In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan extends its heartfelt congratulations to the noble Muslim people of Afghanistan and to the Mujahideen on the occasion of the anniversary of the defeat and withdrawal of the Red Army of the former Soviet Union from Afghanistan. This historic day stands as a moment of pride and gratitude, and as a shining chapter in the contemporary history of our homeland.
By the infinite mercy and assistance of Allah Almighty, the Afghan Mujahideen—through steadfast jihad, immense sacrifices, migration, and enduring hardships—were granted the honor of overcoming a great power and compelling its forces to withdraw from our sacred land. This victory remains a testament to the unyielding faith, resilience, and determination of the Afghan Muslim nation.
The liberation of Afghanistan from occupation for the third time within the past century, by the will and help of Allah Almighty, clearly demonstrates the firm resolve of our Muslim people to safeguard their religion, protect their independence, and defend their territorial integrity. Throughout successive invasions over the last hundred years, history has shown that aggression against Afghanistan is met with steadfast resistance and ultimate failure.
Those who harbor ill intentions toward our freedom and sovereignty should take heed from the lessons of the past and refrain from any actions that threaten the independence and Islamic values of our country.
The Islamic Emirate calls upon its brave and faithful countrymen to remain vigilant against all forms of conspiracy and subversion. By preserving unity, strengthening Islamic brotherhood, and adhering firmly to the path of their righteous predecessors, they shall continue to safeguard their religion, beliefs, and independence.
May peace and the mercy of Allah be upon the Afghan nation.

النقد لأداء الحكومة ظاهرة صحية، حين يصدر عن شعورٍ بالمسؤولية، ويُحسن صاحبه توقيته وأسلوبه؛ فهو صمام أمان يحفظ استقامة البوصلة.
لكنه يتحول إلى عامل هدم عندما يكون خاضعاً لرغبات الجمهور، أو سعياً وراء التعليقات والإعجابات، أو هروباً من ضغط الرأي العام.
فبعض الإعلاميين، بدافع إثبات الحياد، يبحث عن أي ملف للنقد، لا لضرورةٍ حقيقية، بل ليصنع توازناً شكلياً يرضي المتابعين أكثر مما يخدم الحقيقة.

لمصلحة من تُوجَّه سياط النقد إلى الحكومة على نحوٍ متتابع وبحملاتٍ واسعة؟
صحيح أن بعض القضايا يحتاج إلى معالجة، لكن تزامن هذه الموجات يصنع وعياً جمعياً مشوشاً، ويُسهم في إذكاء نار الفتنة.
وحين تشتعل—لا قدّر الله—سيجد من أشعلها، ولو بغير قصد، نفسه عاجزاً عن إخمادها… ولن يُصغى لصوته حينها.

غرق المخيمات، موكب الوزير، تعيين السفراء، رواتب المعلمين… وغيرها،
هاشتاقاتٌ انطلقت خلال أسبوعين.
بعضها صحيح ويستحق المعالجة، وبعضها غير دقيق، لكنها مجتمعة ترسم صورةً مغايرة للواقع.
هذا التتابع يصنع انطباعاً مضلِّلاً، ويدفع كل فئة للضغط من زاويتها، دون استحضار واقع الدولة وتعقيد التحديات التي تمر بها.

وفي المقابل… تُسلَّط حملات التخويف والترهيب على كل من ينشر الفأل أو يرفع الأمل، تحت شعارات من قبيل: لا تبرّر، لا تمدح،
حتى نشأت حالة أشبه بالفوبيا من ذكر إنجازات الحكومة.
فتمرّ أحداث كبيرة—كخروج قاعدة التنف الأمريكية، ورفع راية الدولة في الرقة، وضبط المجرمين—وكأنها وقائع عابرة لا تستحق الالتفات.

من السهل أن يركب المرء موجة التنظير، ويرفع شعار الإصلاح والنقد،
ومن الأصعب أن يواجه موجة الجمهور بالتوضيح والتصحيح، وأن يعمل من الداخل لتجاوز تحديات هذه المرحلة.
وأقولها بصدق: ما زرت وزيراً ولا أميراً إلا ورأيت في وجهه إرهاقاً واضحاً، وحملاً ثقيلاً من المسؤولية.
ولو نظرت بعين العدل، ووسّعت زاوية الرؤية لترى المشهد كاملاً، لأبصرت حجم الإنجاز الذي تحقق في عامٍ واحد؛ إنجازات تعجز عنها دول مستقرة في سنوات.
عندها ستدرك أن تصيّد الهفوات قد يكون ظلماً لإخوانك، وغفلةً عن الصورة الأكبر.

أخيراً…
لكل إعلامي حرّ: الدولة دولتكم، ولا ننكر أن هناك أخطاءً تحتاج إلى معالجة، لكن ليس بهذه الطريقة التي تُولّد توتراً عاماً وتُربك المشهد.
ونصيحتي لك: إن اضطررت أن تخسر جمهورك في سبيل أن تحافظ على استقرار دولتك، فافعل…
فذلك اليوم هو واجبك الحقيقي، حتى يشتد عودها، ويترسّخ وجودها.

سؤال: أحياناً نسمع من يقول: نقاتل في سبيل الوطن، ونموت في سبيل الوطن، هل هذا التعبير صحيح، جزاكم الله خيراً؟
الجواب: الحمد لله رب العالمين. المؤمن يُقاتل، ويموت في سبيل الله فقط .. والقول: بأنهم يقاتلون، ويموتون في سبيل الوطن .. هذا تعبير شركي، المؤمن يربأ بنفسه عن استخدامه .. والصواب أن يُقال: نقاتل دفاعاً عن الأوطان، والعِرض، والحقوق، والمظالم في سبيل الله .. كما في الحديث:” من قاتل دون مالِه، فقُتل فهو شهيدٌ، ومن قاتل دونَ دمِه، فهو شهيدٌ، ومن قاتل دونَ أهلِه، فهو شهيدٌ “. وفي حديث آخر:” من قُتِلَ دونَ مَظلمتِه فهو شهيدٌ “؛ فلم يأتِ بتعبير من قاتل في سبيل ماله، أو في سبيل دمه، أو في سبيل أهله .. وإنما أتى بتعبير ” من قاتل دُونَ “؛ أي من قاتل دِفاعاً عن مالِه، ودفاعاً عن أهلِه، ودفاعاً عن دمه، في سبيلِ الله؛ أي طاعةً لله، وامتثالاً لأمرِه، وإعلاءً لكلمَته، وطلباً لمرضاته، فقُتِل فهو شهيد، وهو في الجنة .. المسلم المجاهد كما يحرص على ضبط أفعاله وسلوكه وفق تعاليم ربه، ينبغي أن يضبط ألفاظه وإطلاقاته وفق تعاليم وتوجيهات ربه عز وجل.
