the command of U.S forces time and time again, from Guantanamo Bay in Cuba to Abu Ghuraib Prison in Iraq. And these are just the incidents that have been exposed… our Mujahideen brothers talk of many more atrocities committed by these filthy animals on a regular basis in the Muslim countries they have invaded and occupied.
This sort of behavior is to be expected from such a depraved and morally bankrupt nation, but what is even more sad is the response of the so-called “leaders and representatives of U.S. Muslims” such as the Council of American-Islamic Relations (Cair), which said, “It’s a disgusting, immoral video. Something that no military would be proud of and I think the least of which would be the American military.” So they mean to say that the American military is actually a dignified, morally sound entity? The same American military that has invaded so many Muslim countries under false pretexts, that kills innocent Muslim men, women and children daily in Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere, which desecrates the Quran, which rapes our mothers and sisters and carries out indiscriminate bombings against the Muslim masses? But since Cair is the same “Islamic” organization that has said that it is allowed for Muslims to serve in the kuffar U.S. military, and which praised the martyrdom of our beloved Sheikh Usama bin Laden at the hands of these dogs, their position on this issue would seem to be in line with their distorted and deviant views.
Oh Muslims, wake up before it is too late. The war is coming into your homes, and you will be forced to choose a side sooner or later, whether you like it or not. So why not join the ranks of those to whom Allah has promised success in the Hereafter, and an eventual victory in dunya? The filthy Americans and their allies have shown that their war is a war against Islam and Muslims. If incidents such as these are not enough to rouse you out of your slumber, to shake you to your core and make you want to come to the aid of your Mujahideen brothers who are the vanguard of the Ummah and the ones preventing the kuffar from reaching into your homes, then ask yourself whether you are of those about whom Allah the Exalted says, “… Say: “You believe not but you only say, ‘We have surrendered (in Islam),’ for Faith has not yet entered your hearts… ”
May Allah never make us like such people, and may He grant us the tawfeeq to join the ranks of those who are truly serving the cause of the deen in the way that is most pleasing to Him. Ameen.

All praise be to Allah, Lord of all that Exists, and may peace and blessings be upon the Imam of the Mujahideen and the Seal of the Prophets; the Best of Creation Muhammad ibn Abdullah, and upon his family and Companions in their entirety.
To proceed:
“And fight the polytheists all together as they fight you all together” [Surah at-Tawbah: 36]
The decision to more than double the number of AMISOM troops in Somalia means that the Jihad has entered a new phase, where there are greater risks for the Mujahideen, but greater opportunities for them as well, with the permission of Allah.
On top of the fact that the number of AU troops will be more than doubled – from 8 000 to over 17 000 – the number of nations openly waging war against the Mujahideen is also growing rapidly. In addition to the Ugandan and Burundian troops already battling the Mujahideen we must add the Ethiopian and Kenyan armed forces, both of whom have invaded Somalia in recent months.
Djibouti has also agreed to send thousands more troops, as has Sierra Leone. But the long list of African nations contributing to the bloodshed in Somalia should never disguise the fact that the real enemies of the Mujahideen are actually the Western powers buying the cooperation of the African nations with so-called ‘aid’ money (and threats of withdrawing all political, economic and military assistance should these nations decide not to contribute troops to the cause).
American drones have been attacking targets throughout Somalia, and the Americans are certainly not the only Western nation carrying out military and intelligence operations in Somalia.
In addition to this there are large numbers of Western contractors – both government and private – training the Apostate forces both inside Somalia itself as well as in the surrounding countries.
The Ethiopian and Kenyan forces seem to have acted unilaterally in their haste to cross the border into Somalia – but there is no doubt that their assaults were planned in consultation with one another, and with their Western masters. The West knows that the African Union is beset with internal rivalries and plagued by the excessive ‘red-tape’ that is inevitable in any such organisation, which means that any action it takes will be slow and often ineffective.
In the same way that the Zionist Crusaders completely ignore the United Nations whenever it suits them – such as when they wish to wage an illegal war against Islam – so too the African Crusaders have been taught to bypass the United Nations and the African Union when it comes to killing Muslims.
“When it is said to them: “Make not mischief on the earth,” they say: “Why, we only want to make peace!”” [Surah al-Baqarah: 11]
Thus, Kenyan fighter jets have been killing civilians in and around Kismayo, while Ethiopian tanks have recently rolled into Beledweyne, adding yet another chapter to their bloody history in Somalia.
