“Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah [i.e. they have gone out for Jihad (holy fighting), and showed not their backs to the disbelievers], of them some have fulfilled their obligations (i.e. have been martyred), and some of them are still waiting, but they have never changed [i.e.they never proved treacherous to their covenant which they concluded with Allah] in the least” Surat Ahzab: 23.
It is with great sadness we have learned that Afghanistan’s esteemed and recognized scholar, a great Jihadi figure, and a scholar of Quran and Hadith, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Saheb, who was hospitalized for the past three days as a result of a cowardly attack by the enemies of Afghanistan and consequently in critical condition, passed away in a hospital in Quetta, located in the land of migration, Pakistan. Surely to Allah we belong and to Him we must return.
The deceased Sheikh Saheb was a well respected and recognised scholar of Islamic Sciences in Afghanistan. Moreover he played a crucial role as a scholar and an activist with the Islamic Emirate. He was a great teacher whose students numbered in the thousands and who were instilled with great knowledge as a result of their teacher’s vast understanding. His martyrdom is recognized in Afghanistan and the wider region as an irreplaceable blow to the dissemination of knowledge.
The deceased (May Allah’s mercy be upon him) was the son of Haji Khan Gul and an inhabitant of Paktia province. He had dedicated his entire life to the service of Islam. He graduated from Islamic Studies at the age of 25. Two years after his graduation, the martyred Sheikh began teaching the Loya Daura (course of graduation year) and taught this course for the past 34 years at various learning institutes. He taught hadith at Darul Uloom Wana, at Dera Ismael Khan Madrassa, at Quetta’s Jamia Khairul Madaris as well as various other institutes. For the past many years the beloved Sheikh taught hadith at the final year of Islamic Studies as well as the exegesis of the Holy Quran. Each year more than 150 students graduated at the hands of our Sheikh.
The beloved Sheikh was a great scholar. Due to his knowledge, vast understanding and piety, the Sheikh attracted a vast following not only amongst students of knowledge but also among the laymen. The Sheikh was recognized throughout this region not only as a great scholar but also as a preacher and Jihadist leader that called others to the blessed path of Jihad. He would always utilize his sermons to strengthen the moral of the Mujahideen and would call upon all people to assist these holy warriors with their lives and wealth.
The enemies of Islam could not tolerate the activities of the deceased Sheikh and consequently martyred him in a cowardly attack. The Sheikh’s martyrdom, caused by this unmanly attack, is a badge of honor for his family and a badge of dishonor for his murderers in this world and the hereafter.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, learning of this loss, presents its condolences to the family of the Sheikh, to his students and to all the Mujahideen and people of Afghanistan. May Allah (SWT) accept the martyrdom of Sheikh Saheb and enable his children, family, relatives and students to show forbearance in this difficult moment. And may Allah (SWT) reward their patience with success in this world and the hereafter.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
{لَئِنْ لَمْ يَنْتَهِ الْمُنَافِقُونَ وَالَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ وَالْمُرْجِفُونَ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ لَنُغْرِيَنَّكَ بِهِمْ ثُمَّ لَا يُجَاوِرُونَكَ فِيهَا إِلَّا قَلِيلًا * مَلْعُونِينَ أَيْنَمَا ثُقِفُوا أُخِذُوا وَقُتِّلُوا تَقْتِيلًا * سُنَّةَ اللَّهِ فِي الَّذِينَ خَلَوْا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَلَنْ تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ اللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًا }.
