Salaam Alaykom wa rahmatollah wa barakatuh,
in the name of Allah,most gracious,most merciful.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of Creation; Lord and Supporter of the oppressed monotheists; Breaker and Vanquisher of unjust tyrants. Peace and blessings be upon the Seal of the Prophets, and their master; Imam and exemplar of the Mujahideen; and upon his household and his companions and those guided by his guidance; revive his Sunnah until the Day of Judgment. 
81. And say: “The truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Surely falsehood is ever bound to vanish by its very nature.”
There is no doubt that all Muslims on the face of the earth want to see the Ummah of the Prophet Muhammed SAS live in peace and harmony. The way towards peace and harmony is very difficult and full of trials and sacrifices. Many Muslims from all around the world are claiming that they have the keys to peace and harmony. From Morocco to Indonesia we have thousands of ‘Islamic groups” who claim to be on the truth. These groups have beautiful names like “The supporters of Sharia, The Muslim brotherhood, The group of D’awa, The Party of Islam, justice and development parties and the list goes on. All of these groups want to represent the Ummah and lead it towards peace and harmony.
The big question is, which group has the best tools and resources to lead the Ummah? Every member who is part of the above mentioned groups will claim that his group is the answer to the question. If you ask them about the Quran and the Sunnah their reply is “we are the true followers of the Quran and the Sunnah”. If you ask their opinion about the other groups they will say that the other groups have many misconceptions and are following falsehood. So we get a situation where everyone is happy with that which he follows.
But people have cut off their affair (of unity), between them, into sects: each party rejoices in that which is with itself. (Quran 23:53)
The Prophet Muhammed SAS said: “My Ummah will be fragmented into seventy-three (73) sects. All of them will be in Hell Fire except one sect. They (the Companions) said: Allah’s Messenger, which is that? Whereupon he said: It is one to which I and my companions belong“. [Tirmidhi. 171]
So there is no chance on the full unity which we all hope for?! If the prophet Muhammed SAS said that we will be divided into 73 sects we will be divided.
Another Question came to my mind, Which group belongs to the save sect which the prophet Muhammed SAS mentioned in the following Hadith?

The Prophet Muhammed SAS said “A group of my Ummah shall remain steadfast, on the truth, victorious, unharmed by those who oppose them, and do not support them, until the death or until the Day of Resurrection.”
So we have dozens of groups which all claim that they are the saved sect and they all claim that the other groups are the deviant sects.
What is our responsibility? 
The followers of the Salafi jihadi movement made a big mistake when they approached the books of Islamic Knowledge. You will find many supporters of the Mujahideen who claim to be a follower of the Salafi jihadi movement but doesn’t know what it means to be follower of this path. He or she thinks that by repeating some words of the Jihadi leaders he is doing enough. You will hear pro jihadi Muslims speaking about implementing sharia and he or she doesn’t know the true meaning of the testimony of faith.
We also find this problem in the fields of worldly knowledge. There are some supporters who talk about executing operations or establishing a jihadi group without any knowledge about warfare and management. Instead of seeking knowledge about our religion and other beneficial subjects we are wasting our time with knowledge which the prophet peace be upon him refrained from.
Abu Hurairah t narrated that Allâh’s Messenger r said, “The knowledge from which no benefit is derived is like a treasure out of which nothing is spent in the cause of Allâh.” (Tirmidhi 280)
My advice to the Salafi jihadi supporters is to study their religion and seek knowledge in all fields which will benefit the Ummah.
Here is a story which will give you an idea about seeking knowledge
There was a senior student of knowledge who entered a Masjid in Baghdad. He entered the Masjid and prayed Asr. When he finished praying the Imam stood up and began to give a speech about aqeedah. When the student of knowledge listened to the Imam he was shocked. He stood up and said to the people that the Imam is preaching deviant ideas. The people asked the Student to clarify his claim. So the student started to explain to the people with Quran and Sunnah. When the Imam saw that the student has more knowledge than him he started to pack his bags and told he people he is leaving. The people of the masjid asked him why? he said that Allah is testing him! He said that Allah has sent a devil to the mosque who is going to led the people astray. They asked him to show them this devil. The Imam pointed his finger to the student of knowledge. The people in the Masjid began to beat the student until they broke his hands,nose and blood was coming out of his head. The Student ran away and left Baghdad for al-Mosul. The student went to his scholar and told him what happened. The Scholar laughed and told him that he needs to seek knowledge in the field of human behavior. So the student began to work with all kind of people. He worked on farms, sea, markets and other places. After 2 years he returned to the Masjid in Baghdad. He entered the Masjid and prayed Asr. Again the Imam stood up and began to preach his deviant ideas. The student stood up and said Subhan’Allah! I have dreamed something about you. The Imam said what did you dream? The student said “I dreamed that Allah chose you to be on of the righteous servants who are blessed. The Imam replied, what did Allah SWT bless me with? The Student said “Allah has blessed your long beard. The people asked the student what for blessing is in his beard? The student replied “if you pluck some hairs from the facial hair of the Imam you will get allot money and many other worldly things. before the Imam moved one step towards the door of the Masjid, all the people jumped on him and began to pluck his beard. In Les than 10 second the Imam was covered with blood and was plucked from his facial hair. The student of knowledge walked towards the Imam and said to him do you remember the devil who came to the Masjid to led the people astray? The Imam stood up and began to cry and asked him for forgiveness. After the whole event the Student traveled to al-Mosul to seek tazkiyah from his scholars. They asked him where he disappeared for the last 2 years. he told them the whole story and got his tazkiyah. (End of story)
What I’m trying to say with this story is that we don’t need to become programmed androids who repeat what they hear. We need to begin with seeking knowledge in all beneficial fields so that we can win the war of hearts and minds. Establishing an Islamic state is not possible if we don’t have people who can operate in different fields. We need to outsmart the other groups and spread our influence in the communities.
We need to remove false negative ideas which many Muslims have about us. Many people think that we are only good in killing and destruction.

