The Royal United Services Institute, a London based so called think-tank published a report yesterday in which it remarked that the Taliban (Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan) are prepared to accept the presence of American forces until 2024 in their talks and other such fatuous jibber-jabber.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly condemns this malicious and strictly propaganda based report of the said think-tank and declares it has no plans of prolonging the American invasion of Afghanistan even for a single day.
Our religion, national interests, national pride and values forbid us from making such illegitimate deals or agreeing to the continuation of invasion or accepting their revolting presence due to fear and our own safety. We believe that this report by the so called think-tank, based on the opinions of a few anonymous faces, is fabricated and consider it the direct work and move of the intelligence circles prepared for its people and for raising the moral of its defeated troops.
In this regard, we ask all media outlets to contact the official spokesmen of Islamic Emirate for verification before publishing such fabrications for propaganda purposes so to affirm their impartiality and negate deceiving the masses.

A number of western media outlets are reporting that Badruddin Haqqani has been killed. We would like to inform all media that this rumor is not correct, Badruddin is alive and in good health in Afghanistan. Badruddin Haqqani is in the country and is occupied with his operational responsibilities. The rumor about him being killed is enemy fatuous propaganda to divert peoples attention from its humiliating defeat.

On August 13th, several media outlets published reports citing Britain’s ‘The Sunday Times’ which claims to have obtained papers which allegedly shows the new policy of Islamic Emirate regarding some pivotal issues.

As is the habit of western media, whenever the west comes under intense military pressure of Mujahideen in Afghanistan and begins to display its clear defeat in the military front, it immediately arrives for its help and starts publishing fabricated and blatant reports in order to turn the peoples attention away from the defeat of its military and so its soldiers can find some sort of relief. As far as the policy of Islamic Emirate is concerned regarding the so called National Army and National Intelligence then it is still the same firm Islamic stance on the bases of which Jihad was declared against these hireling mercenaries:  Americans are transgressors and whoever helps transgressors then the Islamic Emirate and the Afghan nation shall consider Jihad an obligation against them. Those warriors serving in the said Army who continuously carry out attacks on foreign invaders are in reality Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate that have joined the ranks of the so called National Army in order to carry out their sacred duty. The Islamic Emirate commends their sacrifices and considers them the true soldiers of Islam and national heroes. The Islamic Emirate was neither before nor is it currently against education for women but stresses such education only be done under an Islamic environment and within confines of Islamic principles. The policy of Islamic Emirate concerning issues of Afghanistan regarding which the latest report of ‘The Sunday Times’ and one prior with a anonymous figure ‘Mawlai’ by Michael Semple is nothing more than propaganda. Such reports are being published by the western media to try and undermine the latest victories of Mujahideen in Jihadi fronts while they have no connection with ground realities whatsoever. Independent news outlets can obtain the policies of Islamic Emirate regarding the various issues of Afghanistan by getting in contact with its known spokespersons. New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Comments For Consideration By Media Outlets"

The intelligence organ of Kabul regime claimed that they have thwarted a Mujahideen assault in Kabul today and in the process have killed several assailants. We reject such reports and state that such a subject has no bases. Rather, we believe this is yet another maneuver of the intelligence apparatus which is trying to
portray itself as active, aware and vigilant. Since the intelligence agency is under question from the parliament and other departments in Kabul hence its wants to have something to draw upon in the hearings.
The Islamic Emirate had no plans for an operation in Kabul today and neither are those people which they reportedly eliminated Mujahideen. We believe this whole process was staged to keep the media busy for today. This whole charade is an enemy propaganda ploy which we strongly reject and deem it as nothing more than a stunt and allegory. We must state that if we ever wanted to carry out an operation, it would be done with the help of Allah and with all precautionary measures and will be executed successfully in its allocated time, Allah willing, without it being detected or foiled by the enemy.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Reaction Regarding the Death Penalty Handed Out to the Afghan Warrior"

Abdul Sauboor is a valiant Afghan Mujahid and for the freedom, independence and establishment of Shariah on his own mother land, he opened fire on French invaders in Kapisa province on 20th January 2012 while they have no right to immunity in our country. The champion killed and wounded several French invaders in
the heroic attack which shall forever be decorated in the history of this nation. If such an act is considered a ‘crime’ then surely Wazir Muhammad Akbar Khan was the biggest criminal!! who killed McNaughten to achieve the independence and freedom of his country.
 
The Islamic Emirate commends this gallant act of the knight Abdul Sauboor who sent several French to the pits of hellfire a while back in Kapisa. And those stooge faces and persons who passed such irresponsible judgments regarding this hero only to please their masters are positioning themselves in complete opposition to Islamic principles and Afghan history and are selling out a hero of this nation.
 
