New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "May the Almighty Accept in His Sight your Fast and Congratulations on 'Īd"

The Muslims performed worship of fasting in the month of Ramadan with dignity, humility and elation of belief as per the injunction of their Lord, the Most Merciful. They completed a cycle of one of the best, precious time and auspicious moments where they were being favored with innumerous blessings by their Lord every coming moment. Many were servants of God and those who observed the fast that they became entitled to receive forgiveness, mercy and salvation from the fire of hell in accordance with Divine discretion and bestowal.
The Afghan Muslim and Mujahid people passed the auspicious month of Ramadan in a particular order that, on one hand, they were fasting and, on the other hand, they were holding in their hands the sword (for the protection of ) the religion of Allah. Thus they were keeping the fronts of both obligations (Ramadan and Jihad) engaged and full of essence.
The Americans martyred and wounded tens of common people and have caused them severe financial losses as a result of aerial bombardments and (night) raids during Ramadan. Casualties of the common people in Nad Ali district of Helmand province, Domanda district of Khost province, Narang district of Kunar province, Khogyani and Gilan districts of Ghazni province and Sheikhabad neighborhood of Wardak province are clear evidences that even the invaders have accepted the responsibility or common people took to the streets in reaction to the invaders’ brutality. The Afghans did not leave the field of Jihad and battle even for a while because they believe that in the niche of the history of Islamic Ummah, the month of Ramadan has gone down as a period of the first battle between the truth and Falsehood. i.e. the Battle of Badre, one of   the first expeditions of Islamic history, took place on 17th of Ramadan, the second Hijri year.
The Afghan fighters dealt a jaw-breaking blow at the invaders under the leadership of America in this Ramadan, inflicting heavy material and life losses on them. This sent streaks of pangs and grief all over America, particularly, the downing of Chinook helicopter by Mujahideen in Wardak province which resulted in the fatality of 31 American commandos borne in on the Westerners, for the first time, that the war of Afghanistan has paralyzed the war machine of America. Moreover, the Taliban have proved their ascendancy in the battle with American forces.
Observers believe, the prominent victories of Mujahideen and the heavy casualties of American invaders in the blessed month of Ramadan is, undoubtedly, a symbol of Divine blessing and favor. It is but a replica of the historical Jihadi epic that the holy Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him) and his companions (may Allah be pleased with them all) achieved in the battle with the polytheists of Makkah in the blessed month of Ramadan when the Almighty Allah (SwT) foisted final defeat on the polytheists.
Similarly, the message of felicitation of the esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahid (May Allah protect him) on the occasion of the completion of the month of the fasting and the advent of Eidul-fitre which was directed to the Mujahideen, is certainly a comprehensive message, touching on the latest Jihadic triumphs; on withdrawal of limited contingents of American troops; on establishment of American permanent basis; on future of the country and on negotiation. The Message also contains instructions for Mujahideen and some other vital matters. As such, it was vastly reflected in media at world level and the Afghans whole- heartedly commended its contents. In brief, it augmented the spirit and Islamic emotions of all.
The message has unambiguously assessed the realities and developments ( of the country) and expressed its opinion regarding essential issues. The establishment of American permanent bases, negotiation and the future system of government, has been elucidated in clear terms. It has answered the propaganda and misleading accusations of some self-interested circles who frequently try to confuse the Afghan public opinion. In a part of the message, this issue is dealt with as under:
“Our manifesto is that Afghanistan should have a real Islamic regime which is acceptable to all people of the country. All ethnicities will have participation in the regime and portfolios will be dispensed on the basis of merits; will maintain good relations with regional and world countries on the basis of mutual respect and Islamic and national interests. Such dispensation will entirely focus on conduits to recover the spiritual and material losses that have been caused by the three decades-long war.”
“Limited withdrawal of the invading forces can in no way solve the issue of Afghanistan. The Jihad will continue unabatedly, because superficial measures further complicate the issue of Afghanistan and can produce harmful consequences. The invading forces should seek a lasting and convincing solution to the issue by immediately withdrawing their forces.”
“The Afghan nation is not ready to accept establishment of American permanent bases here. The Afghans consider military presence of the invaders whether it is in a greater size or a smaller, as a foreign occupation.”
“The Islamic Emirate considers the presence of the foreign invading troops in the country, their blind-bombardment, night raids, their brutalities; tortures and tyranny as the main cause of the current imbroglio in the country. The issue would come to an end when the said brutalities are meted out. Similarly, IE considers establishment of an independent Islamic regime as a conducive mechanism for sustainability of religious and worldly interests of the country and the countrymen. For this purpose, every legitimate option can be considered in order to reach this goal.”
We believe if the Americans and the Western countries carefully go through the message of felicitation of the esteemed Amir-ul-momineen and shun to look at it from an angle of stubbornness and arrogance, they will find in it some useful advices and ways to end the war of Afghanistan and to extricate themselves from the crisis they are grappling with.
To end, we pray that may the Almighty Allah accept in His Sight the fast of the month of Ramadan, the worship, obedience and Jihad of the Afghans and the Islamic Ummah. We hope, the Almighty may favor us all with elation and joy in these days of the auspicious Eid and eliminate problems and sufferings of the Islamic Ummah.

