New statement from Zabīhullah Mujāhid of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Remarks Regarding the Fresh Rumors of the Western Media"

Yesterday, some Dailies which are the mouthpiece of the Western Colonialism and other media outlets that toe their line, once again, circulated a baseless rumors, following their other futile propaganda campaigns and tried to create suspicions about the policy of the Islamic Emirate. They claimed that representatives of the Islamic Emirate are engaged in direct talks with the Americans and are seeking to have an office opened in a given country.
We would like to say in clear words that the report of negotiation with the invaders or direct contact with them are mere futile rumors. Similarly, the allegation that Taliban want to open office in a certain country is not true. We have not asked for the opening of office in any country including Qatar. More than half of the country is under our control and we have active presence there. This is our permanent address which is evenly well known both to friends and enemies. None can deny our presence there nor we are people who lack address and country. The American invaders repeatedly spread rumors of negotiation without any proof instead of focusing on the essential and rationale solution of the issue. This portrays their weakness and is a sign of their uncertain policy. It seems, they are facing defeat in the war of Afghanistan and are confused and on the verge of losing the battle field. Moreover, they have entirely lost their patience versus the unprecedented sacrifices of the Afghan nation. This is why they catch at a straw like a drowning man and are trying to boost the morale of their defeated and fleeing Allies by resorting to rumors.
We want to say that the current struggle and jihad of our Muslim and Mujahid nation is not aimed at obtaining government slots, mundane amenities and comfortable life but we have a lofty objective before us and that is a complete freedom of the country, independence and establishment of purely Islamic regime and prosperity of the people. This is the objective for which we are braving the Global Colonialism with our chests as shields. We have never been deterred by any danger in this way and will keep up the sacred Jihad and struggle by offering our blood until complete freedom of our country is attained, the current invaders like the former ones are forced to flee our country. Thus, we will prove to the world once more that none can turn our country into a colony, nor the invaders will reach their wicked goals through this misadventure.

New analysis from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Badr Operations Precursor of Establishment of Islamic Regime in a Vast Part of the Country"

A Danish Daily, Information, in its recent report, has leaked some secret documents, indicating that the invading troops under the tutelage of America have, once more, resorted to the use of banned weapons in Afghanistan in the shape of white phosphorous, bombs and missiles. The sources maintain that despite the fact that the use of the afore-mentioned weapons is a crime on the basis of the international laws and principles , but notwithstanding that, the US-led invading forces have been using them time and again which have led to slaughter of numerous Afghan civilians. The Danish daily has revealed that American troops have used 20-50 white phosphorous missiles and bombs for the destruction of a single target. The prohibited weapons have been used in areas where the Danish troops are stationing.
Peter Vedel Kessing, a high-ranking official of the Danish Human Right Organization says such heinous actions are a clear brutality and violation against humanity. Ole Hoff Lund, the spokesperson of the Amnesty International told media that white phosphorous is a banned weapon which causes mass murder and tragedies and burns human body as soon as it comes in contact with the human flesh. He says, the users of these weapons must be punished and legally prosecuted.
The Americans and their invading Allies have been experimenting every kind of weapons and stratagems against the miserable Afghans for the last decade—any mean that they think may prove effective in the collective murder of the Afghans. Similarly, the American forces have used depleted uranium in Afghanistan, in addition to the phosphorous bombs. The lethal signs of these weapons can be seen in different parts of Afghanistan, like Agam in Nangar province, Bala Blouck, Fara province, Kandahar, Zabul Maidan Wardack, Kapissa and some parts of Kunar province.
The brutalities of the Americans invaders are not limited to the use of banned weapons only. On the one hand, they rain down heavy bombs on the Afghans; use the prohibited weapons against them; send the Afghans to the Bagram jail and other cells of the Black Water where they are tortured; target the miserable Afghans by firing   rounds from tanks and guns– even their tanks and armored vehicles run over vehicles of the common Afghans on main roads, but on the other hand, they have sent Killing Teams to Afghanistan to hunt people. They target common Afghans for sport and pleasure. As a hunter kills a game, they do so by killing the common Afghans. Thus they quench their thirst (for human blood).
Some Americans sources have disclosed documents that reveal how an American Killing Team killed an adolescent Afghan in the south of the country and took some parts of his body as souvenir. A few days ago, the crime-addicted American troops killed four children in Kunar and Nangarhar province, presumably, on the line of the Killing Team, a method which the Americans have unremittingly been perpetrating in Afghanistan. They shoot   lives scenes and take the film to America and the West to show it to their religious and political leaders, boasting how they mercilessly killed a religiously-committed people and desecrated their dead bodies. But the Americans should know the Badre Operations have made a deep dent into the ranks of the Americans troops, taking a toll of 200 lives and injures only in one month.
The Mujahideen made their way into the fortified jail of Kandahar and yet following that, in another audacious act, entered the Kandahar city victoriously like heroes. This was in circumstances that thousands of American and foreign troops are stationing there in addition to various military contingents and units of the puppet Afghans troops sprawling the city.
At first, the Mujahideen took positions in sensitive and strategic points at the State installations, making short work of the invaders and their hirelings. We believe, the Mujahideen will, in the same vein, keep up their momentum to surround the invaders and their puppets in certain cities and provinces and expectedly, a vast part of the Afghan soil will see the light of the establishment of an Islamic regime. Surely, the Afghans, If God willing, will force the Americans to pay the price of their brutalities and crimes which they have been arrogantly and tyrannically carrying out in the past decade.

