Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate had detained 4 border guards of the neighboring country of Tajikistan that had crossed over the border in the month of September 2014.
The Islamic Emirate, due to good neighborly relations, Islamic brotherhood with the people of Tajikistan and for strengthening future relations, last week handed over the 4 border guards in good health to the neighboring country of Tajikistan with intermediation by the country of Qatar without receiving anything in exchange.
This step by the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan based upon Islamic compassion and human empathy shows that the Islamic Emirate wants good relations with the world especially its neighboring countries. And as its Islamic and national responsibility it strives to establish relations with its neighbors and countries of the world which are beneficial for Islam and the country.

It is expected that a three man delegation from the Political Office of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan led by the respected Mr. Tayyab Agha will be attending a two day conference in Oslo, the capital of Norway, on Sunday the 16th of June 2015. The said conference is held every year in Oslo where discussions are held about the problems faced by various countries around the world and which is attended by around 150 high ranking officials of various countries and even by foreign ministers of some countries.
The participants in this year’s conference will express their views regarding the turmoil and problems in Yemen, Sudan, Somalia and Afghanistan.
Norway invited the head of the Political Office of Islamic Emirate to participate in the conference. The Islamic Emirate also considered it a good opportunity to personally convey the voice of its oppressed nation and its legal demands – end of occupation and establishment of an Islamic government in Afghanistan – to the world and help them understand the ground realities through this international conference.
Some media outlets have asserted that the delegation of Islamic Emirate will hold face-to-face talks with officials of the Kabul administration in Oslo. This claims is untrue and neither is this conference being held for such a purpose.

Members from the Political Office of Islamic Emirate will be holding meetings with influential Afghan figures on 6th and 7th of the ongoing month of June in Dubai. These are ordinary meetings held frequently at the initiative of Islamic Emirate due to requests by Afghan figures in order to exchange views, alleviate concerns raised against the Islamic Emirate, build trust amongst Afghans and pave the way for ending the occupation and establishing an Islamic government. At the same time the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to convey its political views and clear policy to the various political, cultural and scholarly figures and by clarifying the realities, wants to thwart the poisonous propaganda of the invading enemy. The Islamic Emirate has always exerted efforts to directly deliver its legitimate claims to our countrymen and the world and as the representatives of the oppressed Afghan nation, gain the support of the various influential figureheads of our country in order to safeguard the fruits of our former and current sacred Jihad.

Latest reports suggest that savagery by the sectarian Buddhists in Burma against the Muslims of Rohingya is still ongoing. Women, children and the elderly are killed with machetes, swords, sticks and various other objects before being set on fire. This entire ethnic cleansing of the Rohingya Muslims is being carried out right under the noses of the Burmese government.
The people who have been exiled or forced to flee from their homes, ships packed with women and children are wondering in seas, travelling back and forth to the shores of regional countries however they have found no humanitarian sympathy where shelter is provided to these oppressed, sick and hungry human beings.
It is very regrettable that no reaction has been shown towards this continuous savagery in Burma by the United Nations, Islamic Conference, Humanitarian Societies and Women and Children Rights organization.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly condemns the ongoing brutalities and barbarism against the Muslims of Rohingya and asks the United Nations, Islamic Conference, regional countries, women, children and all human right organizations to break their silence regarding the humanitarian crises in Burma and to apply pressure on the Burmese government to immediately halt the ethnic cleansing of the Rohingyan Muslims and bring the criminals to justice.

A delegation from the Political Office of Islamic Emirate met with a few individuals from the Afghan society in the country of Norway in order to gauge their views because the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as Afghans, wants to listen to the views and suggestions of each individual of Afghanistan for the higher cause of ending the occupation and establishing peace and prosperity for its nation. And at the same time the Islamic Emirate wants to convey its Shariah compliant view and policy to the various political actors so that all sides and individuals of the entire society prime themselves at lending their support for establishing a pure Islamic government and so that everyone who has reservations about the victory and authority of Mujahideen is consoled with proofs from Shariah. It must be reminded that such meetings with the opposition party should never be mistaken for negotiations.

Five leaders of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan who were freed one year ago in exchange for a US prisoner completed their one year term in Qatar on the 1st of ongoing month of June in accordance with the reached agreement. The Islamic Emirate thanks all parties who helped in the implementing of the agreement and from now onwards the said persons will live freely anywhere the Islamic Emirate deems necessary in accordance with the agreement.
Reports circulated by the media about extension of conditions are untrue while the Islamic Emirate considers all further action by America concerning the stipulations as a violation of the principles of the agreement and international law.

Propaganda was once again published by the supposed ‘Peace Council’ of the Kabul administration yesterday claiming that they will meet with representatives of the Islamic Emirate for peace talks at an undisclosed location.
We reject this hollow propaganda of the enemy. This fake artificial organ of the Kabul administration wants to prolong its lifespan with such rumors and concocted claims and extent the time of their welfare benefits supplied by America.
The real mother of all misfortunes in Afghanistan is America. So long as the occupation remains and establishment of an Islamic government is obstructed, the Islamic Emirate will continue is sacred Jihad.
