On the 9th of November 2018, a conference on Afghanistan will be held in Moscow, the capital of Russia.
A letter of invitation was sent and subsequently accepted by the Political Office of Islamic Emirate.
A high-ranking delegation of the Political Office of Islamic Emirate will partake in the said conference but a particular point needs clarification; this conference is not about negotiating with any particular side rather it is a conference about holding comprehensive discussions on finding a peaceful solution to the Afghan quandary and ending the American occupation.
Every side and individual will articulate their views and policy in this regard and the representatives of the Islamic Emirate will also give a detailed speech and clarify their views and policy about all aspects of the issue including restoring peace and security to our beloved homeland and the region as well as ending the American occupation.