New analysis from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "The Martyrdom of Shaykh Usāmah Will Not Benefit America"

The Americans are claiming that their special forces martyred Sheik Osama bin Laden, the founder and leader of Al-qaeda in Pakistan on May 2.They say that they placed his body in the sea after taking custody of it during the raid.
Americans and other countries that have been waging a crusade against the Islamic Ummah for the past decade and are partners in the occupation of the Islamic lands of Afghanistan and Iraq,
once again showed their enmity and spite against Islam by martyring Sheikh Osama and expressing jubilation over his demise. They called his martyrdom a landmark victory of their crusade.
No doubt, Sheikh Osama was a skyscraper of bravery, a dedicated supporter of the Islamic Ummah and a sword of magnanimity of Muslims against the invading unbelievers. He spent a great part of his life for the defense of the Islamic Ummah, striving to deliver the Muslims lands from the claws of the infidels and gain freedom. He offered unprecedented sacrifices in this cause. He and his steadfast Mujahideen and colleagues struggled tirelessly in the way of independence of the first Qibla of the Muslims ( the Baitul Moqadas), Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and other Islamic lands which are occupied by the invading infidels. This is to mention a few of the services he rendered in the way of Islam and Jihad. He laid foundation of strongholds of the invincible struggle and Jihad and continued with the task of rearing, training, enlighterening and equipping Mujahideen. The Islamic Ummah will neither forget the struggle of this great Mujahid nor his unwavering stance against falsehood and arrogance in the way of realization of truth.
The invading Americans and coalition of the crusade should not think that their wicked war against the Islamic Ummah will triumph or weakness will permeate the ranks of Jihad of the Muslims. They should know that, throughout the history, the proud leaders of the Islamic Ummah have left behind a sacred and honorable legacy of Jihadic thoughts and determination to the emerging generations of the Ummah that they will not falter as a result of martyrdom, removal and nomination of personalities.
As long as the invading infidels are bent on continuing their colonialist ambitions against the Islamic Ummah, until then, every committed son of the Ummah who has wake conscience and feeling will keep on protecting the Islamic values and sovereignty. Therefore, the martyrdom of Sheikh Osama will not benefit the Americans.
The Americans and their puppets should know from the spirit and tenacity of the operations launched by the Mujahideen in Afghanistan under the name of Badre, which are now in full swing all over the country, particularly, they should know from the steadfastness and persistence of the three-days long operations in the provincial center of Kandahar and adjacent localities, that how superior morale the Mujahideen are having. By now they must have understood that the martyrdom of Sheik Osama has no impact on the Jihadic determination of Mujahideen.
The Afghans will not forget the sacrifices and struggle of Sheikh Osama, this great patron of Islam, who fought shoulder to shoulder with the Afghans against the former Soviet Union as well as his services in terms of equipping Mujahideen and sponsoring families of the martyrs.
To end, we strongly believe that the Almighty Allah will open up a vista of light for the Islamic Ummah through the blessings of the pure and sacred blood of Sheikh Osama and other thousands of martyrs.
Afghanistan and all Islamic countries now under occupation of the infidels will find emancipation and an Islamic reign will usher in, if God willing.

