Praise be to Allah, who said::
{Among the Believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah: of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least} [Al-Ahzab: 23]
And may prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, who said:
“By Him in Whose Hand Muhammad’s soul is, I love to fight in the way of Allah and get killed, to fight again and get killed and to fight again and get killed.” (Muslim)
And who also said:
“That I kill in the name of Allah is dearer to me than following the people of urban, and suburban.” (Al-Mustadrak) (Muslim)
We congratulate the Muslim Ummah for the martyrdom of the leader of leaders and the general of generals: the Emir / Hakimullah Mehsud, may Allah accept him.
In the evening of the day of blessed gathering, on Thul-Hijjah 26, 1434H, corresponding to November 1, 2013, our venerable Emir was martyred with 4 of his brothers (Wali al-Rahman, Saeed Allah, Jalaal, Wali Ba’adShah) and his uncle (Khayer Muhammed) when his car was bombed with three missiles while he was entering his home.
Here, we refute the news published by the news agencies speaking on behalf of the enemies of Islam about the martyrdom of the Deputy Emir Abdullah (Bahar) and the appointment of the new Emir for the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan. We emphasize through this statement that the leader Abdullah (Bahar) was not at the scene of the attack and was not martyred.
Indeed, the martyrdom of the venerable Emir is a great tragedy for the Muslim Ummah, but the believers do not regret this martyrdom. Instead, they congratulate each other, and affirms to the Ummah of Muslims that its leadership does not die on mattresses. Rather, it honors the Ummah, and its victory is in the martyrdom of its leadership, because we are an Ummah that does not die with sacrifices but is victorious and alive because death gives it life.
The venerable Emir Hakimullah Mehsud had hoped for a humble martyrdom on the path of Jihad in the way of Allah. The Emirs did not take him along with them to Jihad in Afghanistan because of his young age because there was an order from the Emir of the Believers Mullah Umar al-Mujahid, may Allah protect him, that he who did not have a beard could not leave for Jihad. So when American launched the Crusader war and toppled the Islamic Emirate, our Emir began to offer services and shelter to the immigrants coming from Afghanistan, and he participated with his brothers in Jihadist operations against the American Crusader forces and the apostate Afghan army on the fronts of Paktia, Paktika, Khost, Nangarhar, and Kunar. Then, he left for central Afghanistan and participated in the fighting there on a number of Jihadist fronts.
And when the Pakistani forces engaged in military operations in the tribal areas to save the NATO forces from the attacks of the Mujahideen, then the leader Hakimullah Mehsud was one of principal founders of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan.
The founder of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan, Beitullah Mehsud the martyr, may Allah have mercy on him, appointed him the Emir of the districts of Mohmand, Orakzai, and Kurram Agency, where he began to play a prominent role in strengthening the Pakistani Jihad. And at that time, despite there being many difficulties, he courageously and in a beautiful manner firmly planted the feet of the Mujahideen in those regions.
And the Emir Hakimullah Mehsud engaged in devastating Jihadist operations to deter the aggression of the Pakistani army – which is an ally on the frontlines for the American Crusader war – on the tribal regions, and defeated their evil a number of times.
And the Emir Hakimullah Mehsud led the Mujahideen to launch devastating attacks on supply lines for the the Crusader NATO forces between Pakistan and Afghanistan, and cut off a number of times military supply lines and logistical support for the occupying American forces.
And when he saw the escalation of the activities of the refuting Shia against Islam in Kurram Agency, he struck them and tightened the noose around them. And as for the application of the Shariah in Orakzai Agency, all the credit goes to him.
After the martyrdom of the founder of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan, Beitullah Mehsud, may Allah have mercy on him, he was appointed the Emir of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan, and he lead the Mujahideen of the movement with stability and integrity. And he presented the importance of Jihad at the forefront and the consolidation of the idea of global Jihad and the Caliphate in the Mujahideen.
