بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 

الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه ونؤمن به ونتوكل عليه ونشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له وأن محمدا عبده ورسوله أرسله بالهدى ودين الحق ليظهره على الدين كله ولو كره الكافرون، أما بعد :
إن الرسول صلوات الله وسلامه عليه في يوم الأحزاب بعدما هاجم المشركون المدينة ورجعوا خائبين بشر الصحابة أن المشركين لن يعزو المدينة بعد اليوم وأن المسلمين هم من سيغزو (اليوم نغزوهم ولا يغزونا)، نعلم أن الكفار غزوا العالم الإسلامي حلفا واحدا بأسماء متعددة، وخاصة العراق وأفغانستان والصومال، واليوم يتضح أن هذا التحالف قد هزم، وقد أعلنوا أنهم سيخرجون من العراق وأفغانستان، الله سبحانه وتعالى يقول {وَرَدَّ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِغَيْظِهِمْ لَمْ يَنَالُوا خَيْرًا}، الله عز وجل يصف لنا هنا حال الأحزاب التي هزمت والفشل الذي لحقهم، والإنسحاب الذي أصاب تحالف الكفر اليوم يؤكده انهيار أنظمتهم في العالم الإسلامي.

إن من البشارات التي بشر بها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أمته ما رواه الإمام أحمد وأبو يعلى والطبراني وابن أبي حاتم عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال (يخرج من عدن أبين اثنا عشر ألفا ينصرون الله ورسوله هم خير من بيني وبينهم)، يخبر البني صلى الله عليه وسلم في هذا الحديث أن 12 ألفا سيخرجون من عدن أبين ينصرون الله والنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم هم خير الناس ما بينه صلى الله عليه وسلم وبينهم، وفي حديث آخر سؤل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن مدينتي القسطنطينية ورومية أيهما ستفتح أولا، فأجاب صلى الله عليه وسلم أن مدينة هرقل ستفتح أولا يقصد القسطنطينية، وقد روى هذا الحديث الإمام أحمد وابن أبي شيبة والدارمي، وإن شاء الله ستفتح مدينة روما.

وإذا نظرنا إلى التحالف الذي يقوده العدو ضد الولايات الإسلامية فإن العدو لم يهدأ باله وهو يرى الأمة الإسلامية تلتف حول شريعة الله وتنعم بالأمن والأمان، والحملات التي يشنونها تهدف إلى النقاط التالية:

أولا: أن يعطلوا تطبيق شرع الله في الولايات الإسلامية ويزعزعوا استقرارها.
ثانيا: تهجير المسلمين من الأماكن التي يغزونها.

من أجل هذا لم يتخلف المسلمون عن مواجهة العدو الذي يستهدف أهلهم ودينهم، وعلى المسلمين خاصة الذين يعيشون في ولايات قيذو وجوبا وباي وبكول وهيران وقلقدود، نقول لهم أنتم خط الدفاع الأول عن الولايات الإسلامية ولا يؤتين الإسلام من قبلكم تسابقوا في الخير والجهاد.

جدير بالذكر الدور الذي قام به أهل مقديشو فقد قدموا أنفسهم وأموالهم للجهاد في سبيل الله، وصبرهم يسحق أن يكون مثالا لكل المسلمين، وإن شاء الله ستكون أميصوم آخر تحالف يغزو مقديشو.

ومؤامرة الكفار اليوم خلصت إلى تقسيم البلاد إلى أقاليم يقودها من ربوهم خلال العشرين عاما الماضية، وهؤلاء يشبهوننا في أجسادهم ويتبعون الكفار في مبادئهم ودينهم.

يجب أخذ العبرة والعظة من تعامل الكفار السيء مع عملائهم بعد انتهاء مهمتهم {كَمَثَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِذْ قَالَ لِلْإِنْسَانِ اكْفُرْ فَلَمَّا كَفَرَ قَالَ إِنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِنْكَ إِنِّي أَخَافُ اللَّهَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ}، ضرب الله مثلا بشياطين الإنس والجن عندما يقودون الإنسان إلى الكفر ثم يتبرؤون منه بعد ذلك.

أخيرا أقول للمجاهدين خذوا في حسابكم أن الجهاد الذي أنتم فيه هو ذروة سنام الإسلام، الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول (فإن مقام أحدكم في سبيل الله أفضل من صلاته في بيته سبعين عاما ألا تحبون أن يغفر الله لكم ويدخلكم الجنة أغزو في سبيل الله من قاتل في سبيل الله فواق ناقة وجبت له الجنة) رواه الترمذي.