I pray that Allah Almighty dispose our hearts in obedience to Him and to make us steadfast in His Religion; and to use us to champion His Religion and its proponents. I pray that He makes possible for us the path to meet and for Him to be pleased with us, to enable us to glorify the obedient people and humiliate the disobedient people. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all that exists.

New statement from Shaykh Ḥussayn bin Maḥmūd: "Trial of the Mujāhidīn (for Jihād) Apostasy from the Dīn"

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم محاكمة المجاهدين (بتهمة الجهاد) ردّة عن الدين عرض عليّ بعض الإخوة خبراً جاء في موقع “الإسلام اليوم” تحت عنوان “السعودية تحاكم خلية مسلحة خططت لعمليات بقطر والكويت” وقد نُشر الخبر بتاريخ 19 شوال 1432هـ ، وفيه محاكمة لمجموعة من الشباب بتهمة إنشاء خلية مسلحة لاستهداف القوات الأمريكية في قطر والكويت ، وجمع أموال وإرسالها للمجاهدين في أفغانستان ، فأقول ، والله المستعان وعليه التكلان : من اعتقد بأن هذه تُهم ، وأنه يجوز أن يُحاكم عليها المسلمون : فليس له نصيب من الإسلام ، لأن هذه الأمور من الواجبات التي أوجبها الله على المسلمين باتفاق أهل العلم والإيمان من لدن صحابة رسول الله – صلى الله عليه وسلم – إلى يومنا هذا ، ولم يخالف في وجوب مثل هذه الأفعال أي عالم يُعتدّ بقوله من علماء المسلمين على مرّ القرون ، قال تعالى {انفِرُوا خِفَافًا وَثِقَالًا وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ} (التوبة : 41) ، وفي الحديث الصحيح عند أبي داود “جاهدوا المشركين بأموالكم وأنفسكم وألسنتكم” ، فكيف أصبحت هذه الواجبات التي فرضها الله على أعيان المسلمين : تُهم يساق بسببها المجاهدون إلى المحاكم !! إن جهاد الأمريكان اليوم فرض عين على المسلمين سواء في قطر أو الكويت أو العراق أو أفغانستان أو جزيرة العرب أو أي مكان يتواجدون فيه ، وإرسال الأموال للمجاهدين في أفغانستان والعراق والصومال وغيرها من الثغور من أوجب الواجبات ، ومن قال غير هذا فهو أضل من حمار أهله ..  قال إمام الحرمين – رحمه الله – : “فأما إذا وطئ الكفار ديار الإسلام فقد اتفق حملة الشريعة قاطبة على أنه يتعين على المسلمين أن يخفّوا ويطيروا إلى مدافعتهم زرافات ووحدانا حتى انتهوا إلى أن العبيد ينسلون عن ربقة طاعة السادة ، ويبادرون الجهاد على الاستبداد ، وإذا كان هذا دين الأمة ومذهب الأئمة فأي مقدار الأموال في هجوم أمثال هذه الأهوال لو مسّت إليها الحاجة ، وأموال الدنيا لو قوبلت بقطرة دم لم تعد لها ولم توازها” (غياث الأمم). وقال الشيخ المجاهد عبد الله عزام رحمه الله : “ففي هذه الحالة (إذا هاجم العدو دولة إسلامية) اتفق السلف والخلف وفقهاء المذاهب الأربعة والمحدثون والمفسرون في جميع العصور الإسلامية إطلاقا أن الجهاد في هذه الحالة يصبح فرض عين على أهل هذه البلدة -التي هاجمها الكفار- وعلى من قرب منهم ، بحيث يخرج الولد دون إذن والده ، والزوجة دون إذن زوجها ، والمدين دون إذن دائنه ، فإن لم يكف أهل تلك البلدة أو قصروا أو تكاسلوا أو قعدوا يتوسع فرض العين على شكل دوائر الأقرب فالأقرب ، فإن لم يكفوا أو قصروا فعلى من يليهم ثم على من يليهم حتى يعم فرض العين الأرض كلها” (انتهى) إن في هذه المحاكمة ردّ على من يزعم بأن هذه الدولة الخبيثة تحكم بشرع الله ، فها هم يُجرّمون الجهاد في سبيل الله ويعدّونه تُهمة يساق بسببها المجاهدون إلى المحاكم التي يزعمون أنها تحكم بشرع الله ، وقد سبق هؤلاء في هذا الكفر حكومة الكويت والأردن وغيرها من الحكومات ، وكانت هذه الدول أصدق وأوضح من آل سعود حيث جعلوا عنوان القضية : “الجهاد” وحاكموا المجاهدين “بتهمة الجهاد” ، أما آل سعود فرواغوا وقالوا : “استهداف وتمويل وعمليات إجرامية” ، ويقصدون بذلك : الجهاد بالنفس والمال !!  لقد جاء الكلام في وقته عن الكويت وغيرها ، ولكن أفعالها لا ترقى إلى فعل محاكم “آل سعود” لأن محاكم آل سعود تدّعي الحكم بما أنزل الله ، أما الكويت وأمثالها فالقانون والدستور المُعلَن فيها كفري شركي واضح لا لبس فيه ، وهي لم تتدعي يوماً أنها إسلامية تحكم بشرع الله ، ففي فعل آل سعود تلبيس على المسلمين وتحريف للدين .. إن هذا التلبيس أمر خطير وتحريف لشرع الله تعالى وجريمة في حق الإسلام والمسلمين ، فليحذر أي قاضٍ يقضي في هذه القضية بأي حكم يخالف شرع الله تعالى فإن مجرّد الرضى بأن يكون الجهاد (بالمال والنفس) تهمة : يكفي لخروج المرء من الإسلام ، وذلك أن العلماء يعلمون يقيناً الإجماع على فرضية الجهاد ، وأي قاضٍ درس أي كتاب فقه في أي مذهب مُعتبر يعلم يقيناً إجماع العلماء في مسألة جهاد الدفع ، ومن خالف هذا الإجماع فهو خارج عن ملّة الإسلام اتفاقاً ، قال الإمام ابن حزم في “مراتب الإجماع” : “ومِن شرط الإجماع الصحيح أن يُكَفَّر من خالفه بلا اختلاف بين أحد من المسلمين في ذلك” (انتهى) ، وقال ابن تيمية (مجموع الفتاوى ج19) : “والتحقيق أن الإجماع المعلوم يَكفُر مخالفه كما يكفر مخالف النص بتركه ، ولكن هذا لا يكون إلا فيما علم ثبوت النص به ، وأما العلم بثبوت الإجماع في مسألة لا نص فيها فهذا لا يقع ، و أما غير المعلوم فيمتنع تكفيره” (انتهى) ، ولا يشك عالم – بل ولا طالب علم صغير – بأن المسلمون مجمعون على وجوب دفع العدو الصائل ، وأن الآيات والأحاديث في وجوب الجهاد كثيرة صريحة واضحة في كتاب الله وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم .. 

