New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Response About the Secret Talks between the Kabul Stooge Administration and America Regarding Permanent Bases"

Talking to reporters in Kabul, following his visit to India and Germany, Hamid Karzai, the Head of the Stooge Kabul Administration said that America desired to set up permanent bases in Afghanistan.
He said that they were negotiating with America in this regard. However, he said, such treaty if concluded, would be affirmed and ratified by the parliament. Previously an American senator Lindsay Graham had indicated that America should establish permanent bases in Afghanistan to allow it to remain there beyond 2014. But at that time, the Karzai Administration had denied its being engaged in the   talks. Now it has been substantiated that a collusion had been going on since long clandestinely.
As the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has already rejected the notion of Lindsay Graham in this regard, calling it a wicked effort on behalf of the American colonialism, the Islamic   Emirate once again declares to the Afghans and to all people of the world, its position regarding this colonialist project of America as under :
1. Afghanistan is under the occupation of America. No treaty and agreement has legitimacy in condition of occupation. These sham treaties do not reflect the aspirations and objectives of the Afghans.
2.The permanent bases in Afghanistan will turn our country into a de facto hotbed of American conspiracies. They will use these bases to change regimes in Afghanistan and the neighboring countries, utilizing them ( the bases) as instruments of pressures. Therefore, these permanent bases in Afghanistan stand in contravention to our Islamic and national interests and objectives. They can’t be acceptable.
3.In our view, America wants to keep us deprived of independence forever under the structure of permanent bases and usurp our natural resources. This is certainly an illegitimate venture.
4.The Americans installed those characters and figures in the so-called Independent Election Commission (IEC) as chief and members who are linked with the Americans and have sold their souls to them. The aim was that they would declare those well-known agents and elements as winners who have sold themselves quid pro que dollars. Then they would (easily) get approved the treaty of the permanent bases from the parliament.
All are aware of the fact that majority of those who have been declared as members of the parliament have links with America in one way or the other. They do not represent the aspirations of the people.
5.The Afghan Mujahid people neither accept any would-be treaty of the Karzai Stooge Administration with America regarding establishment of permanent bases nor accept their ratification by the so-called phony parliament. We do not differentiate between establishment of a few bases and occupation of the whole country.
6.America should know that no country in the region wants American permanent bases in Afghanistan. The establishment of permanent bases would mean inception of war against the region at large.
7.We call on all countrymen to join hands with each   other in ( a knot of ) brotherhood against the invaders in order to thwart the nefarious plan of the enemy and protect the Islamic and national values. Foil the conspiracies of the invaders by siding with the Mujahideen with all your strength!
8 . The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan declares that the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate will continue its legitimate struggle and jihad until the attainment of complete independence of Afghanistan and establishment of an Islamic system there. The global colonialism will go to grave along with its ambitious plan of permanent bases, if God willing.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "American Senators Admit, More Troops Mean More Casualties"

John Kerry, Chairman, American Congress’ Foreign Relation Committee, says he does not agree with troops surge strategy which is aimed at sending more troops to Afghanistan. He says, the surge failed to end the war or turn the tide. Now it has been proved that increase in troops is accompanied by casualties proportionately. The American daily The Boston Globe in its recent report has quoted John Kerry as saying that he had come to the conclusion that the war in Afghanistan must be reviewed anew rather than focusing on reinforcement.
It should be mentioned that previously John Kerry, agreed with the troops surge, supporting the strategy. He says all factors leading to American troops failure to defeat Taliban or weaken them, must be considered once more. John Kerry is a senior politician of the American ruling democratic party. His assertions reflect that the war of Afghanistan has made the Western rulers and the European people exhausted and disappointed. This is in addition to the despondency being observed among the general masses and the American people. Jon Kerry, an eminent politician of the ruling party, concedes this reality that the war of Afghanistan has seen no spectacular advancement. Moreover, the Muajhideen have not been weakened, even in the near future, no vista of hope is seen to point to an impending military gain.
Trailing the blaze, John Kerry has called on the Administration to be cautious and not to send extra troops to Afghanistan as it will yield loss rather than gain.
