New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Recent American Accusations"

In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful

With the uptick in the thunderous strikes by the Mujahideen Islamic Emirate, the American officials have once again embarked on a mission in a confused and puzzled state to keep the ordinary minds busy in order to temporarily hide or explain their ignominious defeat. In this connection they want to attribute the decisive and staggering attacks by Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate to the neighboring country of Pakistan and similarly want to depict disunity in the ranks of Islamic Emirate, from which it desires to gain the following:
  1. America wants to depict the strength of Islamic Emirate as feeble and attribute its attacks to others.
  2. Due to American officials and especially General Petreaus repeatedly lying and feeding wrong information to its nation about them having the upper hand in the Afghan situation, now that these false claims are unraveling, it has compelled them to suggest an intervention from Pakistan. This is because they have supposedly weakened the Afghan resistance so these new attacks are from Pakistan’s intervention!?
  3. This years operation by Islamic Emirate christened as ‘Badr’ have been so successful that a lot of the members from the occupying coalition forces have reached a conclusion that they cannot win this war and are contemplating removing their forces as swiftly as possible and in this regard are also facing pressure form their people. So America wants to show them that the internal situation of Afghanistan is under control and this current resistance is being supported by Pakistan hence if they put pressure on Pakistan and stop this intervention then the situation will come under control and in this way they also want to deceive the members in its coalition for a bit longer.
  4. America, through its lies wants to spread the mentality that one of Jihad’s prominent personalities and a member of Islamic Emirate’s Leadership Council, Al Hajj Maulawi Jalaluddin Haqqani is a separate force and is tied to others. On the one hand, they want to show Mujahideen as disunified and on the other; they want to give a bad name to our prominent figures by tying them to foreign intelligence.
  5. America wants to spread chaos in Pakistan through various means, weaken its government and make it dependent upon them. That is why it is trying to make this government collide with its citizens and with this excuse, make them fight each other to show that there is what they like to call terrorist sanctuaries there.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan once again wants to propagate to the world that Islamic Emirate is at its strongest and unified more than it has been at any other stage. It is also enjoying the vast support and backing of its nation and has control over more than half the regions of Afghanistan. Neither are our bases in Pakistan nor do we need residence outside of our country in uncertain conditions. All the military and civilian activities in the country are our own initiatives and our own actions. The respected Maulawi Jalaluddin Haqqani is Islamic Emirate’s honorable and dignified personalities and receives all guidance for operations from the leader of Islamic Emirate. In our view, instead of baseless accusations, more casualties and a constant attempt to conceal losses and failures, it would be better for America and her allies to put an end to the occupation of Afghanistan as quickly as possible and do now what must inevitably be done. Regarding the ongoing situation we must tell our Believing and Mujahid Afghan nation that they should not lend an ear to the enemy’s baseless accusations and propaganda. Like how the nation already knows that against the American idol, our nearing victory Jihad is a pure Islamic and national Jihad just like the rest of our struggle for independence. Attributing it to others are only satanic designs and a maneuver to bring about a climate of mistrust. Our nation which is not indebt to anyone in our struggle for independence except for Allah’s divine victory should be proud of its independent leaders and gallant Mujahideen and should strengthen them even more with their lives and wealth. Our advice to the people of Pakistan and its government is that it should deliberate on America’s two faced and implacable politics. It should always give precedence to its Islamic and National interests and they should have a firm belief that America will never be happy with them until they loot all their material and moral assets. Salaam Alaykom wa rahmatollah wa barakatuh,
in the name of Allah,most gracious,most merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of Creation; Lord and Supporter of the oppressed monotheists; Breaker and Vanquisher of unjust tyrants. Peace and blessings be upon the Seal of the Prophets, and their master; Imam and exemplar of the Mujahideen; and upon his household and his companions and those guided by his guidance; revive his Sunnah until the Day of Judgment. 
(4) Cursed were the companions of the trench (5) [Containing] the fire full of fuel (6) When they were sitting near it (7) And they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses (8)And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah , the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy (9) To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah , over all things, is Witness (10) Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire. (Quran 85:4-10)