’’اگر منافق اور وہ لوگ جن کے دلوں میں بیماری ہے، اور (اسی طرح) مدینہ میں جھوٹی خبریں پھیلانے والے لوگ (اپنے کردارسے ) باز نہ آئے تو ہم ان کے خلاف کارروائی کرنے کے لیے تمہیں اُٹھا کھڑا کریں گے، پھر وہاں تمہارے پڑوس میں وہ نہ رہ سکیں گے مگر(مشکل ہی سے)تھوڑے دن۔ (یہ) لعنت کئے ہوئے لوگ جہاں کہیں پائے جائیں، پکڑ لئے جائیں اور چُن چُن کر بری طرح قتل کر دیئے جائیں۔ اللہ کا (یہی)دستورچلاآرہا ہے اُن لوگوں میں (بھی) جو پہلے گزر چکے ہیں، اور آپ اللہ کے دستور میں ہرگز کوئی تبدیلی نہ پائیں گے۔‘‘(الأحزاب: 60-62)
۲۷محرم الحرام ۱۴۳۵بمطابق ۲دسمبر ۲۰۱۳تحریک طالبان کے بہادرمجاہدین نے ایکسپریس نیوز کے دفتر اورجیو نیوز پر ہنڈ گرنیڈسے کامیاب حملہ کیا ،ہم میڈیا پرہونےوالے اس حملے کی ذمہ داری قبول کرتے ہیں اور یہ ہماری تنبیہی کارروائیوں کا حصہ ہے۔
آج اسلام کیخلاف جنگ برپا کرتے ہوئے شیطانی ہتھکنڈوں کو اختیار کرنے میں ابو لہب کے نقش قدم پر چلنے والے پاکستانی الیکٹرونک وپرنٹ میڈیا ادارے اور صحافی حضرات کو ہم خبردار کرتے ہیں کہ وہ امریکہ اور اس کے فرنٹ لائن ایجنٹ مرتدپاکستانی حکومتی نظام سمیت تمام دشمنان اسلام سے مختلف مد میں ڈالر زوصول کرکے اسلام کیخلاف جاری عالمی صلیبی جنگ کے ترجمان کا کردار ادا کرنے کا سلسلہ بند کردیں، فرعون کے جادوگروں کی طرح شیعہ ،عیسائی اور قادیانیوں کی زبان بن کر مجاہدینِ اسلام اور ملک کے دیندار طبقے کو بدنام کرنے کی ابلیسی مہم ترک کردیں اور صحافتی اقدار اوراصولوں کی پاسداری کرتے ہوئے مکمل غیرجانبداری کامظاہرہ کریں۔
اگر وہ اپنی اس مجرمانہ روش سے باز نہیں آتے ہیں تو آنے والے دن ان کے لئے ہولناک ہوں گے۔
ہم میڈیا اداروں میں کام کرنے والے ہر مسلمان کو اللہ تعالی سے ڈراتے ہیں کہ وہ ایسے تمام میڈیا اداروں میں ملازمت کرنے کو چھوڑ دیں، جو اسلام اور مجاہدین کیخلاف میڈیا وار لڑنے میں دن رات مصروف ہیں ، کیونکہ اب ان میڈیا اداروں کے ساتھ وہی سلوک اور برتاؤ کیا جائے گا جس کا حکم اللہ تعالی اور اس کے رسول ﷺ نے اسلام ومجاہدین کیخلاف دشمن کی صف میں کھڑے ہونے والے معاونین اور پشت پناہی کرکے جنگ لڑنے والوں کے ساتھ کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔
یاد رکھیں کہ اگر ایک شاعر کو ہتھیار اٹھاکر لڑنے والے ایک جنگجو سے زیادہ خطرناک اور سخت قرار دیا گیا ہے ، جیسا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :
“اُهْجُوْا قَرَيْشًا فَاِنَّه اَشَدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ رَشْقِ الْنَبل”.
’’قریش کی ہجو کرو! یہ ان پر تیر اندازی سے زیادہ سخت ہے‘‘۔ (مسلم)
توپھر ہمارے اس دور کا میڈیا ہتھیار تو نبوی دور کے اشعار سے بھی زیادہ سخت اور اثر انگیز ہے اور آج تو ساری جنگ ہی ذرائع ابلاغ اور میڈیا کے ذریعے لڑی جارہی ہے۔اس لیے چند روپوں کی خاطر اپنا ایمان مت بیچیں اوراسلام ومجاہدین کیخلاف میڈیا پروپیگنڈوں میں کسی قسم کا کوئی معمولی کردار اورچند جملوں کے ساتھ قلمی وزبانی مدد کرکے اپنے لیے جہنم کا ایندھن مت تیار کریں۔
رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
” إن العبد ليتكلم بالكلمة من سخط الله لا يلقي لها بالا يهوي بها في جهنم”.
’’بیشک انسان اللہ کی ناراضگی والا ایک بول ایسا بولتا ہے کہ وہ اس کی پرواہ نہیں کرتاہے ، مگروہ اسے جہنم میں ڈالنے کے لیے کافی ہے۔‘‘(صحیح بخاری)
اسی طرح آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
” من أعان على قتل مسلم بشطر كلمة لقي الله يوم القيامة مكتوب على جبهته : آيس من رحمة الله “
’’جس نے محض (زبان سے )کسی ایک لفظ کے ساتھ بھی کسی مسلمان کوقتل کرنے میں مدد دی تو قیامت کے دن اس کی ملاقات اللہ تعالی کے ساتھ اس حال میں ہوگی کہ اس کی پیشانی پر لکھا ہوگا کہ ’’اللہ کی رحمت سے محروم ہونے والا ‘‘۔ (البیہقی )
آپﷺ نے فرمایا:
” إن الرجل ليتكلم بالكلمة من سخط الله ما كان يظن أن تبلغ ما بلغت يكتب الله له بها سخطه إلى يوم يلقاه”.
’’بیشک انسان ایک ایسا جملہ بولتا ہے جسے وہ انتہائی معمولی سمجھتا ہے، مگر اللہ تعالی اس جملے کہ وجہ سے اس کے لیے اپنی ملاقات کے دن تک (یعنی تاقیامت) اپنی ناراضگی کو لکھ دیتا ہے۔‘‘(مؤطا،احمد، ترمذی، ابن ماجہ )
والله أكبر
{وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لا يَعْلَمُونَ}
‘‘عزت تو اللہ ، اس کے رسول اور مؤمنین کے لیے ہیں لیکن منافقین نہیں جانتے’’