The Taliban are combat-hardened people. The more, there are troops, the more they will be capable to inflict casualties on them. A few days ago, before the assertions made by John Kerry, another military officer, the Australian defense ministry’s forces chief showed his concern over the growing casualties of troops of that country. He disclosed that usually they do not reveal identities of troops killed in combat unless the families get inkling of their death. He adds the reason for their not revealing the identities is because of their fear that it might spark up uprising in Australia. Thus the people’s opposition to the war will increase.
With an eye to the assertions made by the American and Australian rulers, observers believe that the American and Western rulers are at a loss to justify the war of Afghanistan to their people and lessen their negative view as regards it.   This is because the American and Western claims have already proved futile which said that they were fighting those elements in Afghanistan who want to carry out subversive activities in America or target people there. The Western and the American people know that the war in Afghanistan started on mere pretexts and has no legitimacy. Had there been any rationale for justification of this war, the Afghan people would have supported the current war. They would not have stood by the Mujahideen side by side.
It is now crystal clear that the resistance against the foreign troops has evolved into a national resistance movement and a popular uprising. This uprising will continue until the Americans and Westerners put an end to this fake and phony war and pull out their troops.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Safety of the Detained Mujāhidīn in Guantánamo Prison"

According to a report by credible sources, the prominent Jihadi commander of Nangarhar province, Moalim Awal Gul embraced martyrdom on Wednesday last due to bestiality of the American rulers. “We are creatures of Allah and return to Him (eventually).”
It is now one year since the issuance of decree by the figurehead president of America, Barack Obama, concerning the closure of the Guantanamo Prison but it is still operative. Hundreds of Mujahideen have been suffering in the prison in a very brutal environ for the past nine years without any legal justification. On the one hand, the prisoners are deprived of their basic rights of life but, on the other hand, they have borne the brunt of the callous and inhumane conduct of the American jailers during the past nine years. The indictments have not been proved against them as yet. They are deprived of the right to have access to lawyers to defend them. Hundred of times,s the American ruler resorted to the use of weapon against the prisoners whenever they staged strikes for obtainment of their legitimate rights. The martyrdom of the eminent commander Moalim Awal Gul at the hands of the Americans in Guantanamo Prison is a clear indicator of the American violation of all national and international agreements and covenants and portrays their brutal behavior with the detainees in this illegitimate prison.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls on all so-called Heads of the judiciaries of the White House and the coalition countries to stop torturing the prisoners of the Islamic Emirate and end violation of their human rights. Otherwise, the responsibility will rest with your military and judicial chiefs, should the Islamic Emirate have to take any step in response to your brutality. Similarly, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly urges all global organizations of human rights and of prisoners’ rights advocacy entities to fulfill their humanitarian responsibility as regards the prevention of the bestiality of the brutal Americans against prisoners in Guantanamo and in other Americans prisons.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Destruction of Trees Will Not Turn American Defeat into Victory"

Addressing the inauguration ceremony of the fake and phony parliament on 26th January, Karzai, the Head of the Kabul stooge Administration brazenly defended American drive of cutting down thousands of trees in Ghazni province. This he said besides his other pro-American sycophant remarks. According to him, the Taliban have to be blamed for the destruction of the trees not the Americans because they ambush the Americans from there, firing at them.
The Americans had no way except resorting to bombardment or cutting down trees and orchards. In short, Karzai was trying to convince that the Taliban and the Afghans should keep away from any action that harms the Americans. In another word, according to Karzai, the Americans have right to kill the Afghans in their own country, huts, fields and destroy their plantations.
If Karzai had reached the corridors of the presidential palace on the mandate of the Afghan people or if his parliament had been composed of pious and patriotic representatives, enjoying votes of the majority of the Afghans, then Karzai would not have delivered such a speech being fraught with anti-patriotic wordings and void of any qualms. Nor the members of the parliament would ever have listened to his imbalanced and partial address.
It is obvious that Karzai was installed by the same elements whose every crime and atrocity he defends today, ironically in a broad day light. He acquiesces in giving right to his Master ( the Americans) to destroy fields, orchards and plantations of the Afghans so that the Americans are not attacked or fired at, allegedly from behind them. Members of the Kabul parliament do not dare put up protest or raise voice against the anti-Afghan assertions of Karzai because they themselves reached the parliament after American consent and scrutiny, with provisions that they would never come in the way of American interests, nor oppose American occupation of Afghanistan and presence of their troops there.
