الحمد لله رب العالمين، والعاقبة للمتقين، ولا عدوان إلا على الظالمين، أما بعد:
فقد شاهد الجميع ما حدث في المسجد الأقصى المبارك صباح اليوم وتدنيس المسجد، والذي أسفر عن إصابات واعتقالاتٍ في صفوف المصلين والمعتكفين في المسجد الأقصى، وبناءً عليه:
١- ندعوا المسلمين جميعاً إلى رصِّ الصفوف ومواجهة الخطر الحقيقي الذي يواجه المسجد الأقصى المبارك، والذي أصبح أمراً لا يقبل الصمت، والذي يُعدُّ وصمةِ عارٍ تلحق كل متخاذلٍ صامتْ.
٢- ندعوا إخواننا في كافة أرجاء فلسطين المحتلة ، وخاصةً إخواننا المقدسيين وأهلنا في الضفة الغربية إلى هبةٍ جهاديةٍ مباركة، وإلى غضبٍ وثأرٍ للمسجد الأقصى المبارك.
٣- نؤكد أن الدفاع عن المسجد الأقصى ليس نافلةً من القول بل هو واجبٌ شرعي وفريضة، وقربةٌ عظيمة يُتقرب به إلى اللهِ تعالى، يأثم من قصَّرَ فيه أو تخاذل عنه، ولا بُدَّ أنْ يسعى جميع المسلمين بكل ما أوتوا من قوة لرفع الإثم عنهم، والقيام بتلك الفريضة العظيمة ألا وهي الجهاد في سبيل الله؛ فالميسور لا يسقط بالمعسور.
ولا خيرَ فينا إنْ لم نذود عن أقصانا ..
