Since the assault on the U.S. Embassy in Tunis on September 14, 2012, a collision course has been set between the Tunisian state and the salafi-jihadi organization Ansar al-Sharia in Tunisia (AST). It highlights the utter failure of the Ennahda-led government to fully appreciate or understand AST as a movement. Ennahda believed it could use a light touch approach and attempt to co-opt AST and bring them into the political system. This strategy was fraught with false assumptions; most notably that AST itself stated repeatedly it is against the democratic process since it contravenes Islam and places men on the same level as God. Today, Tunis designated AST as a terrorist organization. How the Tunisian government uses this new mandate against AST will likely provide more information on AST’s connections to al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghrib (AQIM) and/or the extent to which it has a secret fighting apparatus.
AST’s Public Persona
Following the founding of AST in April 2011, it has promoted an image of an organization only interested in conducting da’wa (missionary activities). The leader of AST Sayf Allah bin Hussayn (better known as Abu Iyadh al-Tunisi) continually noted that Tunisia was not a land of jihad, but a land of da’wa and that his movement did not carry weapons. Abu Iyadh also emphasized that the media distorted AST and that one should “hear from them, not about them.” While it is true that the majority of AST’s activities have been related to da’wa like passing out religious literature, providing food and medical services to the needy, and putting on lectures, among other things, from the beginning there has been a more nefarious side of the group, too.