Could there be any other proof clearer than this that Karzai was pointing to the parliamentarian elections as being marred by fraud and rigging just hours before the inauguration of the parliament. He had constituted a special court to carry out investigation into the elections’ fraud and assured about 300 failed candidates that he was not going to open the new parliament until and unless the special court unveils its findings and pass decisions thereabout. But when American ambassador in Kabul, Eikenberry, and American commander, Petreous decided that there should not be any more delay in the opening of the parliament, then Karzai left the failed candidates in Salam Khana mansion at the presidential palace. He promptly reverted from his previous stand, hurriedly racing to open the parliament.
In the eye of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Karzai’s endeavor to entitle the foreign invading troops to cut down trees and instead, level the blame against the Mujahideen, only contributes to displaying his boot-licking mentality and of his parliament. Apart from this, it doesn’t deliver any message!
The Afghans know, the invading troops do wipe out whole villages and localities with impunity on mere allegations and pretexts whenever they intent to do so. They kill old men, children, women and old women. In their eyes, destruction of orchards, fields and standing plantations is not a crime!
If Karzai think that he will terrorize the Afghan people by inculcating into their minds that the Americans would destroy orchards and fields unless you do not abandon support of the Taliban. We think this devilish ploy by Karzai and the Americans will only lead to creating more hatred and resentments among the Afghans against the invaders and their supporters. Nothing else it will yield, apart from this. The Afghans are ready to defend their country and religious values even at the price of their lives, let alone sacrificing their properties and wealth.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful.
Geographic Situation: Paktika Province is located in the southeast of Afghanistan and is bordered by Paktia and Khost provinces to the east; Ghazni to the north; Zabul to the west and the Waziristan region to the south. 393,800 people live in the province, the capital of which is the city of Sharan. It is situated 2118 meters above sea level.
(Paktika) was separated from greater Paktia and is composed of 23 districts: Mata Khan, Yosuf Khel, Yahya Khel, Omna, Sar awda, Zarghun Shahr, Jani Khel, Gomal, Sarobi, Urgun, Ziruk, Nika, Dila, Khushamand, Waza Khwa, Terwa, Barmal, Gayan, Kherkut, Remami, Yek Khel and Jarbaran.
The life of the people in Paktika province is a tribal life like the rest of the Pashtun tribes, characterized by religiousness, hospitality, patience, forbearance, respect for their chiefs and honor for scholars.
Educational Situation: The continuous wars in Afghanistan have impacted all aspects of life. The educational aspect has been greatly damaged and the residents of Paktika have been denied the blessings of education. There are undoubtedly causes for this deprivation, at the forefront of which is the foreign occupation which has left its negative impression on the Afghan people, especially the people of Paktika province.
Paktika province was one of the main battlefronts during the Soviet occupation and remains in the front line of fire in confronting the Crusaders. The residents of Paktika still defend Islam and its people with self-sacrifice and devotion as they break the backs of the tyrannical aggressors. Due to their death-defying defense and heroic stand, the haughty aggressors destroy their schools by their continuous shelling of villages and their barbarous campaigns. Because of this, the educational infrastructure is being demolished and the people of this province are denied their right to an education.
Health Situation: Undoubtedly whenever a country is afflicted by the flames of battle, there is a detrimental impact on and degeneration in the basic necessities of people’s life. Public health is one of those necessities (of life) that has been greatly damaged in Afghanistan. The health situation in Paktika province is very low. Some Arab charitable foundations used to be concerned with the health situation in Paktika province but, after the American occupation, all projects connected to the health situation in the region collapsed and matters went from bad to worse. A routine illness that used to be treated immediately, now, because of the lack suitable clinics for treatment, become chronic illnesses. The situation is aggravated by the fact that Paktika province lacks a working hospital and a single specialist who can treat these routine illnesses!!!