ربنا أعنا ولا تعن علينا، وانصرنا ولا تنصر علينا، وامكر لنا ولا تمكر علينا، واهدنا ويسر الهدى لنا، وانصرنا على من بغى علينا، ربنا اجعلنا لك شكارين، لك ذكارين، لك رهابين، لك مطواعين، إليك مخبتين أواهين منيبين، ربنا تقبل توبتنا، واغسل حوبتنا، وأجب دعوتنا، وثبت حجتنا، واهد قلوبنا، وسدد ألسنتنا، واسلل سخيمة قلوبنا.

وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين

Kavkaz Center presents a new video message: "Amīr Supyan: A Life in the Jihād!"

NOTE: The below video is a tribute to the recently killed Amīr Supyan during a Russian raid on one of the Caucasus Emirates camps. It was originally believed that the Amīr of the Caucasus Emirate Dokku Umrov was also killed, but he was not and later called into RFE/RL’s North Caucasus Service to announce that he was okay. Amīr Supyan was a deputy leader in the Caucasus Emirate and was usually by the side of Umarov in many previous propaganda videos. Movladi Udugov, the head of the Caucasus Emiarte’s Informational-Analytical Service, already wrote a tribute to Amīr Supyan, which you can read here.

RFE/RL's North Caucasus Service presents a new audio message from the Amīr of the Caucasus Emirate Dokku Umarov: "Safe and Sound"

NOTE: Dokku Umarov called into RFE/RL’s North Caucasus Service to announce that he was okay and not in the location where there was a Russian raid against a Caucasus Emirate camp last week. During the raid, though, Amīr Supyan, one of Umarov’s deputies was killed. In the below audio message Umarov remarks that he is “absolutely healthy. He continued:

There was an operation in which several Mujāhidīn died. My death was announced too. They won’t receive any respite from me. I’m preparing my answer to them. They should expect news from me soon.

New statement from Zabīhullah Mujāhid of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Establishment of District Governor’s Office at the Premises of Basic Health Unit in Laghmān Province"

Bad Pash area, which was previous part of Mehtarlam, the provincial center, has been given status of a new administrative unit and named as a district. Mujahideen had been having active presence in the area before that.
The Kabul Administration is intending to deploy detachments of foreign and local troops there to protect the district center. But the  district is lacking building to house the central office of the district, so the American troops and  the mercenary hirelings  now use the building of the basic health unit as the district headquarter office while , in fact, tens of  people come to the clinic for treatment daily.  The health basic unit having been transformed into building of the district headquarter and a military base now, the Mujahideen have to attack it. Therefore, we call on human rights advocacy entities and Heads of world health program and the Red Cross to condemn this illegal step of the Kabul Administration and the foreign troops stationed in the country and urge them not to use public installations and health centers as shields for furthering their military goals.  If they fail to do so, then the future responsibility of damage to the health clinic ( currently headquarter of the district) will solely rest with the opposition side, because the Mujahideen will have no option except attacking it.
Unfortunately, they use a completely public installation, particularly a health clinic, which is being used by the common people as a shield. It is similar to the behavior of the foreign invaders who utilize communication antenna posts for spying while, in fact, they had been erected purely for commercial purposes and for public service. It was the reason that Mujahideen were compelled to order the networks to stop functioning during the   night and, in some areas, during the day. The purpose was to save lives of the common people because the antenna network help in facilitating American aerial bombardment and night raids. As a result,  the invaders callously martyr people, destroy their houses and properties. Even in the past, the enemy have frequently resorted to converting buildings of schools and seminaries into military centers and posts. When Mujahideen attack these military centers, the NGOs which are funded by NATO, raise their hue and cries, trying to project Mujahideen as having attacked a purely educational center. It seems they will use the clinics for the same propaganda stunt.

Kavkaz Center presents a new statement from Movladi Udugov of the Caucasus Emirate: "Amīr Supyan: 17 years in Jihād"

NOTE: Amīr Supyan was killed earlier this week along with seventeen other members of the Caucasus Emirate when the Russian security forces conducted a night time raid on one their training camps. It was originally believed that the Amīr of the Caucasus Emirate Dokku Umrov was also killed, but he was not. Amīr Supyan was a deputy leader in the Caucasus Emirate and was usually by the side of Umarov in many previous propaganda videos. Movladi Udugov is the head of the Caucasus Emiarte’s Informational-Analytical Service. — English:

