It has been several days since seven hundred (700) inmates inside Kandahar’s Sarpoza prison have gone on a hunger strike to protest the criminal and savage treatment by officials of Kabul administration and especially the insult of the Holy Quran by the cruel prison officials. It has now been a full period that the
inmates have not had any food intake and no one has so far inquired about or listened to their demands. According to obtained information, eighteen inmates have so far entered a state of coma due to extreme hunger and the inmates wounded by the gunfire of prison guards two days earlier have not yet received treatment either. Meanwhile several innocent defenseless inmates have also been taken away by the intelligence department to an undisclosed location where they are most likely facing torture.
There is well established international documented evidence against the Kabul administration’s practice of torture in its prisons especially in Kandahar which is spearheaded by Abdur Razziq, the police chief of Kandahar and his group. These sadists and members of the former brutal communist regime take satisfaction from torturing humans in a prison environment regarding which the international community has been informed multiple times.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan once again strongly condemns the mistreatment of prisoners by the Kabul administration and considers such inhumane actions as yet another disgraceful act of the stooge regime.
Such savage practice is always conducted with defenseless prisoners. Our innocent countrymen are initially locked up in dark cells where they are tortured against all Islamic and international norms and Afghan customs; forced confessions are extracted and are constantly tormented, a good example of which is the current situation in Kandahar prison.
According to our information, the described situation in Kandahar is still ongoing today and the puppet officials of Kandahar have neither themselves visited the prison nor have they granted permission to the Red Cross, human right watchdogs or the media to visit and listen to the demands of the prisoners.
These actions are entirely worth denouncing and the Islamic Emirate calls on all International Human Right organizations, the International Red Cross and all claimants of Human Rights to firstly condemn this action against the prisoners and then to inquire and see the situation of the Afghan prisoners for themselves and then fulfill their duties.
The Islamic Emirate also extents a message of condolence and patience to the families of the oppressed prisoners and asks the inmates to sincerely implore Allah Almighty to destroy this barbaric enemy and free our country from its shackles. They should turn their faces to their Lord even more in such a difficult situation and pray for the salvation of the whole nation and for the freedom of our country from the claws of these invaders and their criminal puppets.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿14﴾ التوبة Fight against them so that Allah will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and heal the breasts of a believing people (Taubah: 14) It has been a little over ten years since Afghanistan has come under the barbaric occupation of foreign invaders and countless defenseless Afghans are martyred, imprisoned, their homes destroyed and orchards uprooted by these cruel occupiers with the passage of each day. But as the intensity of cruelty and savagery of the invaders increases, the fervor of Jihad and struggle amongst the heroic Afghans strengthens proportionally and with the inception of each year, the battle trenches are enkindled against the oppressors with high moral, new war tactics and strong Jihadi determination. With pure divine intentions and exemplary determination, our lives are cheaply sacrificed for the defense and service of our oppressed nation while delivering falsehood extinguishing blows to the enemy. As the period for the inception of new Jihadi activities against the foreign forces each year is chosen and named by Islamic Emirate under new Jihadi title in consideration with the seasonal and atmospheric conditions, we would once again like to announce the current year’s spring operation against the invaders under the glorified Jihadi name of ‘Al-Farooq’. The name Al-Farooq, which is the honored title of the second Khalifa of Islam Hazrat Omar R.A, was chosen for this year’s operation so that with its blessing, Allah Almighty might bestow on Mujahideen such victories as were awarded to the Muslims during the triumphant period of Hazrat Omar R.A where huge swaths of lands of the infidels fell under the rule of the Muslims and the enemies were forced to take flight. It must be stated that the primary target of Al-Farooq operation will be the foreign invaders, their advisors, their contractors and members of all associated military, intelligence and auxiliary departments. And similarly, the high ranking officials of the stooge Kabul regime; members of Parliament; those associated with Ministries of Defense, Intelligence and Interior; members of the so called High Peace Council; Militia under the name of ‘Arbaki’ and all those people who work against the Mujahideen, toil to pave ground for the occupation of Afghanistan and become the cause for the strength of the invaders will also be targeted in Al-Farooq operation. New and tested war tactics will be implemented in Al-Farooq operation and top priority will be given to safeguarding the lives and wealth of civilians. It is hoped that civilians stay away from the bases of invaders and their hirelings, their military convoys and refrain from going close to explosion sites as the enemy intentionally targets