The Role of the People of Paktika in Confronting the Crusader Occupation: The people of Paktika province, as mentioned before, are a prohibitive barrier in confronting the occupiers, always conducting their Jihad to defend their religion. The pages of the history of Afghanistan bear (the stories of) the heroes of Paktika who confronted both the English and Russian occupation. After the American occupation of Afghanistan and the maligning of our Islamic values, Paktika was among the first provinces to declare Jihad against the American forces. The famed Shahi Kut mountains in Pakistan witnessed one of the epic battles in the land of Afghanistan under the leadership of the Shaheed Saif al-Rahman Mansour, may Allah have mercy on him. This extraordinary commander began his campaign against American forces, taking the Shah-i Kot mountains as a base to launch his Jihadist operations and reminded the occupiers of the black days of Vietnam.
From the epic battle of the Shah-i Kot mountains till this day, Paktika province has been a lofty fortress of Jihad. The sacrifices of its people are always increasing. The people of this proud province are determined to continue their Jihad until Afghanistan is liberated from the filth of the Crusaders and the banner of Islam flutters in its sky!
Paktika province is one of the provinces in which the Mujahideen were able to kidnap an American soldier from inside an American military base in broad daylight and transport him to a secure location. This demonstrates the cooperation of the people of Paktika and their standing by the side of their Mujahideen brothers because such an operation cannot be conducted without the cooperation of the local people.
Paktika province is considered one of the most important bases of Jihad in the southern regions and the operations of the Mujahideen in this province are conducted with the cooperation of its residents. Its zealous people stand in the ranks of Jihad in confronting the occupiers and their lackeys. For this cause, they, like the rest of the people in the other provinces of Afghanistan, offer the greatest examples of heroism and sacrifices.
This year, Paktika province, in comparison to neighboring provinces, offered many martyrs, may Allah Almighty accept them. Yet, Jihadist operations have not ceased. Rather, they are on the continuous increase. In each of its districts, the Mujahideen launch their attacks on enemy bases. The enemy has tried his sword (against them) time and time again but they remain nothing but a shamed loser, bearing enormous losses in lives and equipment.
The martyrdom-seeking military operation which was recently carried out by nine Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate against a border base in the Urgun directorate resulted in the destruction of almost fifty infidel occupiers, is the best evidence of what we said. The pace of Mujahideen operations against the supply convoys of the occupation forces is continuously on the increase. The people of Paktika have not, and will not permit these military convoys to cross the lands of Paktika in peace! They lie in ambush for them and offer themselves; their wealth and their sons as a sacrifice for the Deen of Allah Azza wa Jall and will not let the filthy feet of the occupiers tread on their lands. Despite all the efforts of the enemy to control Paktika province and annihilate the Mujahideen, the Mujahideen, through the grace of the All-powerful and Omnipotent, have liberated a large area of this province from the filth of occupations and its lackeys. The flag of the Islamic Emirate flutters in the sky over 85% of the lands of Paktika, praise be to Allah. The occupiers and their lackeys have become besieged in their bases and even the areas adjacent to these bases are under the control of the Mujahideen.
Most of the occupiers in this province are American, but there are also some soldiers belonging to other countries who work on American bases under the direct supervision of the Americans. The number of occupiers is around 10,000 soldiers.
The presence of this huge number of occupiers armed to the teeth with the most modern and destructive of weapons has not had a negative impact on the morale of the Mujahideen. Rather, the morale of the Mujahideen is high, because it is based on lofty principles and their ardor built upon true and passionate sentiments. Indeed, the Mujahideen rejoice in this great number of occupiers because military targets have therefore spread out and increased.
Because of his inability to destroy the Jihadist movement in the region, the cowardly enemy has resorted to base methods in targeting the people; destroying their houses and raiding their homes at night in order to take their revenge against the Mujahideen and spread a climate of fear and terror in the province. This, however, has no effect on the morale of the people of the province and strong cooperation in the cause of Jihad. Rather, this barbarism makes them more committed to the Mujahideen and ignites in them the spirit of vengeance and retribution against the occupiers and their cowardly agents. The increase in Mujahideen operations in this province and in their campaigns there is evidence of this reality. Indeed, because of these operations, the Paktika theater has become oppressive for the occupiers.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful.