There is some talk that the Ethiopian troops will be quietly withdrawn and switched for troops from other African nations: for even the Apostates and the grave-worshippers find it difficult to stomach the presence of the hated Ethiopian forces inside Somalia for long.
Meanwhile the Kenyan forces will remain – but will be ‘re-hatted’ and designated as being part of the AMISOM force. SubhanAllah! It is as if merely changing the colour of the hat on their heads somehow makes their illegal invasion and all the subsequent atrocities they committed perfectly acceptable!
So what can we learn from the current situation is Somalia?
1.) Undoubtedly these latest developments are proof that the decision to strategically redeploy some of the Mujahideen from Mogadishu was the correct tactic: the Disbelievers have realised that a far larger force will be needed to maintain any façade of control. Every soldier sent to Somalia us ultimately financed by the Americans, and their current economic problems speak for themselves.
2.) The presence of more foreign forces – especially the Ethiopians – will backfire and actually increase and not decrease support for the Mujahideen. The long-suffering Somali people will not tolerate the Disbelievers violating their honour and the sanctity of their homes and holy places.
3.) As the enemies of Islam have put aside their numerous, significant differences in order to work towards a common goal – preventing the application of the Shariah in Somalia. They have worked together regardless of the colour of their skin, their cultural background, socio-economic status, the language they speak etc… Hence the Ummah must also put aside their differences and also overlook any perceived shortcomings in the Mujahideen – which in any case are largely the result of the pathetic propaganda of the Disbelievers and the Apostates.
How quickly some brothers seem to forget the words of Allah:
“O ye who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done” [Surah al-Hujurat: 6]
While individual members of the Mujahideen have made some mistakes in Somalia, so did some members of the armies of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) as well as the armies led by the Sahabah (may Allah be pleased with them all) and those of the Tabiien (may Allah have Mercy on them all)
Wallahi brothers, if you are waiting for an army that is purer than that of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) then you will be waiting until the Day of Judgement in vain.
Of course the Mujahideen – the Ansar as well as well as the Muhajireen – must also put aside all of their differences to work towards the goal of expelling the Disbelievers and establishing the Shariah. There has been no better example in the modern era than the merger than the many factions of Hizbul Islam and Harakat al-Shabaab al-Mujahideen into one united force holding firm to the rope of Allah, may Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) reward them all. Of course problems and tensions will arise: it is inevitable when you are living together with brothers from all over the world, separated from your friends and family by thousands of kilometres, and living a difficult life where there is constant danger of attack, with none of the modern conveniences so many of us take for granted. Our brother Abu Mansour al-Amriki (may Allah protect him) explained all of this wonderfully well in his recent lecture “Lessons Learned”, may Allah reward him for every word.
Now is not the time for divisions – be they strategic, doctrinal or tribal (we seek Allah’s protection) – to get in the way of progress. Rather this is a time for consolidation and reflection. The Mujahideen in Somalia have opportunities that other Mujahideen can only dream of – where else on earth do we see the leaders of the Mujahideen able to lead the Eid prayers in front of thousands of Believers? The hopes of the Ummah lie with the Mujahideen in Somalia, as do their prayers.
And so, we ask Allah to keep the righteous Mujahideen firmly united on the Straight Path they have followed thus far.
We ask Allah to strengthen their ranks, and straighten their aim.
We ask Allah that the Jihadi media groups be able to combat the propaganda of the Crusader’s media machine, and expose the realities on the ground in Somalia.
We ask Allah increase the hatred and enmity amongst the coalition of Crusaders, be they Western or African, and to sow further discord amongst the Apostates and the grave-worshippers.
We ask Allah that the blood of the martyrs not be spilled in vain, and that He (SWT) eases the suffering of the patient families of the martyrs and the prisoners.
We ask Allah to reward those sincere scholars who have already called the people to Jihad and Hijrah and to guide those sincere scholars who have not yet done so, for whatever reason.
We ask Allah to protect the Mujahideen, and especially their leadership, from amongst the Ansar and the Muhajireen. They have sacrificed so much already, but we ask that they have the strength to continue to strive with their lives and their wealth in Your Cause.
“Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand against faith” [Surah al-Baqarah: 286]
And our final prayer is that all praise be to Allah, the Lord of all that exists, and may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and his Companions in their entirety.
