بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
فلسطین میں”مأسدۃ المجاہدین” مقبوضہ پہاڑ “کرمل” میں آگ بھڑکانے کے واقعے کی مکمل ذمہ داری قبول کرتی ہے۔
الحمد للہ والصلاۃ والسلام اس ذات پر کہ جسے اللہ تعالی نے کافروں کی گردنیں اڑانے کیلئے تلوار کے ساتھ مبعوث فرمایا۔
وعلی آلہ وصحبہ اجمیعین ۔۔۔ اما بعد!
اللہ تعالی کا فرمان ہے:
قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُّؤْمِنِينَ

ترجمہ: “ان (کافروں) سے لڑو۔ اللہ انہیں تمہارے ہاتھوں سے سزا دے گا اور انہیں ذلیل و رسوا کرے گا اور تمہیں ان پر غلبہ دے گا اور (اس سے) مومنوں کے سینوں کو شفاء دے گا۔”(التوبہ 14)
26 ذوالحجہ 1431 ھ گزشتہ جمعرات اور جمعۃ المبارک کی درمیانی شب فلسطین میں “مأسدۃ المجاہدین” کے شیروں میں سے کچھ شیر نکلے اور مقبوضہ پہاڑ “کرمل” پر غاصب قوم کے ٹھکانے کے عین درمیان میں دلیرانہ اور انوکھی مبارک کاروائی کی۔ جہاں انہوں نے ا س (پہاڑ) کے جنگل کے ایک حصے کو آگ لگادی۔ جس کے نتیجے میں دشمن کے اپنے اعتراف کے مطابق چالیس سے زیادہ غاصب ہلاک اور دسیوں زخمی ہوئے۔
اس حملے میں آپ کے بھائیوں کا معاون اللہ کا ایک لشکر “ہوا” بھی تھی کہ جس کی وجہ سے آگ کے شعلے وہاں تک بھی جاپہنچے کہ جہاں کا ہم نے منصوبہ بھی نہیں بنایا تھا۔ اور اسی وجہ سے ہمارا دشمن اس (آگ) پر قابو پانے میں ناکام ہوا۔ یہاں تک کہ اسے اس آگ کہ جو اللہ نے انکے جسموں سے پہلے ان کے دلوں میں بھڑکائی ،کو بجھانے کیلئے متعدد غیر ملکی افواج کو بلانے پر مجبور ہونا پڑا۔ اور یہ سب صرف اور صرف اللہ کے فضل و کرم کا ہی نتیجہ ہے۔
الحمد للہ، اللہ کے فضل سے یہ مبارک غزوہ اس سلسلے کی ایک کڑی ہے کہ جو بغض رکھنے والے یہودی استعمار کے بلند وبالا محلات کو اللہ کے حکم سے عنقریب گرادے گا۔ اور یہ انتقام ہے ان شہید موحدوں کے خون کا کہ جن میں سرفہرست شہید “محمد النمنم” اور دو سگے بھائی “اسلام” اور “محمد یاسین” اور انکے علاوہ فلسطین کے سلفی جہادی شہید ہیں۔تاکہ دشمن جان لے کہ توحید کے بیٹے کسی کےظلم کے بعد سوتے نہیں اور اپنے وسائل کی کمی کے باوجود دشمن کو خونریز معرکوں کے ذریعے ایسے سبق سکھا سکتے ہیں کہ جنہیں وہ کبھی نہ بھولے گا۔ اللہ کے حکم سے آپ کے مجاہد بھائی اپنے ٹھکانوں پر صحیح سلامت پہنچ گئے۔
شروع اور آخر میں تمام تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لیئے ہیں۔
اور فلسطین میں ہم “مأسدۃ المجاہدین” جب اس مبارک حملے کی مکمل ذمہ داری کا اعلان کرتے ہیں۔ تو وہیں ہم اپنے ان بھائیوں کے ساتھ کسی بھی قسم کے تنظیمی رابطے کی پوری شدت کے ساتھ نفی کرتے ہیں کہ جنہیں اس سلسلے میں گرفتار کیا گیا ہے۔
اسی طرح ہم دعاگو ہیں کہ اللہ تعالی ان کی مصیبت دور کرے اور انہیں اور تمام مسلمان قیدیوں کو آزاد کرائے۔
واللہ اکبر ۔۔۔ واللہ اکبر ۔۔۔ واللہ اکبر۔۔۔
وللہ العزۃ ولرسولہ وللمجاھدین
اور اللہ اپنے کام پر غالب ہے، لیکن اکثر لوگ نہیں جانتے۔