A confirmation of the martyrdom (Insha’Allah) of Emir Supyan (Supyan Abdullayev), one of the most experienced commanders of the Mujahideen of the Caucasus, a mentor of young Muslims, a teacher and educator of the Mujahideen, the closest companion of Emir Dokka Abu Usman, has come.
Supyan went to the Jihad on November 26, 1994, the day when Russian armored columns of Kantemirov and Taman divisions first entered Grozny (Jokhar) under a banner of so-called “opposition forces”.
His first fighting Supyan had near the House of the Press and the military camp of a newly formed Islamic military Jamaat which has become the Islamic Battalion that day.
There were hundreds of such fightings since then, including the bloody battles for Grozny in 1994-1995-1996-1999.
An audacious assault on the positions of Russian troops in a sewing factory, and their defeat in the first days of the battle for Grozny by a small, hastily formed detachment of volunteers from village boys, whom Supyan brought with him, showed him as a talented commander, instructor and organizer.
Then there were many other battles, injuries, death of relatives and brother-in-arms, the hardest days of ordeals and defeats, joy of victories and bitterness of losses. He was always calm, thoughtful, smiling and kind, but stern and resolute towards the enemy.
Being an experienced teacher, scout and commander, Supyan trained hundreds of young Mujahideen in warfare, Islam and Jihad.
The last 17 years of his life – November 26, 1994 to March 28, 2011 – Supyan spent in the Jihad. He was one of those men who never ask for help, but always ready come to help, never complain, but always ready to share the woes and sorrows of the others. And they never, never give up…!
He was a dada (father) as the Mujahideen in Chechnya and Ingushetia respectfully called him.
The enemies cursed him as a Wahhab. They cursed him using one of the greatest names of the Almighty – Al-Wahhab (meaning The Bestower), thereby attesting with their own words ​​that Supyan was really a true servant of Allah, Who bestows the martyrs the highest place in Paradise – Jannatul Firdaus, Insha’Allah!
It is impossible to make the time of parting more distant or close. The pen was picked up and the ink dried. And it happens only what the Lord of the Worlds wishes. I feel sadness in my heart of and tears the eyes while parting with the beloved brother, but we will say only what Allah be pleased with – wa inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un – we all belong to Allah and to Him shall we return!

Пришло подтверждение о Шахаде (иншааЛлах) амира Суфьяна (Супьяна Абдуллаева), одного из самых опытных командиров моджахедов Кавказа, наставника молодых мусульман, учителя и воспитателя моджахедов, ближайшего соратника Амира Докку Абу Усмана.
Супьян вышел  на Джихад 26 ноября 1994 года, в тот день, когда российские танковые колонны Кантемировской и Таманской дивизий впервые вошли в Грозный (Джохар) под флагом т.н. «оппозиции».
Свой первый бой Супьян принял в районе Дома печати и военного городка в составе только что сформированного исламского военного джамаата, ставшего в тот день Исламским Батальоном.
С тех пор таких боев у Супьяна были сотни, в том числе и кровавые сражения за Грозный в 1994–1995, 1996, 1999 г.г.
Дерзкий штурм позиций русских войск на швейной фабрике и их разгром в первые дни боев за Грозный, небольшим, наспех сформированным отрядом добровольцев из числа сельских парней, который провел Супьян, выявил в нем талантливого командира, наставника и организатора.
Затем было очень много других сражений и битв. Ранения, гибель родных и соратников, тяжелейшие дни испытаний и поражений, радость побед и горечь потерь. Всегда спокойный, рассудительный, улыбчивый и добрый, но с врагом суровый и решительный.
Опытнейший воспитатель, разведчик и командир, Супьян успел обучить сотни молодых моджахедов военному делу, Исламу и Джихаду.
Последние семнадцать лет своей жизни — с 26 ноября 1994 года по 28 марта 2011 года Супьян провел в Джихаде. Он был из тех мужчин, которые никогда не просят о помощи, но сами всегда приходят на помощь, никогда не жалуются, но всегда готовы разделить беды и печали других. И никогда, никогда не сдаются…!
Дада (отец) – уважительно называли его моджахеды Чечни и Ингушетии.
Ваххабист — ругали его враги. Ругали одним из Прекрасных Имен Всевышнего – Аль-Ваххаб, (что означает Дарующий в изобилии), тем самым засвидетельствовав собственными языками, что Супьян был искренним рабом Аллаха, Который дарует Шахидам место высшей награды и почёта в своём Раю – Фирдаус, иншааЛлах!
Срок расставания не отдалить и не приблизить. Перо поднято и чернила высохли. И происходит только то, что пожелает Господь миров. В сердце печаль, а в глазах слёзы от расставания с любимым братом, но мы скажем только то, чем будет доволен Аллах – инна лиЛляхи ва инна илейхи раджи’ун – Все мы принадлежим Аллаху, и к Нему наше возвращение!

