New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Reaction Regarding the Death Penalty Handed Out to the Afghan Warrior"

Abdul Sauboor is a valiant Afghan Mujahid and for the freedom, independence and establishment of Shariah on his own mother land, he opened fire on French invaders in Kapisa province on 20th January 2012 while they have no right to immunity in our country. The champion killed and wounded several French invaders in
the heroic attack which shall forever be decorated in the history of this nation. If such an act is considered a ‘crime’ then surely Wazir Muhammad Akbar Khan was the biggest criminal!! who killed McNaughten to achieve the independence and freedom of his country.
 
The Islamic Emirate commends this gallant act of the knight Abdul Sauboor who sent several French to the pits of hellfire a while back in Kapisa. And those stooge faces and persons who passed such irresponsible judgments regarding this hero only to please their masters are positioning themselves in complete opposition to Islamic principles and Afghan history and are selling out a hero of this nation.
 
The Islamic Emirate warns and reminds these dollar worshippers that all irresponsible judgments and actions passed against the ‘Ghazi’ Abdul Suboor will carry with itself a hefty reaction. All those so called judges and lawyers involved in this will be personally targeted and every vulgarity against this hero will be avenged. The cowardly stooges should realize that their masters are on the run and can no longer provide them with security and a safe life while the judgment of our nation against them, in accordance with Islamic principles, shall be that which befits their national treason and subversion.
 
The Islamic Emirate comforts the Afghan ‘Ghazi’ Abdul Suboor and other champions like him that all of their Mujahideen brothers will stand behind them and shall quickly and effectively avenge all cruel actions against them, Allah willing. The Islamic Emirate advises these heroic Mujahideen to have patience, forbearance and perseverance and tells them to completely rely on Allah and be at ease with what Allah Almighty has written in their affair. This will, Allah willing, be better for them. They should hope for a brighter afterlife, pray to Allah and aspire for al-Firdows. They have championed the religion of Allah and Allah immensely rewards and beautifies the end and afterlife of those who champion his religion. They should rest assured that the fruits of their sacrifices have ripened and the invaders are on the verge of fleeing. The day is not far that an independent Islamic government shall be established due to the blessings of their sacrifices.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Zabīhullah Mujāhid: "Remarks Regarding Michael Semple’s Alleged Interview with ‘Mawlawi’"

A number of western media outlets published a fatuous interview a few days ago with an alleged anonymous member of Islamic Emirate (Mawlawi). In it the said person (Mawlawi) basically states that he doesn’t believe in the divine help of Allah and that the Mujahideen surely cannot defeat the enemy.
Before everything else, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan categorically refutes this interview and deems it as nothing more than a shameful propaganda ploy of the deceitful flailing enemy. We have repeatedly demonstrated to our enemies for the past decade that the Mujahideen can do what could have never been imagined. Our struggle is not just a fight but a Jihad for a lofty sacred goal which has never been overcome in our fourteen hundred year history. If we keep steadfast onto our sacred goal then it is not far that we shall reach our destination. Our enemy should not comfort its moral lacking troops which such idle imaginary interviews. We have been practically tested for the past ten years and, Allah willing, can attain whatever that Allah has written for us. Our Mujahideen are as sure of their victory as our enemy of its impending defeat.
The Islamic Emirate has no official or person in its ranks under the title ‘Mawlawi’. Anyone even slightly aware of Afghan dialect clearly knows that ‘Mawlawi’ can never be a name rather ‘Mawlawi’ is a common phrase with which any Mullah can be called without any distinction.
Now that the international alliance headed by America is facing an ignominious and disgraceful defeat, it is trying to hide it with such ridiculous apologues. Sometimes they introduce a vegetable seller as a high ranking official of Islamic Emirate and try to solve the Afghan issue with him and sometimes an anonymous ‘Mawlawi’ as its important member and then publish such nonsense.
The beaten and moral lacking enemy must have also lost its mental stability for them to drivel such absurdity therefore the international media, in order to maintain in journalistic reputation, should avoid publishing such silliness of the mentally insane.
The Cultural Commission of Islamic Emirate once again calls on all the media outlets that any material related to the Islamic Emirate can only get its validity after the verification of its known spokespersons. Without their verification, any and all statements are the personal views of the speaker and are in no way related to the Islamic Emirate.

