New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Zabīh Allah Mujāhid: "Remarks Concerning Forged Letters, Propaganda, and Failed Efforts Of the Enemy"

The intelligence networks of the Kabul administration have recently circulated forged letters in multiple provinces and regions of the country with the aim of spurring confusion among the general masses.
A few days earlier a letter full of fallacy was disseminated under the name of Sheikhul Hadith Mawlawi Abdul Hakim Sahib, the Chief of Islamic Emirate’s Judiciary and member of the Leadership Council. Then another letter surfaced in some parts of Paktia, Khost, Paktika and Logar provinces which was also the work of enemy intelligence circles containing propaganda against the leadership of the Islamic Emirate. Moreover the intelligence apparatus of the Kabul administration has printed out threats, night letters, warning and various other letters in multiple provinces and tasked their agents to circulate these letters and propaganda among the masses in the guise of Mujahideen.
Similarly several university lecturers and other influential individuals were threatened the other day via telephone in Kabul with the caller identifying himself as member of the Islamic Emirate.
The Islamic Emirate rejects all such spurious attempts. We neither warn nor threaten anyone in secrecy. If the need for such a step arises, we perform it through our spokesmen, official website and other official publication channels. Aside from these methods, all circulation of threatening night letters, dissemination of written messages and sowing confusion among the masses is the work of Kabul administration intelligence. They want to recompense their failure on the battlefield with such pathetic and spineless actions.
We ask the entire nation, influential personalities and threatened individuals to not pay any heed to these falsehoods. And we specifically call upon media outlets to not become instruments for intelligence objectives and strongly desist from publishing propaganda taken from the mouth of enemy.

The key to solving the Afghan conundrum lies in recognizing the ground realities of Afghanistan and removing obstacles that exist in the path of a resolution. It is joyous to see that the regional countries have also understood that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is a political and military force. The proposal forwarded in the Moscow tripartite of delisting members of the Islamic Emirate is a positive step forward in bringing peace and security to Afghanistan. We welcome this announcement but to achieve true peace, the basic rights of the oppressed Afghan people must be restored so they too can have an independent country and travel freely as the rest of the nations.
Our agenda is the independence of our country and establishment of an Islamic government. The Islamic Emirate is a reality and has deep roots in society. Our goal is unification of all ethnicities and territorial integrity of our country.
Even today the Islamic Emirate is the reason for peace and security in areas under its control. We are effectively witnessing zero crime and abduction rates in the liberated areas out of the control of the crumbling Kabul administration. We have setup corruption free and transparent judiciary systems for our nation which has resulted in peaceful solution to many disputes of the people.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Qārī' Yusuf Aḥmadī: "Remarks Regarding the Fictitious Report By The New York Times"

A western newspaper ‘The New York Times’ published a report citing a Norwegian diplomat – Alf Arne Ramslien – who claimed initially talking twice on the phone??? with the late Amir ul Mumineen Mullah Muhammad Omar Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) and even meeting him at a later stage in Pakistan during the year 2009. This report has then gone on to write many fabrications under this title.
We categorically reject this report from start to end. The late Amir ul Mumineen Mullah Muhammad Omar (may Allah have mercy on him) had not visited Pakistan over the past 25 years nor did he talk with anyone via telephone following the American invasion. And neither did he have the habit of meeting with diplomats especially with foreign diplomats during the time of occupation when he had millions of dollars of bounty on his head.
It is plausible that this diplomat has made such assertions for his own fame or that he was duped by some individual.
The said report has no truth to it whatsoever. News outlets should abstain from publishing such unfounded, fictitious and fabricated reports because such reports based on rumors will achieve nothing else except damage their own reputations.

Thirty seven years ago today on the 6th of Jaddi 1358 (Hijri Solar), the Soviet Union launched a military invasion of our beloved homeland, Afghanistan.
The military invasion against our poor defenseless people by the international idol of communism put our nation in at a terrifying crossroads. While looking at their weak state and strength of the enemy, if they were to choose surrender in front of the communist infidelity , they faced the prospect of elimination of their creed, religious values and Afghan culture as well as the danger of losing the upcoming generations to absolute misguidance and irreligiosity like the other Muslims nations ravaged by communism. And if they were to choose empty handed resistance against a powerful foe then they would have to face heavy casualties, hardships, migrations and losses. Our believing nation began armed Jihad against the Soviet superpower in defense of their religion and beliefs and with the blessing of 14 year Jihad and immense sacrifices, they defeated the communist atheism and shielded their nation and the world from this deadly plague.
Today some deviated and superficial people consider the Afghan Jihad against the Soviets as a futile harmful war. However they do not realize that had the Afghan nation surrendered to the comprehensive communist invasion and accepted their atheist ideology and beliefs, what would their condition be today? It is known that today this nation would not have understood the proper beliefs and actions of Islam and like other communism ravaged Muslim nations, they would have lost their history and deviated from Islam ideologically, politically, educationally, culturally, economically and in all other aspects of life.
All praise belong to Allah that our nation chose worldly hardships, suffering and sacrifices and saved themselves and the upcoming generations from everlasting destruction.
On the anniversary of Soviet invasion on 6th of Jaddi – like how we condemn the dreadful tyrannical occupation of the Soviet invaders – we remind the American invaders and their allies of today to take heed from the fate of the Soviets. Just like how the Soviet forces knelt before this nation with all their might and wealth, the Americans will also follow in their footsteps. Instead of further testing force and prolonging the occupation, think about how to quickly end your tyrannical invasion. Leave the Afghan nation to live a life of peace and security so to heal the wounds caused by the thirty year war.