The Islamic Emirate warns and reminds these dollar worshippers that all irresponsible judgments and actions passed against the ‘Ghazi’ Abdul Suboor will carry with itself a hefty reaction. All those so called judges and lawyers involved in this will be personally targeted and every vulgarity against this hero will be avenged. The cowardly stooges should realize that their masters are on the run and can no longer provide them with security and a safe life while the judgment of our nation against them, in accordance with Islamic principles, shall be that which befits their national treason and subversion.
 
The Islamic Emirate comforts the Afghan ‘Ghazi’ Abdul Suboor and other champions like him that all of their Mujahideen brothers will stand behind them and shall quickly and effectively avenge all cruel actions against them, Allah willing. The Islamic Emirate advises these heroic Mujahideen to have patience, forbearance and perseverance and tells them to completely rely on Allah and be at ease with what Allah Almighty has written in their affair. This will, Allah willing, be better for them. They should hope for a brighter afterlife, pray to Allah and aspire for al-Firdows. They have championed the religion of Allah and Allah immensely rewards and beautifies the end and afterlife of those who champion his religion. They should rest assured that the fruits of their sacrifices have ripened and the invaders are on the verge of fleeing. The day is not far that an independent Islamic government shall be established due to the blessings of their sacrifices.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Remarks Regarding Michael Semple’s Alleged Interview with ‘Mawlawi’"

A number of western media outlets published a fatuous interview a few days ago with an alleged anonymous member of Islamic Emirate (Mawlawi). In it the said person (Mawlawi) basically states that he doesn’t believe in the divine help of Allah and that the Mujahideen surely cannot defeat the enemy.
Before everything else, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan categorically refutes this interview and deems it as nothing more than a shameful propaganda ploy of the deceitful flailing enemy. We have repeatedly demonstrated to our enemies for the past decade that the Mujahideen can do what could have never been imagined. Our struggle is not just a fight but a Jihad for a lofty sacred goal which has never been overcome in our fourteen hundred year history. If we keep steadfast onto our sacred goal then it is not far that we shall reach our destination. Our enemy should not comfort its moral lacking troops which such idle imaginary interviews. We have been practically tested for the past ten years and, Allah willing, can attain whatever that Allah has written for us. Our Mujahideen are as sure of their victory as our enemy of its impending defeat.
The Islamic Emirate has no official or person in its ranks under the title ‘Mawlawi’. Anyone even slightly aware of Afghan dialect clearly knows that ‘Mawlawi’ can never be a name rather ‘Mawlawi’ is a common phrase with which any Mullah can be called without any distinction.
Now that the international alliance headed by America is facing an ignominious and disgraceful defeat, it is trying to hide it with such ridiculous apologues. Sometimes they introduce a vegetable seller as a high ranking official of Islamic Emirate and try to solve the Afghan issue with him and sometimes an anonymous ‘Mawlawi’ as its important member and then publish such nonsense.
The beaten and moral lacking enemy must have also lost its mental stability for them to drivel such absurdity therefore the international media, in order to maintain in journalistic reputation, should avoid publishing such silliness of the mentally insane.
The Cultural Commission of Islamic Emirate once again calls on all the media outlets that any material related to the Islamic Emirate can only get its validity after the verification of its known spokespersons. Without their verification, any and all statements are the personal views of the speaker and are in no way related to the Islamic Emirate.

On the 27th of the past month, an academic analytical conference regarding Afghanistan was convened in Doshisha University, Koyoto, Japan to which representatives of Islamic Emirate were invited and then a delegation dispatched so that the stance of Islamic Emirate can be clarified. However even at that time, some media outlets falsely reported that negotiations took place between the representative of Islamic Emirate and that of the stooge Kabul administration during
which they agreed upon creating a joint commission and the exact claim was once again made by Karzai the other day.
We dismissed those reports and rumors even at that time and once again reject the baseless assertions of Karzai with the strongest of words. It is true that the representative of Islamic Emirate as well as those of the Kabul regime were present at the analytical gathering at a university in Japan however the representative of Islamic Emirate has neither talked to those of the Kabul administration and neither did they agree upon creating a joint commission in the future to solve the issues of Afghanistan. The mentioned assertion is nothing more than another wave of enemy propaganda and such irresponsible claims are in it self an acknowledgment of their frail and weak state.
We once again strongly reject such claims reported by some malicious media outlets as well as by some officials of the stooge Kabul regime.

