تعرض الدكتور عثمان الحسن أحد الكوادر الطبية العاملة في الشمال المحرر ليلة الأمس لإطلاق نار وتوقيف لمدة ساعات من قبل الجهاز الأمني لهيئة تحرير الشام.
وكانت تفاصيل الحادثة كما يلي:
أثناء قيام إحدى الدوريات التابعة للجهاز بمتابعة ورصد خلية خطف بالقرب من منطقة الدانا شمالا … وصلت عدة معلومات عن سيارة جيب يركبها الخاطفون لاستلام المال (كفدية) للتبادل على أحد المخطوفين وتطابقت المواصفات من ناحية الشكل واللون والمكان مع سيارة الدكتور عثمان …
حاولت القوة إيقافه لمعرفة الجهة الخاطفة التي تقف وراء العمل.. ظنا منهم أن من يستقل السيارة هم مجموعة من الخاطفين حسب المعلومات والمواصفات الواردة.
امتنع الدكتور عن التوقف وحاول الفرار وقام بالاشتباك مع الدورية فأطلقت الدورية الرصاص على عجلات السيارة وأصيب الدكتور بطلق ناري.
وأثناء نقله للمشفى تعرض لبعض الإساءة من قبل أحد أفراد الدورية -الذي كان يظن أنه أحد أفراد خلية الخطف-.
وبعدها بساعات تم إخلاء سبيل الدكتور عثمان بعد التعرف عليه من قبل عدة جهات وتأكيد أنه لا علاقة له بالحادثة وأن سبب اشتباكه مع الدورية هو ظنه أنها عملية خطف له لذلك قام بالدفاع عن نفسه.
وفي هذا المقام نوضح ما يلي:
– يعلم الجميع حرصنا كجهات أمنية على ضرورة الحفاظ على الكوادر الطبية في المحرر وحمايتهم بكل ما نستطيع -وهذا واجبنا- ولا يغيب عن أحد العمليات الكبيرة التي استطعنا من خلالها تحرير الكثير من المخطوفين كان من بينهم عدد من الأطباء وأيضا استطعنا بفضل الله إفشال الكثير من عمليات الخطف للكوادر الطبية.
– تمت إحالة جميع أفراد الدورية إلى التحقيق لمعرفة ملابسات ما حدث ومحاسبة من أخطأ بحق الدكتور عثمان أثناء الحادثة وإنصافه.
– نعتذر للدكتور عثمان ولأهله عن الخطأ الذي صدر من عناصر الدورية ونسأل الله له الشفاء العاجل من إصابته ونؤكد أننا مستعدون لتنفيذ كل ما يصدر بحق أفراد الدورية لدى القضاء الشرعي.
– نهيب بجميع المسلمين تحمل المسؤولية بالتعاون مع الجهاز الأمني في متابعة ورصد هؤلاء المجرمين -خلايا الخطف- التي تعيث فسادا في المنطقة، ونذكر بحساسية عملنا وخطورته وإمكانية حدوث الخطأ غير المتعمد فيه، وأننا مستعدون لتلقي أي شكوى على أي فرد ضمن الجهاز الأمني عبر حساباتنا المعلنة المعروفة للجميع.