Allah Almighty creates a reason for everything, whether for the existence or continuation of something or for its non-existence or disappearance. The Almighty is He who causes effects. When He wants to bring something into existence or remove it, He appoints a cause or causes for that. Two decades ago, the world witnessed, with the permission of Allah SwT; the world, and most especially the Islamic peoples, the salvation of the world from the great evil; the evil of the Soviets, who wanted to spread their control over the earth. To achieve this goal they attacked a country which had been crowned more than once with the medal of heroism in breaking tyrants, conquering the haughty and expelling evil transgressors. Their doom was sealed when they chose to attack this country.
To wit, they destroyed themselves! Yes, this great event confused the entire world which did not expect this occurrence, because this country did not have to its credit great discoveries, inventions and technologies. Yet, Allah SwT willed to make the sacrifices of thisproud and zealous people the cause for the liberation of dozens of countries occupied by that tyrant. Additionally, it became a cause for removing their occupation of other Muslim lands, especially those countries neighboring Afghanistan. More important than all of this is that America – which has committed the same crime as the Soviets against this proud and zealous people – was itself saved by virtue of the Jihad of the Afghans – from those misfortunes which were expected to befall it – as if Allah SwT desired for those misfortunes to later befall it at the hands of the Afghans themselves and they therefore decided to stand by the side of Afghan Muslims, not because they loved the Afghans and the Muslims or because they wished them well. Rather, they sought after their own self-interest. It was therefore reasonable for the world to thank the Afghans.
Yet, unfortunately, they were ungrateful for the favor with an ingratitude that never occurs to anyone’s mind! After the defeat of the Russians, who left dragging their tails in shame and failure, some of those countries, which Allah had fated to continue to exist by virtue of the Jihad of the Afghans, toyed with the accomplishments of that great people. Indeed, they had a main role in creating problems and afflictions never before witnessed in the history of the country.
Today, the same tragedy is being replayed, but at the hands of another tyrant. Shaytan has enticed this (tyrant) into attacking that people who were the reason he still existed on the face of the earth, forgetting that favor that deserved thanks and a good turn; and not ingratitude and ungraciousness. Indeed, Allah SwT has here ordained the same fate He ordained for the Soviet attack on Afghanistan, which is the salvation of the world and especially the Islamic world from the grip of a tyrannical transgressor.
America wanted, as did its contemporary Soviet Union, to extend its control effectively over the entire world, and re-make it in its own image. Its wealth and its power seduced it into dreaming this dream but achieving this disgraceful dream was completely unreasonable – it is a morass from which it will be happy to escape half alive! Thus, we see today that America has retreated from all its goals – and more – for the sake of which it plunged into the unjust war, the certitude of which was a matter on which no two disagreed! Neither has it been able to take hold of the matter they thought they had a grip on from one day to the next, nor to obtain a guarantee for the security of its people! Rather their terror increases day after day and now it (America) wants to retain its self-respect and nothing more – and this is its great victory, but will it be able to do even that? They are like one who has attacked a person unjustly. When that person grabs them and shakes them, they say to him: “leave me alone and I will leave you alone!”
It is impossible for it now to be seduced by its dream of arrogance, aggrandizement and tyranny, or to spread its influence in the lands of others, or extend its control there. Rather its most pressing concern is to preserve what its forefathers gained!
Because of this the entire world and especially the Islamic world is indebted to the Afghan Jihad. Because of this Jihad, the snake has become preoccupied with itself rather than thinking about swallowing them. When Afghanistan has become a thorn in its throat it cannot advance and cannot return back!
The world has been saved from American aggression and barbarism in all fields: political, economic and security. America had wanted to spread its influence in Eurasia, half of which includes the Islamic countries, then extend their political and economic control over them, and take their affairs firmly in hand. If they were able to do that, then no one on the other continents could stand and face them. But Allah desired other than what America desired. If they had been able – Allah forbid – to realize their initial goals then subsequently it would have been very easy to swallow and digest the Islamic world. This was a turn of events for which it waited impatiently and for which sake it spared no expense. But through the grace of Allah first and then through the sacrifices of that proud and zealous people, it was not able to realize its dream. Rather, the entire Islamic Ummah was saved from those plots which those iniquitous hands wove in the world of fantasy.
