Two new statements from al-Qā’idah in the Arabian Peninsula

Qaa’idah Al-Jihad in the Arabian Peninsula

Statement regarding storming a military security center and killing all of them in the province of Shabwa

All praise be to Allah who says: {O you who believed, fight those adjacent to you of the disbelievers and let them find in you harshness,And know that Allah is with the righteous} and may the peace and blessing be upon the Cheerful Fighter who said” I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshiped but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah’s Apostle, and offer the prayers perfectly and give the obligatory charity, so if they perform a that, then they save their lives an property from me except for Islamic laws and then their reckoning (accounts) will be done by Allah“
A group belonging to the brigades of the martyred Shaikh Mohamed Omair – May Allah have mercy on him – raided one of the central military security points in Shabwa province which resulted in the killing of 6 soldiers of tyranny, within the series of “Eliminating Evil” to purge the Arabian Peninsula from the agents of America. This happened on Saturday, the thirteenth of Sha’ban, 1431 H.A, before sunset prayers.

The martyrs in this operation are, with the permission of Allah, Shaikh Zayed Ahmed Awad Aldgari from Abadaan district in the province of Shabwa, and his martyred companion Osama Ahmed Ali San’aani Hafd Allah from the Tawrah village in the province of Sanaa. May Allah have mercy on them. They were killed after they and their brothers attacked the soldiers of injustice and aggression.
We want to show our Islamic nation what causes us to target the soldiers of the tyrannical leader Ali Saleh:
1 – These soldiers are the striking hand of the agent Ali Saleh and they are the ones who support the pillars of this unjust government.
2 – They are the ones who raid the homes of the mujahideen fighters, kill peaceful Muslims and terrorize women and children, as what happened with the martyred Shaikh Abdullah al-Midhar, may Allah have mercy on him.
3 – They are standing with the Crusader campaign against our country. They are the first-line defenders of the Americans who killed our women and children with Cluster bombs and cruise missiles in Al-Mu’ajala in the province of Abyan.
4 – These soldiers are the ones who beat people with their light and heavy weapons and kill innocent people who went out in peaceful demonstrations to remove injustice, as what happened in Abyan, Dali’h, laHaj, Aden, al-Mukalla and Sana’a.
5 – They are the ones who killed women and children and destroyed Masajid and homes on the heads of the residents in Marib, Dali’h, in order to humiliate the sons of the Muslim nation, undermine their dignity and subjugate Muslims to join the crusader campaign in the region.
And from here we emphasize the following:
1 – Ali Saleh and his government and his soldiers, the injustice ones, are a legitimate target for us. Only if they repent to Allah will they not be targeted.
2 – Anyone who stands with Ali Saleh and his government, and with the crusader campaign against the Muslim nation is an enemy to us and is a legitimate target for us.
3 – We are striving to implement the law of Allah, prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere, build up the Islamic Caliphate on the methodology of the Prophet, expel the polytheists from the peninsula of the Prophet Mohammed, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family, lift the injustice and oppression from the people, and establish truth, justice and security among the people under the law of the Merciful one.

Statement regarding the killing of 6 soldiers in an ambush on their patrol near the city of Ataq in Shabwa

All praise be to Allah who says: {Fight them and Allah will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame, help you to victory over them, heal the breasts of the Believers} (Surat At-Tawbah 9:14) And may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the Cheerful Fighter who said, “I have been made victorious with terror in one month’s time.”

A group belonging to the brigades of Shaikh Mohammad Omair Al-Awlaki R.A managed, by the grace of Allah alone, to execute a coordinated ambush on a military patrol as part of the “Eliminating Evil” operations. The operation resulted in the killing of an officer and five soldiers of tyranny from the central security forces. The Mujahideen took 4 machine guns and 2 cartridges of ammunition as spoils of war. This happened in the city of ‘Ataq, the capital of Shabwa. The operation was carried out on Thursday 1431 A.H at 3 O’clock before dawn prayers, and with the grace of Allah, the Mujahideen returned safely and victorious.

On July 29, 2010, an audiotape featuring Al-Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) commander Abu Musab Abdel Wadoud was released titled, “We Don’t Surrender…We Win or We Die.” In the tape, Abdel Wadoud argued that “calls to recede and surrender are proof and a confession from the enemy that the military solution has failed, as the apostates have realized that defeating the mujahideen militarily is highly impossible…the sword destroyed the arrogance of those murdering criminals who shed much of the Muslim blood. And we praise Allah because the rains of bullets and the infiltrations of the intended-martyrs and the detonation of explosive devices shattered their hegemony and brought humiliation upon them.” He then vowed: “We do not surrender. We win or we die. We do not surrender. We win or we die. First you have to fight our Jihadist generation and our men who are spread in the mountains and the valleys, in the cities and the deserts…” The U.S. Treasury Department has noted that in 2006 Abdel Wadoud “stated that he had consulted with…Ayman al-Zawahiri regarding AQIM’s upcoming plans and missions in Algeria and the Maghreb countries.”