The Forgotten (….?….)
Sitting alone in the underground prisons .Your bed is the prison floor, your pillow is a folded up towel and your blanket is the prison ceiling. Imagine! that you don’t know when it’s day or night. Sometimes you hear the foot steps of a guard but you can’t see him because there is no light. There is no light except for the light what is reflecting on the faces of the believers. Imagine! you hear the screams and horror of a brother who is being tortured or a sister who is being raped during day and night. Imagine! you can’t tell the difference between the scream of a sister and a brother. Imagine! your hear the prisoners threatening to kill themselves if the guards continue with the torture. Imagine! you hear some brothers or sisters talk with imaginary people who don’t exist. Imagine! a guard who is abusing the Quran in front of your cell and you are sitting naked on the ground and can’t do anything. Imagine! a guard is cursing the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his wives. Imagine! You smell burning and see smoke coming from the other side of the prison. You ask your self where this smoke is coming from? After a while they come to your prison and sett your beard on fire. Imagine! Your mother who is crying at the gates of the prison after she walked hours to reach the prison. Imagine!you see the guards carrying the body of a brother or sister who died under torture. Imagine! a brother or sister who is saying in his last minute of life “O’ Allah your servants have forsaken me! O’ Allah forsake them just they have forsaken me!”
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Feed the hungry, visit the sick and set free the captives.” Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Hadith 552
My dear Muslim brothers and sisters are we the people of “we hear and obey” or the people of we “hear” but do not listen.
Is this hadith of the Prophet Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) not enough for you to act upon it?!
Al-Izz bin Abdus-Salam said (Page 97 from Ahkam Al-Jihad wa Fadailihi):
Rescuing the Muslim prisoners from the hands of the disbelievers is one of the best means of coming close to Allah. Some of the scholars have said: “If even one Muslim is captured, it becomes compulsory upon us to persevere in fighting the disbelieving enemy until we either free the Muslim captives or destroy the disbelieving enemy. Therefore, what do you say if they capture a large number of Muslims!?”
Sheikh-ul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said (Al-Fatawa 28/635):
Freeing the prisoners is one of the greatest compulsory deeds and spending ransom money and other means towards that, is one of the greatest ways to come close to Allah. 
My dear brothers, In my previous article of advice I encouraged the Ansar to seek knowledge in all different fields which will benefit the Ummah. Again I want to make sure if you understand what I mean. The cause why many brothers are captured by the taghut governments have to do with lack of knowledge. Sometimes we read stories about brothers who ordered explosive materials from the internet or they had contacts with agents who pretended to be “brothers”. Every time we hear the same story again and again. Don’t we get frustrated every time we hear the same story? From America to Indonesia we always hear the same. But there is something more frustrating. When a Kafir wants to execute an operation he always finds a way to succeed. For example, the kafir who executed the operations in Norway. This kafir worked alone and managed to place a bomb at an Oslo government building and gunedown more than 80 people at the youth camp.
Back to the main subject. 
I know it’s difficult to free prisoners from heavy fortified prisons. But this doesn’t mean we should stop with seeking knowledge in how to organize a prison break. If we only begin with freeing the prisoners in the lands of jihad this will open many doors. Imagine how the enemy would react if we execute operations like the Qandahar,Mosul prison break or the one in Mukalla. These operations will strengthen jihad and demotivate the enemy. Some of you are thinking that you have to kill hundreds of soldiers before you can reach the brothers. if we read the story of the prison break in Mukalla in Yemen we will find that only ONE security personnel was killed. Do you know why? Because the brothers who executed the operation had sufficient knowledge of planning, Management, warfare and not to forget patience.
Patience is also very important when seeking knowledge or planning an operation. For example; its very difficult to make a hole into massive rock. You will probably use a big hammer and a peace of metal to break the rock. If you don’t work with precision you will break your thumb while beating the rock. After a while you will give up and walk away. while you’re walking you get thirsty and want drink water. In the far distance you noticed a waterfall. you walked to the waterfall and see a big massive rock with a hole in it. You imagined how this whole came in this massive rock. after a minute or two you saw something amazing. you noticed that the water drops were falling on the massive rock which caused the hole in the rock. 
What I’m trying to say with this example is that, it takes allot of patient and research to reach your destination. Don’t get frustrated when seeking knowledge and training. Know that you are doing this for the sake of Allah (SWT).
I can write hundreds of pages about this subject but sometimes few words have more impact than a whole sea of words.
Take a lesson from my signature (Image) before our prisoners say “O’ Allah your servants have forsaken me! O’ Allah forsake them just they have forsaken me!”

