New statement from Hānī al-Sibā’ī: "The Release of Prisoners After Nearly Twenty Years of Injustice"

NOTE: If I get the chance I will try and transliterate all of the names listed below. From a brief glance it does not look as if Dr. Faḍl is listed.
Here are a couple of other recent statements/audio messages from Hānī al-Sibā’ī that relate to the recent Arab uprisings:

تلقى مركز المقريزي من مصادر موثوقة من أحد الإسلاميين المفرج عنهم يوم السبت الموافق 19 فبرير 2011م أسماء المجموعة الأولى التي تم الإفراج عنهم بفضل الله تعالى بعد ثورة الشعب المصري في 19 صفر 1432هـ الموافق 25 يناير 2011م.

وهذا الإفراج ثمرة من ثمرات هذه الثورة الشعبية المصرية التي نتمنى أن تكتمل بحكم الشريعة الإسلامية والإفراج الفوري عن جميع المعتقلين والمحكوم عليهم من محاكم أمن الدولة العليا طوارئ والمحاكم العسكرية بأثر رجعي.. وكنا قد اتصلنا بالشيخ يحيى خلف الله محمد فكانت المفاجأة أنه قال إنه الآن في بيته وقد مضى عليه في السجون المصرية 18 عاماً ويوم واحد! وقال من آيات الله في خلقه أنه وهو اقف يكبر مع أخوانه المفرج عنهم؛ إذا بسيارة أمن تحمل وزير الداخلية السابق السفاح حبيب العادلي عائداً إلى سجن مزرعة طره وكان قادماً من تحقيقات النيابة!! سبحان من يرفع ويحفض.. سبحان من يعز ويذل .. سبحان من يحيي ويميت وهو على كل شئ قدير! فالذي أصر على اعتقالهم كل هذه السنين المريرة! هو نفسه الآن مقيد في الأصفاد ليحل محلهم!! وسننشر بإذن الله قائمة بأسماء المعتقلين والمحكوم عليهم والتي مر عليهم قرابة عشرين عاماً وسنوات أخرى متفاوتة.

There is no indication that Ẓawāhirī even mentioned anything about the protests, let alone that Mubarak resigned. Interestingly, too, Ẓawāhirī mentions something along the lines of: I also discussed this more in the second copy of Knights Under the Prophets Banner. The second edition was released on November 27, 2010.

New article from Shaykh Abū Basīr al-Ṭarṭūsī: "Lessons Learned Through the Fall of the Pharaoh of Egypt"

al-Ṭarṭūsī is a Syrian Islamist who lives in London. al-Ṭarṭūsī is considered one of the most influential jihādī theorists. NOTE: Shaykh Abū Muḥammad al-Ṭaḥāwī [Abed Shihadeh al-Tahawi], is a global jihadist cleric from Jordan. He  is acquaintances with Abū Muḥammad al-Maqdisī. Humām al-Bilāwī [Abū Dujānah al-Khurāsānī] gave him a shout out in his interview with al-Qā’idah Central’s As-Saḥāb Media prior to his “martyrdom” and killing seven CIA officers in Khost, Afghanistan in December 2009:

Before anything else, I send my Salām to Shaykh Abū Muḥammad al-Maqdisī, I send my Salām to Shaykh Abū Muḥammad al-Ṭaḥāwī, and I send my Salām to all the Mujāhidīn in Jordan, and I tell them: be patient, for by Allah, we have seen Jordanian intelligence and its prisons, and we have seen how the intelligence officers would forbid brothers from reciting the Qur’ān in an audible voice. Even reading the Qur’ān is forbidden! So I tell them: be patient, but I also tell them: there is no solution to the situation in Jordan other than mobilizing to the land of Jihād to learn the arts of war and train in them, then return to Jordan and begin operations.

New statement from Salafīyyah Jihādīyyah: "Moroccan Prisons: The Tragedies Continue"