My new article in The CTC Sentinel: “Revolution Muslim: Downfall or Respite?”

In July 2010, Zachary Chesser was arrested in the United States for trying to join Somalia’s al-Shabab terrorist group. His arrest brought attention to a U.S.-based extremist group operating in the New York City area, known as Revolution Muslim, of which Chesser was a member.[1] Chesser’s arrest, however, appears to be the apex that disguised the seeming decline of Revolution Muslim. After suffering a series of leadership problems and disputes, Revolution Muslim was increasingly used by UK- based extremists seeking to skirt British hate speech and incitement laws by using the U.S.-based Revolution Muslim website to distribute their literature and notifications of public events. The violent calls by British extremists eventually led to the shutdown of the Revolution Muslim website in November 2010. Shortly after, Revolution Muslim’s leader said that the group had been disbanded, and he announced the creation of a new, supposedly more moderate organization, called Islam Policy.[2] Since this transition is recent, it is too early to determine whether Revolution Muslim will follow in the footsteps of the British group al-Muhajiroun by returning to confrontation merely under a different name, or if it will follow a model closer to groups such as Hizb al-Tahrir, Tabligh Jama`at, or the Muslim Brotherhood by adopting a less hostile posture. This article recounts the factors that led to the recent demise of Revolution Muslim, while also providing insight on its new incarnation, Islam Policy. New statement from al-Qā’idah in the Arabian Peninsula: "Glad tidings for the believers within the series of Operations of Defense for the People of the Sunnah"

NOTE: Earlier in the week, AQAP released a statement claiming responsibility for the two attacks against the Ḥūthīs. This second one identifies the two individuals involved in the attacks. The attack on ‘Īd al-Ghadīr was conducted by Abū ‘A’ishah al-San’ānī al-Hāshimī while the second attack on Badr ad-Dīn al-Ḥūthī’s funeral procession was conducted by Abū ‘Abdullah al-San’ānī. AQAP claims that during the first attack they killed Badr ad-Dīn al-Ḥūthī.
I’m not sure what to think about AQAP coming out with two statements about this and not having this information all in the first statement. Was AQAP’s senior leadership unaware of the attack until after the fact? At the same time, it’s hard to believe that they wouldn’t have authorized such an attack especially since it’s the first time AQAP has attacked the Ḥūthī’s. I’ll defer to Gregory Johnsen on this one and see what he says once he blogs about it.

The ISI disputes this claim and suggests it is false and that the Iraqi government is trying to patch up the failings and setbacks they have had against the ISI.

New statement from the Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Usage of Poisonous Chemical Weapons in Afghanistan by the Invading Americans"

