We strongly condemn the decision made by the German defense minister who announced that it will keep a number of its troops for an extended period of time in Afghanistan to prolong its occupation as well as the killing and oppression of the persecuted Afghan nation.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to clarify to Germany and to its people that the Afghan nation will never accept the military presence of their occupying troops and they will not be spared from attacks of the Mujahideen in the upcoming year. We counsel the German people to prevent their government from helping America in occupying Afghanistan and oppressing the Afghan nation and to avoid prolonging the persecution of the Afghan people for the benefit and interests of America.
This futile war was America’s war of fancy which regretfully also drew in other nations and senselessly spilt the blood of the Afghans. If Germany wants to continue its hard headedness and irrational policy then the Islamic Emirate will take a harsh stand against it by targeting it with special tactical and Jihadi operations which will force them to regret their illogical decision.
The Afghans have historically had good relations with Germany and have behaved with them valiantly however disappointingly, the German government is talking about prolonging the invasion of our country and has forgotten everything.

The Islamic Emirate channeled the voice of the oppressed prisoners in Guantanamo to the world and the media two months earlier who had taken up a hunger strike to protest the desecration of the Holy Quran by the American barbaric guards. It is now understood that the American guards have turned the barrels of the guns on the prisoners to forcefully break their hunger strikes and despite the years of torture, they have now exercised shootings. The American cowardly troops, who have lost all will to fight Mujahideen head on in the battlefields, now want to avenge their losses and defeat by picking on defenseless tied up prisoners to show their bravery!!!? We once again condemn this American savagery with the strongest of words. This barbaric act of American troops clearly demonstrates their ongoing criminal behavior which they launched simultaneously alongside their eleven year old invasion. We once again call on all human right organizations, free nations and civil societies to condemn such cowardly actions of America and take a firm stance against it based upon evident humane principals. The Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate also vow to avenge these wronged prisoners by targeting the American invaders in Afghanistan with all might at their disposal, Allah willing.

Several media outlets have reported that the head of Pakistan’s Jamiat Ulama Islam, respected Maulana Fazl Rahman, visited Qatar to meet with the respected chief and other dignitaries of Islamic Emirate’s Political office so to play the role of an intermediary for talks with the Kabul administration.
We must state that no members of Islamic Emirate’s Political Office nor has its respected chief met with anyone and neither do they plans to meet in the near future. All current and future reports in this regard are the personal views of the publishers which do not have any bases.

As the struggle between the Mujahideen and the government of Mali has intensified more than ever and a foreign military intervention has also taken place therefore the Islamic Emirate, which has seen the results of foreign interventions and has a lot
of experience in this regard, calls on the Malian people and all related and involved sides to utilize such a mechanism and process which restores peace and calm in the country on the basis of Islamic principles and solves the quandary without any foreign intervention.
When France began its withdrawal process from Afghanistan in recent times it seemed as the French government would likely expand its anti-war stance to other regions of the world however it broke off its commitment to peace by transgressing militarily on the soil of northern African nation of Mali. France has launched war against the Muslim nation of Mali without having any legal jurisdiction.
The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns this French attack on a Muslim nation and calls on all the nations of the world, governments and organizations to fulfill their due roles in stopping such transgressions so that the Muslims of Mali can solve their own problems by themselves. Such interventions and attacks are not only disastrous for Mali but also for France.
All the powerful countries of the world should take lessons from the failed American policy of military interventions in Afghanistan and Iraq from which it cannot wrangle free or regain its lost status.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Zabīhullah Mujāhid: “Reaction Regarding Claim by ISAF”
The claim by foreign invader forces based in Kabul earlier today that there has been a 10% decrease in Mujahideen initiated attacks and interpreting this as decline in their capacity is strongly and categorically rejected by us.
Firstly, the attacks by Mujahideen against the invaders are ongoing at its usual pace. One the other hand, the enemy has chosen to withdraw from large parts of the country and have abandoned major bases which naturally amount to a decrease in attacks. Another reason for the decline is that the enemy has chosen to limit its movement outside its bases. No matter what tools Mujahideen use to tempt them out, attack them from close range, bring their bases under missile strikes; still the cowardly enemy does not come out of its hole. The Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate are operating out of their tranches with high moral and strong determination and will continue their assaults against the enemy. That the cowardly enemy refuses to confront Mujahideen face to face, it only displays their own weakness and not that of the heroic Mujahideen. Allah willing, the Mujahideen will turn their focus towards such military operations which will target the enemy with large scale attacks inside their own bases and will force them to flee the country.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
The Royal United Services Institute, a London based so called think-tank published a report yesterday in which it remarked that the Taliban (Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan) are prepared to accept the presence of American forces until 2024 in their talks and other such fatuous jibber-jabber.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly condemns this malicious and strictly propaganda based report of the said think-tank and declares it has no plans of prolonging the American invasion of Afghanistan even for a single day.
Our religion, national interests, national pride and values forbid us from making such illegitimate deals or agreeing to the continuation of invasion or accepting their revolting presence due to fear and our own safety. We believe that this report by the so called think-tank, based on the opinions of a few anonymous faces, is fabricated and consider it the direct work and move of the intelligence circles prepared for its people and for raising the moral of its defeated troops.
In this regard, we ask all media outlets to contact the official spokesmen of Islamic Emirate for verification before publishing such fabrications for propaganda purposes so to affirm their impartiality and negate deceiving the masses.

A number of western media outlets are reporting that Badruddin Haqqani has been killed. We would like to inform all media that this rumor is not correct, Badruddin is alive and in good health in Afghanistan. Badruddin Haqqani is in the country and is occupied with his operational responsibilities. The rumor about him being killed is enemy fatuous propaganda to divert peoples attention from its humiliating defeat.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Zabīhullah Mujāhid: “Comments For Consideration By Media Outlets”
The intelligence organ of Kabul regime claimed that they have thwarted a Mujahideen assault in Kabul today and in the process have killed several assailants. We reject such reports and state that such a subject has no bases. Rather, we believe this is yet another maneuver of the intelligence apparatus which is trying to
portray itself as active, aware and vigilant. Since the intelligence agency is under question from the parliament and other departments in Kabul hence its wants to have something to draw upon in the hearings.
The Islamic Emirate had no plans for an operation in Kabul today and neither are those people which they reportedly eliminated Mujahideen. We believe this whole process was staged to keep the media busy for today. This whole charade is an enemy propaganda ploy which we strongly reject and deem it as nothing more than a stunt and allegory. We must state that if we ever wanted to carry out an operation, it would be done with the help of Allah and with all precautionary measures and will be executed successfully in its allocated time, Allah willing, without it being detected or foiled by the enemy.