ثم أما بعد
كانت من عادة أنصار الشريعة دائما والعبد الفقير واحد منهم ويعلن دائما أنه يتشرف بخدمة أصغر فرد منهم وليس فيهم صغار انما أقصد في العمر أنهم لا يتحدثون عن سلبيات أنصار الشرعية في مثل هذا التوقيت وماذاك إلا من باب السياسة الشرعية والتي تقضي أن المخالفين من بني علمان لا يفرقون بين أنصار الشريعة وأنصار الشرعية فهم عندهم في الإرهاب سواء وذكر أخطاء أنصار الشرعية في هذا التوقيت سيظهر أنصار الشريعة في خندق أعداء الله شاءوا ذلك أم أبوا والمتربصين أصحاب مكر تكاد تزول منه الجبال ومما جعلني أكون حريصا في انتقاء ألفاظي جدا في هذا المقال هو ما أصله شيخي المقدسي في مقال نشر عبر وسائل الإعلام قال فيه ( إن حذاء مرسي والإخوان أشرف من أصحاب الإنقلاب) وطبعا هذا الكلام وإن كنت أخالفه ولكني لا أملك إلا أن أحترمه وأعزره لأن قائله يحرجنا بدقة التأصيل والتفصيل مما يجبرك إن كنت منصفا أن تضعه في باب الإجتهاد الخاطئ الذي يكون لصاحبه أجر واحد ولكن لماذا أخالف ما قاله شيخنا المفضالأقول ببساطة لأني وفق ما أفهم من كتاب الله وسنة رسول الله وحال السلف أنهم لم يكونوا يقارنوا بين السئ والأسوأ إنما كانوا يفاضلون بين خير الخيرين ولا يلجأوا الى المفاضلة بين أهون الشرين إلا في حالات الضرورة وهنا يقول بعض الكتاب أن أنصار الشريعة ينبغي لهم أن يناصروا أنصار الشرعية لأن مساحة الحرية في عهدهم أكثر بكثير منها عند غيرهم نقول وبالله المستعان ( اثبت العرش ثم انقش ) ولعل شيخي لو علم هذا لتأنى قليلا قبل أن يكتب ففي زمن أنصار الشريعة صعد رئيسهم الشرعي على متن طائرة عسكرية برفقة جنرالات بريطان وأمريكان من عبدة الصلبان لمتابعة مباراة منتخب مصر مع منتخب البرازيل لا طبعا انما لمراقبة عمليات الجيش المصري ( الأسد الي ماياكلش ولاده) كما قال ذلك الخسيس السيسي والذي هو أيضا (رصيد مصر الكبير وفي رجالة زي الدهب) كما صرح بذلك الرئيس الشرعي على أبناء السلفية الجهادية في سيناء واذكرك أيضا يا قرة أعين الموحدين بأنك قلت لحكومة حماس الشرعية أيضا أننا لن نسكت عن دماء شهداء مجزرة مسجد ابن تيمية في غزة بعدما استفدنا أيضا من حرية التعبير في زمنهم فأخذوا حريتهم في قتل جرحى الإخوة فضلا عمن قضى فبل أن يصله جنود الشرعيةوأنبه شيخي أيضا أن حكومة النهضة الشرعية قد أفاضت علينا وجادت بحريتها فقامت بقتل أخت في خدرها بحجة مطاردة زوجها وثبت في التحقيق أن الأخت رحمها الله قد تعرضت لكدمات وضربات قبل الوفاة يعني أن القتل لم يكن برصاصة خاطئة ولم تكفي النهضة بذلك لم قامت بمطاردة الشيخ أبي عياض التونسي مع أن الشيخ قد صرح مرارا بأن تونس أرض دعوة وليست أرض قتال ثم توجت حريتها التي منحتنا إياها بقتل أربعة من الإخوة على أبواب السفارة الأمريكية والذنب أنهم خرجوا بعد الفلم المسئ لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وتفاخر أحد وزارءهم الشرعيين بأنه لم يقتل أحد فقال له المذيع كيف وقد قتل أربعة من السلفيين فأجاب أقصد من الأمريكيين وسأزيدك من الشعر بيتا فيما تمتع به اخواننا في تونس من حرية النهضة أنها منعت حتى الخيمات الدعوية وقوافل الخير الرمضانية التي كانت تقوم بها جماعة أنصار الشريعة وهذا يا شيخي الحبيب غيض من فيض حريتهم فوالله لو أخبرتك بتصريحاتهم وافعالهم التي أجمع أهل العلم وأنت من اولهم على أنها كلمات وأفعال لا يمكن أن توصف إلا بالكفر البواح والشرك الصراح لطال بنا المقام وأعلم حرصك على الوقت فاكتفي بهذه الإشارات البسيطة وأعلم علم اليقين بما خبرته منك أنك ستبحث وتتأكد وستقول عندها أنك أحسنت الظن في من لا يستحق وسأذكر من فرح بكلامك شيخي المفضال بالفرق بين أنصار الشريعة وأنصار الشرعية بالكلام النفيس الذي ذكرته أنت نفسك في مقالك الموسوم (بأحذية الموساد) ولكن قبل أن أسرد بعض الفروق سأردد على مسامعك بعض الهتافات التي خرجت من ميدان رابعة العدوية ثم احكم أنت قالوا على المنصة ( إرفع راسك فوق إنت مصري مسلم أو نصراني سلفي أو اخواني ليبرالي أو علماني إيد واحدة) وضمن الصور يا من علمتنا أصول التوحيد تظهر منتقبة وهي تحمل مصحفا وصليبا وللأمانة لا أدري هذه الصورة في نفس الميدان أم في مكان آخر ولكن ما أنا متاكد منه هو أنها من أنصار الشرعية فبعد هذا كيف لنا أن نوازن بين أقل المفسدتين ففي التحرير يقولون ( لا اسلام بعد اليوم) (وشبيحة للأبد لاجل عيونك يا اسد) (والشعب السوري يا حمار خذ مرسي وادينا بشار) وفي رابعة يسوون بين النصراني الذي يقول ان الله ثالث ثلاثة وبين من يقول قل هو الله أحد فبالله عليك يا شيخي الحبيب أخبرني بأقل المفسدتين هنا اتكون بالكفر أم بالزيادة فيه وساكمل مع أنصار الشرعية الذين أتى قليل منهم الى ارض الشام فماذا فعل اوجه سهامه على العلمانيين لا والله يا احب اهل الارض الي بعد اهلي بل قاموا بالطعن فينا وفيك وفي كتابتك ووصفونا بالتكفيريين ونصحوا الناس بالابتعاد عنا وعدم اخذ العلم منا بل قال أحدهم انهم كانوا يحاربونا في مصر فكريا طبعا وسيحاربوننا هنا ارايت اين وصلت بهم شرعيتهم حتى عندما فكروا في الجهاد يوما طبعا باذن ولي الامر كان جهادهم فينا ولا ننكر انهم يقاتلون جيش بشار ولكن في المسائل الشرعية ليس لهم شغل غيرنا ولا يفهم اني اقول هذا الكلام رضا بما يحصل من قتل في ميدان رابعة او تكفيرا لعوامهم بل أقول فضحا لمن يتاجر بدماء المخلصين منهم فالأمين العام لمجلس ثورة25 يناير قال أن من يطالب بتطبيق الشريعة الأن يجب ان يستتاب فكيف نصدق أن من يقول هذا الكلام يعتصم الأن من أجل الشريعة وكل يدع وصلا بليلى وليلى لا تقر لهم بذاك اذا اشتبكت دموع في عيون تبين من بكى ممن تباكى هؤلاء هم أنصار الشرعية يا شيخي وأكرر أقصد قيادتهم واعذر العوام بجهلهم وإخلاصهم وعظم فتنتهم بالرموز التي أضلتهم فما حال أنصار الشريعة وكما قيل آثارهم تغني عن اأخبارهم فاول اثارهم انت نفسك فها أنت تقبع في السجن منذ أكثر من عشرين عاما نصرة للشريعة وهاهم أبناءك من تلاميذ التوحيد والجهاد ما بين أسير وشهيد واذا خرجت باذن الله ستمضي وقتا ثمينا من وقتك الذي تحب بتقديم العزاء في كثير ممن عرفوك وأحبوك وربما يكون كاتب هذا المقال واحدا منهم ولن ازيد على ما كتتب في مقالك أحذية الموساد والذي سردت فيه قصص أبطال وانصار الشريعة إلا ان أخبرك بأن ابشر باسود قد تربوا على كتابتك فأصبحوا أنصارا للشريعة ولكنهم هذه المرة من بلاد بعيدة عنا ألا وهي تونس الخضراء فوالله لقد رأينا منهم ثباتا على المنهج وقتالا وتضحية يستحقون فعلا أن يطلق عليهم أنصار الشريعة وأختم بتذكير من يظن أو يحاول ان يستغبي ليقول أني تجرأت على الشيخ أو أني أرد عليه لا تورط نفسك في هذا فالشيخ يعلم من هو عندي ويعلم قول ابن القيم لأبي إسماعيل الأنصاري صاحب كتاب منازل السائرين بأن الشيخ حبيب إلينا ولكن الحق أحب الينا منه وهذا هدهد سليمان قد أحاط بما لم يعلمه سليمان عليه السلام فلم ينقص ذلك من قدر نبي الله شيئا وأنبه مجددا أن الطبيب الحاذق هو من يعالج الداء من For the second time in six months Tunisia has lived through what was previously unthinkable – the cold-blooded murder of a politician. In February it was Chokri Belaid who fell to assassins’ bullets in the street, and yesterday it was another secular politician, Mohamed Brahmi, who was slaughtered in front of his family in Cite el-Ghazela, outside of Tunis.
The killing comes at a sensitive time for Tunisia, as the ruling Troika coalition struggles to govern the country and the nascent Tamarod movement (ostensibly modeled on the massive street protests in Egypt last month) is grasping for any spark that will ignite larger protests against the Islamist Ennahdha party, which leads the Troika. It no doubt helped their case that Brahmi’s family immediately lashed out against Ennahdha following his assassination. The government in turn responded with a press conference Friday in which Interior Minister Lotfi Ben Jeddou said that (remarkably swift) ballistics tests showed that the same weapon was used to kill Belaid and Brahmi, and that both attacks were carried out by an “Al-Qaeda-linked” cell. He even named the alleged assassin, a known Franco-Tunisian jihadi named Aboubaker el-Hakim.
To be sure, the Ennahdha-led government seems to have arrived very quickly at the theory that this Salafi-jihadi cell was behind Brahmi’s killing. The fact alone that he and his weapon were identified so quickly, especially as many moved to pin the blame for Brahmi’s death in part on Ennahda, should prompt some suspicion. But if the government’s claims are accurate, it is worth taking a closer look at el-Hakim himself, as well as al-Qaeda and related movements in Tunisia.

