New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Hunger Strike by Inmates in Guantánamo"

For the past three months, inmates at the notorious Guantanamo prison have been on a hunger strike which started and is ongoing due to the inhumane treatment of prisoners as well as desecration of Islamic sanctities by the American guards.

According to our information, the atmosphere inside the prison violates all established international human right charters where the inmates are treated inhumanely. Even now, the oppressed and ill prisoners on strike are facing physical and mental abuses at the hands of the American troops. Even though many of the crimes carried out inside the prison are kept secret however what has been reported by the media recently suggest that the conditions inside the prison are very distressing. Media reports say that over a hundred inmates are in dire conditions facing a life and death situation, adding that American officials have dispatched forty military doctors to force feed the prisoners on hunger strike. A defense lawyer told media that conditions inside that prison are deplorable and a stain on humanity. The said lawyer further says that more than half of the inmates are forced fed by soldiers and their doctors through pipes inserted into their noses. One of the head of doctor’s union describes such actions as a shameful crime and a clear violation of medical ethics. The American officials, instead of accepting the legitimate demands of the prisoners, are trying to kill the spirit of the protesting inmates with such coercive behavior and are retaliating to their screams for justice with brutality, all of which are actions violating all human rights and every charter enshrined in the laws of humanity. The strikes in Guantanamo began several months ago after the American soldiers’ desecrated copies of Holy Quran inside the prison and despite the condition of prisoners reaching a frightening level, the world’s humanitarian conscious is still oblivious and is treating this humanitarian crisis as a political issue. If the international humanitarian institutions, human right organizations, United Nations and other organizations are biased in this issue to protect stature of America then the international, regional and national Islamic and humanitarian establishments and individuals must drop this burden from their shoulders by raising their voices in protest against this American inhumanity. The Islamic Emirate, which considers the ongoing atrocity in Guantanamo as a crime against humanity and a historical disgrace for mankind, calls on the entire Islamic world, Islamic societies and respected personalities, all the international human right organizations, media groups and charitable organizations to show their opposition and raise their voices against this unlawful action of the American officials as part of their duty and humanitarian obligation. The Islamic Emirate similarly calls on all writers, journalists and professionals to condemn the actions of America carried out against inmates in the infamous Guantanamo prison for the defense of human dignity and to fulfill their religious and humanitarian obligation. =&0=& =&1=& =&2=& =&3=&

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the ‘Khālid bin Walīd’ Spring Operation"

وَحَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَسَى اللّهُ أَن يَكُفَّ بَأْسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا (۸۴) النساء

and incite the believers (to fight along with you), it may be that Allah will restrain the evil might of the disbelievers. (84 An-Nisa)

(۱۳) الصف نَصْرٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

help from Allah (against your enemies) and a near victory. And give glad tidings (O Muhammad  ) to the believers. (13 As-Saff)

الحمد لله وحده، صدق وعده  ونصر عبده وأعز جنده وهزم الأحزاب وحده وبعد!

All praise is due to Allah alone, He has fulfilled His Promise, and made Victorious His worshipper and alone made Mighty His army and defeated the confederates!

The Afghan Mujahid nation, in defense of their religion and country, has occupied the trenches of Jihad and resistance for the past eleven years against the invading crusaders and their spineless backers. During this lengthy period, with the Grace of Allah Almighty, the Jihadi determination and patience has only increased in perseverance by the day and, with the divine help of Allah Almighty, has handed the worlds disbelief a memorable defeat in every field.  The enemy, with all its military might, has been overwhelmed and finally forced to flee from their military bases.

وماالنصر الا من عند الله العزیزالحکیم. (And there is no victory except from Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.)

So that the remaining regions of the country are cleansed from the rule of disbelief and replaced with Shariah based and an independent government, in accordance with the Jihadi aspirations of the believing nation, the Islamic Emirate, as in the past, entitles current years monumental spring operation by the name of Islamic history’s victorious General ‘Khalid bin Waleed R.A’. We pray to Allah Almighty, just as historic defeats were dealt to that times western Roman Empire in Damascus and Yarmouk battles at the hands of the lofty companion‘Khalid bin Waleed R.A’, to also bless and make these the final successful Jihadi operations in defeating this era’s western invaders, completely freeing the nation from the cusps of occupation and establishing in it an Islamic rule; and nothing is hard for Allah, the Supreme.

Khalid bin Waleed Jihadi operation will forge ahead under the direct guidance of Islamic Emirate’s military strategists while keeping in mind new developments of the current year.

