إن فرضية الإنتحار , أبعد ما تكون عن الحقيقة ,نظرا لواقع السجن وقوانينه الداخلية الصارمة , التي تجرد السجين من أبسط وسائل الحياة , وتمنع عنه حتى الملاعق الحديدية ثم شخصية السجين نفسه ,مدير عام أكبر شركة في الجزائر,وهو ما يضمن له سجنا مريحا قبل الخروج تحت طائلة قانون مفصل على مقاس اللصوص الكبار كما جرت العادة , ثم توقيت الإنتحار نفسه ,لماذا انتظر مدير سوناطراك كل هذه المدة وانتظرخروج رئيسه المباشر الممثل في وزير النفط شكيب خليل من الجزائر ثم حرق المحكمة المباشرة للتحقيق والحكم في القضية؟ لماذا انتظر حتى صار أهم شاهد في القضية ثم انتحر؟ ألا يدل هذا على أن مهرب الوزير شكيب خليل وحارق المحكمة وقاتل المدير (المنتحر) واحد , بهدف إيقاف زحف التحقيق نحو الأعلى؟
لقد صار صراع الأجهزة سمة بارزة لنظام مافياوي لا يتورع عن أي وسيلة تضمن لرؤوسه العفنة, البقاء والسيطرة على موارد البلد التي حولوها إلى ملك خاص , ينفقونه حسب أهوائهم وشهواتهم, بعيدا عن رقابة هذا الشعب المسكين الذي طحنه الجوع والمرض, واختزل دوره في مجرد ورقة انتخابية , موجهة للإستهلاك الإعلامي ,لاأكثر و لا أقل . لقد وصل نظام العسكر في الجزائر إلى نهايته , وأوصل الجزائر إلى حافة الهاوية , وعلى الشعب الجزائري المسلم عامة , وشبابه التواق إلى الحرية والكرامة خاصة أن يبادروا إلى التغيير الجاد , واسترجاع زمام المبادرة من لصوص لاخلق لهم و لا دين , و لايفهمون إلا لغة القوة والإنتفاضة الشعبية العارمة ,انتفاضة صادقة شجاعة ,تقتلع جذور الخيانة وترجع البلد إلى الأيدي المتوضئة الأمينة , قبل أن تغرق السفينة , بما فيها ومن فيها , وحينها لن ينفع الندم .إن كل يوم يمر على عصابة بوتفليقة وتوفيق في الحكم هو خطوة نحو الهاوية , وجريمة في حق جيل اليوم والأجيال القادمة , فالبدار البدار يا شباب الجزائر الأحرار ,فإن للحرية باب بكل يد مضرجة يدق , ألا نامت أعين الجبناء.(والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون ) والحمد لله رب العالمين