I pray that Allah Almighty dispose our hearts in obedience to Him and to make us steadfast in His Religion; and to use us to champion His Religion and its proponents. I pray that He makes possible for us the path to meet and for Him to be pleased with us, to enable us to glorify the obedient people and humiliate the disobedient people. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all that exists.
If I said anything correct, then it is from Allah (subhanahu wa taa’ala), and if I erred, then that is from me and shaytan.

أمام المئات من مواطني مديرية “بوردوبو” بولاية قيذو الإسلامية تم الإعلان يوم الأحد 26 شوال 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 25/09/2011 ، عن الحكم الصادر بحق المدعو “فيصل محمد حسين ” الذي قام باغتصاب فتاة تدعى (مرايا محمد)، وكان والد المجني عليها قد قام بفتح دعوى لدى محكمة الولاية الإسلامية ، و على الفور تم القبض على المتهم، وبعد ثبوت التهمة على فيصل باعترافه حكمت عليه المحكمة بالجلد وتغريب عام مع دفع مهر المثل للفتاة، وقد قرأ الحكم قاضي الولاية بحضور مسؤولين من الولاية ومن المديرية، و لله الحمد و الفضل و المنة.

Ruling for a Man that Mistakenly Killed 3 People in the Islamic State of Gedo:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  الحكم على رجل قتل 3 أشخاص بالخطأ بولاية قيذو الإسلامية 1432/10/26 الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:
أصدرت محكمة ولاية قيذو الإسلامية اليوم الأحد 26 شوال 1432 هـ الموافق لـ 25/09/2011 ، حكما بحق المدعو “عثمان إبراهيم طيب” الذي قتل ثلاثة أشخاص أثناء مروره بسيارته على جسر مدينة “بوردوبو”، وقد قتلا رجلين متأثرين بجراحهما على الفور ومات الثالث غرقا بعد سقوطه في النهر، وبعد وصول أهالي القتلى إلى المحكمة تم استدعاء المتهم “عثمان إبراهيم طيب” الذي اعترف على الفور بالتهمة الموجهة إليه، وقد أعلن الشيخ يوسف أبو جعفر قاضي الولاية عن الحكم عبر إذاعة الأندلس الإسلامية وهو دفع دية مقدارها 100 من الإبل عن كل قتيل أي ما يعادل 300 من الإبل يدفعها الجاني خلال 3 سنوات متتالية، وعقب صدور الحكم أعلن أهالي القتلى عن فرحتهم بالحكم الصادر من محكمة ولاية قيذو الإسلامية،و لله الحمد و الفضل و المنة.

بعد حملات واسعة نفذتها قوات الحسبة بولاية شبيلى السفلى الإسلامية تم مصادرة كميات كبيرة من الحشيش والمخدرات والسجائر والقات والتمباك، وقد تم اليوم الأحد 26 شوال 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 25/09/2011 ، إحراق هذه الموادفي أحد ميادين مدينة “جوهر” عاصمة ولاية شبيلى الوسطى الإسلامية أمام المئات من سكان المدينة، وقد خاطب الحضور مسؤول الدعوة في المدينة وقائد الحسبة بالولاية وأكدّا على ضرورة التعاون بين الحسبة والمواطنين لمكافحة هذه المواد، و تعتبرهذه أكبر كمية مخدرات يتم إحراقها في الولاية، و لله الحمد و الفضل و المنة.

Completion of the Restoration of a Bridge in the Islamic State of Hiran:

الانتهاء من ترميم جسر بولوبردي بولاية هيران الإسلامية 1432/10/26

الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:
تم اليوم الأحد 26 شوال 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 25/09/2011 ،الانتهاء من مشروع ترميم جسر بولوبردي بولاية هيران الإسلامية ، وهو الجسر الذي يربط بين الولايات الشمالية والولايات الجنوبية، وقد تحدث الشيخ “يوسف علي أوقاس” والي ولاية هيران الإسلامية عبر إذاعة الأندلس معلنا عن إكتمال الترميم، وهذه هي المرة الثالثة التي يتم فيها ترميم هذا الجسر، فقد تم عمل ترميم جزئي له في رمضان الماضي ثم أعيد ترميمه مرة أخرى قبل ستة أشهر، ولما رأت الولاية أن الترميمات الجزئية لا تكفي تم إعادة ترميم الجسر بصورة كاملة، و لله الحمد و الفضل و المنة.
اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.

