New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Remarks Regarding the Ongoing Situation in Mali"

As the struggle between the Mujahideen and the government of Mali has intensified more than ever and a foreign military intervention has also taken place therefore the Islamic Emirate, which has seen the results of foreign interventions and has a lot
of experience in this regard, calls on the Malian people and all related and involved sides to utilize such a mechanism and process which restores peace and calm in the country on the basis of Islamic principles and solves the quandary without any foreign intervention.
When France began its withdrawal process from Afghanistan in recent times it seemed as the French government would likely expand its anti-war stance to other regions of the world however it broke off its commitment to peace by transgressing militarily on the soil of northern African nation of Mali. France has launched war against the Muslim nation of Mali without having any legal jurisdiction.
The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns this French attack on a Muslim nation and calls on all the nations of the world, governments and organizations to fulfill their due roles in stopping such transgressions so that the Muslims of Mali can solve their own problems by themselves. Such interventions and attacks are not only disastrous for Mali but also for France.
All the powerful countries of the world should take lessons from the failed American policy of military interventions in Afghanistan and Iraq from which it cannot wrangle free or regain its lost status.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding So-Called Security Pact Between Karzai and America"

Obama has summoned Karzai to America to sign a security pact which would pave the way for the presence of American troops in Afghanistan and through which America would continue its crooked policies in the region regarding which the Islamic Emirate states the following: 1.  If America wants peace in Afghanistan and the region as well as a way out for its people from this ongoing quagmire then it should immediately remove all its troops from Afghanistan and practically put an end to this futile war. 2. If America believes it can implement its malicious policies and find a secure base for itself by leaving a residual troops presence then we clearly state that these dreams are only dreams which can and will not materialize just as they failed to materialize in the past eleven years. 3. The reason behind all this turmoil and anarchy in the region is directly related to the American presence in Afghanistan. Therefore if America wants to leave a small or large number of its troops for whatever length of time then it means war and destruction will continue in the region for that same length and it shall only be America that shall suffer the most. 4. The American people and all its influential sides should stop their government from prolonging this futile war and meaningless game which America has lost and in which it is facing utter defeat. 5. The American government and Karzai should understand that agreement on troop presence is only a personal deal between Karzai and America which is categorically rejected by our nation and it shall hold no legal credibility. The Islamic Emirate shall continue its sacred Jihad against it just as it has for the past eleven years. 6. Karzai should be mindful that if he were to take this step then he would have hammed the last nail into coffin of ending this war, after which he should never hope for any type of peace and calm. 7. If Karzai and the Kabul regime agree with the presence of even a single American soldier then, just as presently, they shall also be responsible for all future hostilities, casualties and destruction due to igniting and intensifying the flames of prolonged war for the Afghan nation. 8. The above written statements regarding this security pact are not only our sayings but the majority of the nation holds this view, a reaction of which you shall be practically witness in the future. 9. The Islamic Emirate believes the American invasion of Afghanistan is akin to a violent storm for the region and it is a known fact that storms know no wet or dry borders but treats everything in the same manner. If the regional countries remain indifferent to the prolonged American presence then they should not treat as minor the upcoming wars, disturbances, exploitations, invasions and other problems created in the region by the American presence. 10. We call on our oppressed nation, region and all other Muslim countries to not withhold any type of assistance from the Islamic Emirate in putting an end to upcoming prolonged regional war and anarchy which shall come about due to the American presence so that this cancer can be completely removed and emanating danger for the region averted. Similarly, we call on the people of the west to prevent their children and the Afghan people from burning in this fire by stopping their leaders from such irresponsible froward pacts. New article from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Quick Glance at 2012 Jihādī Achievements (Part 1)"

2012 in Afghanistan was a year full advancements and achievements. We can unmistakably state that 2012 in Afghanistan for the current occupation was exactly as 1986 was for the former occupation during which they completely lost their will to fight and practically began the process of withdrawal and retreat.
Penning down all the incidents for 2012 in one article is not possible however we will still strive to highlight some of the important military, political, cultural and social events of the year in this article.