This year’s spring operation, in accordance with its combat nature, will consist of special military tactics quantity and quality wise while successful insider attacks, to eliminate foreign invaders, will be carried out by infiltrating Mujahideen inside enemy bases in a systematic and coordinated manner.
Similarly, collective martyrdom operations on bases of foreign invaders, their diplomatic centers and military airbases will be even further structured while every possible tactic will be utilized in order to detain or inflict heavy casualties on the foreign transgressors.
Khalid bin Waleed operation will be launched in unison throughout the country, heralded with the cry of ‘takbeer’, against the transgressing invaders and their degenerate backers on 8th the current solar year’s Thaur month which corresponds with 28/04/2013 AD. Taking 8th of Thaur as good fortune due to it being the day of triumph of our holy Jihad against communism, we hope Allah Almighty will also make this blessed operation the cause of defeat of this wretched coalition headed by America.
The Islamic Emirate, while stressing to its Mujahideen the importance of protecting the lives and property of civilians as well as of all of our national resources and public welfare establishments during the Khalid bin Waleed operation, also calls on its Muslim countrymen to stay away from the bases of the invaders, their residential areas or working for them in order to avoid civilian losses.
We once again call on all the officials and workers of the stooge Karzai regime to break away from this decaying administration in order to conform to Islamic commands, national interests and protection of yourselves and to choose a life of prosperity living alongside your own people in an atmosphere of peace and security.
During this year’s Khalid bin Waleed operation, all the stipulations, guidance and statements of Call and Guidance/Recruitment Commission will also be exercised in which protection has been guaranteed for those workers of the stooge regime who surrender or join up with the Mujahideen just as the life, property and honor of the large group of people was protected who left the ranks of the enemy and joined up with Mujahideen during the previous year.
The Islamic Emirate, before launching its Khalid bin Waleed spring operation, calls on all of its Muslim nation’s religious figures, tribal elders and all the influential figures of society to keep away their youth from joining the ranks of America’s mercenary programs (army, police, arbaki) so to deliver them from the destruction of this world and the hereafter.
This year’s Khalid bin Waleed operation will be launched by the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate against America, NATO and their backers for the gratification of Allah Almighty, independence of Afghanistan and establishing in it an Islamic government while we humbly raise our hands towards Allah Almighty for its success and hope for a favorable and triumphant end.  Yes! New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Remarks Regarding Decision By Germany To Prolong Occupation"

We strongly condemn the decision made by the German defense minister who announced that it will keep a number of its troops for an extended period of time in Afghanistan to prolong its occupation as well as the killing and oppression of the persecuted Afghan nation.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to clarify to Germany and to its people that the Afghan nation will never accept the military presence of their occupying troops and they will not be spared from attacks of the Mujahideen in the upcoming year. We counsel the German people to prevent their government from helping America in occupying Afghanistan and oppressing the Afghan nation and to avoid prolonging the persecution of the Afghan people for the benefit and interests of America.
This futile war was America’s war of fancy which regretfully also drew in other nations and senselessly spilt the blood of the Afghans. If Germany wants to continue its hard headedness and irrational policy then the Islamic Emirate will take a harsh stand against it by targeting it with special tactical and Jihadi operations which will force them to regret their illogical decision.
The Afghans have historically had good relations with Germany and have behaved with them valiantly however disappointingly, the German government is talking about prolonging the invasion of our country and has forgotten everything.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Reaction Regarding Shooting of Oppressed Guantánamo Prisoners"

The Islamic Emirate channeled the voice of the oppressed prisoners in Guantanamo to the world and the media two months earlier who had taken up a hunger strike to protest the desecration of the Holy Quran by the American barbaric guards. It is now understood that the American guards have turned the barrels of the guns on the prisoners to forcefully break their hunger strikes and despite the years of torture, they have now exercised shootings. The American cowardly troops, who have lost all will to fight Mujahideen head on in the battlefields, now want to avenge their losses and defeat by picking on defenseless tied up prisoners to show their bravery!!!? We once again condemn this American savagery with the strongest of words. This barbaric act of American troops clearly demonstrates their ongoing criminal behavior which they launched simultaneously alongside their eleven year old invasion. We once again call on all human right organizations, free nations and civil societies to condemn such cowardly actions of America and take a firm stance against it based upon evident humane principals. The Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate also vow to avenge these wronged prisoners by targeting the American invaders in Afghanistan with all might at their disposal, Allah willing.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Qārī' Yusef Aḥmadī: "Remarks Regarding Attack on Courthouse in Farah"

That a courthouse is considered the standard for justice and equity as well as upholder of law and its orders in a Muslim society, therefore it is necessary, in respect of status of real courthouses, that we declare our position regarding courthouses of the Kabul administration:
On Wednesday, a well-trained group of Islamic Emirate carried out a thunderous strike in Farah provincial capital on multiple enemy complexes, key targets amongst which were the so-called provincial high court and military court. This planned attack was executed on the same day as a gathering was called in order to put to trial a few Mujahideen on charges of defending their religion and homeland. With this operation, the Islamic Emirate sent a clear message to the Kabul administration, its courts as well as its Judges and prosecutors that from now on, the valiant Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate, in revenge of our oppressed prisoners, will target those Judges and prosecutors who deliberately try to make the cases of Mujahideen weighty.  The real defenders of Islam and the nation (Mujahideen) who have sacrificed everything to oppose the invaders are tortured, kept in prisons for years on end and even mercilessly given the death penalty are all due to these cowardly, Kufr and occupation loving departments and personnel. These actions are carried out by these departments despite the many repeated warnings by Mujahideen. These so called Judges deliberately change the cases of Mujahideen from political to criminal, order heavy penalties for these pure Mujahideen and this process keeps ongoing, henceforth, the reaction of Mujahideen towards them will be serious and they will encounter all necessary and similar counter actions. The Islamic Emirate, from today onwards, will keep a close watch over courthouses, all its personnel and all those who try to harm Mujahideen and will deal with them the same as the Judges and prosecutors of Farah while those who are faithful towards Islam and the nation and lend a helping hand to Mujahideen will be treated with high regard, Allah willing.