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم


(( بيانٌ عن استهداف مقرّ قناة “العربيّة” الفضائيّة الخبيثة ))
يقول تعالى: {بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ وَلَكُمُ الْوَيْلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ} [الأنبياء: 18].
الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.. وبعد:
ففي عملية مباركة وفّق الله ليوث دولة الإسلام لتنفيذها، استمراراً لسلسلة غزوات الأسير المباركة في دكّ قواعد المشروع الصّفوي وأذنابه في بغداد، وبعد تخطيطٍ مُحكم واستطلاعٍ دقيق من قبل مفارز الإسناد للأهداف المنتخبة في قلب الخطّة الأمنية لحكومة المنطقة الخضراء، قام بطلٌ من أبطال الإسلام وليثٌ من ليوث دولته باستهداف وكرٍ خبيث من أوكار الشّر والعُهر، وبوقٍ للفساد والحِرابة والدّعاية الكاذبة الدّائرة في فلك الحملة الصّليبيّة على الإسلام وأهله.
ورغم زعم المرتدّين عِلمَهم بالتّخطيط لضرب الهدف وتبجّحهم بمعلوماتهم “الاستخبارية” وإجراءاتهم “الأمنيّة”، فقد تمكّن الأخ المنفّذ من الوصول لمبنى الفضائية الخبيثة بعد اختراق الأطواق الأمنيّة ونقاط التفتيش التي جَهِد المرتدّون والشركات الأمنيّة المتعاقدة معهم في بنائها حول المنطقة المستهدفة المُلحقة بـ”المنطقة الخضراء” المحصّنة، وأدّى انفجار المركبة المفخخة إلى تدمير الهيكل الداخلي للمقرّ بالكامل إضافة للمباني المحيطة والتي اتخذت ملجئاً آمنا لمسئولي حكومة الأقزام السّفهاء، وقادة الأحزاب المرتدّة، ومقرّات الشركات الأمنيّة المجرمة العاملة في العراق.
وإنّنا إذ نعلن مسئوليتنا عن ضرب هذه القناة المُفسدة الخبيثة، فإننا نُؤكّد أنّ هذه الرّسالة التي خُطّت بالدّم والنّار لم تكُن الأولى ولن تكون الأخيرة، وأننا لن نتردّد في استهداف أيّ جهة أو مؤسسة إعلاميّة وملاحقة عناصرها حيثما كانوا، ما دامت تُصرّ على أن تكون أداةً لحرب الله ورسوله وتشويه دينِ الإسلام والصّد عنه، أو بوقاً لإعانة الحملة الصليبيّة وحرب المجاهدين في هذه البلاد، أو منبراً إعلاميّا لتثبيت أركان المشروع الصّفوي فيه..
كما أنّنا لا ننسى أن نذكّر أهل التّوحيد في بلاد الإسلام القريبة منّا والبعيدة، أن يشمّروا عن ساعد الجدّ وينفضوا عن أنفسهم غبار القُعود، ويهبّوا لنُصرة دينهم ولا يتركوا لمثل هذه الفضائيات الخبيثة موطئ قدم آمنٍ في بلادهم، وليعلم إخوة الدّين أن استهداف هذه المؤسّساتِ المحارِبة وأعيانِ العاملين فيها ممّن اختار الوقوف في خندق الكفّار مظاهَرةً للحملة الصليبيّة وحرباً للمجاهدين، من أعظم القُرُبات إلى الله، ومن مراتب الجهاد المُتعيّن على كلّ مسلم نُصرة لدين الله وطاعةً لأمره في قتال أئمّة الكُفر الطّاعنين في الدّين، وحتى يعلم هؤلاء الأنجاس ومن يقف ورائهم أن حِمى الإسلام ليست مباحةً لكلّ ديّوثٍ وعاهرة، وأنّ لدين الإسلام رجالاً ترخصُ دمائهم في سبيله وإعلاءً لكلمته، {أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَنْ تُتْرَكُوا وَلَمَّا يَعْلَمِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا مِنْكُمْ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذُوا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَلا رَسُولِهِ وَلا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلِيجَةً وَاللَّهُ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ}[التوبة:16].

Al-Andalus Media presents a new video from al-Qā’idah in the Islamic Maghreb: "The expedition of Al-Mansura"

New statement from al-Qā’idah in the Arabian Peninsula: "Regarding the storming of political security building in Aden"

NOTE: al-Qā’idah (AQ) has been in Yemen since the late 1990s. As is well known AQ operatives struck the USS Cole in October of 2000. Following that attack and 9/11, the United States and Yemen worked together to suppress and eliminate al-Qā’idah in Yemen or al-Qā’idah in Southern Arabia as they were called then. This mission was successful and by November 2003 that generation of al-Qā’idah members was for all intents and purposes eliminated.
Following the above successes, though, the United States, along with Yemen, took their eyes off preventing a rise in a new generation of al-Qā’idah activists in Yemen. Consequently, in February 2006, twenty-three al-Qā’idah terrorists, including the mastermind of the 2000 USS Cole bombing, escaped from a Yemeni prison.  National security experts have claimed this event as the date when al-Qā’idah’s presence in Yemen started to rise again. Within months of the escape al-Qā’idah was responsible for attacks on oil and gas facilities and culminated in September of 2008 with its attempt to bomb the US Embassy.
Along with the prison escape another important factor behind al-Qā’idah’s reemergence in Yemen is due to the successful counterterrorism efforts by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a result, many Saudi al-Qā’idah members fled to Yemen. This led in January of 2009 for the two groups, al-Qā’idah in Yemen and al-Qā’idah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to merge into what it is now referred to as al-Qā’idah in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP). AQAP has shown it is a force to be reckoned with by its attempted assassination of Saudi Arabia’s Prince Muḥammad bin Nāyef as well as attempts to smuggle weapons into KSA dressed as women and assassinating key local leaders in southern Yemen. Furthermore, AQAP has been linked to the failed Christmas Day attack attempted by ‘Umar Fārūk ‘Abd  al-Muṭallab. AQAP claims they went forth with this attack as a response to the US’ cruise missile attacks against AQ assets on December 17 and 24.

UPDATE: After the forums released the new English language magazine “Inspire” within an hour or so they took it down since the pdf file was corrupted. The first three pages — the table of contents — was fine, but afterwards the text was gibberish. I am still keeping this corrupted file up so people can see what it looked like.