Asalam o Alaiykumwarahmatullahiwabarakatahu
I pray to Mighty, Gracious Lord to bestow His Mercy upon my sisters in Syria and upon all Syrian muslims in this testing time. I am confused now what more to write, what more to say to you so that your spilling blood can be stopped, your lost honour can be returned back, your torn up body parts can be gathered, your tears can stop flowing and your sorrow can turn into happiness. My words are not as effective as your words are, my prayers are not that quickly accepted as your prayers are, my cry does not have that much pain as your cry has. Because I have not crossed river of fire and blood as you have. I have not spent long, torturous days and nights under the siege of cruel, heartless Rafidis and Russians, I have not seen my children dying slowly due to starvation and crying with wounds.

O’ Allah! While I was sleeping quietly in my bed what a catastrophe occurred in my beloved Syria. A Syrian sister sadly said,’’ O my Muslims you wait for the day of judgement, my day of judgement has already occurred in Halab.’’ O’ my beloved sisters in Syria! I am far away from you in Khurasan but I am not unaware of your grief and pain. Prophet of Mercy Hazrat Muhammad saw stated that we Muslims are like one body. If one part is in pain then whole the body feels it. By Allah, although you were bombed but we felt the heat, by Allah, you were surrounded by smoke but we also could not breathe here, your blood was spilled, your honours were dishonoured but our grief stricken heart was torn as well. We are living but under huge weight. Here in Khurasan your sisters sheded tears of blood with you. Your Taliban brothers are also restless.
O my respected Syrian sisters! You called brothers for help. Please be patient and do not be hopeless. Now no Rafidi, no Russian, no American can stop them. Your brothers can not be stopped by the heights of mountains, by the vastness of valleys and by the depth of oceans. They will cross it all bare footed just to reach you..
O my beloved respected Syrian sisters! You are pure, you are great and your honour is so pure that no Rafidi, no Russian can take it away from you. You are daughters of Tahira (pure) Khadija r.a, you are daughters of Maryam a.s and you are the ones who follow the footsteps of Khaular.a. May Allah bestow His Mercy upon you because you have written with your pure blood such a history of sacrifice and bravery that the entire world is shocked. Long time ago my respected Afghan sisters gave a tremendous sacrifice that is still remembered by the history. When Russians came after the honours of my Afghan sisters they did not surrender but they ran to the peaks of mountains and jumped bravely into the flowing river Kabul and hence did not let Russians win over them.
Today you have revised the same sacrifice. I try to imagine what you went through, when you would have heard the filthy voices of Rafidis and Russian soldiers near your house, the sounds of their footsteps would have crushed your spirit. Your husband would have been a martyr a long time ago, your brother might have been captured by these enemies of Allah, your father’s feeble figure was for sure unable to keep them away from dishonouring you. Then you thought and made a decision and got hold of that pistol which you kept to fight enemies of Allah. You knew you would not be able to fight back those dogs. I could feel your tears, your sobbing, I could hear your cry YaMutasim! YaMutasim! But no one came to rescue you. Reality struck you that today Islam is under the siege of Rafidis, Russians and Americans. Today Islam is all alone. Today you are left all by yourself facing flocks of kuffar. I am sure cursed Iblees would not have left you. This thought of surrendering to kuffar and begging them for mercy might have crossed your mind. But then soon ‘religious honour ‘took over you and you ignored all these lowly thoughts. Your tauheed, your aqeeda, your emaan and your righteous actions helped you. You realised that you did hijra for sake of Allah, you fought for sake of Allah and your death will be only for Allah.
. O my respected Syrianmartyred sister! This is not suicide because suicide is cowardly act, suicide is to lose hope on Allah while what you did was very courageous and you were hopeful of Allah’s Mercy and you were keen to meet your Lord. You are honour and pride of this ummah my respected sister. I pray to Allah Almighty to bring you together with prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, the piously. Amen.

Today a western news network Radio Liberty published reports claiming that, may Allah forbid, divisions have surfaced among the leadership of Islamic Emirate over money and finances as well as pointing to other matters. We categorically reject such malicious intelligence reports. Such propaganda efforts are the work of foreign intelligence circles and those associated with them in order to confuse common thinking about the Islamic Emirate. All praise belong to Allah, neither is there any schism in the ranks of Islamic Emirate nor has any split surfaced over finances. The Islamic Emirate has a strong and well-disciplined administrative framework. Managers and workers are known, all strictly follow their leader Amir ul Mumineen Sheikhul Hadith Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada Sahib, handle financial matters with the utmost care, have a strong administrative body for management of financial affairs with no divisions therein. That the radio named ‘Liberty’ publishes propaganda from the mouth of enemy, intelligence agents and unknown sources without asking the opinion of the official spokespersons of Islamic Emirate, then this only exposes their own identity and can never, Allah willing, harm the prestige and unity of the Islamic Emirate.