During the last two years, Salafist activity has escalated in Tunisia. Much of this activity—primarily da`wa (religious outreach) designed to expand the Salafist movement—has taken place under the auspices of Ansar al-Shari`a in Tunisia (AST), headed by veteran jihadist Saifullah bin Hassine (also known as Abu Iyadh al-Tunisi).[1] A series of security incidents in and around Tunisia, however, have been attributed to al-Qa`ida in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), and more recently to an opaque group known as the Uqba ibn Nafi Brigade.[2] Regional security officials have described the Uqba ibn Nafi Brigade as an attempt to establish a Tunisian jihadist group linked to AQIM, one that purportedly combines local recruits from western Tunisia’s Kasserine area and some members of AST under the guidance and leadership of figures reputedly close to AQIM leader Abdelmalek Droukdel (also known as Abu Mus`ab al-Wadud).[3] Regional security officials, therefore, perceive the incidents on Tunisia’s border with Algeria beginning in late April 2013 as highlighting AQIM’s increased focus on Tunisia. This article analyzes how AQIM, viewing events in Tunisia through its strategic lens, has responded to that country’s revolution. It finds that AQIM has tried to insert itself into AST’s relationship with the Tunisian state. AQIM has urged AST to be patient to prevent the Tunisian government from cracking down on its activities. At the same time, AQIM’s rhetoric toward the Tunisian state has become sharper, opening the possibility of an increase in AQIM-related violence in Tunisia. Click here to read the rest.