On the 27th of the past month, an academic analytical conference regarding Afghanistan was convened in Doshisha University, Koyoto, Japan to which representatives of Islamic Emirate were invited and then a delegation dispatched so that the stance of Islamic Emirate can be clarified. However even at that time, some media outlets falsely reported that negotiations took place between the representative of Islamic Emirate and that of the stooge Kabul administration during
which they agreed upon creating a joint commission and the exact claim was once again made by Karzai the other day.
We dismissed those reports and rumors even at that time and once again reject the baseless assertions of Karzai with the strongest of words. It is true that the representative of Islamic Emirate as well as those of the Kabul regime were present at the analytical gathering at a university in Japan however the representative of Islamic Emirate has neither talked to those of the Kabul administration and neither did they agree upon creating a joint commission in the future to solve the issues of Afghanistan. The mentioned assertion is nothing more than another wave of enemy propaganda and such irresponsible claims are in it self an acknowledgment of their frail and weak state.
We once again strongly reject such claims reported by some malicious media outlets as well as by some officials of the stooge Kabul regime.

New article from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Arab Movements and Their Effects on the World, Region, and Afghanistan"

At the end of 2010 and during the years 2011—2012 the Arab world was the witness of demonstrations and people uprising. As a result governments were toppled down and the rulers fled away, killed or waiting behind the bars for their final judgments. Some of them are still struggling for their survival and are heeding towards their confirmed notoriety.
On December 17, 2010 in the ‘Sede bo Zaid’ city a young man ‘Mohammad bo Azizi’ put himself on fire because of the cruelty of police. The news spread like the jungle fire in the people and on the following day, Friday (18-12-2010) demonstration started against ‘Zainul Abiden’ and his autocratic government. In a short time the uprising reached its peak. On 14.01.2010 the government was dismissed and everything was changed within 17 days. The oppressed people of yesterday became the rulers by the grace of Allah Almighty and by their own struggle. On October 23, 2011 the people of Tunisia by free voting elected the ‘Islamic Movement Party’ and they made a coalition government under Mr. Hamadi Aljabali for the better confidence of the people.
 
The uprising in Tunisia and its success gave inspirational waves to Arab countries and to the whole world and as a result pubic uprising started in so many other countries. For example the uprising in Egypt which started on 25th January 2011 and within the short span of 18 days put the full stop to the government of Hosni Mubarak. The changes started and at the end, on June 24, 2012 the Egyptian people through free election laid the foundation stone of the Islamic government under the leadership of Mohammad Murse.
 
Just like the Tunisians and Egyptians the Muslim people of Libya rose against their ruler. The unrest started on February 17, 2011. But this uprising was turned into an armed resistance very soon because of oppressions of government forces which result into a lot of killing and destruction. On August 21, 2011 the capital city ‘Tripoli’ fell to the hands of the resistance forces. At last on 20th October 2011 the final stronghold of Gaddafi ‘Sirt’ came under the control of Mujahedeen. Now the Libyan government is serving the Muslim people of Libya under the ‘National Transitional Council’ headed by Mustafa Abdul Jalil.
 
The Syrian Muslim also started peaceful demonstrations just like others on 15th March 2011. Regretfully the tyrant government started to crush this public uprising by force and violence and martyred tens of innocent people including women and children. Hundreds of thousands were compelled to flee. The atrocities are going on for the last 16 months. We pray to Allah Almighty that the sufferings of the Syrian and Afghan people come to an end. Amen!
 
The sparks of the Arab spring spread from Yemen, Syria and Arab peninsula to far west and America. Many governments started reformations in the fear of public uprising. Now it is quite clear that the masses have the power to bring revolutions, toppled down the corrupt governments and give chance to righteous people to serve the nations.
 
The repercussions of the positive changes in the Arab world can be felt in Afghanistan and in the region as it is felt generally in the whole world. The main of the Arab refugees to Afghanistan was that they were not safe in their own countries. They were imprisoned, martyred or compelled to migrate by their authorities. Therefore a lot of Arabs migrated to other countries of the world. Now the situation is changed in the Arab world and a good chance is provided to the migrated Arab people. Now they will return back to their respective countries. Not only peace and stability is restored in their countries but the opportunities of work and life are also available.
 
Thousands of the imprisoned people including important personalities are released with these revolutions. Efforts are on the way to release the remaining people. The newly elected president of Egypt even says about the efforts of the release of Sheikh Abdul Rahman.
 