First: Jihadi fronts
Jihadi operations in 2012 were several times higher than the previous years, a reality even testified to by the enemy. On the 26th of June, 2012, a reputable newspaper ‘The Wall Street Journal’ writes while quoting unnamed American officials that Mujahideen attack in 2012 increased 21 percent compared to previous year, adding that 3000 attacks were carried out by Mujahideen in the month of May on foreign invaders. In another similar confession on July 17, 2012, the spokesperson of the regime’s Defense Ministry stated that Taliban attacks have increased 40 percent. With the increase in operations in 2012, enemy casualties also spiked relatively regarding which Hamid Karzai, during a parliament session on 26th of June, said that 20 to 25 security personnel are killed daily in Taliban attacks. So if we multiply 25 by 360 = 9000 therefore the casualties suffered in 2012 climbs into the thousands and not as recently stated by the Defense Ministry which put the fatality figures a few over one thousand even though its spokesperson (Zahir Azimi) put the fatality figures at 600 only for the months of July and August so is it plausible that for the remaining ten months, they only suffered 400 fatalities? Similarly, the claim of Americans that they only lost 400 troops in 2012 also seems fatuous because they themselves declared in June that 3000 attacks were carried out against them in the month of May. If we take this admission of the invaders as an average for the entire year then that equals 36000 attacks hence 400 American fatalities means that the Taliban only managed to kill 1 American trooper in an average of 90 attacks; this clearly shows that this claim is inane and unacceptable to every sound mind.
Attacks against enemy air power
2012 in Afghanistan was a year full of losses for the American air force, helicopters and UAVs. 11 aircrafts were lost, 9 during an assault on Shorab airbase on 16th of September and 2 during shelling of Bagram airbase, one of which was the plane of the current American Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Martin Dempsey. Alongside this, 29 enemy helicopters were eliminated by Mujahideen in the various provinces of Afghanistan in 2012, most of which were shot down and a few parked on ground e.g. 2 American helicopters destroyed while parked on the tarmac during an attack on their base on 18th October in Zurmat district of Paktia province. It should be stated that most of the helicopters shot down were also confessed to by the enemy while others were denied or covered under the title of ‘hard landings’ or ‘technical difficulties’ in accordance with their known policy e.g. on 5th October, an ISAF military helicopter was shot down by Mujahideen near Logar provincial capital and despite its footage (wreckage on fire) making rounds on several websites, the Defense Ministry denied the shoot down and labeled it a normal ‘hard landing’ incident.
Similarly, Mujahideen also shot down 16 enemy UAVs throughout the year in the various provinces of Afghanistan.
Large and headline grabbing operations
Besides carrying out their normal daily attacks, Mujahideen also executed toll-afflicting and message-broadcasting operations amongst which is the twin martyrdom operation on the police and border forces in Kandahar; martyrdom attack on Kandahar airbase on 5th May; a 24 hour simultaneous martyrdom attack by 20 Mujahideen on 3 sites in Kabul city and similarly, in Nangarhar, Logar and Paktia provinces on 15th April; more than a hundred invaders killed and wounded on 1st June in a 10-man martyrdom operation on Camp Salerno in Sahrabagh of Khost province; large scale attacks in the same month on US bases in Kandahar city, Shahwalikot and Spin Boldak districts; freeing of inmates from Saripul prison in assault on 7th June; heavy attacks on French contingents in Tagab and Najrab districts of Kapisa on 9th June; martyrdom attack on 21st June in Khost on joint enemy forces; martyrdom attack on 22nd June on key enemy officials in Spoghmi Hotel in Qargha of Kabul; powerful truck bomb on Khadr base in Logar on 7th August; destruction of Joint Chiefs of Staff (Martin Dempsey) plane in attack on Bagram airbase; successful car bomb attack on Kandahar police chief and chief of border forces (General Abdul Razziq) on 28th August in Kadahar city; 15-man awe striking attack on Camp Bastion on 19th September in Shorab of Helmand; successful large-scale operation in Darwuj district of Badakhshan province and detaining of 24 police on 29th September; attack on deputy of Hamid Karzai (Kareem Khalili) on 15th October in Sheikh Ali district of Parwan; truck bomb attack on large US base in Zurmat district of Paktia on 18th October; complete annihilation of American logistical company ‘Supreme Group’ in Bagram area of Parwan on 20th October; martyrdom attack on 21st October on CIA center in Wazir Akbar Khan area of Kabul city; large martyrdom operation on enemy facilities in Maidan Shahr on 23rd November; heavy martyrdom attack on Jalalabad airbase on 2ndDecember; successful martyrdom operation on Intelligence Chief (Asadullah Khalid) on 7th December; martyrdom attack on 26thDecember on intelligence officials in front of CIA facility in old Khost airbase and other such operations.