NOTE: The below statement was released in light of the recent events in Tunisia and Egypt that warns of the same possibility in Morocco eventually too.
Salafīyyah Jihādīyyah was blamed for the 2003 Casablanca bombings and the 2004 Madrid train bombings. They were also accused of plotting an attack against U.S. Navy ships in the Straits of Gibraltar in 2002. وتستمر المآسي …………
في الوقت الذي تسعى فيه الشعوب العربية نحو الإنعتاق وتشهد على ذلك ثورتا الفل والياسمين في مصر وتونس , والسقوط المدوي لكل من بن علي ومبارك بعد سنوات من القهر والإذلال , لا زال المغرب لم يع الدرس جيدا ولا زالت الآلة القمعية البوليسية تحافظ على نفس مستوياتها في إهانة المواطن وإذلاله ولا زال حفيظ بنهاشم جلاد الأمس يمارس لعبته المفضلة في انتهاك أعراض المعتقلين في السجون المغربية والدوس على كرامتهم وإرهاقهم وإرهااق عائلاتهم والضرب بكل ما يُتشدق به إعلاميا من الشعارات والادعاءات عرض الحائط , فبعد كارثة 9 أكتوبر 2010 الذي كان السجن المركزي بالقنيطرة مسرحا لها حيث تم تعذيب المعتقلين وإهانتتهم وتمريغ كرامتهم في التراب خاصة على يد مدير السجن المركزي آنذاك المدعو ( مصطفى حجلي), تسجل في هذه الأثناء أجواء كارثية على مدار الساعة ومنذ افتتاح الملحقة السجنية لسجن سلا (غونتنامو الجديد), على مستوى الانتهاكات الخطيرة في حق المعتقلين في هذه البناية , والخطير في الأمر أن هذه الملحقة جعلها بن هاشم ليست ملحقة تابعة لسجن سلا ولكن في الحقيقة ملحقة تابعة للمعتقل السري (تمارة) وتتمثل هذه الخروقات فيما يلي :
1 : استمرار نفس الأجواء التي عاشها المعتقلون في المعتقل السري بتمارة أجواء الرعب والخوف والإرهاب واستمرار جلسات التحقيق التي يقوم بها رجال الحموشي مدير الاستخبارات بنفس البناية رغم أن هذه التحقيقات مخالفة للقانون وبغير إذن الوكيل العام للملك .
2 : حرمان المعتقلين من كل حقوقهم التي يضمنها القانون المنظم للسجون , لا فسحة ولا زيارة ولا تغدية مناسبة تليق بالبشر ولا تطبيب ولا رعاية صحية ولا كرامة ولا إنسانية ولا أي شيء من هذا القبيل .
3 : استمرار أجواء التعذيب والضرب والتعليق لأتفه الأسباب , فالمطالبة بالحق في الإستحمام مثلا هي جريمة يعاقب عليها المعتقل بالضرب والركل والتقييد لساعات طوال .
4 : الحرمان من أي وسيلة من وسائل التواصل مع الأسر والعالم الخارجي كما هو معمول به في القوانين المسطرة, لا هاتف ولا تلفزة ولا مذياع , وهي خطة كفيلة بطمس كل معالم هذه الجرائم الحقوقية التي تقع في البناية المستحدثة .
5 : والأخطر من ذلك أن القائم على هذه الانتهاكات هو المدعو مصطفى حجلي الذي قام بن هاشم بنقله إلى هذه البناية بعد تورطه في الانتهاكات التي وقعت في سجن القنيطرة يوم 9 أكتوبر 2010 وهذا التنقيل دليل آخر على رغبة بن هاشم في جعل السجون معسكرات للتعذيب ومراكز للإهانة والإذلال .
لهذه الأسباب فإننا ندعو جميع الفعاليات الحقوقية والحريصين على كرامة الإنسان في هذا البلد أن تسعى إلى فضح هذه الإنتهاكات والضرب على يد هؤلاء الجلادين الذين لا زالوا يعيشون خلف أسوار التاريخ ولم يعوا بعدُ التحولات التي تجري في محيطهم وفكرهم .

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Response Regarding the Victory of the Popular Uprising in Egypt"

