New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Remarks Regarding a False Report by the AP"

The western news outlet (AP) published a report on Saturday which stated that officials of The Islamic Emirate had met some members of the Kabul regime in Dubai and tried to somehow give authenticity to its piece by attributing information to unknown sources.
We categorically deny this false report by The Associated Press. No officials of The Islamic Emirate have ever met or had discussion with members of the Kabul regime in Dubai. Such rumors spread by the enemy are a part of their propaganda effort through which they want to achieve their malicious objectives.
We strongly urge The Associated Press to firstly publish our denial exactly the same way. Since this agency has published a fabricated report about us therefore it is their due responsibility to also publish our side of the story as part of being a news agency.
We similarly once again urge The Associated Press and other news outlets to publish reports about us through our known addresses. They should not write up reports which discuss important issues without providing names of sources or officials while being falsely tied to the Islamic Emirate. If such actions are repeatedly taken by news agencies then it in return gives the enemy intelligence organs leeway to spread propaganda against the Mujahideen by quoting unnamed Mujahideen officials. News outlets have a responsibility towards us in cases where they quote unknown sources and if such actions start repeating themselves then it will force the hand of The Islamic Emirate to show a reaction and take legal steps towards that specific agency.
News outlets must truly become independent. They should publish unbiased and responsible reports based on sound principles and not give a hand to intelligence organs in pursuit of their self interests.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Remarks Regarding Enemy Propaganda and False Reports About Assassination of Jihādī leaders"

There have been recent reports which indicate that several leaders of Islamic Emirate have been assassinated in the city of Quetta located in Baluchistan province of Pakistan regarding which we state the following:
A while back a former Jihadi commander of Zabul province, Noorullah, who was living the life of migration in the Pakistani city of Quetta was martyred in an assassination operation by unknown assailants. After the martyrdom of the said person, news outlets circulated rumors that a member of leadership council of Taliban had been killed. It must be stated that Noorullah was a Jihadi commander at the time of Jihad against the Soviet Union however he was not a member of Islamic Emirate’s leadership council.
Since the enemy is facing a certain defeat, its confidence is shaken and it is only left with baseless propaganda therefore it claims every person who surrenders or is killed is a Taliban Shura member and a close associate of Mullah Muhammad Umar Mujahid (may Allah protect him). The enemy in its delusionary state of mind even fails to comprehend how many Shura members the Taliban have that despite them being supposedly killed, detained and surrendering every day, they never seem to finish.
This statement in itself is sufficient proof of how unsubstantiated the false enemy propaganda is.
After the martyrdom of Commander Noorullah, the enemy once again spread rumors that 3 more Taliban commanders namely Mullah Abdul Malik, Mawlawi Muhammad Ismail and Mullah Saleem have been assassinated in Quetta city. This despite all of the mentioned personnel of Islamic Emirate being alive and actively busy in their Jihadi activities yet the enemy persists in fabrications which are strongly rejected by us.
It seems that some professional con artists have made it a habit of stealing large sums of money from the world most incompetent regime in Kabul led by Karzai. Before this, many con men cashed in money under the peace and integration program so perhaps some mercenaries could have begun their campaign of fraud and embezzlement by fabricating news of assassination of Mujahideen figures for the same purpose. The fact of the matter is the all of the said persons are still alive and busy in their Jihadi activities.
We must make it clear and reiterate our strong rejection of the enemy claims while labeling it as nothing more than mere baseless propaganda effort of the cowardly enemy spread through its media.
Meanwhile the oppressive occupying country of America declared the blacklisting of a Mujahid of Islamic Emirate named Qari Saifullah and the freezing of all his assets. This is yet another feeble and erratic step of the enemy which does not worry Mujahideen in the very least. We do not have any large scale trade relationships with any entity which could be affected nor any other interaction with America. The American goal with such meaningless step is only for propaganda purposes and a last ditch effort against Mujahideen which only shows their weakness despite such moves having failed in affecting the Jihadi ranks for the past decade.
The enemy must realize that such propaganda will not create any barrier for our Jihad. We are a nation prepared and used to martyrdom and imprisonment. So is it possible that we could be scared with false assassination rumors and imaginary embargoes?