Insider attacks
Attacks which put final nail in the coffin of the invaders will and morale as well as shook their feet and forced them to abandon all hope were operations by infiltrator Mujahideen a.k.a. insider attacks. Even though attacks by Afghan security forces on foreign invaders was not uncommon however such attacks picked up deadly pace last year and played a significant role in causing the invaders heavy casualties. The fatality toll from such attack was put at over 50 by reports however the actual casualty figures of foreign troops, police and Arbakis runs into the hundreds. The latest incident took place on the 24th of December in the Interior Ministry of Kabul when a female officer (Nargis) killed a high ranking American advisor with a handgun. These attacks inside the enemy ranks compelled the enemy to recognize them as a dangerous and frightening tactic. The American Joint Chiefs of Staff labeled it a serious threat for his troops.
Enemy withdrawal and liberation of country
To sum up 2012 in one sentence it would be ‘The beginning of the invaders scamper’. Thirty thousand American troops fled from the heated battle fields this year and on top of this, France brought its combat mission to an end and withdrew all its forces the same way they had come; Belgium began its retreat on 7th of August by withdrawing 230 troops; New Zealand followed suit and declared early withdrawal after attacks on its troops in Bamiyan and the Prime Minister of Britain also jumped on the retreat bandwagon be announcing early withdrawal of its troops from Helmand province during a visit to Afghanistan.
The foreign troops deserted many of their outposts from most parts of Afghanistan in 2012. They officially announced abandonment of 400 key outposts despite the fact that the actual number is many times higher because they quit 90 outposts only in the district of Marjah, Helmand province. The Americans left the countryside of the North and Central Afghanistan and confined their presence to the provincial capitals. To hide their defeat and embarrassment, they termed this retreat from north and central Afghanistan as step by step ‘security transfer’ which will keep continuing. In reality, they want to flee from Afghanistan just as they turned tail and ran from Vietnam. When America faced utter destruction in Vietnam, they came up with the formula ‘declare victory and run’ and want to utilize the formula of ‘transfer security and run’ here in Afghanistan. It must be stated that the fleeing of invaders is a positive step for our countrymen because as the invasion is rolled up, the vast swaths of the country will automatically be liberated and the shadow of occupation will be lifted from the nation.
To end, all the above Mujahideen achievements can only and only be ascribed to the help of Allah Almighty because such victories of the empty handed Afghans against such mighty and blood thirsty powers cannot come to fruition without divine intervention. To be continued…

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Recurrent Partial Report By the UN"

UNAMA, a branch of the United Nations, in its recent civilian casualties report once again attributed eighty percent (80%) of the caused casualties to the Mujahideen, six percent (6%) to the Kabul administration and chose to remain silent on the rest. The report writes that in the second half on the current year, civilian casualties increased compared to a downward trend in the first six months. 967 civilians were reported martyred and 1590 civilians wounded.
UNAMA has failed to even indicate towards the civilian casualties caused by bombings, raids and direct fire of the invading forces despite the fact that the mentioned forces oppress, detain and martyr civilians on a daily basis. Similarly, it has enshrouded the atrocities committed by the Kabul regime’s Army, Police and especially Arbakis (ALP/militia) and has only attributed six percent of civilian casualties to them which in reality is far lower than the actual percent.
On the other hand, UNAMA has now for a prolonged period been accusing Mujahideen for the major share of civilian casualties to hide the flaws of the invaders and at the same time, for unknown reasons, it has not positively responded to the reasonable appeals and genuine investigation called to by Islamic Emirate regarding prevention of civilian casualties. The general population is our own nation; our leader had previously taken serious steps in preventing civilian losses and efforts are still being made so none are caused by us; most importantly, we are divinely responsible to answer to the people in this regard. Using the issue of civilian casualties for political and other purposes is what strengthens such activities because its drives our enemies, in order to defame Mujahideen, to commit such acts which on the one hand cause heavy civilian losses and on the other hand, put pressure on Mujahideen through organization like UNAMA to achieve their sinister objectives. This evidence is adequate to prove UNAMA’s incompetence that it has never conferred Mujahideen while assembling its report so we can have an answer to the allegations blindly charged against us, all this while it is exclusively using the opposition as its sole source of information.