Among the most prominent gains made by the Afghan Jihad for the Islamic Ummah which can be indicated here is the protection of the Holy Quran from fire and abuse, four months ago at the hands of a lunatic American: that vile minister who intended to burn a copy of the Glorious Quran in revenge for the events of September 11. Yes, what happened there with that idiotic man was not personal or unique to him, rather it was the voice of many of them and evidence was that they did not refrain from committing that crime out of respect for the sacred things of others or for human dignity! Rather, it was to preserve their bravado and prestige by protecting the lives of their soldiers deployed on the field of battle and to be precise; to avoid receiving the combat strikes of the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate! Which they were certain to receive if they did not take that crazy man into their foolish hands! The commander in chief of the NATO Alliance, David Petraeus and others warned of the consequences of that action and stated that it would cause calamities for their soldiers present in Afghanistan. The lunatic minister therefore had to reconsider his plan and back down. He in his turn was more concerned with the defeat of his co-religionists and kinsmen, than in venting his anger against Muslims by burning the Noble Quran as if he considered – if the expression is apt – that the cost of this heinous act would outweigh its benefit. Here we must draw attention to certain points:
1. There are no doubt in the Islamic Ummah has many ideological, political and religious parties; and there are undoubtedly in Islamic countries (many) regimes that rule them – and there are more than 50 governments! But neither America or NATO or its commander in chief were troubled and they did not say that (these) regimes and rulers of Islamic countries or their varied and diverse parties and movements would cause problems for America or weaken it if that great crime were committed! For one reason: they had cast Jihad behind their backs!
2. Then why do the Americans fear the Mujahideen? What that commander stated means that those different parties and diverse movements in their great number and those governments armed to the teeth with even nuclear weapons(!) did not and will not be considered to constitute a threat to them! There is therefore no need to warn against them! As if they understood well that the Mujahideen were those who would avenge their sacred things. This is a matter that truly conforms to reality and fact. This is the reason behind infidel attacks launched against Jihad and its people over the course of time in all corners of the earth and in all rounds they struggle, and especially in this modern era. They are convinced that Jihad is the apex of the pinnacle of Islam, as was said by that leader of the Mujahideen, Muhammad ibn Abdullah (SAW). Meaning Islam is protected by Jihad only! The enemy is therefore terrified of Jihad and the Mujahideen, and tries with all the capabilities he possesses to mar the image of Jihad and the Mujahideen one way or another.
3. The commander’s statement that the burning of the Noble Quran would cause problems for his soldiers in Afghanistan only(!) – although Jihad continues through the grace of Allah SwT in other countries as well – indicates that the occupiers have learned through living in the hills and rugged mountains of Afghanistan over the past nine years; the message that the soldiers of the Islamic Emirate are at the forefront of the legacy of Islam,

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghānistān: "The Afghān Women and the American Literacy Program"

Trent Hickman, a senior American Marines commander in Afghanistan,  has said that they want to launch a program which  is hoped to  easily inculcate the notion of progress and development into the minds of the Afghan women and  familiarize them with the American initiatives and values. He said, to achieve this goal, they would use some media outlets, particularly,  the New World which will broadcast the program for 30 minutes every day. Every Afghan woman with a pen and a notebook will learn Pashto alphabets while staying  at home. Thus,  they will become literate.
Talking at an American military base in the centre of Helmand province, the American commander expressed his concern over the lack of measures in the past decade   to improve condition of the Afghan women and to raise their literacy level. According to the American commander, they will make this possible now as the American Marines have already distributed thousands of China-make radio sets in Afghan villages and localities. Now the Afghan women are able to tune in to the New World and get literacy education.
As far as the notion of the American Marine commander is concerned, we do not think,  the Americans will ever be able to strip the Afghan honorable and religiously-committed environ of its faith and national spirit–still less after the exposure of American debasement and clear defeats at every front, particularly they will fail to get the people in the far-flung localities to compromise on their sense of decency and honor, ostensibly under the name of modernism and progress and instead, foist on them the anti-Islamic culture of America based on nakedness and lewdness.