The more than two- week long  popular uprising in Egypt,  at last, compelled Hosni Mubarak, ruler of that country, to step down by ceding  to  the basic condition of the protesters. He was at the helms of affairs of the Egyptian government for the last thirty years and had been enjoying all-sided American and Israeli assistance in financial, political and intelligence fields. However, ground realities established  (once more) that arsenal of weapons, huge army and foreign support is no guarantee for  continuation of power;  nor they can prevent the caravan of the aspirations of the people from forging ahead. Whenever, the patience of the people overwhelms its brims, it is set to lead its way as a strong tide. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan prays to the Almighty Allah to grant further success to the Egyptian people like the victory of the historical uprising which they have already attained, so that they will succeed in establishing a real, independent  and Islamic government and foil conspiracies of the foreign enemies. Though the uprisings of the Egyptian people have reached its destination of victory but the real phase of trial has just began. The Egyptian people must use these crucial moments to their advantage and carve out  a new political life and direction as a Muslin nation. The developments in Egypt have a clear message for the invading Americans and their surrogates in Afghanistan, unveiling that: 1.     Your use of advanced weapons, destruction of orchards and houses and filling prisons with free people  does not contribute to your continuation of  authority. The atrocities that you commit against the Afghan people today will soon usher in a revolution and the vessel of your arrogance will drown surely following inception of a popular uprising, if God willing. 2.     You are intending to establish a colonialist system in this 21st century. This is an adventure being both against the aspirations of the people and the time. You will never succeed in your wicked (ambitious) plan in this juncture of history. The time and people both are against you. 3.     The two-faced America urges peaceful transition of regime in Egypt but in reaction to self-same popular demands in Afghanistan, they bombard villages;  turn wedding ceremonies and other festivities into scenes of mourning; martyr innocent Afghans in the stillness of night while  being  fast a sleep. All these are being committed  (against them) because the Afghans demand their legitimate rights. What face and conscience remain to  Americans  to  make show of  their democracy and liberty while they have themselves unleashed a river of blood in Afghanistan  under  the empty and fatuous slogan of democracy! 4.     The stooge Kabul Administration has taken now the shape of a mafia state. Government vehicles are used for drug trafficking and wealth have been  accumulated in hands of a few pro-American sycophants. This inequity will pave the way for the inception of a popular revolution, and will eradicate this tenure of tyranny and atrocity through a comprehensive revolutionary movement. 5.     For almost the last   decade, you have   fought against the Afghan Mujahid people with all your power but you gained nothing except humiliation, financial crisis and a spine-breaking load of debts. Do you think you will be able to bring Afghanistan under your belly  so  smoothly?. Or otherwise,  you will be buried in this graveyard of the empires as a result of the inundating tides of a popular uprising. 6.     We tell the rulers of the White House and Pentagon how long would you be able to create mounds in the way of the aspirations of the masses through launching  fraudulent elections, meaningless conferences,  hatching conspiracies and rearing  qualm less surrogates and continue your colonialist policy interminably?. How long would you be able to hide your life and equipment losses from the eyes of your people? Have you forgotten the financial melt-down in America  during last year?. Is the nearly $ 1.5 trillion budget deficit not a sign of your imminent downfall? 7.     Almost 24 hours had not passed after  the resignation of Hosni Mubarak, that some American rulers and the Time publication started pointing to him with insulting  remarks. We remind the present rulers of the Kabul incumbent Administration that  the American colonialism do use you against your people today  and  give you tapping on your back but tomorrow,  these same  invaders will call you murderers of humanity and traitors. They will clean their blood-stained and soiled hands with your clothes. Now it is high time;  come to yourselves; abandon slavery of foreigners and choose the way of your people. 8.     All people of Afghanistan must be cautious in these crucial moments at the current juncture of time and be on guard against all subversive plans and conspiracies of the enemies of Islam and the country. Give hands of brotherhood to each other against the Western colonialism, injustice, atrocities, brutality, corruption and the western culture of nakedness; move forward like a solid-cemented wall in the direction of popular Islamic revolution! The Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate are at your service and side. We believe,  the (final) victory is ours. The enemy will happen to become   debased and humiliated,  if God willing. الحمد لله ناصر المؤمنين، وقاهر المرتدين، وهازم الطواغيت المتجبرين؛ وبعد:
يقول الله تعالى: {هُوَ الَّذِي أَخْرَجَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ مِن دِيَارِهِمْ لِأَوَّلِ الْحَشْرِ مَا ظَنَنتُمْ أَن يَخْرُجُوا وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُم مَّانِعَتُهُمْ حُصُونُهُم مِّنَ اللَّهِ فَأَتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَمْ يَحْتَسِبُوا وَقَذَفَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الرُّعْبَ يُخْرِبُونَ بُيُوتَهُم بِأَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَيْدِي الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَاعْتَبِرُوا يَا أُولِي الْأَبْصَارِ}.
لقد أثبت إخواننا الموحدون في أرض الكنانة بأفعالهم وأقوالهم أنهم الأقوى وأن عزيمتهم الأمضى في حرب الإرادات، وبذلك تحقق لهم النصر والظفر، فخرج عدوهم من أرضهم مذؤماً مدحوراً لا يلوي على شيء، بعد أن رأى رد فعل الشعب على خطابه التعنتي أمس الخميس بنفير المزيد منه جماعات ووحدانا، فانهارت معنوياته واضطربت قراراته وفل عزمه وقُذف الرعب في قلبه فانهزم جمعه وأصبح تدميره في تدبيره، وأعيدت لإخواننا بذلك زمام الأمور؛ وأصبحت بفضل الله ثم بفضل الإخوة التونسيين ومن بعدهم المصريين كلمة الشعوب المسلمة محترمة ورايتهم مرتفعة ونتائج أي خروج يهدف لخلع وعزل الحكام بغير ما أنزل الله محسومة لصالح الشعوب منذ بدئه، وأنه لا يوجد نظام طاغي عصي على الانكسار والانهزام، وأنه بإمكان الشعوب المسلمة أن تستعيد قرارها بيدها، فأرهبوا بذلك عدو الله وعدوهم.
وإننا في مأسدة المجاهدين في فلسطين إذ نبارك لأهلنا في مصر هذا النصر، فإننا نستنصرهم ونطالبهم وندعوهم لأن يجمعوا أمرهم وأن لا يستريحوا أو يعودوا إلى بيوتهم حتى يصلوا الفجر في غزة المحاصرة فإن الحدود لم تسقط بعد، وإن اخوة الإسلام تفرض عليهم بأن يفكوا عنا هذا الحصار الظالم الغاشم، وهذا ليس ببعيد عنهم ولا منهم فهم أهلنا وسندنا ومددنا، وإننا في حاجة ماسة لهم ولهبتهم ونهضتهم ووقفتهم ونصرتهم ولا نعتقد بأنهم يرضون أن يُحرروا أنفسهم ويسلموننا أو يتركوننا نحن إخوانهم في الأسر والحصار نواجه عدونا ومصيرنا وحدنا.