The Islamic Emirate has repeatedly made clear that mines placed by Mujahideen are all controlled by remotes and do not detonate by pressure but only hit its intended targets. To validate our claim, it is enough to say that the invaders themselves admit that sixty percent (60%) of their casualties in the past ten years have been caused by IEDs.
Attributing every explosion to Mujahideen is injustice and clear concealment of truth because the enemy has recently revamped efforts to try and defame Mujahideen. They persecute people in Mujahideen attire, place explosives on main roads and are flaming tribal conflicts, clear examples of which are present in the south, west and north of the country. We urge all impartial organizations and independent media outlets to not suffice with the fake reports and statistics provided by the occupying forces and Kabul regime. All events which are not accepted or rejected by the Islamic Emirate should not be attributed to us. From the findings of UNAMA, it seems that the source of its data is the governors and spokesmen of the corrupt and stooge Kabul regime because UNAMA does not only not have workers in the districts but also in the provincial capitals. According to our information, the figures of civilian casualties provided by UNAMA are in reality the sum of reports of Kabul administration which attribute civilian casualties to the Mujahideen on a daily basis.
We want to present examples of documented civilian casualties caused by the invaders and Kabul administration regarding which independent sides should base their judgment and themselves discover how UNAMA has neglected them in its report while keeping in mind that these are a small sample whereas the atrocities committed by them are far greater in number:
On July 11, foreign invaders carried out a raid on Kondlano area of Shahwalikot district (Kandahar) during which they trashed homes in search operations and martyred <<five>> civilians before leaving.

Local residents from the area say that the artillery shells were fired from inside the base of foreign troops while the foreigners have not said anything about the incident.
On August 31, Press TV reported that foreign invaders carried out airstrikes in Ghor province from which <<12>> civilians were martyred.
On September 2, Arabaki militia martyred << fifteen>> civilians in Kanam village adjacent Kunduz city, injured a number of others and took away several more as prisoners. Locals later said: “A former ‘Gilam Jum’ and gunman by the name of Qadir is now a Local Police commander and head of several check posts. His men came to the village at night and at daybreak, opened fire on locals who came out of their homes”. The incident took place after the said commander was kill by unknown gunmen and his men were after revenge.
Media reported on September 8 that hireling troops injured <<twenty>> civilians including women and children in Bala Marghab district’s Maidanzo village (Badghis), some of whom later passed away due to heavy wounds. Locals contacted by media through telephone said that the incident happened when police from a nearby check post indiscriminately shot at civilians after a bomb destroyed a police vehicle.
Media reported on 16 September that foreign forces killed and wounded <<twenty>> civilians in Nurlam area of Alingar district (Laghman. Reports said that <<eight>> women were amongst the martyred, adding that local women and children were out collecting wood when they suddenly became targets of enemy helicopters. Like every other time, the invaders simply said that they targeted Mujahideen and no civilians were harmed. However the officials of Laghman province and witnesses said that the victims of this bombing were all innocent poor locals who were out collecting fire wood.
On September 21, foreign invaders carried out a night raid on Gezak village of Shahwalikot district (Kandahar) during which they martyred <<six>> civilians.
On October 6, an Arbaki stabbed a woman to death in Andu Jan village adjacent Kunduz city. Locals told that media that the mentioned woman was killed for putting up resistance to the gunman’s forced fornication.
On October 12, foreign forces carried out a raid on Zareen village of Shilgar district (Ghazni), trashed homes during searches before martyring <<seven>> civilians including three children and one woman. The provincial governor’s spokesman, Nabi Jan, confirms the casualties in the incident and says that an investigation team has been sent to collect information, adding that the operation was carried out by the invaders without informing them.