New statement from Qārī' Yusef Aḥmadī of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Remarks on the Baseless Claim of Presence of Children in the Ranks of Mujāhidīn"

As in the past, the propaganda outfits of the enemy claim now  time and again that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan use children and adolescents in their Jihadic operations. They also claim that there are a great number of children in the ranks of the Mujahideen. We would like to make it clear for all that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has strictly banned participation of adolescents in Jihadic operations as per its policy. The 12th article of the Book of Conduct of Mujahideen, gives Mujahideen the following guidance in this regard:
“Article 29: The teenagers (boys with no beards) are legally banned to stay in hostels and military centers with Mujahideen.”
Abiding by the instructions of the Books of Conduct in their dispensation of Jihadic activities, the Mujahideen have strictly seen to the implementation of the articles of the Book of Conduct of Mujahideen, by not allowing youngsters to join their ranks. Despite these realities, if the enemy is still bent on circulating futile claims or some propaganda outfits continue harping on the same issue, then it can be said, it is only their propaganda stunt. It is a matter of irony that nothing is said about the Kabul Puppet Regime regarding this issue while almost half of their security personnel comprise of adolescents. According to an estimate, 45% of police, public security units and private security companies personnel consist of either children or adolescents. These children have joined the ranks of the enemy on the enemy’s luring, taking advantage of their ignorance and lack of knowledge. They have never joined the ranks out of any rationale motive.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls on human rights organizations to pay attention to this issue and prevent the enemy from using the adolescents of the Afghan nation for furthering their unlawful goals.

New video message from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "With the Canadian Detainee Colin McKenzie Rutherford"

Statement:
A few months earlier, Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate captured a Canadian national, a resident of Toronto city and an agent of this country’s spy agency (Colin McKenzie Rutherford) in Ghazni province.
The mentioned person came under Mujahideen surveillance before his capture because of his suspicious actions. The documents
seized and investigations carried out after his arrest showed that he had entered the country while working for a spy agency and had been working as an active spy for a long time, gathering intelligence information about Mujahideen.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, through an earlier released statement asked the Canadian government to accept the terms laid out by Islamic Emirate in order to solve this case and once again re-iterates itself to the Canadian government to take urgent steps to solve this case or this detainee could face a trial. New statement from the Shūrā Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "On the Occasion of the Great Martyr Shaykh Mujāhid Usāmah Bin Lāden"

