May Allah continue giving you success in you works and services.

As you are already aware the Islamic Emirate has agreed to create suitable conditions for the signing of an agreement with the American side and the Mujahideen must begin implementing the program given to them for the upcoming seven days.

The leadership instructs everyone that if anyone has any questions concerning this (seven days) or has any difficulty in understanding then all should take instructions from their superiors based on hierarchical principles.

All Mujahideen must adhere to their given duties for the upcoming seven days, must remain defensively alert in case of violation by the opposition and must strictly refrain from entering enemy territory.

The Islamic Emirate has come to an agreement with the opposition and as you are all aware — fulfilling the terms and staying committed to them until the specified time is an obligation therefore all Mujahideen must pay serious attention to this principle.

Following the end of this seven-day period and signing of the agreement on the eighth day, all Mujahideen will be given new information and instructions in accordance with the agreement and implementation of those should be commenced.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Regarding the Latest Developments in Negotiations”

Following lengthy negotiations between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the United States of America, both parties agreed to sign the finalized accord in the presence of international observers on the 5th of Rajab al-Murajab 1441 (Hijri Lunar) corresponding with the 10th of Hoot 1398 (Hijri Solar) and 29th of February 2020 (Gregorian).

Both parties will now create a suitable security situation in advance of agreement signing date, extend invitations to senior representatives of numerous countries and organizations to participate in the signing ceremony, make arrangements for the release of prisoners, structure a path for intra-Afghan negotiations with various political parties of the country and finally lay the groundwork for peace across the country with the withdrawal of all foreign forces and not allowing the land of Afghanistan to be used against security of others so that our people can live a peaceful and prosperous life under the shade of an Islamic system, Allah willing.

According to reports the supposed ‘Elections Commission’ has once against announced Ashraf Ghani as the head of the Kabul administration.

As the Islamic Emirate has rejected the fake and staged elections drama under the shadow of occupation in its entirety, it similarly rejects this meaningless appointment and considers it a failed effort at throwing dust in the eyes of the nation.

The Muslim Afghan nation shall make decisions about their domestic affairs and chart their own political course following the end of occupation – a time when they shall attain their most cherished desire of establishing a strong Islamic government.

Holding elections and announcing oneself a president under occupation shall never remedy the problems of our Muslim Afghan nation just as it has failed to do so over the past nineteen years.

Just as announcing Ashraf Ghani a president under the cover of fake elections is unlawful and has no legal basis, it is also in conflict with the contents of the ongoing peace process while keeping in mind the current sensitive circumstances of the Afghan issue.

Like the nineteen years past, our sacred Jihad shall continue until the occupation is brought to an end and all Afghans are afforded an opportunity to live a peaceful and prosperous life in an independent and pure Islamic government.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Regarding the Defeat of the Soviet Union on 26th Dalwa”

26th of Dalwa is a day in history when the Afghans – with Divine Help of Allah Almighty – defeated a global superpower while humiliating and subduing their Khalq and Parcham lackeys in front of the entire world.

It was on the 26th of Dalwa 1367 (Hijri Solar) when the last Soviet troops left Afghanistan by crossing the Amu River Bridge and with it our Mujahid nation sank the life boat of an international colonial bloc.

On this day the most weak and defenseless nation on the face of the earth defeated the savage Red Army whom, with the help of a few consciousless allies, tried to attain their goals by using all its power and carrying out unspeakable atrocities in our homeland that would horrify both the tongue and the ears.

The military and ideological invasion of our beloved homeland by the Soviet Union and their internal puppets began a three-decade cycle of tragedies. The crisis and calamities plaguing our country thirty-one years later have direct links with that disastrous communist experience.

If the current western invaders and in general NATO and their puppets have any sense then they should take heed from the defeat of the Soviet Union and their internal stooges. If they continue to insist upon their master servant policy then without a doubt, they shall be faced with the same disgrace and defeat which was faced by the followers of communism and of which they are annually reminded about every 26th of Dalwa.

This great historical day and incident proves that no amount of material effort, money, power or devious schemes can ever impose foreign doctrines on Afghanistan and the Afghans nor can it transform this Jihadic land into a client state.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers 26th of Dalwa a day of salvation for our homeland from the military invasion of the Soviet Union and its communist ideology and feels a sense of pride in this freedom. It also vows – as the heir of martyrs and pure aspiration of the former and current Jihad – to free our homeland from the current American invasion and its manifest evil and restore the glory and honor of this proud nation, Allah willing.

The Islamic Emirate – alongside congratulating its nation on the occasion of 26th of Dalwa – believes that the pure aspirations of our martyrs, orphans, disabled and displaced shall be attained with the blessing of the ongoing Jihad and this oppressed nation shall once again find salvation from the current calamities with the Divine Help of its Great Lord Almighty.