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "The Capture of a Ten-year Old Girl in Helmand on Charges of a Suicide Bombing is a Plot of the Enemy to Defame the Mujāhidīn"

On Monday some media outlets claimed that the forces of Karzai’s regime had apprehended a ten year old girl attempting to carry out a suicide bombing. This is not the first time that the officials of Karzai’s regime, faced with imminent defeat, have contrived such absurd accusations with the purpose of defaming the Islamic Emirate. Sometimes they spread false rumours that the Taliban have hanged a seven year old child, sometimes they claim that Taliban have sexually abused children, while at other times they claim that the Islamic Emirate recruits children to carry out attacks and bombings against their regime. The arrest of the ten year old girl, named Spogmy, is also part of the Karzai’s intelligence official’s fabrications aimed at defaming the Islamic Emirate. In truth these preposterous accusations have no reality.
Under the principles of Islamic law, young children are exempt from carrying out the responsibilities of Islam. The Islamic Emirate, in adhering to this principle, also does not allow such children to take part in armed conflict. The truth is that the fronts of the Mujahideen against the illegitimate regime of Karzai are full of the brave youth of Afghanistan and the Islamic Emirate has no need to recruit children for this task.
In the same manner that the Islamic Emirate considers the recruitment of children for armed conflict as contrary to the laws of war, similarly it also considers the use of children for propaganda purposes to be against all principles of morality and human dignity. In this light the Islamic Emirate strongly condemns the intelligence agents of Karzai’s regime for taking advantage of children and using their innocence in order to defame the Mujahideen.
The claim that the ten year old girl from Helmand was recruited by her brother, with the agreement of her parents, to become a suicide bomber is a complete fabrication and has no reality at all. When news of this  accusation spread the Islamic Emirate requested the local Islamic Emirate authorities in Helmand to conduct an investigation into the incident. After conducting a thorough investigation our local authorities informed us that this incident has no reality. Moreover they informed us that in the entire province of Helmand there is no Taliban commander by the name of Zahir. They confirmed that the Islamic Emirate in Helmand has never allowed anyone to recruit children for the purposes of carrying out attacks. Even the Karzai regime’s officials in Helmand have stated to the media that there are severe inconsistencies in the girl’s account. They are still investigating the specifics of this incident.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Guantánamo Prisoners in Critical Condition Due to Hunger Strike"

Inmates inside the notorious American prison of Guantanamo have been on a hunger strike for the past twenty days. According to information, the prisoners have deprived themselves of every basic living need due to their absolute necessity from which some ill inmates are said to be in a life threatening condition. Inmates inside the notorious Guantanamo prison are being held in conditions which violate all international principles and norms. The prison is being run in such a state that the cruelty, savagery, barbarity and tragedies taking place against the inmates inside are being mostly kept secret from the public however latest information by some news outlets and Human Right workers suggest that for the past twenty days, the prisoners are spending time in a very depressing condition and if it continues much longer it can lead to a big humanitarian tragedy.
The inmates began their hunger strike due to the inhumane treatment by their American captors, physical and psychological torture as well as insults towards the sanctities of Muslims. Instead of having respect towards the hunger strike and accepting the legal demands of the inmates, their American captors have done the opposite and are treating them in a manner to try and break their spirits of ever again carrying out such actions in the future therefore it must be stated that this reaction by the American officials violates every humanitarian and established international principle.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly urges the American officials to stop their savage treatment towards the oppressed prisoners, to accept their legitimate demands in order to end this hunger strike and stop a humanitarian disaster from taking place. If they fail to take timely action then we warn them about its harsh retaliatory consequences. The Islamic Emirate also calls upon all the Humanitarian organizations as well as media outlets to raise their voices in defense of these oppressed innocent prisoners and to expose this unparalleled barbarity.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Condolences on the Occasion of the Martyrdom of the Esteemed and Respected Scholar of Islamic Sciences, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Saheb"

“Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah [i.e. they have gone out for Jihad (holy fighting), and showed not their backs to the disbelievers], of them some have fulfilled their obligations (i.e. have been martyred), and some of them are still waiting, but they have never changed [i.e.they never proved treacherous to their covenant which they concluded with Allah] in the least” Surat Ahzab: 23.
It is with great sadness we have learned that Afghanistan’s esteemed and recognized scholar, a great Jihadi figure, and a scholar of Quran and Hadith, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Saheb, who was hospitalized for the past three days as a result of a cowardly attack by the enemies of Afghanistan and consequently in critical condition, passed away in a hospital in Quetta, located in the land of migration, Pakistan.  Surely to Allah we belong and to Him we must return.
The deceased Sheikh Saheb was a well respected and recognised scholar of Islamic Sciences in Afghanistan. Moreover he played a crucial role as a scholar and an activist with the Islamic Emirate. He was a great teacher whose students numbered in the thousands and who were instilled with great knowledge as a result of their teacher’s vast understanding. His martyrdom is recognized in Afghanistan and the wider region as an irreplaceable blow to the dissemination of knowledge.
The deceased (May Allah’s mercy be upon him) was the son of Haji Khan Gul and an inhabitant of Paktia province. He had dedicated his entire life to the service of Islam. He graduated from Islamic Studies at the age of 25. Two years after his graduation, the martyred Sheikh began teaching the Loya Daura (course of graduation year) and taught this course for the past 34 years at various learning institutes. He taught hadith at Darul Uloom Wana, at Dera Ismael Khan Madrassa, at Quetta’s Jamia Khairul Madaris as well as various other institutes. For the past many years the beloved Sheikh taught hadith at the final year of Islamic Studies as well as the exegesis of the Holy Quran. Each year more than 150 students graduated at the hands of our Sheikh.
The beloved Sheikh was a great scholar. Due to his knowledge, vast understanding and piety, the Sheikh attracted a vast following not only amongst students of knowledge but also among the laymen. The Sheikh was recognized throughout this region not only as a great scholar but also as a preacher and Jihadist leader that called others to the blessed path of Jihad. He would always utilize his sermons to strengthen the moral of the Mujahideen and would call upon all people to assist these holy warriors with their lives and wealth.
The enemies of Islam could not tolerate the activities of the deceased Sheikh and consequently martyred him in a cowardly attack. The Sheikh’s martyrdom, caused by this unmanly attack, is a badge of honor for his family and a badge of dishonor for his murderers in this world and the hereafter.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, learning of this loss, presents its condolences to the family of the Sheikh, to his students and to all the Mujahideen and people of Afghanistan. May Allah (SWT) accept the martyrdom of Sheikh Saheb and enable his children, family, relatives and students to show forbearance in this difficult moment. And may Allah (SWT) reward their patience with success in this world and the hereafter.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Pre-Determined Decision of the Farce Loya Jirga in Kabul"

