Majengo (28/08/2012) – On 27 August 2012, our beloved Sheikh Aboud Rogo (May Allah accept him as a martyr) was murdered by the Kuffar as part of Kenya’s policy of extra-judicial killings against prominent Muslim activists. Amir Sheikh Ahmad Iman Ali and MYC condemn this act of barbarity against one of East Africa’s most respected Sheikhs and hold the Kenyan authorities responsible for this targeted assassination.
Sheikh Aboud Rogo embodied a shinning example of a true and pious Muslim: unwavering and steadfast in his determination to fight injustices against Muslims all over the world. As a popular and well-respected Sheikh, Aboud Rogo used his unique gift and knowledge of Islam to inspire and inform thousands of young Muslims all over East Africa. Undeniably, MYC and its members are part of the generation of Muslim youths that have been inspired by Sheikh Aboud Rogo’s vision of the Muslim Ummah in East Africa.
While the Kuffar has robbed MYC and the Muslims of Kenya of a great Muslim leader, we must remember that the Kuffar has also deprived the family of Sheikh Rogo of a loving father and husband. We ask that Allah comfort his family and ease their pain.
For those of us that worked with, and shared the same vision as Sheikh Rogo, we fully understand and accept the path we must now follow in the wake of his brutal murder. Today, after drying our tears we must begin a new journey of embracing change – a change that has been forced upon us by the Kuffar and one that our beloved brothers in Al-Shabaab have graciously reminded us of in their solidarity with the Mujahideen in Kenya.
In his last lecture to MYC in May 2012 in Nairobi, Sheikh Rogo spoke of his readiness and wish to become a martyr for our religion. Yesterday, Allah granted Sheikh Rogo’s wish.

New statement from Ḥarakat al-Shabāb al-Mujāhidīn: "Shaykh Aboud Rogo’s Death: a Catalyst for Change"

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Mogadishu (27/08/2012) – Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the cold-blooded murder of Sheikh Aboud Rogo in Mombasa and urges the Muslims to wake up to the Kenyan authority’s vicious witch-hunt against their fellow Muslim brothers.
While Sheikh Aboud Rogo was not officially a member of Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen, he, like the rest of the Muslims in Kenya, shared unbreakable religious ties with the Mujahideen. The death of the Sheikh comes at a time when the brutal murder of his brothers, Sheikh Samir Khan and Mohamed Kassim, is still remains fresh in the minds of the Muslims and exposes the latest atrocity in a spate of extra-judicial killings carried out by the Kenyan authorities against innocent Muslims in Kenya. The savagery with which the Muslim preachers were killed is vividly indicative of the Kuffar’s deep-rooted hatred towards Islam and the Muslims.
In the light of these incidents, Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen strongly advises the Muslims of Kenya to act upon the Hadith of the Prophet, may peace and blessings be upon him, where he said: “The example of the Believers in their mutual love and mercy for one another is like that of a body; if one part of the body aches, then the whole body suffers with fever and sleeplessness” [Bukhari & Muslim]
The Muslims in Kenya must understand that they are being deliberately targeted because of their religious identity and that helping their Muslim brothers, particularly in these turbulent times, is a religious obligation upon them. They must draw upon the experiences of their Martyred brothers (we deem him so and we do not recommend anyone before Allah) as catalysts for change and not fall prey to the evil plots of the Kuffar.
Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen also calls upon the Muslims in Kenya to fully boycott the coming elections and not to be repeatedly deluded by the illusory promises of the government. Not only is the participation in the elections prohibited in Islam but also the current government has terribly failed to protect the rights of Muslims in Kenya. Therefore Muslims must take the matter into their own hands, stand united against the Kuffar and take all necessary measures to protect their religion, their honour, their property and their lives from the enemies of Islam.

New statement from Ḥarakat al-Shabāb al-Mujāhidīn: "Meles Zenawi: Turning a New Page"

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Mogadishu (21/08/2012) – The death of the Ethiopian dictator Meles Zenawi brings to a conclusion a dark chapter in the history of the East African Horn; not only for the millions of Muslims who’ve suffered under his brutal dictatorship and oppressive policies at home, but also for the thousands of Muslims killed in Somalia as a result of the persistent Ethiopian invasions.
In an attempt to consolidate his hold on power, Zenawi has tirelessly been engaged in a multi-pronged strategy of annexing Somali Muslim territories into Ethiopia on the one hand, and fighting Islam as a proxy in the West’s war against Islam on the other. But despite the numerous attempts to conquer the will of the Muslims of Somalia and bring them under the subjugation of the Ethiopian regime, Zenawi died a bitter man after having miserably failed to accomplish either of his objectives.
It’s not only the Muslims of Somalia who bore the full brunt of Zenawi’s brutal regime, but millions of indigenous tribes who have long been suppressed by the dictator’s heavy-handed methods and silently suffered in solitude are today beginning to sense a fresh air of hope across the horizon.
The death of Zenawi will remove major obstacles in the path towards reform in the country and provide a golden opportunity to the Muslims in Ethiopia to strive towards openly practising and propagating their faith. We encourage the Muslims of Ethiopia to rise and revolt against what is left of the dictator’s repressive regime and implement the Shari’ah of Islam. Tyrannical regimes will come and go, but the Truth of Islam shall continue to prevail and enlighten the population in all corners of the world.