On October 15, American helicopters targeted a tractor of locals in Tangano Godar area of Nawa district (Helmand) as a result, <<fifteen>> civilians onboard were martyred. Locals say that the victims were moving house when they were targeted.
On October 21, American invaders fired mortars at She Khelo village of Baraki Barak district (Logar) from which <<six>> children were martyred and <<two>> others wounded. Wounded Abdul Jabbar S/O Mayran and Zafar S/O Hassan (both residents of Nawabad village).

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding Participation in the Paris Conference"

Just like the conference held in Tokyo city of Japan, another research and scientific conference will be hosted in the capital of France, Paris, by a non-government agency ‘Foundation pour la Recherche Strategique’ (Foundation for Strategic Research) on 17th of the current Christian month.
Since the Islamic Emirate has also been invited to participate, hence the Islamic Emirate will send two representatives from its political office to directly communicate the stance and policy of Islamic Emirate regarding the situation in Afghanistan to the participants and the international community present in this analytical conference. Our representatives there will only communicate our policy and since this is a research and scientific conference, no political deals will be made with anyone and neither will talks and negotiations be held with the invaders or the Kabul administration.
Therefore all media reports published regarding this conference labeling it ‘peace talks’ or ‘negotiations’ are for pure propaganda purposes and efforts to sow mistrust. Such baseless rumors were also spread during the Japan conference which were later rebuffed and the liars exposed. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has a firm policy and predefined conditions regarding negotiations and talks which have not changed one bit.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Crimes of the Invaders and Arbakis"

Ever since the process of ‘Arbaki’ was initiated about 2 years ago where a number of gangs were armed by the foreign invaders throughout the country, the daily life of most Afghans has largely been negatively affected in many of those parts.
Arbarki’s, most of whom are drug addicts, crooks, thieves, former gunmen, rejected family members and other knee deep offenders, have reached out to heart rending crimes in the various regions. Below are examples of some of the crimes committed by Arbaki’s in the past month regarding which we have been informed:
Kandahar
On the 04/12/12 in Zhari district’s Kadal area, an Arbaki commander (Sher Agha) lost 6 of his men in a firefight with Mujahideen. A Mujahid was also martyred in this face to face fighting and his body left behind on the battle field. The said commander tied the body of the martyr to his vehicle and dragged it for three kilometers, and then he hung the body for two days in Siya Choyo Dukano area after which he set it on fire only leaving behind the bones of the martyr.
A few days later, the same Arbaki’s detained an unarmed Mujahid in the same area and after repeated torture; they brutally cut off his arms and legs before twisting and breaking his neck.
Similarly, the same commander (Sher Agha) detained an innocent man charging him of being a Taliban member in Kolak village a few days later. The body of the innocent civilian was found in a bag a couple of days later with his eyes gouged out, both of his arms and legs severed and the rest of it cut to pieces.
A few ago in Zhari district’s Nada village, armed Arbaki’s charged and detained two memorizers of the Holy Quran of being Taliban members, tied both of them between two pickup trucks before driving both of the vehicles in opposite directions, martyring both of the ‘Hufaaz’ by splitting them in two.
Maiwand District
Arbaki’s took out several villagers from their homes a while back in Maiwand district’s Aswada Karez area, accused them of being or helping Taliban before lying them on the grounds, repeatedly running them over with their vehicles and leaving them martyred under its tires.
Another incident happened inside the district Police headquarters where Arbaki’s have been granted a special department in which they hold their prisoners and commit torture. The Arbaki’s keep a scorching hot long wide metal bar in this designated area and burn suspects accused of being Taliban. Many have been martyred by succumbing to this type of torture.
Panjwai District
In Panjwai district’s Yakh Sah area, a notorioius Arbaki commander (Shamsullah), besides committing other criminal acts, stops vehicles for searches on the main road where he searches for young boys and after finding one of his liking, takes and keeps him inside his check post for weeks and commits group rape.
Dand District
A Mujahid (Sayed Jan) blew apart an Arabki vehicle with an IED in Salawat area of Dand district and left the area. Arabaki’s later forced their way inside his home where they martyred two female house members and the brother of Sayed Jan.
After the police chief of Dand district was killed in a bomb blast in Nakhoni region’s Nawroz area, Dand district, Arbaki’s entered the home of a local Mullah, martyred 2 of his sons and beat up his old mother in front of the public.