إلى متى يظل قادة الجيش وضباطه وجنوده عقبة كأداء أمام نهضة الأمة ونهضتها؟!

إلى متى يظل هذا الجيش حكراً للطغاة؟!

إلى متى يظل هذا الجيش حارساً لنظام دموي غشوم؟!

إلى متى يظل هذا الجيش يظل أمناً للوالغين في دماء الأبرياء؟!

إلى متى يظل هذا الجيش رعباً للشعوب وسلماً للطغاة؟!

ثلة مجهولة اتخذوا قراراً حاسماً ضد الملك ولم يكن أحد يسمع عنهم ولم تكن هناك ثورة شعبية تؤيدهم!! فصارت مصر بين عشية وضحاها من ملكية إلى جمهورية! فاستجاب لهم الشعب أول الأمر لكنهم خانوا الشهب وخانوا الأمة وباعوا السودان بعد أن كان ملكها يلقب بملك مصر والسودان! وخربوا البلاد والعباد! وانتهكوا حرمة الإسلام وزجوا  بخيار أبناء الشعب غيابات السجون! فكانت النتيجة الهزيمة المذلة الساحقة في 1967م وتجرعت  الأمة على أيديهم كؤوس الذل والهوان!

فيا جيش مصر! أليس فيكم خالد الإسلامبولي؟! أليس فيكم حسين عباس؟ أليس فيكم عبد الحميد عبد السلام؟!

وإلى سلاح المدرعات!

لقد كان منكم الرائد الشهيد عصام القمري نحسبه كذلك لقد التحق القمري بنفس هذا السلاح ليحقق للأمة أمنيتها في الحكم بشريعة الإسلام؟! لو قد الله وأن كان الرائد عصام القمري حياً وسنحت له مثل هذه الفرصة (ثورة الشعب) هل كان سيفرط فيها؟!

فيا جيش مصر! فها هي ذي فرصتكم التاريخية كي لا تكونوا أمثالهم!  وتنتصروا لدينكم وتنضموا للذود عن أمتكم من طاغيتها!

فيا جيش مصر! هذا هي ذي أمواج متلاطمة من الشعب المصري الهائج الثائر الغاضب على الطاغية الظلوم حسني مبارك ونظامه!

فلم التردد والخوف! يا جيش؟!

افعلوا مرة وكفروا عن إثمكم بانتسابكم لهذه المؤسسة الحارسة لفرعون مصر! إن فعلتموها ستحملكم الأمة على أكتافها .. وتؤيكم في جفونها .. تحتضنكم في حناياها وقلوبها..

افعلوها مرة وحرروا أنفسكم من رق عبوديتكم لقادتكم الذين امتلأت كروشهم بالسحت وأكل الحرام!!

يا جيش! افعلوها مرة! وحطموا الأصنام وابدأوا بكبيرهم الذي علمهم الظلم!

ماذا تنتظرون؟! أمر سادتكم وقادتكم؟! وممن تخافون؟! تخافون عصيان أوامر قادتكم؟! ولا تحشون ربكم؟!

(وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّا أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَاءنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا السَّبِيلَا) الأحزاب آية(67)

فيا جيش مصر!

الأمة قامت في صعيد واحد تنتظر خطواتكم الحاسمة القاصمة لظهر الطاغية!

افعلوها وكبروا! الله أكبر! إذا كان فيكم رجل رشيد!