In the past decade, the Afghans were witness to various accounts of American sympathy and altruism with the Afghan women, children, old men and youths— in the shape of the salvoes of bullets and missiles that the American aircrafts, helicopters and tanks rained down on them! Thousands of Afghan households, women and old men  have witnessed the gruesome scenes  during which the callous American troops shot  their sons, brothers and relatives pointblank on the floor of their  houses and before  the eyes of their parents or they  put the devilish hoods on their heads ,  before taking them to  American open and secret  prisons.  They will never forget these agonizing scenes. Is it possible for an enemy and a murderer to project himself as a sympathizer all of sudden only by handing out China-make  crank radio sets– still more hoping,  the people will come around to believe him as being sincere?
Only last week, a documented report appeared in media with photos showing that how America obliterated a whole  village along with orchards and green fields in a one-hour long aerial bombardment, turning it into debris. Was not the village inhabited by Afghan wives, women, old men and children? Could there be any clear proof of American so-called sympathy with Afghan women than this horrendous even?
If  America had ever harbored an iota of humanitarian sympathy with the Afghan women, it would have already drawn up plans for the betterment of the Afghan women’s hygienic and economic conditions.  The surveys conducted and reports prepared by the world health organizations indicate high mortality rate among Afghan children and women due to lack of health facilities in their respective localities and because of widespread nourishment among them. Every one is aware of the fact that hundreds of thousands of Afghan women and children are suffering from the after- effects of the poisonous weapons used by the Americans. Furthermore,  as every one knows, the Americans  are not intending to raise literary level of the Afghan women in the true sense of the word, so that they will become literate and solve their day- to- day life and economic problems, nor it is possible that they will attain this goal through the China-make radio sets presumably in a 30- minutes radio show. But the real aim is to eradicate the sense of Islamic decency through pernicious and blasphemous programs and bring them round to become indifferent to their religious and traditional values.
The American commander has to know that this very notion of yours is a failure in its offing because not only the Talib Mujahideen know your open and secret crimes but the common Afghans are aware of them. They are ready to counter  America’s every ploy and initiative and want to deal them tit-for-tat– like in the last week, a tribal chief of Helmand crushed the head of an American general with stones, causing him die instantly, so  to  say,  taught him an exemplary lesson!

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "The Greenery of Band-e-Sarda, Fallen Prey to the American Terror"

Band-e-Sarda, one of the most important dams in Afghanistan, that produces energy and is regarded an important agricultural project, is located between the province of Ghazni and Paktika and belongs to the Andar district of Ghazni.
Nearly half a century ago this dam was constructed on the rivers flowing from the province of Paktia and Ghazni, endorsing agricultural planning and various fruit crops. The farming land has a well constructed irrigation plan which irrigates a spacious agricultural land through paved (cemented) canal system.
Due to the abundance of water and fertile soil, as time passed by the area around the dam became one of the country’s known agricultural and forest land. Many fruitful trees were planted along the canals and roadways which resulted in thick forest like greenery in the area. A couple of years before the ‘World Environment Watch’ demanded to take measures in order to insure the safety of greenery and water around Band-e-Sarda because the area is a habitat for different birds species.
Unfortunately the Band-e-Sarda’s greenery which survived thirty long years of fighting in Afghanistan could not make it through the American aggression in Ghazni province’s Andar district. It’s been reported by some local individuals on condition of anonymity that the American soldiers have started deforestation of the area and are cutting down the trees which also includes fruit bearing trees. According to some reports thousands of trees have been cut down that were along a 3000 meter highway in Khane-kala, around Nizam Karwal, Sini-kala and many other places in Andar district which puts an end to the greenery in the area and has destroyed the habitat of many living things.
We must say that the above mentioned figures are according to some eyewitnesses, and the Americans are still pursuing this criminal act, and if the World Environment Protection Watch does not take any steps to prevent this crime, more harm might be caused to the greenery of Band-e-Sarda.
The deforestation and destruction of fruit bearing trees by American forces is not only limited to the Andar district, in the past years countless number of trees have been cut down that were along the Kabul Kandahar highway in the areas of Maydan, Saidabad, Ghazni and Zabul. But sadly neither it was reported by any news agency nor was it taken into consideration by any environment protecting organization.
If the cruel operations like ‘the Kandahar operation’ and Band-e-Sarda terror continues to happen it might cause a long lasting damage to the beautiful and natural environment of Afghanistan. The natural environment in Afghanistan which has been basically harmed by the use of chemical weapons, years of drought and fighting, such planned and deliberate acts will worsen the catastrophe.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful.