in the name of Allah,most gracious,most merciful.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of Creation; Lord and Supporter of the oppressed monotheists; Breaker and Vanquisher of unjust tyrants. Peace and blessings be upon the Seal of the Prophets, and their master; Imam and exemplar of the Mujahideen; and upon his household and his companions and those guided by his guidance; revive his Sunnah until the Day of Judgment. 
81. And say: “The truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Surely falsehood is ever bound to vanish by its very nature.”
There is no doubt that all Muslims on the face of the earth want to see the Ummah of the Prophet Muhammed SAS live in peace and harmony. The way towards peace and harmony is very difficult and full of trials and sacrifices. Many Muslims from all around the world are claiming that they have the keys to peace and harmony. From Morocco to Indonesia we have thousands of ‘Islamic groups” who claim to be on the truth. These groups have beautiful names like “The supporters of Sharia, The Muslim brotherhood, The group of D’awa, The Party of Islam, justice and development parties and the list goes on. All of these groups want to represent the Ummah and lead it towards peace and harmony.
The big question is, which group has the best tools and resources to lead the Ummah? Every member who is part of the above mentioned groups will claim that his group is the answer to the question. If you ask them about the Quran and the Sunnah their reply is “we are the true followers of the Quran and the Sunnah”. If you ask their opinion about the other groups they will say that the other groups have many misconceptions and are following falsehood. So we get a situation where everyone is happy with that which he follows.
But people have cut off their affair (of unity), between them, into sects: each party rejoices in that which is with itself. (Quran 23:53)
The Prophet Muhammed SAS said: “My Ummah will be fragmented into seventy-three (73) sects. All of them will be in Hell Fire except one sect. They (the Companions) said: Allah’s Messenger, which is that? Whereupon he said: It is one to which I and my companions belong“. [Tirmidhi. 171]
So there is no chance on the full unity which we all hope for?! If the prophet Muhammed SAS said that we will be divided into 73 sects we will be divided.
Another Question came to my mind, Which group belongs to the save sect which the prophet Muhammed SAS mentioned in the following Hadith?

The Prophet Muhammed SAS said “A group of my Ummah shall remain steadfast, on the truth, victorious, unharmed by those who oppose them, and do not support them, until the death or until the Day of Resurrection.”
So we have dozens of groups which all claim that they are the saved sect and they all claim that the other groups are the deviant sects.
What is our responsibility? 
The followers of the Salafi jihadi movement made a big mistake when they approached the books of Islamic Knowledge. You will find many supporters of the Mujahideen who claim to be a follower of the Salafi jihadi movement but doesn’t know what it means to be follower of this path. He or she thinks that by repeating some words of the Jihadi leaders he is doing enough. You will hear pro jihadi Muslims speaking about implementing sharia and he or she doesn’t know the true meaning of the testimony of faith.
We also find this problem in the fields of worldly knowledge. There are some supporters who talk about executing operations or establishing a jihadi group without any knowledge about warfare and management. Instead of seeking knowledge about our religion and other beneficial subjects we are wasting our time with knowledge which the prophet peace be upon him refrained from.
Abu Hurairah t narrated that Allâh’s Messenger r said, “The knowledge from which no benefit is derived is like a treasure out of which nothing is spent in the cause of Allâh.” (Tirmidhi 280)
My advice to the Salafi jihadi supporters is to study their religion and seek knowledge in all fields which will benefit the Ummah.
Here is a story which will give you an idea about seeking knowledge
There was a senior student of knowledge who entered a Masjid in Baghdad. He entered the Masjid and prayed Asr. When he finished praying the Imam stood up and began to give a speech about aqeedah. When the student of knowledge listened to the Imam he was shocked. He stood up and said to the people that the Imam is preaching deviant ideas. The people asked the Student to clarify his claim. So the student started to explain to the people with Quran and Sunnah. When the Imam saw that the student has more knowledge than him he started to pack his bags and told he people he is leaving. The people of the masjid asked him why? he said that Allah is testing him! He said that Allah has sent a devil to the mosque who is going to led the people astray. They asked him to show them this devil. The Imam pointed his finger to the student of knowledge. The people in the Masjid began to beat the student until they broke his hands,nose and blood was coming out of his head. The Student ran away and left Baghdad for al-Mosul. The student went to his scholar and told him what happened. The Scholar laughed and told him that he needs to seek knowledge in the field of human behavior. So the student began to work with all kind of people. He worked on farms, sea, markets and other places. After 2 years he returned to the Masjid in Baghdad. He entered the Masjid and prayed Asr. Again the Imam stood up and began to preach his deviant ideas. The student stood up and said Subhan’Allah! I have dreamed something about you. The Imam said what did you dream? The student said “I dreamed that Allah chose you to be on of the righteous servants who are blessed. The Imam replied, what did Allah SWT bless me with? The Student said “Allah has blessed your long beard. The people asked the student what for blessing is in his beard? The student replied “if you pluck some hairs from the facial hair of the Imam you will get allot money and many other worldly things. before the Imam moved one step towards the door of the Masjid, all the people jumped on him and began to pluck his beard. In Les than 10 second the Imam was covered with blood and was plucked from his facial hair. The student of knowledge walked towards the Imam and said to him do you remember the devil who came to the Masjid to led the people astray? The Imam stood up and began to cry and asked him for forgiveness. After the whole event the Student traveled to al-Mosul to seek tazkiyah from his scholars. They asked him where he disappeared for the last 2 years. he told them the whole story and got his tazkiyah. (End of story)
What I’m trying to say with this story is that we don’t need to become programmed androids who repeat what they hear. We need to begin with seeking knowledge in all beneficial fields so that we can win the war of hearts and minds. Establishing an Islamic state is not possible if we don’t have people who can operate in different fields. We need to outsmart the other groups and spread our influence in the communities.
We need to remove false negative ideas which many Muslims have about us. Many people think that we are only good in killing and destruction.

