A New Tunisian Preacher Rises in Huras al-Din

A week ago, Huras al-Din (HD), al-Qaeda’s (AQ) main branch in Syria, began a Ramadan lecture series from a number of its ideologues. As of this date, HD has released seven videos in the series. Among them includes one of HD’s biggest ideologues, Abu Usamah al-Shawkani as well as Abu Hurayrah al-Shami and Abu ‘Adnan al-Shami. In addition to these individuals is someone that was promoted in Telegram when his two videos were released as Abu al-Bara’ al-Muhajir. However, if you watch the two videos he is in, it actually denotes an Abu al-Bara’ al-Tunisi, meaning he’s Tunisian.

A fourteen-member delegation of Islamic Emirate led by the Deputy of Islamic Emirate in Political Affairs, the respected Mullah Baradar Akhund, departed from Doha to Moscow.

The said delegation with partake in a conference marking 100 years of diplomatic relations between Russia and Afghanistan being held on 28th May.

Similarly, the said delegation will hold discussions about future Afghanistan with a number of Afghan politicians in an Intra-Afghan Conference scheduled for 29th May.

Moreover, the delegation of Islamic Emirate will also hold closed-door meetings with senior officials of the Russian Federation.

The delegation of Islamic Emirate includes the Deputy of Islamic Emirate in Political Affairs the respected Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Mr. Sher Muhammad Abbas Stanekzai, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Sayyed Rasool, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Mullah Muhammad Fazal Akhund, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqqi, Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, Qari Deen Muhammad Hanif, Mr. Muhammad Sohail Shaheen, Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa, Mawlawi Muhammad Nabi Omari, Mullah Noorullah Noori and Mawlawi Muhammad Hassan.