السلام على كل من نصر الله ورسوله وذب عن دينه وضحى في سبيل تطبيق شريعته، وعلى كل من نصر هؤلاء وأولئك ورحمة الله وبركاته
يقول رب العزة “ولولا دفع الله الناس بعضهم ببعض لهدمت صوامع وبيع وصلوات ومساجد يذكر فيها اسم الله كثيرا،ولينصرن الله من ينصره .[الآية]
لا معنى لالتزام بدين الله بدون تدافع مع اهل الكفر والباطل،ولا تواجد لأهل الحق ولا تعايش لهم إلى جانب أهل الباطل بله الرضا بباطلهم

فلابد من التميز ولابد من المفاصلة،ولن يرضى طرف على الطرف الآخر،وإن كان ثمة رضا فأكيد ان هناك ثمة تنازل أو احتواء أو انحراف

ولن ترضى عنك اليهود ولا النصارى حتى تتبع ملتهم” واهل الردة والبدعة يدخلون في هذا المعنى لأنهم في نهاية المطاف تبع لهؤلاء أ و أولئك

وهذه الآية تحذير للمؤمنين من مغبة السقوط في مسار التنازل أو الاحتواء أ والانحراف كما هي دعوة لهم للثبات والصبر والاستقامة

اهل البدعة وانصارها والداعين اليها وكذا اهل الأديان الباطلة لابد أن يعلنوا عداءهم وحربهم على المؤمنين،وهذا من طبيعة دينهم

يدخل في هذا هؤلاء الذين يؤمنون بدين الديموقراطية ورضوا بأن يتحاكموا الى الطاغوت واتخاذ الخلق مشرعين من دون الله

مهما رفعوا من شعارات اسلامية أو ادعوا أو وعدوا بتطبيق العدل ونصرة المظلوم فإنهم كاذبون وفوق هذا فاسقون وظالمون وكافرون

لن يقبل هؤلاء بوجود مؤمنين يذكرونهم بالله وبتطبيق شريعته والكفر بما سواه من شرائع وأديان،مثلما لا يقبل ابليس بوجود اهل الإيمان

إنهم أولياء الشيطان في مواجهة أولياء الرحمن،لن يهنأ لهم بال ولن يهدأ لهم قرار حتى يدخل هؤلاء المؤمنون في دينهم، رغبا أو رهبا