Today America is bankrupt. It can no longer finance and control the world. The richest country of the world is the most debt-ridden country of the world. The super power that once used to give loans to others is today drowned overhead with debts—about $ 14 trillion, which it can’t pay. What a good saying, “As you sow, so shall you reap.” America faced bankruptcy and deficiency because of its negligence and arrogance.
If we look at the past, we can see that when Bill Clinton was vacating office for George Bush in 2000, there was a surplus of $300 billion in the treasury. When Bush turned to spending astronomical amounts both at the military and financial fronts following the 9/11, the surplus became deficit. In the first two years, the surpluses of $300 billion were spent. In the following two years it rose to 600 billion dollars. In the next two years, the debt was $ 900 billion. In 2009, it went up to $1.2 trillion.  Today it   is nearly $ 1.7 trillion, being unprecedented in the history of America.
This has forced America to borrow more money and to revamp its debilitating economy.  It did so, taking heavy debts from Japan, China, Saudi Arabia and other gulf countries. In the first term of Bush, the debt reached $7.6 trillion. But in his second reign, it rose to $ 10.6 trillion. Today it stands at $ 14.02 trillion.  More than half of the present debts occurred in   the past six years, when Iraq and Afghanistan wars were at their heights. If we spread the debts over the American population, every American has borrowed approximately $45,300.
Regional analysts say, America must spend $1.3 trillion more than its revenues in the current year. Because budget deficit is increasing by $400 billion per day, it brings America to the verge of sinking with the passage of each day.
It means America has to borrow 40 cents of every dollar that she spends. On January 15, the finance secretary said that this was unprecedented in the history of America. The irony is that the two major parties blame each other for the crisis. Congress is compelled to either remove the legal limitation on debt to give free hand to the government to borrow more money, or to bring great cut in expenditure. But whatever step they may take, it will not make any difference. In war times, debts usually increase but not to the extent that the former President Bush was responsible for. He bankrupted the state and left it to Obama in that dilapidated condition.
The trouble is that an interest of $6 trillion dollar is added to the debt of $14 trillion. The actual interest is$ 900 billion but for some reasons it rises to $600 trillion i.e.
A. Since the government can’t pay it back, therefore the interest multiplies.
B. The lenders (states, companies, banks, individuals etc.) raise interest rates.
C. The government has lost its credibility against the lenders and is imposing its self-made regulations.
D. The government keeps the military expenditure and budget both on its high level. Therefore both of the wars are supported by loan.
The Pentagon’s budget is $717 billion for 2011. An additional amount of $200 billion is allocated for war in Afghanistan and Iraq and the so called “War on Terror”.
The Soviet Union is dead now. The Warsaw Pact is buried. So why is she (America) destroying the world? Why did she waste her 6,000 soldiers in vain and $3 trillion over-spending? Why all this?
The war in Afghanistan and Iraq has left behind three main questions unsolved:
1. Would America have lost so much, if Bush had not been made the President?
2. Would America not be in debt to that extent, again if Bush had not been the president?
3. Would America not see the crisis so heavily if he had not been at the helms of affairs?
All the answers could be but only in the negative. Attacks over Afghanistan and Iraq affected the stocks market. Companies were damaged and bankrupted. In 2007-2008, a great regional crisis started. This ushered in financial and commercial deficit– the immediate affect being on the housing and mortgage sector.   The economy melted down, growing debts followed. Dollars were printed without any support, dwindling its value and increasing the inflation and financial deficit. Large companies touched the peak of the crisis, compelling the government   to save them from bankruptcy by giving them billions of dollars.  It encircled America like a chain and is difficult for her to get rid of.
The former Soviet Union would not transcend to admit that the Afghan war was bringing them to knees. In the same way the America is not ready to accept this bitter reality that the main cause behind the crisis is the Afghan war.
How and when can America get rid of the current $14.02 trillion? The answer is ambiguous.  We can say that it is a back- breaking and irreversible crisis, swallowing America day by day. Can’t we say that this hurricane is just like the strong waves of the Red sea, which engulfed the Pharaoh, putting him stayed in their embrace for ever?