The venerable Emir did not engaged in great attacks on the American forces and their allies in Pakistan alone. Instead, the Martyr Mujahid Doctor Abu Dujanah al-Khurasani, may Allah have mercy on him, under his command and supervision engaged in the “Attack of Beitullah Mehsud, May Allah Have Mercy on Him,” which resulted in the martyrdom operation at the American military base in Khost which caused the loss of senior officers in the American CIA.
And the Emir announced the targeting of the head of infidelity of America in their own home, and sent one of his Mujahideen Faisal Shahzad to Times Square in New York to carry out an operation targeting Americans.
He took revenge for the Imam of Jihad, the Sheikh Usama bin laden, may Allah have mercy on him, by sending sacrificing Mujahideen to target the Mehran military base and barracks in Karachi and military centers across the country.
When the enemies of Allah and their allies in the Pakistani regime were unable to chase him down by offering reward money or by assassinating him with drone attacks, these tyrants resorted to sorcery on him to stop the spread of Jihad under his leadership, causing headaches and severe pain in one’s body, despite not suffering from any disease.
The Emir Hakimullah Mehsud, may Allah have mercy on him, has spent more than his life after leading the Emirate in strong sickness because of sorcery, despite not suffering from any disease.
In the last days of his life, he was treating himself with spiritual treatment from one of the Mujahid Arab Sheikhs, from which he improved, praise be to Allah. And he began once again to escalate Jihadist activities. And when the news was received from the apostate Pakistani government and America about him, in which he had finally been assassinated in a drone attack, now all the Pakistani regime claims is maintaining innocence, showing itself as a traitor deceiver who hold a knife under his arm and echoes from the mouth peace…peace…
So praise be to Allah that the Mujahideen did not become upset because of the martyrdom of the venerable Emir. Instead, they increased in discipline and determination to continue the Jihad to uphold the word of Allah.
Thus departed the Knight of Knights of Tawhid and Jihad and the General of Generals of the Islamic Ummah, who spent more than his life in fighting and Jihad, in order to make his departure and his martyrdom a light illuminating the path of Jihad for the believers, and a fire on the enemies of Allah, to continue the caravan of Jihad, spurring it on with firm faith and steady conviction with the promise of Allah, the Truth.
And thanks be to allah, the Mujahideen were not agitated due to the martyrdom of the good Emir, instead they increased in discipline and determination to continue jihad to raise Allah’s word.
And we give the Muslim Umma in general and the Mujahideen especially the good tidings that the supreme Shura Council of the Taliban Pakistan movement has appointed the leader and mufti Sheikh Mawlana Fadl Allah may Allah preserve him as Emir of the movement, and the leader mufti Sheikh Khaled Haqqani may Allah preserve him as vice Emir, and who will continue Allah willing on the steps of the former Emir Hakim Allah Mahsoud may Allah have mercy upon him in escalating the journey of Jihad forward until the word of tawhid is the supreme one that was drawn for us by the Emirs and leaders with their perfumed blood.
So, glad tidings, our precious Ummah, the dawn of victory has emerged and it will defeat all of the enemies of Islam and turn their backs, with the permission of the Almighty One.
And we say to our Emir of the Believers Mullah Umar al-Mujahid, and our Sheikh Ayman al-Zawahiri, may Allah protect them, Islam will not be weakened by us. Indeed, we promise to Allah to move along the path of Jihad to liberate this region from the American occupation and its agent regime and establish Allah’s Shariah on this land of Pakistan or perish without it.
We say to the enemies of Allah, the Americans and their allies, that the blood of our Emir Mullah Hakimullah Mehsud, may Allah have mercy on him, will not be wasted, and we will take revenge for him and his blood as soon as possible, with Allah’s permission. This is a promise from us and a debt around our necks. We are not exempt nor released from it with Allah’s permission until we fulfill it. The war between you and us is a rivalry, and you will see infidels with your own eyes the consequences and victory that will be for the Mujahideen of Islam.
And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not.
May Allah have mercy on the Mujahid Emir Mullah Hakimullah Mehsud and all his brothers who were martyred with him.
Allah is the Greatest