Arghandab District
An Arbaki commander (Ishaq) tied two Mujahideen who were injured in enemy airstrikes in Arghandab district’s Tabeen area and dragged them until both attained martyrdom.
In the district’s Naghan village, an Arbaki commander (Muhammad Nabi), after finding an IED grabbed an innocent civilian on grounds of suspicion, sat him on the IED and then detonated it.
Logar
In the month of Ramadan of the current year (2012), an innocent civilian, who was an only orphaned child raised by his mother, got wounded in cross fire between Mujahideen and Arbakis in Dahabad area near Logar provincial capital. When the Arbaki’s learnt the said person was wounded and taken to a local clinic, they approached the doctors and barred them from treating him despite the mother of the man pleading his innocence. The Arbaki’s responded: “We don’t recognize God and your son is a Talib.” They prevented doctors from treating him until he attained martyrdom.
Parwan
A notorious Arbaki commander (Mehrab) in Koh-e-Safi district forcefully took away the wife of a local, kept her in his base for one month where she was repeatedly gang raped. After altercation amongst themselves on the woman, they killed her and blamed it on her father-in-law. Then they raided and looted the home of her father-in-law.
Kunduz
Arbakis from Gor Tepa area went to the a gathering about a personal feud in Ashqalan area adjacent Kunduz city where they shot at two white bearded elders (Amir Khan and Gulabuddin), wounding both as well as beating other attendees.
Arbaki’s looted the home of an elder (Haji Noor Muhammad) in Gor Tepa region’s Arabano area in broad daylight, martyred one of his son’s and wounded Haji Noor Muhammad along with his another son.
Arabki’s deliberately opened fire on a passing vehicle in Aqtash Basoso area adjacent Kunduz city, martyring an innocent woman aboard.
Herat
4 unarmed Mujahideen riding on two motorbikes were arrested by foreign troops in Zer Koh region of Shindand district and were detainees with the enemy for ten days. They were later discovered in a desert by a local shepherd in a state where they were tortured, bodies cut into pieces, arms and legs severed and all meat shaved from their bones.
Ghazni
On 18 of November of the current year, a group of Arbaki’s from Shilgar district backed by American tanks entered Shaili village of Gero district at night. With onset of daylight, as a local mosque Imam (Mawlawi Sahib Zabihullah) was leading villagers in morning prayer, the Arabki’s stormed into the mosque, arrested the said Mawlawi along with a few of his students and villagers before taking them back to Shilgar district when the Americans left Gero. Two days later, the body of Mawlawi Zabihullah was found Shilgar district’s Ibraheem Khelo village in a state that all his bones were broken from beatings, and his face and eyes sprayed with bullets, Surely to Allah we belong and to him is the return.
Ghor
A short while back, notorious Arbaki’s in Charsada district detained 3 madrasa students (Taliban) by forcing them out of a local vehicle and shot them on site despite repeated pleas by other passengers of their innocence.
Helmand
On the 3rd of November of the current year, in retaliation to losing several of their comrades in combat in Barakzo area of Sangin district, Arbaki’s shot and martyred a woman and her child before taking away 4 other civilians as prisoners.
Above are some examples of the crimes committed by Arbaki’s in the past month or so. Such atrocities are taking place in all corners of our country and our oppressed nation is its target. Today’s Arbaki’s are the exact replicas of yesterday’s gunmen, ‘Gilam Jam’ and highway robbers who have decided on looting the honor, wealth and lives of our nation; are fanning the flames of tribal conflicts; are encouraging youth towards drugs, moral degradation, robbery and are pushing the society towards total anarchy.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan earnestly asks all Human Right organization to back the Afghans in containing this corruption and to save the nation from this great calamity. Similarly, we ask writers as well as the media to lift the curtains from these tyrants and their gross human right violations. Expose the ongoing barbarism of Arbakism and militiaism, shed light on its future implication for the country and its people and point out the faces of its backers who are paving the way for partition and internal strife for their personal gains. The oppression being carried out by the intelligence agency of Karzai is also which a human cannot describe while all these carry with it repercussions, the responsibility of which shall be placed squarely on its advocates.