لن يغرنا هؤلاء الذين رضوا بالديموقراطية دينا ولن يرهبونا ولن يردونا عن دين التوحيد مهما جدوا واجتهدوا أو مكروا وكادوا

إخواننا أنصار الشريعة في كل مكان قاموا لينصروا دينهم وأنفقوا أموالهم وأنفسهم في سبيل هذه الغاية السامية، بالبيان والسنان

إخواننا في تونس الإسلام جزء من هؤلاء،ونحن نشهد انهم قد صدقوا ما عاهدوا الله عليه،فأبلوا البلاء الحسن ولم يخافوا في الله لومة لائم

ونشهد كذلك أن حكومة النهضة قد أبلت البلاء الحسن في نصرة الباطل وفي محاربة أنصار الشريعة وهو ما يعني محاربة شرع الله والصد عن الحق

انهما فريقان اختصموا في ربهم،فريق ينصرالحق وفريق ينصر الباطل وكلاهما يقدم في سبيل ذلك الأموال والأنفس،فأي فريق احق بالاتباع والنصرة؟

إن حكومة النهضة قد صارت تحمي دين الكفر وتدافع عنه وتفرضه على المسلمين فرضا،فأين هذا من شعار الإسلام الذي يرفعونه؟

وكل من يخالفهم أو يدعوهم الى الكفر بالطاغوت وتحكيم شريعة الله فهو ارهابي وخارج عن القانون وينبغي محاصرته ومحاربته

إنها تعليمات وتوجيهات اليهود والنصارى وما يسمى بالنظام العالمي الجديد لكي يكملوا مشروعهم في بلداننا حتى مابعد الثورات الأخيرة

لقد ارعبهم اقبال الشباب التونسي على جبهات القتال الساخنة وادركوا خطورة التجمع الأم الذي انطلقوا منه فسارعوا الى بدء الحرب

كما اغاظهم تحرك ونشاط الإخوة في الداخل وانتشارهم في خدمة العباد وتجسيد تعاليم الإسلام فانكشفت حقيقة عبيد الديموقراطية

ان حكومة النهضة لا تعدو ان تكون اداة صهيوصليبية للبطش بإخواننا تحت مسميات عدة والمبرر جاهز:محاربة الإرهاب،والتهمة :مخالفة القوانين

لقد طمس الله بصيرتهم وصاروا يخربون بيوتهم بأيديهم ويمزقون ما تبقى من ثوبهم السابري فانكشفت سوءاتهم وظهر مكرهم ووجههم القبيح

ظهر عداؤهم لشريعة الرحمن وانحيازهم ودفاعهم عن قوانين الشيطان،لقد سقطوا في الفخ الذي نصبه لهم اولياء الرحمن،خابوا وخسروا

من قدر الله أن مؤتمر الإخوة كان فخا محكماً واستدراجا ذكيا وجس النبض لغباء وتهور النظام واجهزته المهترئة،ان كيدهم كان ضعيفا

لقد ثبت الله عباده واعلى رايتهم ونكس راية هؤلاء المشركين وزلزلهم فلم ينالوا من إخواننا ما كانوا يكيدون له،فانقلبوا بفضل الله خاسرين

وفي المقابل صال الإخوة وجالوا وأظهروا معالم دين الله فكانت جولة للحق واستعلاء بالإيمان وكسر لكل الحواجز،انه بداية فتح مبين

سيكون للمعركة صولات أخرى،فالإخوة انصار الشريعة لم يبدأوا الحرب بعد ولم يظهروا اسلحتهم،إذعانا في تخويف العدو ومباغتته وخلط اوراقه

سيراجع الأعداء حساباتهم وسيغيروا مواقفهم وسيذعنوا للحق قاهرين،اتوقع ان يحاولوا الطمع في هدنة مع الإخوة تفاديا لبركان سيهز عروشهم

المؤتمر الثالث اجل الى أجل غير مسمى لكنه حقق اكثر من اهدافه وغاياته،وهذا تفسير لقوله تعالى”ويمكرون ويمكر الله والله خير الماكرين”

اسأل الله تعالى أن يزيد الإخوة حكمة وصبرا وثباتاً ويزيد اعداءهم تخبطا ورعبا وغباء،وأن ينصر دينه ويعلي رايته ويعز جنده،آمين.