Viewing its massive military collapse lurking ahead, the U.S, the global invading bully, in futile attempts, latest in series of ineffective efforts to make up for its open and
disgraceful defeat and, in a sense, to protect and bolster its battered prestige and status worldwide in a face-saving way, apparently opened a trilateral conference thursday in Islamabad  which was participated by delegations from Pakistan and Kabul stooge administration who agreed on establishing a sub group to look at ways to provide safe passage and facilitate the Mujahideen kowtowing to US demands in the name of supposed reconciliation talks.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, hereby, strongly denounce such foul and horrendous rift-creating attempts and express its remarks as follows:
Precisely, it is an acknowledged fact that the Islamic Emirate is engaging in Jihad for a higher and sacred cause and drive and there is none in the ranks of Mujahideen who may deviate from his supreme command and leadership of the Islamic Emirate, broadly speaking, from the teachings of Islam in return for the few dollars, positions, status and ranks and bow to the invading enemy. Failure to recognize this phenomenon, so far, may be an indication of sheer ignorance on the parts of the US and its allies, that is, either they are still unaware of this fact, or they just fool themselves by looking at their future in Afghanistan through rose-colored glasses.
Our fight has never been and will never be for the sake of the social status and positions, and monetary incentives nor is it for the sake our own comforts and luxuries. On the contrary, we, as true representatives of a free nation, have combated for more than 10 years against the aggression, operation and evils by the invading forces to uphold the truth so as to achieve our a sovereign independent Islamic country which is our due right.
The enemy’s attempts to put temptation in the ways of Mujahideen and create rifts among their ranks in addition to resorting to any kinds of evil ploys and stratagems rather than weighing and understanding the ground reality are adequate and clear proof of its vulnerability and panic, however, all its schemes and traps are destined to be doomed as they used be over the last 10 years.
The Islamic Emirate, mindful of cunning enemy’s every move and tactic, prefer a way which is in the best interest of our beloved-country by putting Islam before everything else.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Remarks Regarding the Latest Fabricated Report of the Kabul Regime’s Notorious Intelligence Agency"

The notorious intelligence agency of the stooge Kabul regime claimed yesterday that it had captured several Mujahideen on Kabul-Jalalabad main highway in Qarghi district of Laghman province who wanted to carryout martyrdom attacks. To give authenticity to their claim, they paraded several actors two of whom were also dressed in women attire in front of the camera lenses of the media. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly rejects this claim which was also published in some media outlets and considers such spectacles the work the former communist agents inside the so called National Directorate of Intelligence who have a very long history of designing plots and propaganda against the Mujahideen and the Muslims. Alongside categorically rejecting this fabrication, we also state that none of our Mujahideen have been detained in Nangarhar, Laghman or Herat provinces in the past twenty four hours. Since the tactical operations of Mujahideen have broken all the security barriers of the enemy and there has been an influx of infiltration, causing a breakout of mistrust which has shattered their military moral, therefore the enemy has resorted to such fabricated moments in order to reassure its frightened colleagues and momentarily turn the attention of the media away from their successive defeats. Is it practical for a rational person to actually believe that a squad Mujahideen who have prepared for a collective martyrdom operation would dress in women clothing and hand themselves over to the enemy alive? Such comical theatrics are neither believable to anyone nor are the Mujahideen so weak that they execute their Jihadi operations with such laughable tactics. The publication department of Islamic Emirate would like to call on all the media outlets especially audio and video branches to avoid damaging their credibility by publishing such fabrications of the enemy. It would be better for them to adhere to the norms of journalism in their journalistic endeavor and not stain their profession by playing the role of mouthpiece for the intelligence of the stooge regime in the cloths of a journalist. New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Expecting the Surrender of Mujāhidīn in Logar is Unwarranted"

Ever since yesterday, unwarranted reports are being circulated by ‘Azadi Radio’ that a number of Mujahideen from Logar provincial capital and six of its districts are planning on joining the stooge regime, a claim which is also being supported by the puppet officials of this province and a claim which we strongly reject.
Such rumors, which have been spread on various occasions with the initiation of our decade long Jihad have no basis. The intelligence circles of Kabul have created fraudulent processes in a few areas of the country and the press has also been taken into confidence which portray Mujahideen as putting down their weapons, turning their backs on their divine obligation and discarding the aspirations of thousands of its martyrs!!! however the realities observed on the ground are much different. There has been an increase in the numbers of Mujahideen and people from all over have taken practical steps in showing their solidarity with the Mujahideen to the extent that a number of people in the army of the Kabul regime, after distinguishing between truth and falsehood by figuring out the reality have started joining the ranks of the Mujahideen.
We ask all the media outlets including Azadi Radio to prepare and publish their reports based on facts and not imaginary reports which are only for propaganda purposes. On the other hand, the reason behind the falling off of operations in Logar is not, may Allah forbid because Mujahideen have been weakened but it is because of the intense cold weather due to the snowfall which has restricted movements in some parts of the country but this should never be mistaken as abandonment of Jihad. Jihad is a divine obligation; as long as our country is under occupation and as long as this obligation is binding on the Mujahideen, Jihad shall continue, if Allah wills it.