إن أمريكا – الصليبية – صائلة مقاتلة للمسلمين في أفغانستان والعراق وغيرها من بقاع الأرض ، وهي الداعمة للصهيونية

M’āssadah al-Mujāhidīn Fī Filisṭīn releases a new statement: "Regarding the So-Called September Demand (at the UN)"

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد. في الوقت الذي أسقطت فيه الشعوب بثوراتها المباركة ولا تزال تسقط الكثير من الطغاة، وتُدخل العالم إلى معادلات جديدة لصالح الإسلام وأمته وحتى رعيته، وفي الوقت الذي تضيق فيه الحلقة على عباس لسوء سياسته وانكشاف سوءته -خاصة بعد أن عُرض بعضها على قناة الجزيرة- وانعدام سمعته وتمرد زمرته عليه -كما فعل دحلان-، ورغم إقراره بعدم جدواها وتأكيده على فشلها الذريع في جني أي من الثمار مع أنه طبق جميع بنودها وبنود الإتفاقيات السابقة مع العدو من طرف واحد لم يجد عباس خياراً غير الهروب من المفاوضات إلى المفاوضات، وغير قمع المظاهرات التي قد تخرج باتجاه اليهود ولكن في هذا المرة ستكون قوات القمع مشتركة بين قواته وقوات اليهود كدليل جديد من عباس على ولاءه لهم وأنه لا غني له عنهم ولا قدرة له بكبح جماح هذه الحشود إلا بمعيتهم خاصة في ظل الثورات الشعبية القائمة والتي أكثر ما يخشى عباس أن تنقلب تلك المظاهرات -التي أجبرها على الخروج لدعمه- ضده لتشكل نقطة بداية النهاية له ولسلطته التي تسلطت وطغت وبغت على الفلسطينيين بالقوة لفترات طويلة وفرضت عليهم ما لا يريدون وتحدثت باسمهم وتنازلت عن حقوق أممية لهذا كله وكثير غيره قرر عباس أن يمثل دور البطل في حلقة جديدة من سلسلة الخيانة والتنازل لذر الرماد في العيون فذهب ليقدم إلى الجمعية العامة لإصدار البيانات وإلقاء الخطابات طلب عضوية كاملة للدولة الفلسطينية كما فعل سلفه عرفات حين أعلن قبل عشرين عاماً من الجزائر قيام دولة فلسطين فأين هي الدولة التي أعلن عنها وبماذا ستأتي العضوية التي ينشدها عباس إن جاءت أصلاً.  لذا وإننا إزاء هذا الحدث الجلل الذي سيسجله التاريخ لنود أن نؤكد على ما يلي:  1- إن فلسطين كل فلسطين أرض وقف إسلامي لا يجوز لأحد أن يتنازل عن حبة رمل واحدة منها سواء أكان ذلك بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة. 2- لا توجد هناك أي جهة مخولة من الأمة الإسلامية بالتفاوض نيابةً عنها مع اليهود المحتلين لأرض فلسطين. 3- إن الحقوق المغتصبة لا تعود بالمفاوضات والمهاترات وإنما تعود بالقوة وحدها بعد إرادة الله فالحق الذي لا تسانده قوة ضائع مهما بلغ عدد المعترفين به. 4- إننا لا نعترف بأي دولة على أرض فلسطين لغير المسلمين سواء أكانت هذه الدولة إسرائيلية أم يهودية أم غير ذلك. 5- إنه من الأحرى والأجدر بمن كان صادقاً في تحرير فلسطين أن يعمل على تحقيق ذلك عبر العمل المسلح الذي يُعيد الحقوق ويطرد العدو. 6- إن حق العودة لا يلغيه تفاوض أو تنازل أو تعويض أو مواطنة أو غيره من الأسماء التي لا تسمن ولا تغني من جوع حيث أن الأرض الإسلامية لا تُباع للعدو. 7- إن الفرض العيني في تحرير فلسطين كأرض إسلامية محتلة يلحق بكل مسلم سواء أكان عربي أم أعجمي وسواء أكان ذكراً أم أنثى وسواء أكان حراً أم عبداً وسواء أكان حاكماً أم محكوماً لا يعافيهم غير الأعذار الشرعية من القتال فيه أو في غيره من أجل تحقيق ذلك الهدف فمن عذره منهم عاذر شرعي أو منعه مانع معتبر في الدين فإن ذلك لا يعفيه أبداً من نوعي الجهاد الآخرين ألا وهما الجهاد بالمال والجهاد باللسان فرض لا يجوز تركه كالصلاة والصيام والزكاة. 8- إن حق وحرمة المسجد الأقصى على الأمة الإسلامية كحق وحرمة المسجدي الحرام الكعبة و المسجد النبوي فعلى الأمة جمعاء أن تعرف حقوقها جيداً وتتمسك بها وعليها أن تُعيد ما احتُل واغتُصب منها وأن تعرف كيف تدعم من يعمل على ذلك. 9- إنه لمن الواجب الديني والأخلاقي أن يفرج كل من حماس وفتح عن معتقلي المجاهدين الذي لا ذنب لهم غير الجهاد وأن يفسحوا لهم المجال ويُعبدوا أمامهم الطريق وأن يساعدوهم بكل ما أوتوا من قوة لكي يواصل مسيرة جهادهم لتحرير الأرض وإعادة الحقوق إلى أهلها. {وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ} وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين

al-Katāi’b Media presents two new statements from Ḥarakat al-Shabāb al-Mujāhidīn

All praise be to Allah, the Lord of all that exists. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions. To proceed:
On Wednesday, Shawal 22, 1432 (21-9-2011), the Drought Relief Committee commenced a new project in all Islamic Provinces, to resettle 6,500 drought afflicted families to their respective villages which they left to the last spell of drought. The goal of this resettlement plan was to rejuvenate the farmland which was left unattended, and so that people seize the coming farming season and return to earning their daily bread with their own hands. For this reason, the committee provided them with enough water and food to last them a number of months, promising to deliver them water for the coming months.
The families were gathered at Baidoa Airport, the capital of the Islamic Province of Bay and Bakool, and trucks were provided for their return. The sick and elderly were provided buses, while six medical teams also accompanied them in their travels to remain with them in their villages, Allah willing. In total, there were eight villages which were resettled, all in the Islamic Province of Bay and Bakool, specifically: Banu, Hakarka, Modi, Dubi Qadood, Kawin, Karamboud, Bolofour and Balad Al-Ameen.

Completion of Digging a Well in the Tortured Al Yāsir Refugee Camp in the Islamic State of Lower Shabelle:

إكمال حفر بئر عذب في مخيم آل ياسر بولاية شبيلى السفلى الإسلامية1432/10/19 

الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:أكملت لجنة إغاثة متضرري الجفاف بولاية شبيلى السفلى الإسلامية يوم الأحد 19 شوال 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 18/09/2011 ، مشروع إنشاء بئر بعمق أكثر من 110 متر تحت الأرض للمتضررين في مخيم آل ياسر، ويأتي هذا المشروع ضمن الخدمات التي تسعى الولاية إلى توفيرها للمتضررين، فبعدما تم توفير الطعام والصحة والسكن والأمن والدراسة للمتضررين تم اليوم توفير الماء العذب لهم بفضل الله وقوته.اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.
اللهم اجعلهم وعتادهم غنيمة للمسلمين.
اللهم دمّرهم و زلزلهم.

Resettlement of More Than 6,500 Families That Are Victims of the Drought in the Islamic States of Bay and Bakool:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 

إعادة توطين أكثر من 6500 عائلة من متضرري الجفاف في ولاية باي وبكول الإسلامية 1432/10/22

الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:شرعت لجنة إغاثة متضرري الجفاف يوم الأربعاء 22 شوال 1432 هـ الموافق لـ 21/09/2011، بتنفيذخطة جديدة في كافة الولايات الإسلامية تمثلت في عملية ترحيل أكثر 6500 عائلة من متضرري الجفاف إلى قراهم التي خرجوا منها عقب موجة الجفاف الأخيرة، وتهدف هذه الخطة إلى إعادة إحياء المزارع التي هجرت و حتى يدرك الناس الموسم الزراعي ويعودوا قادرين بحول الله وقوته على كسب قوتهم بأيديهم، ولذلك وفرت اللجنة لهم من الغذاء والماء ما يكفيهم لعدة أشهر وتعهدت بإيصال الماء إليهم خلال الأشهر المقبلة بإذن الله.وقد تم جمع الأسر في مطار مدينة بيدوا عاصمة ولاية باي وبكول الإسلامية و وفرت لهم شاحنات لنقلهم، أما المرضى وكبار والسن فقد تم توفير حافلات لنقلهم، كما تم توفير ستة فرق طبية ترافقهم في الطريق وتبقى معهم في قراهم بإذن الله، والقرى التي تم إعادة الناس إليها هي ثمانية قرى تتبع لإقليم باي وهي (بانو، حقركا، مودي، دوبي قدود، كوبن، كرمبود، بولوفور، البلد الأمين)، و الحمد لله رب العالمين.

اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.
اللهم اجعلهم وعتادهم غنيمة للمسلمين.
اللهم دمّرهم و زلزلهم.