Jamadi-ul-Thani 02, 1432 A.H, Friday, May 06, 2011
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
“Among the believers, there are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah. Some fulfilled their vow by death and some are still awaiting and they have not changed in the least”.
(The Holy Quran, Surah 33. “The Clans”, verse 23)
The Caller to Islamic Jihad against the invading infidels, Sheikh Osama bin Laden, embraced martyrdom as per the Will of the Almighty Allah during an abrupt attack by the American invading soldiers. (We are creation of Allah and return to Him.)
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan extends its deep condolence to the family of the martyr, to his followers and to fighter Mujahideen of the way of Truth and to the Islamic Ummah on this occasion of the great tragedy. We pray to the Almighty Allah to accept, in His Sight, the sacrifice of the martyr. May, the Almighty Allah, salvage the Islamic Ummah from the current situation of crisis due to the impact of the blessing of the sacred Jihad and martyrdom of the martyr.
The martyr took part in the Jihad against the Soviet invasion with great honesty and bravery shoulder to shoulder with the Afghans. He offered such sacrifices in this way that the history of the Islamic Ummah will for ever remain proud of. Sheikh Osama bin Laden was the ardent advocate of the legitimate cause of the first Qibla of the Muslims, the Aqsa Mosque and the occupied Palestine . He was an indefatigable fighter against the Christian and Jewish aggressions in the Islamic World and was not sparing any effort in this cause. The life of this Mujahid, who felt the antagonism against Islam, was full of fatigues, sacrifices and hardships. The history of Islam will always keep their memory alive.
The way of Jihad and the path of defense of Islam is a way fraught with sacrifices and martyrdoms. Like any other follower of this way, Sheikh Osama had been aspiring to attain martyrdom in the cause of the Almighty Allah. He reached his ambition with bravery, dedication and commitment in the last moments of his life.
If the invading Americans and their Allies wallow in this optimism that the morale and ranks of Mujahideen will weaken in Afghanistan and other occupied Islamic countries following the martyrdom of Sheikh Osama bin Laden, it will only show their lack of insight. The sapling of Jihad has always grown, spruced and reached fructification through irrigation by pure blood. The martyrdom of a martyr leads to hundreds more to head to the field of martyrdom and sacrifice.
The current Jihadic movement of Afghanistan sprouted from among the masses and is representative of the aspirations of this proud people. In this land of the braves, a strike by colonialism breeds sympathy and produces (an urge) to strike back. If the Mujahid people were prone to submit to force and tyranny, then is there any gimmick both in terms of military muscles showdown and other devilish conspiracies that has been left by the Americans during the last decade? But the ground realities have it that the use of force brings in opposite consequences here. This popular movement can be bracketed with a spring which, when you pressurize, bounces back with the same intensity.
The Islamic Emirate believes, the martyrdom of Sheikh Osama bin Laden will give a new impetus to the current Jihad against the invaders in this critical phase of Jihad. The tides of Jihad will gain strength and width. The forthcoming time will prove this both for the friends and the foes, if God willing.

إنّ إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية تقدّم مواساتها في هذه المصيبة العظيمة للأمة الإسلامية جمعاء، و لأسرة الشهيد، ولأتباعه، و لجميع المجاهدين، و تسأل الله تعالى أن يتقبل من الشيخ الشهيد تضحيّاته، و أن ينجّي الأمة الإسلامية من الوضع المأساوي الراهن ببركة جهاده ، و استشهاده في سبيله.

إن الشهيد – رحمه الله تعالى- كان من حماة جهاد الأفغان الإسلامي ضد الإتحاد السوفيتي المعتدي، و اشترك بكل إخلاص و شجاعة في الجهاد مع الأفغان إلى أن خرجت القوّات السوفيتية الغازية من أفغانستان. و قد قدّم في الجهاد في سبيل الله من التضحيات العظيمة ما سيفتخر بها تاريخ أمة الإسلام دوماً.

وعلاوة على هذا فإنّ الشيخ الشهيد- رحمه الله تعالى- كان من أقوى المدافعين عن قضية قبلة المسلمين الأولى،قضية الأقصى و فلسطين المحتلة الإسلامية، كما أنّه كان أعظم مجاهد لا يعرف الكلل في كفاحه ضدّ الاعتداآت الصهيو الصليبية في العالم الإسلامي أجمع.

كان – رحمه الله – يشارك المسلمين في مآسيهم و مصائبهم في كل أرجاء العالم، و كان يدافع عن المسلمين المستضعفين والمجاهدين والمهاجرين. و كان لا يتوقّف أبدا عن التضحية في سبيل حرّيّة الأمة الإسلامية، و نصرتها، وإسعادها.