On the basis of evidence, the American invaders have used banned weapons like thermo baric and bunker buster bombs against defenseless civilian Afghans in various parts of
the country in the past few years under the pretext of eradicating Mujahideen. Many congenital deformities have occurred in infants in every part of the country as a result of the usage of the chemical weapons. Furthermore, the residents have been suffering from various diseases.
As a proof, we would like to refer to the following documents:
1. An Afghan investigative research scholar, Dr. Mohammad Daud Miraki conducted field research in the southern provinces of the country. He accumulated enough empirical evidence regarding the use of poisonous weapons in the area.
2. In 2002, a research team of Canadian Medical Research Center visited southern provinces of Afghanistan and found that the magnitude of uranium isotopes in the inhabitants was soaring between 300 and 2000 nanograms while the accepted limit is 10 nanograms.
3. The Al-alam TV website has posted a video report about newly-born infants suffering from deformities and abnormal body parts caused by the usage of biological weapons. See http:\www.alalam.ir/node/307570.
4. A Senior official of the Kabul Regime’s Ministry of Health told media some times ago that they had obtained evidences, indicating that the Americans had used depleted uranium munitions and phosphorus bombs in Tora bora in east Afghanistan in 2001. Deformed infants have been born in the area or some have deformed body parts or suffering from weightlessness or mental retardation. Diseases like leukemia( blood white cells disease) is widespread in the area. Sperms ” infertility” malfunction in males have been noticed. Many persons have died without an open wound.
All Americans military and civilian rulers are held responsible for these anti-human crimes. Ironically, still, the crimes have been continuing in Afghanistan at the hands of the invading Americans and their coalition forces, in a time that many human rights organizations including those of the United Nations and the Human Rights Watch have presence in the country.
To fulfill its responsibility, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls on all human rights organizations and other relevant entities, organizations and independent personalities to take steps, as a part of their responsibility, to impede those who are involved in human rights violations and bring them to human rights crimes tribunals. Moreover, speed up efforts aimed at disseminating awareness and unearthing more cases of crimes against humanity.

New video message from the Shūrā Council of the Amīr of Wilāyah Dagestan in the Caucasus Emirate

Here is the translation, witha adaptations of the transcript of the latest messgae of Amir Hassan about the changes in the leadership of the W. Dagestan, as a consequence of the Martyrdom of Amir Sayfullah aka Magomedali Vagabov (ra). He also renew the Bayah given to the CE Amir, Abu Uthman (ha), on behalf of the Mujahideen of Dagestan.
Assalam Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu, brothers.
A lot of time have passed since the martyrdom (Insha’Allah) of our brother Seyfullah. He has done a lot of work in the way of Allah, may Allah reward him with good. May Allah accept his Jihad, and may He increases his reward in Heaven. We will, Insha’Allah, all achieve it. We came here to die on the path of Allah, to establish Its law on earth. Either Allah will give us the martyrdom in His path, or the victory over the infidels.
Today, some Amirs can not be here for a good reasons: Amir Habib and Amir al-Bara. There are some changes after the Seyfullah’s martyrdom. I thought and consulted with my brothers and the decisions were made: I appoint as my Naib (deputy), Hassan, who is now the Amir of the Northern sector. He will be my first Naib, Insha’Allah, the second Naib will be Salih, who is the Amir of the Central Sector. As Amir of the Makhachkala-Kaspiysk(1) sector, I have appointed al-Bara, who was the Amir of Kaspiysk. Now we have there a brother, Isa, Al-HamduLillah, a knowledgable brother. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds that we have such brothers here. We have appointed him as the Amir of Riyadh-us-Saliheen group(2). Insha’Allah, he will act, as we have discussed earlier Insha’Allah. We will also continue to bring horrors to the infidels, in their territories. They think that this (Dagestan and the Caucasus ) is the only place of this war. Insha’Allah, we will carry this war into their territory, with the help of Allah. As for Daud of Makhachkala, the Amir of the special group – today, I removed him from this post, but he remains the Amir of the group, but a special group among us, is no longer needed today. So, by and large, we are all –  all Mujahideen, who are in the Caucasus Emirate and the earth in general, members of these special groups, Al-HamduLillah. Daud and its group will be subordinated to the sector Amir, al-Bara. I also appoint Abu Yasser, as the Qadi of the southern sector.
And so, Al-HamduLillah, praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds that Allah gives us the opportunity to perform this Jihad in Its path. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, this is a Ni’mat – a favor from Allah. May Allah reward us with a blessing and accepts our Jihad, may He increases our rewards and our level in Heaven. May He allows us to be with the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (saws) on the Judgement day. We, the Mujahideen of Dagestan – which are subordinated to me, we renew our Bayah to Abu Uthman, the Amir of the Caucasus Emirate, may Allah preserves him. We will, Insha’Allah, obey him as long as he follows the Qu’ran and the Sunnah…
