New statement from Hay'at Taḥrīr al-Shām's Abū Mālik al-Shāmī: "Clarification and Official Response on the Initiative 'And Settlement Is Good': If They Both Desire Reconciliation, God Will Cause It Between Them"

The latter half of this title is in reference to Qur’anic verse 4:35. Here it is in full: “And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, God will cause it between them. Indeed, God is ever Knowing and Acquainted [with all things].”
