New release from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Dhabīḥ Allah Mujāhid: “Remarks Concerning the Negotiation Team Announced in Kabul”

All our compatriots and the world is aware that the Islamic Emirate has repeatedly shown its willingness to hold intra-Afghan negotiations with all influential Afghan sides in line with the agreement however the other sides have so far failed in putting together an effective, pro-peace and inclusive team.

Now as the Kabul administration has announced a team, we would like to make the following points:

1 – The policy of the Islamic Emirate from the very beginning has been that the Kabul administration may participate in intra-Afghan negotiations as a part of other Afghan sides.

But as the team is announced by the Kabul administration it thus violates our principled policy and the agreement concluded with America.

2 – In order to reach true and lasting peace, the aforementioned team must be agreed upon by all effective Afghan sides so that it can represent all sides however majority of other sides have rejected the current announced team.

Considering the mentioned points, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan would once again like to clarify its stance that impediments must not be created for intra-Afghan negotiations nor must a single group try to monopolize the issue of an entire country.

We shall only sit for talks with a negotiation team that conforms with our agreements and is constituted in accordance with the laid out principles, Allah willing.

New release from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Dhabīḥ Allah Mujāhid: “U.S. President Donald Trump Holds Phone Conversation With Mullā ‘Abd al-Ghanī Barādar”

At around 05:40 pm Qatari time, the President of the United States of America held a 35 minute phone conversation with the Political Deputy and Chief of Political Office of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the respected Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar.

In the presence of a number of members of the negotiation team and Dr. Zalmay Khalilzad, Mullah Baradar welcomed the first contact of the US President and added:

I, as the representative of the Islamic Emirate and the Afghan people, want to assure you that if the United States honors the agreement concluded with us then we will have positive future bilateral relations.

Mullah Baradar said:

Mr. President!

Take determined actions in regards to the withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan and do not allow anyone to take actions that violate the terms of the agreement thus embroiling you even further in this prolonged war.

Mullah Baradar further said that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is a strong political and military force that aims and has the potential of maintaining positive bilateral relations with you and other world countries.

Mullah Sahib said that national sovereignty and establishing a government of our own choosing in our homeland is the legitimate right of Afghans therefore terms of the agreement must immediately be implemented, comprehensive peace established and the Afghan people given their basic rights.

The Political Deputy of the Islamic Emirate said:

It befits a developed country like the United States to give complete rehabilitation assistance to a war-torn Afghanistan and this is an appropriate actions that shall positively effect the status of the United States.

The President of the United States Donal Trump said:

It is a pleasure to talk to you. You are a tough people and have a great country and I understand that you are fighting for your homeland. We have been there for 19 years and that is a very long time and withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan now is in the interest of everyone.

President Trump added:

My Secretary of State shall soon talk with Ashraf Ghani in order to remove all hurdles facing the intra-Afghan negotiations.

He said that we shall take complete part in the future rehabilitation of Afghanistan.

Extensive discussions were also held about the implementation of the agreement concluded by both sides.

According to reports the supposed ‘Elections Commission’ has once against announced Ashraf Ghani as the head of the Kabul administration.

As the Islamic Emirate has rejected the fake and staged elections drama under the shadow of occupation in its entirety, it similarly rejects this meaningless appointment and considers it a failed effort at throwing dust in the eyes of the nation.

The Muslim Afghan nation shall make decisions about their domestic affairs and chart their own political course following the end of occupation – a time when they shall attain their most cherished desire of establishing a strong Islamic government.

Holding elections and announcing oneself a president under occupation shall never remedy the problems of our Muslim Afghan nation just as it has failed to do so over the past nineteen years.

Just as announcing Ashraf Ghani a president under the cover of fake elections is unlawful and has no legal basis, it is also in conflict with the contents of the ongoing peace process while keeping in mind the current sensitive circumstances of the Afghan issue.

Like the nineteen years past, our sacred Jihad shall continue until the occupation is brought to an end and all Afghans are afforded an opportunity to live a peaceful and prosperous life in an independent and pure Islamic government.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Aghanistan’s Zabīh Allah Mujāhid: “Clarification Concerning Propaganda About the Ceasefire”

For the past few days, a number of media outlets have been publishing false and baseless reports about a ceasefire by the Islamic Emirate.

Propaganda by some outlets has even reached heights of supposed schism within the Islamic Emirate on the issue of a ceasefire.

The reality of the situation is that the Islamic Emirate has no intention of declaring a ceasefire. The United States has asked for a reduction in the scale and intensity of violence and discussions being held by the Islamic Emirate are revolving solely around this specific issue.

The leader of the Islamic Emirate has not yet issued a final decree and neither is there any differences within the Islamic Emirate related to this issue.

It is hoped that our compatriots pay no heed to the malicious reports being propagated by the enemy media.

Some intelligence circles are utilizing the media in an effort to generate anxiety, false optimism and sabotage the ongoing negotiations process through the dissemination of misleading information.

The Islamic Emirate will take every necessary and appropriate step that ensures the higher interests and Jihadi aspirations of our homeland in the light of Islamic Shariah in both the military and political fronts, Allah willing.

The Islamic Emirate shall keep its nation informed of any progress through its official channels.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Aghanistan’s Zabīh Allah Mujāhid: “Martyrdom Attack Ongoing Inside the Largest Military Base of the American Invaders – Bagram Airbase”

Amid the ongoing thunderous ‘Al-Fath’ Operations, a complex martyrdom attack was carried out this morning against the largest American base in the country, Bagram Airbase.