إنّ حياة هذا المجاهد المتألم للإسلام كانت حافلة بالمشاقّ، و المتاعب، و التضحيات، و سيحتفظ تاريخ الإسلام ذكراه حيّة للأجيال القادمة.

وبما أنّ طريق الجهاد والدفاع عن الإسلام هو طريق التضحيّات، و الفداء، و الإستشهاد، والشهيد أسامة- رحمه الله- كأيّ مجاهد آخر كان يتمنى الشهادة في هذا السبيل، فها هو اليوم نال أمنيّته بكلّ رجولة و غيرة على الإسلام، نسأل الله تعالى أن يتقبله ويرزقه الفردوس الأعلى.

إن کان الأمریکیون المحتلّون و حلفاؤهم یظنون أن صفوف المجاهدین و معنویاتهم القتالیة في أفغانستان وغیرها من البلاد المحتلّة ستضعف بمقتل الشیخ أسامة بن لادن رحمة الله علیه، فإن هذا یدلّ علی سذاجة تفکیر الأمریکیین وعدم إدراکهم لمعاني الجهاد و الاستشهاد.

لأن شجرة الجهاد ارتوت، و ترعرت، و أثمرت دوماً من دماء الشهداء الزکیة. و بعد استشهاد کلّ شهید یتقدّم مئة آخرون إلی میادین التضحیة والفداء .

ولتعلم أمريكا أن الحرکة الجهادیة الموجودة الآن في أفغانستان نشأت من وسط الشعب الأفغاني، وهي تعبّر عن مشاعر وآمال هذا الشعب الأبيّ. وکل ضربة من المحتلّین في هذا البلد تُوَلّد ردّ فعل أقوی من الضربة، وتوجِد تضامناً من الشعب للمجاهدین .

ولوکان هذا الشعب المؤمن یستسلم لقوة العدوّ واستکباره لا ستسلم للقوّة العسکرية الشیطانیة الأمریکیة خلال عشر سنوات ماضیة. ولکن التجارب والواقع أثبتا أن نتائج إعمال القوّة في هذا البلد تکون معکوسة، و أن مَثَل هذه الحرکة الشعبیة مِثل حرکة نابذ الإرجاع الذي کلّما وقع علیه الضغط أکثر، کان دفعه الإرجاعي أقوی.

إن إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامیة تعتقد أن استشهاد الشیخ أسامة رحمة الله عليه في هذه المرحلة الحسّاسة من الجهاد سینفخ روحاً جدیدة في الجهاد ضدّ المحتلّین، وسیُهّیج الموجات الجهادیة أکثر وأکثر.

وسیثبت الزمن القادم للصدیق والعدوّ معاً- إن شاء الله تعالی – صدق ما نقوله.

New analysis from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "David Petraeus Failed to Deliver As Well"