قال أنس رضي الله عنه: قدم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم المدينة ولهم يومان يلعبون فيهما فقال: “قد أبدلكم الله بهما خيراً منهما، يوم الفطر، والأضحى” رواه النسائي وابن حبان بسند صحيح.
أمتنا الحبيبة:
عاودتكِ السعود، ما عاد عيد واخضرّ عود، تقبل الله منكِ الفرض والسُنة، واستقبل بكِ الخير والنعمة، عاد السرور إليكِ في هذا العيد، وجعله مبشراً بالنصر الوليد، والخير العتيد، وجهاد أهل الكفر والتنديد، آمين…
نهنّئ المسلمين في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها، ونخصّ بالذّكر منهم النّافرين في سوح الجهاد نُصرةً لدينهم وإعلاءً لكلمة ربّهم، وكذلك من نصرهم ودافع عنهم وذبّ عن أعراضهم، فهنيئاً لكم ما قدّمتم، هنيئاً لكم إتمام شهر الصيام والقيام، وتقبل الله منا ومنكم صالح الأعمال، وكل عام وأنتم بخير.
الّلهم فرّج عن المسلمين كربهم وفكّ أسراهم وداوِ جرحاهم واكشف الضرّ عن مبتلاهم، اللّهم مكّن للمجاهدين في الأرض، الّلهم خذّل عنهم شُبه المخذّلين وادفع عنهم كيد المخالفين، اللهمّ أنزل بالطواغيت وأنصارهم بأسك الذي لا يُردّ عن القوم الظالمين، اللهمّ عذبهم بعذاب من عندك أو بأيدينا، اللهمّ واغفر لنا ذنوبنا وإسرافنا في أمرنا، وثبّت أقدامنا وانصرنا على القوم الكافرين..

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيمالحمد لله وحده أعز جنده ونصر عبده وهزم الأحزاب وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده أما بعد: هجوم على مراكز الأحباش في مدينة “حدر”: هاجمت كتائب المجاهدين بولاية باي وبكول الإسلامية على مراكر القوات الكينية النصرانية في مدينة حدر واستخدم المجاهدون مدافع الهاون في العملية. إختتام مسابقة القرآن الكريم لجنود حركة الشباب المجاهدين: اختتم بمسجد الرحمة في مدينة مركا عاصمة ولاية شبيلى السفلى الإسلامية مسابقة القرآن الكريم لجنود حركة الشباب المجاهدين بحضور عدد من المسؤولين منهم الشيخ علي محمود راجي المتحدث الرسمي والشيخ أبو عبد الله والي الولاية وعدد من العلماء والدعاة، وكانت نتيجة المسابقة كالتالي: المستوى الأول (30 جزءا): الفائر الأول: المجاهد (نصر الدين أحمد محمود) من جبهة خالد بن الوليد بولايتي هيران وقلقدود وقد حاز على 1500 دولار. الفائر الثاني: المجاهد (شامل علي آدم) من جبهة علي بن أبي طالب في الولايات الثلاث شبيلى الوسطى والسفلى وبنادر وقد حاز على 1000 دولار. الفائر الثالث: المجاهد (فارح علي جمعالي) من جبهة لواء القدس في جبال جوليس وقد حاز على 800 دولار. الفائر الرابع: المجاهد (عبد الله عبدِ علي) من جبهة أبو طلحة السوداني بولاية جوبا الإسلامية. الفائر الخامس: المجاهد (حسين اسحق محمد) من جبهة سعد بن معاذ بولاية قيذو الإسلامية وقد حاز على 200 دولار. المستوى الثاني (20 جزءا): الفائر الأول: المجاهد (علي محمود بري) من جبهة علي بن أبي طالب بالولايات الثلاث شبيلى الوسطى والسفلى وبنادر وقد حاز على 1000 دولار. الفائز الثاني: المجاهد (أيمن معلم عبد الله) من جبهة صالح النبهان بولاية باي وبكول الإسلامية وقد حاز على 800 دولار. الفائز الثالث: المجاهد (أبشر نور علي) من جبهة خالد بن الوليد بولايتي هيران وقلقدود وقد حاز على 500 دولار. الفائز الرابع: المجاهد (أبشر محمود) من جبهة سعد بن معاذ بولاية قيذو الإسلامية وقد حاز على 150 دولار. الفائز الخامس: المجاهد (عمار فارح محمود) من جبهة أبي طلحة السوداني بولاية جوبا وقد حاز على 150 دولار. وقد أعلن أيضا عن أسماء وجوائز الفائزين في المستوى الثالث 10 أجزاء والمستوى الرابع 5 أجزاء. اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.اللهم اجعلهم وعتادهم غنيمة للمسلمين.