Alhamdulillah who created for worshiping, and imposed on us to do jihad for the sake of Allah as we ought to strive, I praise and thank Him, and I ask Him grace and more, and I bear witness that Lā ʾIlāha ʾIllā l-Lāh IS Alone with no partner, which is the greatest witness, and I bear witness that Mohammed is his slave and messenger who was aided by His Lord and achieved his desires, may the peace and blessings be upon him, his family and Sahabah, and who followed them in work, intention and will.

My greetings to you, how are you, are you eager for the Sharia like me?
Our honorable people in Tunisia of knowledge and Jihad, Tunis of support and shelter, Tunisia of manhood and chivalry. O’ tribes of Al-Hamamah, Al-Maraziq, Al-Farafish, Al-Kadadma, Al-Sabiriya, Awalad Sidi Obaid, Al-Za’aba Talil and others from the people of magnanimity, O’ spending Ulema of Tunisia and its sincere preachers, and its youth who hold hot coals in the time of eeriness.
These are words of advice and support, which we offer to you when Tunisia is passing through a critical juncture and great cunning, either from our enemies the crusader Americans and their treacherous agents from Rafidah and apostates. Despite of that the Muslim is obliged to give advice to his Ummah and religion, since religion is advice as have been stated by our beloved peace and blessings of llah be upon him.
So I say and success is from Allah: In the beginning you have to thank Allah Almighty that he relieved you from the rule of that oppressing arrogant tyrant Ben Ali, who made you suffer from oppression what is only known by Allah. And today you have been liberated from that liberal ruler Alhamdulillah, remember that great blessing, and repeat in the streets, neighborhoods and cities of Tunisia, the Saying of the Almighty: (And We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land, and to make them the Imams, and to make them the heirs) 5 Surah Al-Qasas.
Then know may Allah have mercy over you:
Your Ummah is living in a hard stage, holding in its folds glad tidings and grief.
Wherever the Muslim turns his eyes, he sees what makes the heart dissolve, and erupts the tears. All that is because of the absence of the Sharia of Allah Almighty, and the collaboration of the traitors from our people who betrayed Allah and His messenger, whom their situation with their oppressed people is similar to the saying of the poet:

