New release from Shaykh Abū Muḥammad al-Maqdisī: “They Are Only Suitable For Stray Peoples Lying Behind Their Rulers! And Not For Jihādīs!”

ستقولون:الناس وين؛والشيخ وين!؟

قولوا ما شئتم؛ فسنبقى ندور مع التوحيد، ونزِن به، ونبصر بنوره.

تذكّروا جيدا ولا تنسوا أو تقولوا:لم نكن نعلم؛فهاهي حكومة السراج تُعلن لكم؛وتكرّر عن غايتها وهي الدولة الديمقراطية!

فإنّما يُغرّر بكم ويغشكم مَن يُلمعها من الشيوخ والمفتين والجهاديين!

أما الرجل فلم يغشكم أو يُغرر بكم أويخادعكم، فقد كان أصرح من سياف ورباني وحكمتيار في الإفصاح عن غايته ومآل قتاله!

ولكن الفرق أنّ سياف ورباني وحكمتيار وغيرهم من المحتالين الأنذال؛كانت فتنتهم -التي لم يُدركها كثير من الشباب المتحمّس لحكومة الوفاق اليوم- أشد وأطغى وأغوى مع اللحى الطويلة؛ واللباس الأفغاني؛ والتنظير الجهادي، والتزكيات من شيوخ الجهاديين،والدعم من الأحبار والرهبان!

ومع ذلك لم يَخْفَ باطلهم الصريح على من كانوا منذ ذلك الوقت يزِنون بميزان التوحيد وعراه الوثقى؛وحاولوا النصح والتنبيه؛والسباحة عكس التيار الجارف!

ودعك من أنّ الأكثرين لم يأبهوا لهم؛ولأمثالهم من حدثاء الأسنان!

ورموهم وقتها بتخريب الجهاد والعمالة للروس؛واستمروا يركضون خلف أنصاف الفقهاء من الأسماء المشهورة التي لا تنظر في المآلات؛ولا تزن بميزان التوحيد؛ ولا ترى أن نواقضه العصرية والقديمة هي أعظم المفاسد على الإطلاق!

ولذلك استمروا بمباركة نهج سياف ورباني وأشباههم؛ وغَرّروا بذلك بمئات إن لم نقل بألوف الشباب الذين تسلّق أولئك الأرذال على أشلائهم؛ليقيموا دولتهم الديمقراطية المسخ!

هل قلت غرّروا!؟

نعم!

وهل هذا عُذر لأولئك الشباب مع صراحة إعلان أولئك القادة عن نيّتهم إقامة دولة ديمقراطية إسلامية!؟

واليوم تتكرر الصورة ولكن بوضوح أكثر، ووقاحة أكبر؛ فالقوم يستحون حتى من وصف دولتهم (بالإسلامية الديمقراطية) كما كان يتاجر بها رباني وسياف!

واستبدلوها باللفظ الذي يرضي العالم؛ ويتماهى مع رغباته؛ فنزعوا نكهتها (الإسلامية) وسمّوها صراحة (الدولة المدنية الديمقراطية)

ومع ذلك يُطبل لها منظرون ودكاترة وشيوخ!

ويبارك انتصاراتها جهاديون!

 ولو قالوا:(نفرح بانتصاراتهم) على من هم شرّ منهم!

لما علّقنا!

فمازلنا مِن عقود نكرر سرورنا نيابة عن غيرنا؛ ونفرح لانتصارات الآخرين؛ منذ أن أفلت الإنتصارات الخاصة بمشروعنا النقي!

لكن كيف نبارك لهم انتصارات يُعلنون سلفًا بصراحة ووقاحة ووضوح بأنهم سيقيمون بها دولتهم المدنية الديمقراطية!؟

للأسف قلتها مرارا وتكرارا :الإسلاميون في زماننا لا يتعظون!

رباني كان يُصرح بما هو أقل سوء من هذه التصريحات!

وظلوا يطبلون له حتى أقام بالفعل؛على ظهورهم وبأموالهم دولته الديمقراطية!

وهاهم يُكرّرون ذلك مع أوردغان والسراج!

سيقولون لك:وإذا لم نطبل لأوردغان والسراج!

هل تريدنا أن نطبل لحفتر والسيسي وابن زايد وابن سلمان!؟

وكأنّ القسمة ثنائية جائرة كافرة لا يوجد غيرها!

أيها الجهاديون أنسيتم أن الجهاد إنما يكون جهادا في سبيل الله؛ حين يقاتل أهله لإعلاء كلمة الله

وهي التوحيد

ويسعون لتحقيق حاكميته في العباد والبلاد

ويَعملون على إخراج العباد من عبادة العباد إلى عبادة الله وحده،

ومن أديان الطواغيت إلى دين الإسلام وملة التوحيد.

وليس إخراجهم من دين طاغوت حفتراوي أو سيساوي؛لتعبيدهم لطاغوت أوردغاني أو سراجي!

أعرف أنه سيزعق الزاعقون وينعق الناعقون ويتهموننا بعدم الفقه في مقاصد الشريعة؛وعدم الموازنة والترجيح بين المصالح والمفاسد ؛وعدم معرفة سعة القتال لدفع الصائل.. ونحو ذلك من المسائل!

ويكفي أنّ إخواننا يعرفون أننا نعرف ذلك ونفقهه؛وتعلّمناه ونُعلّمه.

وكتاباتنا واختياراتنا في شتى النوازل شاهدة.

مع ربط ذلك ووزنه بميزان #التوحيد

لكن فليراجع هؤلاء المُتهّمون لفقهِنا؛ فقهَهم ونظرتهم واختياراتهم؛وإهمالها لميزان التوحيد وإهمالهم للنظر في المعاني والمآلات!

ورحم الله ابن القيم حين قال :

” فَقِيهُ النَّفْسِ يَقُولُ:مَا أَرَدْت،

وَنِصْفُ الْفَقِيهِ يَقُولُ: مَا قُلْت “. 3 / 48

وحين تروننا ندعو مَن كان مع السراج أن يلتحق بحفتر فقولوا ما شئتم!

أما ونحن نطلب منه الخروج من السبيلين والتزام سبيل التوحيد فما لكم علينا من سبيل!

While many that research jihadism have focused on how the Islamic State (IS) has responded to the coronavirus pandemic, IS no longer actually controls territory in Iraq or Syria. Therefore, at best all they can do is provide guidance. In contrast, the jihadi group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), which backs the local Salvation Government (SG) in parts of northern Idlib and western Aleppo, has to actually deal with the consequences of the pandemic since there are more than 4 million people living under its control, with more than two million of them being IDPs (internally displaced people). It also provides a unique window into the alternative type of governing style HTS has compared to IS’s totalitarian vision. Even if the SG has attempted to do something to prevent coronavirus from overtaking the population in its area of control, problems related to a devastated health system and inability to truly implement measures that would limit the spread of the disease makes the prospects extremely dire when the coronavirus hits the vulnerable civilian population.