Just as we had said previously, the farce Loya Jirga was convened in Kabul by the stooge Karzai regime in order to protect American interests. All its participants were government employees or active American stipendiary, decisions were preordained, it did not recognize things such as creed, nation or interests and with its historical treachery, it clearly proved that these known faces are submissive to American decrees and ready for every kind of treason and dishonor all the while labeling such steps as national interests. Finally the participants of the sham Jirga, after a quick read, remarks, amendments and a few fake recommendations, approved the accord of slavery and clearly exhibited that it gives precedent to American presence so they can prolong their authority, the bazaar of interest and bribery as well as the ongoing process of administrative and ethical corruption for a few more days under the protective shadow of America which has provided the opportunity for all these crimes.
The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns such Jirgas and resolutions of slavery and declares that such illegal worthless agreements and promises by slaves will not benefit the aggressing Americans or their criminal stooges. Rather the wrath of the nation will become even stronger and the accords between a master and his slave will be discredited and remain futile just like the past documents of slavery in Afghanistan.
Our nation is not an orphaned nation whose destiny can be decided by a few treacherous and infamous faces all the while the nation is rolling in its own blood due to the brutality, cruelty, bombings, raids and oppression of the invaders.
In the recent past, the communists also repeatedly tried to abuse the revered Afghan custom of Jirga and councils in order to expiate themselves of historical crimes however everyone witnessed that when the time of trial and account of the nation began, none of those processes and ploys benefited. The heroic Afghan nation is still heroic and under no cost or concessions shall it back away from its Islamic stance and Afghan honor or put the noose of slavery around its neck. Such agreements will only increase the fervor of Jihad in the arteries of true Afghans and will strengthen their Jihadi ranks. Afghanistan shall truly become the graveyard of the international arrogance and not a ground for perpetual bases, Allah willing, and nothing is hard for Allah Almighty.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Dispelling the Concerns of Some of Afghanistan's Neighboring States"

Recently some of Afghanistan’s neighboring states, namely India, China and Russia, have expressed concern that if American forces exit Afghanistan then Afghanistan will be faced with strife and could become a threat to the stability of the region.
We consider these concerns to be the product of the propaganda dissemination by Western Intelligence-controlled media outlets, and encourage our neighboring states to take an impartial stance and look at this issue from the prism of the prevalent realities. The Islamic Emirate, as a responsible entity, assures its neighbors that Afghanistan will not cause any harm to its neighboring fellow states. The Islamic Emirate strives to achieve peace both in our country and in the wider region. However, the continued presence of American forces in Afghanistan is the prime reason for the instability of our country and meddling in the wider region. Our neighboring states must understand the threats that are posed to our region as a result of continued US-Nato military presence in Afghanistan. This military presence provides a pretext for further instability in the region, continues to arouse the sensitivities of the common people of this region, and for the Afghan people especially, this military presence is absolutely unacceptable.
We are unequivocally opposed to any American military presence in Afghanistan and we will continue our armed struggle until Afghanistan regains its full sovereignty and all foreign military forces leave our country. Afghanistan’s neighboring states bear a responsibility to take into account the legitimate aspirations of the people of this region and take steps to become aware of the realities of this war rather than simply rely on the information fed by western intelligence-controlled media outlets with the purpose of prolonging the instability of Afghanistan. Our neighboring countries should study the characteristics of the Afghan people and take steps towards building such a relationship with our nation that will prove fruitful to all parties and fulfill the legitimate aspirations of all people.