Brothers whom we took as shields, indeed they were so but for the enemies
I thought they were poignant arrows, indeed they were so but in our hearts
They said we did our best, I said yes but in corrupting me
The struggle between the people of good and the people of evil, between the preachers of the Sharia of Allah and His party, and the preachers of the methodology of Satan and his followers, is a constant tradition that cannot be replaced or changed, that is why Allah said in Surah Al-Anaam:
(Thus have We appointed unto every prophet an adversary – devils of humankind and jinn who inspire in one another plausible discourse through guile. If thy Lord willed, they would not do so; so leave them alone with their devising) 112
The Al-Allamah Ben Achour rahimahullah said in Al-Tahrir wa Al-Tanwir: “That is to alleviate the messenger peace and blessings of Allah be upon him from what grieved him from the conditions of his disbelieving people and their insistence to reject his Dawah, so Allah informed him: that those are his enemies, and the enmity of those similar to them to those similar to him is from the traditions of Allah Almighty in testing all the prophets, so every one of them had enemies, so the enmity of those people to the prophet peace be upon him isn’t a new thing. In other words: aren’t you a prophet and we have  made for every prophet an enemy”. End of the quotation. Thus the people of falsehood Allah have made them for the enmity of the messengers and their followers, and filled their hearts with that even reviewed their thoughts they couldn’t change their stances because their hearts are full with the enmity of Allah and his message. And Allah made their ears deaf from hearing the truth, and made their eyesight go blind from seeing it? That is why they were the worst creatures to Allah, as Allah Almighty have said: (Surely the vilest of animals, in Allah’s sight, are the deaf, the dumb, who do not understand) 22 Surah Al-Anfal.
Allah turned them away from the right path, and in this life He only showed them the way of error, and that is why Allah Almighty said: (I will turn away from My communications those who are unjustly proud in the earth) 146 Surah Al-Araf, and it is a tradition in this universe, and that this variance between the Awliya of Rahman and the Awliya of Satan continues, so there has to be a trace for those elite who were selected by Allah Almighty, to believe Mohammed may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and support him, and follow his trail and footsteps, and follow them in the methodology that they pursued.
Also there should on the face of this earth another people who choose to take the path of the enemies of Allah and His messenger and follow their trail and footsteps, and in every generation there has to be a generation of those who are similar to Abu Jahal Amr ibn Hisham and Utba ibn Rabiya and Shayba ibn Rabiya and Zuma ibn Al-Aswad, and their like will remain in every time and place. And Allah have made this religion a lamp on this earth, and it will reach where day and night have reached, and it will not leave a house of Madar (mud or clay) or a house of Wabar (fur of camels and goats, i.e. tents) without entering it.
And so there will remain enemies who will seek to repel it, and distort its people, and calling and accusing them with improper words and heinous titles, since every battle of this world is similar to the well-known battles of the messenger of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him like the battle of Badr, Uhud, Khaybar, Hunayn and the battle of Al-Ahzab (the coalition) and other battles, even if the battles vary by the inequality of men. So brothers do not be fed up by the presence of the enmities and obstacles that you will find on your way, since it is a constant universal tradition.
And we won’t retrieve our dignity and status among the nations except with two important matters, I keep them before you:
The first matter:
Holding to the Sharia of Allah and demanding its implementation in the real world, as a methodology of life and a system of state, and this is not just a desirable matter, but rather it is a required obligation, which the Muslim should seek for it with all his strength, and that he reject the other abominable calls of Jahiliya which we tasted and are still tasting because of it humiliation and degradation, and the young and old grew on it.
Happiness, security, success and economic prosperity is under the shadow of the Sharia of Allah Almighty, and that the political, social and economic corruption and the other disasters will be ratified in the absence of the Sharia of Allah, and replacing it with the garbage of the manmade laws.
The Truth Almighty says:
(And if they had kept up the Taurat and the Injeel and that which was revealed to them from their Lord…) 66 Surah Al-Maeda, and the Almighty says: (Say: O followers of the Book! you follow no good…) 68 Surah Al-Maeda, and the moral here is in the common phrase and not the specific reason (for occasion of revelation).
It has been authentically narrated from our prophet peace and blessing of Allah be upon him that he said: “I have left two things with you. As long as you hold fast to them, you will not go astray. They are the Book of Allah and my Sunnah”. And it has been mentioned in the Al-Musnad and Jamee Abu Essa Al-Tirmidhi from the Hadith of Abu Najeeh Al-Erbaz ibn Sariyah that our prophet peace and blessing of Allah be upon him: “Those who will live after me will see much dissension among the Muslims; so adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah way of the rightly guided successors after me”.
And I cannot forget before leaving this point to notify our people and loved ones in Tunis and Kairouan that they shouldn’t be deceived by the people who call to democracy by decorating it under the name of the truth and gave it a religious garment, who have misguided tendencies and the calls that deviate from the straight path that permeated in our societies until it reached a climax, and they aren’t hiding (And if We please We would have made you know them so that you would certainly have recognized them by their marks and most certainly you can recognize them by the intent of (their) speech) 30 Surah Muhammad, and it is true who said:

The people of evil are known by their semblance and the fingers point at their immorality
So beware from entering to their nets and being deceived by their falsehood…
Secondly:
My Muslim brothers in Tunis and Kairouan: we should be aware that uniting the word and rank is an order from Allah and His messenger peace and blessings of Allah be upon him in many authentic Hadiths and it is also a power for the Muslims, and it isn’t a secret that the enemies of our Ummah are waiting the befalling of calamities to it, they won’t agree that we raise a banner, or achieve a goal, and that is why if we remain in rivalry and dispute when will we liberate Bayt Al-Maqdis?… when will have time to support the Muslims and defend the honor of the religion?… if we use all our means to slander each other and everyone of us uses