I pray that Allah Almighty dispose our hearts in obedience to Him and to make us steadfast in His Religion; and to use us to champion His Religion and its proponents. I pray that He makes possible for us the path to meet and for Him to be pleased with us, to enable us to glorify the obedient people and humiliate the disobedient people. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم محاكمة المجاهدين (بتهمة الجهاد) ردّة عن الدين عرض عليّ بعض الإخوة خبراً جاء في موقع “الإسلام اليوم” تحت عنوان “السعودية تحاكم خلية مسلحة خططت لعمليات بقطر والكويت” وقد نُشر الخبر بتاريخ 19 شوال 1432هـ ، وفيه محاكمة لمجموعة من الشباب بتهمة إنشاء خلية مسلحة لاستهداف القوات الأمريكية في قطر والكويت ، وجمع أموال وإرسالها للمجاهدين في أفغانستان ، فأقول ، والله المستعان وعليه التكلان : من اعتقد بأن هذه تُهم ، وأنه يجوز أن يُحاكم عليها المسلمون : فليس له نصيب من الإسلام ، لأن هذه الأمور من الواجبات التي أوجبها الله على المسلمين باتفاق أهل العلم والإيمان من لدن صحابة رسول الله – صلى الله عليه وسلم – إلى يومنا هذا ، ولم يخالف في وجوب مثل هذه الأفعال أي عالم يُعتدّ بقوله من علماء المسلمين على مرّ القرون ، قال تعالى {انفِرُوا خِفَافًا وَثِقَالًا وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ} (التوبة : 41) ، وفي الحديث الصحيح عند أبي داود “جاهدوا المشركين بأموالكم وأنفسكم وألسنتكم” ، فكيف أصبحت هذه الواجبات التي فرضها الله على أعيان المسلمين : تُهم يساق بسببها المجاهدون إلى المحاكم !! إن جهاد الأمريكان اليوم فرض عين على المسلمين سواء في قطر أو الكويت أو العراق أو أفغانستان أو جزيرة العرب أو أي مكان يتواجدون فيه ، وإرسال الأموال للمجاهدين في أفغانستان والعراق والصومال وغيرها من الثغور من أوجب الواجبات ، ومن قال غير هذا فهو أضل من حمار أهله ..  قال إمام الحرمين – رحمه الله – : “فأما إذا وطئ الكفار ديار الإسلام فقد اتفق حملة الشريعة قاطبة على أنه يتعين على المسلمين أن يخفّوا ويطيروا إلى مدافعتهم زرافات ووحدانا حتى انتهوا إلى أن العبيد ينسلون عن ربقة طاعة السادة ، ويبادرون الجهاد على الاستبداد ، وإذا كان هذا دين الأمة ومذهب الأئمة فأي مقدار الأموال في هجوم أمثال هذه الأهوال لو مسّت إليها الحاجة ، وأموال الدنيا لو قوبلت بقطرة دم لم تعد لها ولم توازها” (غياث الأمم). وقال الشيخ المجاهد عبد الله عزام رحمه الله : “ففي هذه الحالة (إذا هاجم العدو دولة إسلامية) اتفق السلف والخلف وفقهاء المذاهب الأربعة والمحدثون والمفسرون في جميع العصور الإسلامية إطلاقا أن الجهاد في هذه