نفر سفيان إلى الجهاد في 26 نوفمبر 1994م، اليوم الذي دخلت فيه الأرتال المدرعة الروسية من وحدات كانتيميروف وتامان إلى غروزني (جوهر) تحت راية ما يسمى “المعارضة”.

 

 
وكان أول قتال لسفيان قرب بيت الصحافة ومعسكر الجماعة الإسلامية العسكرية المشكلة حديثا التي أصبحت الكتيبة الإسلامية في ذلك اليوم.
وكان هناك المئات من المواجهات كتلك، بما فيها المعارك الدموية في غروزني في 1994-1995-1996-1999.
والهجوم على الجريء على مواقع القوات الروسية في معمل الخياطة، وهزيمتهم في الأيام الأولى لمعركة غروزني على يد فوخ صغير شكل بسرعة من المتطوعين من أبناء القرى، الذين جلبهم سفيان معهم، وقد أظهره ذلك كقائد، وموجه، ومنظم موهوب.
بعد ذلك كان هناك العديد من المعارك غيرها، والجراحات، وموت الأقارب وإخوة السلاح، وأشد أيام المحن والهزائم، وأفراح الإنتصارات ومرارة الخسائر. وكان دائما هادئا، وعميق التفكير، ومبتسما وعطوفا، ولكنه كان صارما وحازما تجاه العدو.

 

 
ونظرا لكونه معلما، ومستطلعا، وقائد متمرس، درب سفيان المئات من الشباب عن الحرب، والإسلام، والجهاد.
خلال 17 عاما الأخيرة من حياته – 26 نوفمبر 1994 إلى 28 مارس 2011م – التي قضاها سفيان في الجهاد. كان أحد أولئك الرجال الذين لم يسألوا أبدا المساعدة، ولكنهم دائما مستعدين للمساعدة، ولم يشتكوا أبدا، ولكنهم كانوا دائما مستعدين ليشاركوا المحن والمصائب الآخرين. وهم لم يستسلموا أبدا…!

 

 
وكان دادا (والد) كما كان المجاهدين في الشيشان وإنغوشيا يسمونه إحتراما له.
وكان الأعداء ينعتونه بالوهابي. إنهم كانوا ينتعونه بأحد أسماء الله الحسنى – الوهاب -، وبذلك يشهدون بأفواههم أن سفيان كان عبدا مخلصا لله، الذي يهب الشهداء أعلى الدرجات في الجنان – جنات الفردوس، إن شاء الله!
من المستحيل تأخير أو تعجيل وقت الرحيل. لقد رفع القلم وجفت الصحف. وما شاء الله تم. وأنا أشعر بأسى في قلبي ودموعا في عيني على رحيل أخ شقيق، ولكنني أقول

New statement from Qārī' Muḥammad Yusūf Aḥmadī of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Remarks About the Baseless Claims of 'Abd al-Khaliq Malekzai"

A person who calls himself Abdul Khaliq Malekzai has had audio interview with some media outlets, claiming that he was envoy of Taliban and wanted to reach reconciliation with the so-called Kabul Administration. He said that he was already engaged in talks (with
the stooge Administration). He also claimed that there are 12,000 Taliban who agree with his program and talks are continuing with 6, 000 more Taliban to persuade them to join the reconciliation process with the State.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, like before, strongly refutes these baseless and fatuous claims and considers them as failed endeavors on the part of the enemy in a series of its psychological warfare. No member of the Islamic Emirate, whether a high-ranking or low-ranking Mujahid, has ever contacted any side for talks directly or indirectly.
It is no more than mere propaganda and lies  that some faceless persons appear in media time and again  and claim,  they are envoys of the Islamic Emirate appointed for  ( participation) in  the talks. In fact, they are hirelings of the enemy and their stooges.
As the  enemy is facing defeats in every part of the country and has lost its warfare   capability in face of the Mujahideen, so  it is trying to confuse the public opinion and distract their attention—an effort  by invaders  to cover up their defeat and weakness.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has a clear stance as regards the negotiation. The Islamic Emirate is not ready to have talks in condition of presence of the invaders.  This should be made clear that talks in condition of the occupation gives legitimacy to the present Puppet Administration and to the occupation itself. This is a disloyalty to and betrayal with the cause and  aspirations of the Mujahid people of Afghanistan.

