On 5th of February 2019, a conference will be held about Afghanistan in the city of Moscow, Russia.
The Islamic Emirate was also invited to this conference and a ten-man delegation led by the respected Sher Muhammad Abbas Stanekzai will be participating in it.
The agenda of this conference is holding discussions about the issue of Afghanistan, declaration of policies and opening channels to reaching an understanding with non-government Afghan political groups.
The Islamic Emirate wants to appropriately utilize this opportunity to clarify its Shariah-based and ethical stance to various parties and explain its policy and mechanism about future Afghanistan vis-à-vis end of occupation, enduring peace in homeland and establishment of an intra-Afghan Islamic system of governance.

Today the intelligence organ of the stooge Kabul administration claimed to have martyred the planner the Maidan Wardak martyr operation along with multiple others in an airstrike.
We strongly reject this enemy propaganda.
No official or Mujahid of the Islamic Emirate has been martyred in any attack. The enemy only seeks to divert attention away from the huge losses and martyr operation through such propaganda.
We assure our countrymen that no such incident has occurred. Enemy claims in this regard are baseless and mere propaganda.

Following American acceptance of the agenda of ending invasion of Afghanistan and preventing Afghanistan from being used against other countries in the future, talks with American representatives took place today in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
The session will also continue tomorrow.

Amid the ongoing Al Khandaq annual operations, a complex martyrdom operation was carried out at 07:00 pm last night against a key intelligence site of foreigners named ‘Green Village’ located in PD9 of Kabul city.
The attack began when a martyrdom seeker, Motasim Logari, drove his explosive-laden truck inside the center and detonated it following which 4 more heavy armed martyrdom seekers (Talha Paktiawal, Hamdullah Zabuli, Akram Kunari and Zubair Logari) entered the area and began engaging the remaining invaders and hirelings for multiple hours.
Initial information suggests that dozens of foreign forces, guards and their helpers were eliminated in the massive blast and direct attacks.
The site of attack ‘Green Village’ was an area where the movement of civilians is strictly prohibited however some people living far away from the area were harmed due to shattered glass from the powerful explosion, but they were not target of the attack itself.
This attack came as the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate had prior warned the residents of Kabul to stay away from the living quarters, offices, military bases and centers of foreign forces as well as the military centers of the Kabul administration.

American invaders and their hirelings carried out a raid last night on a compound where Mujahideen were holding Daesh detainees located in Panj Buz area of Jwand district, Badghis province.
The combined enemy martyred 2 guards and took away 40 Daesh detainees. It seems that the American invaders and the Kabul administration stooges carried out the raid to rescue Daesh prisoners.
Every time the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate have engaged Daesh gunmen in battle, the American invaders have aided Daesh and bombed Mujahideen positions.
Just as Daesh was being uprooted by Mujahideen in Darzab district of Jowzjan province and were on the brink of complete annihilation, the American invaders and Kabul administration jointly rescued over 200 Daeshis via helicopters.
The overnight raid is the latest attempt of rescuing Daesh as both America and the Kabul administration have a hand in it and are trying to revive and broaden the reach of this phenomenon.