The attack began at around 06:00am local time this morning when a martyrdom seeker detonated his explosives-laden truck next to the wall of an American base resulting in a large portion of the infrastructure destroyed and a path opened for others to enter the base.

A group of martyrdom-seekers armed with heavy and light weapons, incendiary weapons and explosives vests managed to reach the barracks, sleeping quarters and other military targets and begin engaging the invaders in close combat.

According to initial information, tens of foreign invaders and their hirelings have been killed and wounded so far with heavy damage caused to barracks and other buildings and the operation is still ongoing at the moment.

Reports about destruction of a hospital or mosque or casualties to civilians are untrue, however, if some civilians have been slightly injured due to the sheer force of the explosion then such is not intentional.

Yesterday, the US chairman of Joints Chief of Staff Mark Milley commented during an interview with ABC network that their invading troops will continue their occupation of Afghanistan for several more years.

The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns such policy of the US officials.

America shall remain unsuccessful in their insistence upon the occupying Afghanistan as the past eighteen years and shall fail in achieving anything tangible.

The American people understand that the American invasion of Afghanistan was a mistake and its continuation shall further harm America – even senior officials call this war a serious blunder.

Comments by American generals about maintaining occupying forces in Afghanistan only serves to expose the conflicting, nervous and weak policy of the United States.

The Afghans will never tolerate the military presence of any foreign country in their homeland, will wage Jihad against it and continue attacking the enemy until the complete end of the occupation, Allah willing.

Today UNAMA published a report in Kabul highlighting civilian casualties in the first six months of this year.

Even thought UNAMA did point out that a large portion of civilian casualties have been caused by American airstrikes and night raids in the first half of this year however they failed to publish the true extent of casualties.

Similarly, the percentage of civilian casualties attributed to the Islamic Emirate is also of full glaring holes and rejected by us.

An active department for the prevention of civilian casualties is operating on behalf of the Islamic Emirate that thoroughly investigates every civilian casualty incident and prevents its reoccurrence. Moreover, no attack has been deliberately or specifically carried out against a civilian target.

Yet the report by UNAMA has still falsely attributed 38% of all civilian casualties to the Islamic Emirate.

UNAMA report has attributed attacks to the Islamic Emirate that have been rejected by us at the time of occurrence.

Additionally, individuals that are working in enemy ranks and actively supporting the enemy in military and intelligence departments have been given a civilian status.

On the other hand, the invaders responsible for 80% of civilian casualties and directly involved in or playing a supporting role in every civilian casualty incident, have only been blamed for 18% of total losses which is clear injustice as witnessed by our entire nation.

The Islamic Emirate advises all humanitarian and right organizations including UNAMA that effective steps for the prevention of civilian casualties can only be taken when a thorough investigation is carried out about each incident, real perpetrators as requirements demand are highlighted and a humanitarian issue such as civilian casualties is kept separate from politics.

This afternoon, the Islamic Emirate delegation led by the Political Deputy of the Islamic Emirate, Mullah Baradar Akhund, attended a joint conference with a number of scholars and experts at the headquarters of the Majlis-e-Ulema of Indonesia.

The conference was held at the Majlis-e-Ulema conference hall in Jakarta, where respected Mullah Barader Akhund and his colleagues highlighted the current situation of Afghanistan, policy and achievements of the Islamic Emirate.

The leaders of the Indonesian Ulema Council and other prominent leaders of the country appreciated the sacrifices of the Islamic Emirate and the Afghan Mujahideen, offered their views and suggestions and also prayed for further success. Later the delegation of the Islamic Emirate attended a lunch prepared by the Majlis-e-Ulema.

Reports have been published by the media citing the Federal Investigation Agency of Pakistan that the former leader of the Islamic Emirate – the martyr Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansoor (may Allah have mercy on him) – was busy with real estate business in Pakistan.

Despite the fact that the names published are of other persons and the trade mentioned is a lawful undertaking however Shaheed Mansoor Sahib neither had time for such a trade nor did conduct such a business.

We do not understand the purpose behind such reports but can confidently say that such sketchy reports about the esteemed leaders of the Islamic Emirate are neither beneficial for anyone nor can it harm the lofty character of Shaheed Mansoor Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him).

Those who seek to assist peace in Afghanistan must refrain from smearing the character of our honorable leaders under whatever name and title.

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, while sitting with the Pakistani Prime Minister remarked that he could win the war in Afghanistan by killing ten million Afghans and other such comments.

Trump’s policy that he does not want to play the role of a police officer in Afghanistan and that this war against an entire nation cannot be won so long as they are alive is something positive however his claim that he can wipe out Afghanistan, kill ten million Afghans and win this war through such a method is irresponsible and we condemn it in the strongest terms.

This dream was taken to the grave by Genghis, British and the former Soviet leaders. On the contrary, their Empires were wiped off the face of this earth but the Afghan nation proudly endured and will continue to endure, live and remain proud, Allah willing.

America has never shown restraint in killing the Afghans over the past 18 years and has used all weapons of mass destruction including the Mother Of All Bombs. Yet the 18 years of force proved that the policy of aggression and tyranny is fruitless and demonstrates ignorance regarding why Afghanistan is called the Graveyard of Empires.

We believe that Trump should pay close attention to the actual cause of the problem instead of irresponsible comments and take practical steps towards finding a solution instead of failed policies and impractical hubris.

The believing Afghan nation has upright customs and a clear policy regarding healthy interactions and positive relations therefore it would be wise to focus on finding a peaceful and rational solution and advantage taken of the peaceful negotiation plan offered by the Islamic Emirate that is backed by the entire nation, as acknowledged by yourself.