New statement from Zabīhullah Mujāhid of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Clarification Regarding the Recent Assertions of the American General Petreaus"

General David Petraeus, top commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan, has returned to Washington to find answer to  questions and growing resentments of  American people and Congress regarding the War of Afghanistan.
According to an opinion poll published recently in The  Washington Post, a famous American daily, about two third of Americans   have no  confidence in the war of Afghanistan, considering it a fruitless mission. Similarly, hot debates are in full swing in the American Congress about the war expenditure in Afghanistan– reaching to the tune of billions of dollars.
Congressmen like the American people want to know, do these fruitless efforts deserve the  huge expenditure? General Petraeus, who is in charge of the war in Afghanistan,  tried at the  premises of the American Congress the other day during a hearing to give the Congressmen a spurious optimism.  He said, though the Americans have been  hearing about setbacks but there are some gains in the war of Afghanistan. These gains must be protected. General Petraeus  emphasized on  this point both during meeting with  the American President Obama and  American media, saying there were tangible advancements in the war. May be,  he was pointing to operations by the American troops in some areas in south Afghanistan in the past  recent months. We would like to say about the remarks of Petraeus that he is trying once again to give deceptive assurances to American people about the war of Afghanistan and quid pro quo, get  some  time and money for further prolongation of the war. However,  if we look at the ground realities in the country,  there is nothing to be called gains of the American troops. Not only they are losing the rural areas but also have become targets of effective attacks of Mujahideen in cities.
In the near past, the operation of Kandahar was one of the greatest ever carried out by the Americans. The Americans had had huge casualties  being unprecedented in terms of loss. They are still smarting from their casualties. Though, the Americans destroyed whole villages and vineyards of people in some areas of Kandahar and afterward,  built military bases there. Despite that, they were not able to wipe out  the writ of Mujahideen. The Mujahideen  are present in the areas and have blocked all ways and roads leading to the American bases. With the passage of every day, they  lay further blockades to the invaders.
 
Another project of Pettaeus was the training of the Afghan hireling forces to rely on themselves in terms of quality and quantity. This is also a failed effort. High ranking officials of the Kabul regime openly complain that no progress has been made in the way of boosting the hireling Afghan forces, and even it is not expected that the target could  be achieved during the next five years,  to put the forces  in a position to defend themselves on their own.
The common Afghans have rejected the Arbaki program launched by General Petraeus.  However, it is operational in a few areas, that too, with  a very low  capability. Contrarily, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate enjoy a high morale and warfare spirit. The Mujahideen continued their military operations successfully in this winter, and did not  let the enemy to take a breath of relief. Moreover, the martyrdom-seeking Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate have carried out effective attacks against the enemy in various parts of the country, sending a jittery through the ranks of the enemy.
The Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate continue their armed Jihad against the enemy, enjoying a high morale. They have the initiative of  the battle in their hands, being always in the aggressive position while the enemy is retreating from or evacuating their bases in many areas in the country as the have  withdrawn from Pech Valley. Thus  they flee the areas.
I would like to point out my opinion about  the assertions of Petraeus. Let’s sum up the results and the losses. The Americans had launched one of their greatest operations in Gerisk  district of Helmand province. It continued for one month. According to a survey conducted by Mujahideen, the Americans lost 54 tanks and armed vehicles as a result of road side bombs and attacks. But after the end of the operation, the situation did not change. The status quo is the same as before. The Americans went back to their bases after suffering huge casualties and losses. The Mujahideen are in control of the area. The same is the fate of other operations conducted by the forces of General Petraeus. It is very surprising that despite that,  the general tauts these failures as military gains.
Like the American people, two-third of whom believe this war is  fruitless war, the Islamic Emirate too believes that the current war of Afghanistan will bring in nothing for the Americans except defeat. We have faith in our God and believe, this legitimate Jihad of the Afghan people will ultimately result in the complete rout of the invaders. The surge and prolongation of the war will only add to financial loss and military casualties of America. Nothing more than that, if God willing.

‘Umar al-Mukhtār is an important figure in Libyan history. He was a teacher of the Qur’ān by profession. Additionally, he was skilled in the strategies and tactics of desert warfare. As a result, he was a leading figure and led the Libyan resistance against the Italian fascists — who invaded Libya — from 1912 until his death when the Italians hung him in 1931. His heroic efforts were later depicted in the 1981 film The Lion of the Desert. The film was banned in Italy in 1982 and was not shown on Italian TV until 2009.
There is still no known evidence of AQIM being involved with the Libyan rebel movement.