Now the spiteful propaganda of the enemy has nothing to do the realities to say there are Arab Mujahedeen fighting inside Afghanistan and these Mujahedeen will continue to utilize Afghanistan and the region as their stronghold; because they do not need to come any more to Afghanistan.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Participation of its Representative in an Academic Conference in Japan"

An academic conference, in which the issue of Afghanistan would also be discussed was being planned in Doshisha university, Koyoto, Japan on the 25th June 2012 and hence it sent an invitation to the Islamic Emirate. The Islamic Emirate sent its representative to this conference only and only so it can clarify its stance to the world regarding the affair of Afghanistan. Some faces and media outlets have distorted the meaning of this trip of Islamic Emirate and have said that the
representative of Islamic Emirate has begun formal negotiations with the peace council representatives of the stooge Kabul regime and have agreed upon creating a joint commission. Other media outlets have added that the representatives of Islamic Emirate have also made a similar trip to France and have negotiated about peace.
We must make it very clear that dispatching a representative to Japan was not for meeting with someone or talking about peace and neither have there been any discussions or agreements made about setting up a joint commission for future peace talks. On the other hand, the Islamic Emirate has never sent a delegation or a representative or a message to France and neither is the Japan matter connected to the conference in France.
The Islamic Emirate has repeatedly stated that the Afghan problem has two sides. As long as the matter with America (talks which are currently suspended) is not addressed, talking with the administration of Karzai is pointless.
The baseless and malicious news spread by some self-interested persons and media outlets are only their own views and have nothing to do with the realities.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Remarks Regarding the Statement of the Pakistani Ambassador in Kabul"

On Tuesday the 26/06/2012, some media outlets published excerpts from the interview of Pakistani ambassador in Kabul, Mr. Muhammad Saddiq, which he conducted with Reuters News Agency. The said person remarked in his interview that Pakistan gave permission to the Taliban to go to Qatar. We would like to once categorically state that the representatives of Islamic Emirate did not go to Qatar with the permission of Pakistan and maybe the mentioned ambassador does not have information regarding this matter.
The Islamic Emirate is completely free and independent in all of its affairs. It makes decisions of its own likings in all matters and affairs in light of Islamic principles and national interests. The preliminary and confidence-building talks done by the representatives of Islamic Emirate with those of United States of America in Qatar were initiated and then halted under the order of its leader.
The Islamic Emirate urges all related parties to make truthful comments regarding concerned affairs.

The election committee of Egypt announced Dr. Muhammad Mursi as president in the ongoing election the previous day. Egypt has a pivotal role in the Middle East and the election of Dr. Muhammad Mursi, the candidate of the Ikhwan-ul-Muslimeen as the president is a great change on the Middle Eastern level and generally on the international level which carry the hopes of positive changes for the Islamic Emirate.
The success of the Islamic Government in Egypt is considered to be the strongest blow in the Middle East and the whole world to the American and Zionist expansionism. May the Muslim Nation of Egypt and their newly elected government take good advantage of this important occasion and historical victory in the defense and achievement of the interests of the Islamic Ummah.
Therefore the Islamic Emirate congratulates the Muslim Nation of the brotherly country Egypt and their elected president Dr. Muhammad Mursi on this glorious occasion and presents its best wishes.
The leadership of the Islamic Emirate prays to Allah Almighty that the newly elected government of Egypt serves its nation in the best possible way and on the whole successfully and legitimately defends the Islamic issues on the Muslim world level.
The Islamic Emirate appreciates all those supports rendered to the Afghans by the brotherly country of Egypt during the Russian occupation and similarly thanks from the core of heart the International Al-Azhar University for all those stances condemning the current occupation of the Americans and their atrocities.

قال الله عزوجل : وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُمْ بِشَيْءٍ مِنَ الْخَوْفِ وَالْجُوعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِنَ الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَنْفُسِ وَالثَّمَرَاتِ وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ * الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ * أُولَئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَاتٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُهْتَدُونَ ) البقرة/ 155 – 157 سورة البقرة
 
To the Mujahid Muslim people of Baghlan! We pray to Allah before everything else and ask him to recompense the families of the earthquake victims with an immense reward and may He bless them with patience and perseverance in the face of such calamity. May Allah also grant the martyrs of this heart-rending incident with the highest of Paradise (Al-Firdows), the wounded with immediate recovery and all those left behind with that which is better.
 
To the families of the afflicted and disaster struck from Baghlan province’s Barka district!
 
Your tragedy is our tragedy and your grief is truly ours and the nation’s collective grief which has caused us all immeasurable pain. May Allah (SWT) out of his mercy forever protect and immune us from such heartbreaking tragedies and may He bestow us all with patience and perseverance in the face of such catastrophes.
 
Brothers! That all such incidents take place from the foreordinations of Allah Almighty therefore we are only tasked with forbearance while being hopeful for its reward from Allah Almighty.
 
In the face of this burdensome disaster, the leader of Islamic Emirate and its leadership council would like to share its deep emotions and empathy with you and we also consider ourselves partners in your common grief.