It seems, the four-star general of the Afghanistan war, David Petraeus who is regarded as a hero of the American army and a tower of hopes of that country, crumbled, faced fiasco and being forced to leave Afghanistan.
David Petraeus assumed the slot of the top general in Afghanistan, following Mc Crystal mocking American high-ranking officials in an interview given to the Rolingstone journal. Obama put pressure on Mc Crystal to step down and replaced him with David Petraeus.
Though the sources close to David Petraeus claim that he leaves his post at his own will but experts and the ground realities indicate that he leaves the country because of the humiliation and seatbacks he is facing in his mission; and due to the fact that America is entangled in the war of Afghanistan ever more; the American troops casualties have comparably spiraled up many times; the country is grappling with financial melt-down and the American image as a murderer and criminal has been exposed to the world and to the Afghan people because of the mass murder of civilians committed by the American troops. It should be said that the killing of common people was Petraeus strategy in the first place.
The Obama Administration was predicting that it will keep the war machine running which had almost broken down, if they send general Petraeus to Afghanistan— the army man who had been made larger-than-life figure by hypes of the American information machine network. They thought that they would defeat the Mujahideen; would expand the writ of the Kabul Puppet Administration and would pave the way for realization of American anti-Islamic and ani-Afghan ambitions. But during the past year, though the general resorted to perpetrating brutalities, using both muscles and ploys but obtained nothing. Contrarily, Mujahideen’s writ extended to areas where they had had no influence during the past nine years. They were able to launch attacks against those sensitive centers, both foreign and internal, that they never imaged of before that. Among the hundred of such examples, we can mention a few like, the attacks in the Ministry of Defense, and the Air Corp of the Kabul Puppet Regime and the jailbreak in Kandahar.
According to a survey published by Western media outlets at the end of the last year, the Mujahideen had launched 18,000 attacks during 2010 while the year was not ended completely.
If we divide that number by 12 months, we will have 50 attacks every day at average. If we presume that only one foreign soldier has been killed in 3 attacks, then the casualties counts would reach 6,000 soldiers dead. However, in general, there are usually more foreign soldiers casualties during any single attack. These are some of the prominent indicators of the frustrated and failed mission of David Petraeus.
The main focus of Petraeus in Afghanistan has been to flare up tribal, lingual, geographical and religious differences and frictions so that Afghanistan will divide by ethnicity and the thread of its national unity will unfurl. But the Almighty Allah foiled this diabolic scheme of Petreaus. Mujahideen took the sparks of jihad to every corner of Afghanistan during the term of Petreaus posting. The strongholds of Jihad became active in the north like they are in other parts of the country. This proved that Afghanistan is a single entity, enjoying unbreakable coordination and bondage.
The other dangerous schemes of Petraeus were the formation of Arbakis and local militias. Thus he wanted to create rifts between the Mujahideen and the common people. But the Afghan people were aware of the consequences of this wicked plan. They are still remembering the bitter memories of the past communist regime. So they decisively foiled this devilish conspiracy and a strong reaction of the Afghan masses came to the open.
The American sources may ascribe Petraeus transfer to his poor health, or that he is suffering from cancer or he is going to be appointed as chairman of the European Union or that he is a pick for chairmanship of CIA, the diabolic network. Though, he may be appointed to one of these slots, but we believe, the real cause for his transfer is that, this key figure of Pentagon, a general emblazoned with so many medals and stars is that he clearly failed to deliver the good. He has faced humiliation, bearing multi-facet stigmas on his face. Therefore, Pentagon and the White House had to remove him as he was adding to the already accumulated humiliation. The powers-that-be in American will replace him by another snowman to keep the attention of the public of the West engaged for some time.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan regarding the alleged death of Usāmah Bin Lāden

Just because Americans have said they have killed Sheikh Osama bin Laden but they have’t shown anything to prove it yet. We don’t want to make any comments and on the other side the closest links [people] to Osama have not given a confirmation of his death so we cannot make any comment as to whether he is dead or not.

من جهة لم يقدم الأمريكيون شواهد مقنعة لثبوت ادعائهم، ومن جهة أخرى لم تعلن المنابع المقربة من الشيخ أسامة بن لادن موقفها ـ تأكيداً او نفياً ـ تجاه ما أعلن اوباما من استشهاد المذكور، لذا فإن إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية تعتبر الحديث في الموضوع قبل إصدار موقف رسمي من المنابع المقربة للشيخ قولاً قبل أوانه.

دا چي له یوې خوا امریکایانو د خپلې ادعا د ثبوت لپاره د قناعت وړ اسناد ندي وړاندي کړي او له بلې خوا د شیخ اسامة بن لادن نيږدې منابعو هم تر اوسه پوري د اوباما له لوري د نوموړي د شهادت د اعلان په اړه د تایید او تردید په ډول خپل دریځ ندي اعلان کړی، لهذا اسلامي امارت هم د شیخ اسامه د نیږدي منابعو له لوري تر رسمي غبرګون وړاندي څه ویل تر وخت مخکي خبره بولي.