الحالة يصبح فرض عين على أهل هذه البلدة -التي هاجمها الكفار- وعلى من قرب منهم ، بحيث يخرج الولد دون إذن والده ، والزوجة دون إذن زوجها ، والمدين دون إذن دائنه ، فإن لم يكف أهل تلك البلدة أو قصروا أو تكاسلوا أو قعدوا يتوسع فرض العين على شكل دوائر الأقرب فالأقرب ، فإن لم يكفوا أو قصروا فعلى من يليهم ثم على من يليهم حتى يعم فرض العين الأرض كلها” (انتهى) إن في هذه المحاكمة ردّ على من يزعم بأن هذه الدولة الخبيثة تحكم بشرع الله ، فها هم يُجرّمون الجهاد في سبيل الله ويعدّونه تُهمة يساق بسببها المجاهدون إلى المحاكم التي يزعمون أنها تحكم بشرع الله ، وقد سبق هؤلاء في هذا الكفر حكومة الكويت والأردن وغيرها من الحكومات ، وكانت هذه الدول أصدق وأوضح من آل سعود حيث جعلوا عنوان القضية : “الجهاد” وحاكموا المجاهدين “بتهمة الجهاد” ، أما آل سعود فرواغوا وقالوا : “استهداف وتمويل وعمليات إجرامية” ، ويقصدون بذلك : الجهاد بالنفس والمال !!  لقد جاء الكلام في وقته عن الكويت وغيرها ، ولكن أفعالها لا ترقى إلى فعل محاكم “آل سعود” لأن محاكم آل سعود تدّعي الحكم بما أنزل الله ، أما الكويت وأمثالها فالقانون والدستور المُعلَن فيها كفري شركي واضح لا لبس فيه ، وهي لم تتدعي يوماً أنها إسلامية تحكم بشرع الله ، ففي فعل آل سعود تلبيس على المسلمين وتحريف للدين .. إن هذا التلبيس أمر خطير وتحريف لشرع الله تعالى وجريمة في حق الإسلام والمسلمين ، فليحذر أي قاضٍ يقضي في هذه القضية بأي حكم يخالف شرع الله تعالى فإن مجرّد الرضى بأن يكون الجهاد (بالمال والنفس) تهمة : يكفي لخروج المرء من الإسلام ، وذلك أن العلماء يعلمون يقيناً الإجماع على فرضية الجهاد ، وأي قاضٍ درس أي كتاب فقه في أي مذهب مُعتبر يعلم يقيناً إجماع العلماء في مسألة جهاد الدفع ، ومن خالف هذا الإجماع فهو خارج عن ملّة الإسلام اتفاقاً ، قال الإمام ابن حزم في “مراتب الإجماع” : “ومِن شرط الإجماع الصحيح أن يُكَفَّر من خالفه بلا اختلاف بين أحد من المسلمين في ذلك” (انتهى) ، وقال ابن تيمية (مجموع الفتاوى ج19) : “والتحقيق أن الإجماع المعلوم يَكفُر مخالفه كما يكفر مخالف النص بتركه ، ولكن هذا لا يكون إلا فيما علم ثبوت النص به ، وأما العلم بثبوت الإجماع في مسألة لا نص فيها فهذا لا يقع ، و أما غير المعلوم فيمتنع تكفيره” (انتهى) ، ولا يشك عالم – بل ولا طالب علم صغير – بأن المسلمون مجمعون على وجوب دفع العدو الصائل ، وأن الآيات والأحاديث في وجوب الجهاد كثيرة صريحة واضحة في كتاب الله وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم .. 

إن أمريكا – الصليبية – صائلة مقاتلة للمسلمين في أفغانستان والعراق وغيرها من بقاع الأرض ، وهي الداعمة للصهيونية