civilians to avenge the caused death/injury and attributes it to the Taliban. Al-Farooq Jihadi spring operation shall commence simultaneously in all parts of Afghanistan on 14th Suwar 1391 which corresponds with 12 Jammad ul Thani 1433 and 3rd May 2012. The Islamic Emirate, alongside launching its Al-Farooq spring operation, once again calls on all those associated with the puppet administration of Karzai, the so called national army, national police and all those who are siding with the invaders in opposition to the interests of Islam to stop backing the invaders and to abandon their ranks. In case this call is not heeded, all responsibility shall befall the transgressors because the Mujahideen, in defense of their country and religious sanctities, are Islamically bound and have the right to kill the foreign occupiers and their supporters, capture them and to prosecute them for their illegal actions. The Islamic Emirate, in order to establish contact and bring out officials and privates from the opposition rank, has assigned an influential ‘Recruitment’ Commission which works to invite them towards the truth and in case they want to join the Mujahideen, to lend all necessary assistance and guidance. The Islamic Emirate would also like to declare to all the foreign invaders including the Americans that if you still desire to continue the occupation of our country, abuse our sanctities and oppress our defenseless nation then the Mujahideen shall also take inspiration from the historical achievements of the distinguisher of truth and falsehood, Hazrat Omar R.A. and utilize all means and military craftsmanship at disposal in their Al-Farooq spring operation to kill, expel and eliminate you. In this battle of truth and falsehood, victory and ascendency shall be awarded to the Mujahideen while defeat and humiliation shall be the fate of your moral-lacking soldiers, if Allahs wills it. With the divine help of Allah, we are awaiting the moments when our nation shall be freed from the evil of your occupation and the Afghans become the owners of a pure Islamic system in an atmosphere of brotherhood, national unity and peace and of a government free from corruption with total security, effective education, strong economy and a tranquil life, if Allah wills it. The Afghan communist perpetrators, on 27 April 1978(Saur 7, 1357 Hijri solar year), so as to impose the Red apostate ideology (communist and socialist agenda and ideas) and expand its world-engulfing empire, mounted a repugnant military coup in the center of Kabul city, the Afghan capital.
The abominable local communists, upon the order from their despotic masters began resorting to all tools of oppression, aggression, terror and torture in order to ensnare the brave Afghan nation into the trap of communism, and to deviate them from Islamic and national beliefs; furthermore, take over their political sovereignty and to alienate this nation from its Afghan national identity, and eventually to wipe out this legendary land of the brave and chivalrous from political geography.
The Afghan Mujahid nation, keeping the great heroism and triumphs of its chivalrous ancestors in heart and mind, has never forgotten the ability of defending its beloved homeland against the invading forces and bringing them to their knee. Neither could the deceptive slogans of food, clothing and shelter fool our grassroots, nor could the racial, regional, and linguistic discriminations divide them.
Whereas this Mujahid nation, equipped with spirit of faith and Jihad, with one accord, solidarity and resolve, waged armed Jihad against Kufr (infidelity) and communism despite the lack of arms and ammo and the sounds of the slogans of Allahu Akbar rising from cities and mountains put the communist culprits and their Russian masters through the hell turning the world into the furnace of fire for them.
Allah the Great and the Exalted, through the nationwide uprising, unprecedented and sincere sacrifices by the Afghans led to not only humiliating the communist perpetrators of the Sour Coup De’tat but disintegrating the arrogant Soviet Union, crumbling on its very edifice and putting an end to the Red empire across the world.
14 years after a series of turbulences, sacrifices, hardship of displacement and migrations and engaging in a one-and-a-half decades long Jihad by Afghan Mujahid nation on 28 April 1992 (Saur 8, 1371 Hijri solar year), the caravan of Jihad reached its desired and victorious destination wiping out the communist empire worldwide. This day, (8 Saur) is recorded in Afghan history as a day of collapse of communism and victory of Jihad which is viewed with pride by every Afghan Muslim. But what happened in the aftermath and how some political parties in Afghanistan have, so far, played with bloodshed of our martyrs is extremely disputable and has yet to be questioned.
We have witnessed how brazenly these political parties resorted to civil war within the country for their own personal interests and political power, putting the Afghan nation yet through a much more grievous and unpleasant unrest and disaster.
In the prevailing sensitive circumstance, in which our country is passing through a significant new period in its history, the American invaders and its slave regime are face-to-face with awaiting disgraceful defeat with our country on the road to the independence.
The Afghan, thus, taking a lesson from the history, have to be mindful and smart enough to be outsmarted by the evil intents and traps of the enemy and work toward the liberation of Afghanistan from the impure grip of US occupation and strive for the enforcement of a pure Islamic system in our beloved country with solidarity, integrity and brotherhood.
