There is no indication that Ẓawāhirī even mentioned anything about the protests, let alone that Mubarak resigned. Interestingly, too, Ẓawāhirī mentions something along the lines of: I also discussed this more in the second copy of Knights Under the Prophets Banner. The second edition was released on November 27, 2010.