Two new statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan

Regarding the Release of Four Turkish Prisoners: 
Sometime ago, on 26.12.2010, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate detained four Turkish nationals who were working for a Turkish company in Pathan district of Paktya province during series of operations. In view of the blessed and auspicious month of Eid-ul-fitre and on the basis of human sympathy, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan released the prisoners at a locality of Organ district of Paktika province today evening at 7.45 o’clock. Meanwhile , on this occasion, the Islamic emirate wants to urge all foreign and local  employees who work for companies and NGOs, serving the interests of the invaders, to desist from cooperating with the invaders because such work on their part contributes to prolongation of occupation of Afghanistan and oppression of the miserable ( Afghan) people at the hands of the invading forces under the leadership of America.

In Response to the Propaganda about Recruitment of Children in Martyrdom-seeking Attacks:

Recently, some propaganda media outlets have published pictorial reports about the use of young children in martyrdom seeking attacks by Mujahideen. Before touching on the malevolent aspect of the said propaganda, we want to throw light on the Book of Code of Conduct (of Mujahideen) which has been issued by the Islamic Emirate regarding the ban on recruitment of children in the ranks of Mujahideen. Article 69 of the Code of Conduct says:
“ There is a ban on accommodation of adolescents in places where Mujahideen stay and in military centers.”
The ban on the recruitment of children in the ranks of Mujahideen as a rule of Sharia which is subject to (strict) implementation, had already been imposed by the Islamic Emirate prior to the propaganda campaigns of the enemy. The Mujahideen have strictly implemented the instructions at their Jihadic strongholds and fronts, considering it as an administrative bye-law and a Sharia-based obligation intimated to them by their leadership.
It should be said that the Islamic Emirate has not been facing any shortage of manpower of Mujahideen but, contrarily, the Mujahideen have to wait for months in order to carry out their Jihadic task, particularly, the task of martyrdom-seeking operations due to the great number of the recruitment-seekers for the task. Then why there should arise a need for the recruitment of children of young age? This is but a baseless and irrational accusation leveled against Mujahideen by the enemy regarding the recruitment of children. The moribund enemy uses this propaganda as a ploy against the Mujahideen in order to obtain the under given objectives which are:
–The invading troops and their internal puppets are facing a grave danger from the martyrdom-seeking operations of Mujahideen. So they are resorting to means and ways to malign this effective tactical enterprise. Therefore, they bogusly produce children of the employees of their spy agencies before the public of the world, claiming they are martyrdom-seekers and rely on these fake dramas ( as evidence) in their assertions and arguments.
1.On the basis of the claims of the enemy, if we take it for granted that the Mujahideen have recruited children for martyrdom-seeking operations. It would harm the Mujahideen themselves before harming any one else. This is because children are not able to perform such huge and amazing missions, nor they are able to bring to conclusion the martyrdom-seeking operations as an effective military tactic against the given military targets.
2-      Martyrdom-seeking operations need a strong resolutions, military training and deep Islamic knowledge and motive. Children do not have these physical and mental capacities to carry out the task.
3. As it is noticed, our martyrdom-seeking operations involve mass armed clashes ( with the enemy) which continue for several hours or they are car-bomb martyrdom-seeking attacks. They are both beyond the physical and mental capability of children. For example,  ten-hours long mass attacks against military centers and barracks of the enemy in Kabul, Bagram, and other big cities which are guarded by invading troops and other security personnel, are certainly beyond the capacity of a young child and even of an ordinary man. Would any one endued with wisdom and rationality accept the premise that a mere child with minuscule capability, would be able to put up such amazing resistance?
1-      From an angle of Sharia, there are some pre-conditions for any one who wants to carry out martyrdom-seeking operations as:
–His intention should be for the sake of Allah(SwT).
— Should have capability to inflict heavy losses on the enemy.
–should be armed with full military training and capacity.
A child is not able either physically or mentally to meet the above conditions.
Considering the above rational and Sharia-based justification, we can categorically say, that the said baseless accusation of the enemy against the Mujahideen is part of the enemy’s unjustified propaganda. As such, it is a failed and moribund effort of the enemy which will not benefit them . In fact, it was due to these effective tactical operations, that some of the very prominent military rulers from the ranks of the enemy were successfully wiped out and faced the enemy with a crucial threat in combat with the Mujahideen at the field of the battle   both from angles of military and security capabilities. With the passage of each day, this trend has been gaining momentum.

Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. There is no god but Allah and Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. All praises are for Allah (SwT).
Praise be to Allah Who did help His Servant (the Holy Prophet); honored His Army, Defeated the Confederation single-handedly; peace be on the Prophet after whom there is no prophet (to be advented). Having said this, I would like to proceed as under:
,I extend my (heart-felt) felicitation to the Afghan Mujahid people and to all Islamic Ummah on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitre and, meanwhile, I congratulate you all for the continuous victories in Afghanistan. May Allah (swt) accept in His Sight your fasting, Jihad and your sufferings in the cause of the Truth.
Availing myself of this opportunity, I want to share with you my views as regards some vital matters as follows:
Regarding the Current Situation of Jihad:
The enemies of Islam and Afghanistan had envisioned that the current year would be crucial for defeat of Mujahideen and for obtainment of the wicked goal of the enemy. Even they had raised hopes and expectations in their people and the world about a fundamental change in the status quo. Praise be to Allah, all their plans transpired to prove contrary to their calculations and assessments. The enemy sustained more casualties in soul and equipments this year in comparison with last years. With the passage of each day, the Mujahideen become better familiar with the enemy tactics; they are gaining access to hardware which is instrumental in causing greater losses to the enemy. All people are now witness to the tremendous life casualties of the enemy as well as the downing of their aircrafts. Furthermore, the growing cooperation of people; the infiltration of Mujahideen in the ranks and files of the enemy, the expansion of the area of Jihad to every part of the country; the growing escalation in daily operations and availability of accumulated tactics; the extermination of high level officials of the enemy both in north and south of the country, all these give us a good news of an imminent victory and a bright future.
If we compare the achievements of the current year’s operations which are christened as Badre with those of the previous years; if we ponder over the constant defeats and unprecedented moribund position of the enemy, we can reach a clear picture that points to the high morale of Mujahideen and an all-sided descent of the enemy.
At world level, the status quo is not pro-America as it once was in the past. The American economy is facing terrible problems more than before. People of NATO member countries are coming round to know realities of the war of Afghanistan with the passage of each day. A strong stance of opposition to this meaningless war takes roots in the minds of the public. The participant countries in the invading coalition withdraw their forces ( from Afghanistan) one after another. The regional countries and people have fed up with the gunboat policy of America. In brief, this situation indicates to the victory of our sacred Jihad.
Regarding the Withdrawal of Limited Contingents of American Forces from Afghanistan:
First of all, I would like to say that limited withdrawal of the invading forces can in, no way, solve the issue of Afghanistan. The Jihad will continue unabatedly, because superficial measures further complicate the issue of Afghanistan and can produce harmful consequences. The invading forces should seek a lasting and convincing solution to the issue by immediately withdrawing their forces.
Regarding American Permanent Bases in Afghanistan:
The Afghan nation is not ready to accept establishment of American permanent bases here. The Afghans consider military presence of the invaders whether it is in a greater size or a smaller, as a foreign occupation. If the Americans persist to display arrogance in this regard and do not pay attention to the demands of the Jihadic resistance and the people of Afghanistan, they would face the same aftermath as they are facing now following the decade-long occupation of Afghanistan that even they can’t feel consolation and respite in Kabul despite expenditure of billions of dollars and casualties of thousands of troops.
All people, particularly, the academic, political and influential figures of the country, should reach a common national stance in understanding with the Islamic Emirate against the establishment of bases of the invaders. Thus, they should prove to the Americans that all the nation have, in unison, opposing views about the permanent bases of foreigners in our country. Participation in the process of support for the establishment of the permanent bases, whether it is taking place under the name of Jirga or parliament, would only separate traitors from those committed to the religion and land.
Regarding the Future of the Country:
Our manifesto is that Afghanistan should have a real Islamic regime which is acceptable to all people of the country. All ethnicities will have participation in the regime and portfolios will be dispensed on the basis of merits; will maintain good relations with regional and world countries on the basis of mutual respect, Islamic and national interests. Such dispensation will entirely focus on conduits to recover the spiritual and material losses that have been caused by the three decades-long war. Since Afghanistan has vast arable land, rich mines and high potential of energy resources, therefore, we can make investments in these sectors in conditions of peace and stability and wrangle ourselves from the tentacles of poverty, unemployment, backwardness and ignorance, which give rise to other social and economic problems. Contrary to the propaganda launched by the enemies, the policy of the Islamic Emirate is not aimed at monopolizing power. Since Afghanistan is the joint homeland of all Afghans, so all Afghans have right to perform their responsibility in the field of protection and running of the country. The future transformations and developments would not resemble the developments following the collapse of communism, when every thing of the country was plundered and the State Apparatus damaged entirely. Contrarily, strict measures will be taken to safeguard all national installations, government departments and the advancements that have been occurred in private sector. Professional cadres and national business men will be further encouraged, without any discrimination, to serve their religion and country.
Regarding Negotiation:
The Islamic Emirate considers the presence of the foreign invading troops in the country; their blind-bombardment, night raids, their brutalities; tortures and tyranny as the main cause of the current imbroglio in the country. The issue would come to an end when the said brutalities are meted out. Similarly, IE considers establishment of an independent Islamic regime as a conducive mechanism for sustainability of religious and worldly interests of the country and the countrymen. For this purpose, every legitimate option can be considered in order to reach this goal. The contacts which have been made with some parties for the release of prisoners can’t be called as a comprehensive negotiation for the solution of the current imbroglio of the country. However, the Islamic Emirate, as an efficient political and military entity, has a specific and independent agenda in this regard which has been elucidated time and again.
Regarding the Coming Bonne Conference:
This conference will not be different from the conference held ten years ago because neither true representatives of the Afghan people have participation in it, nor attention is paid to a comprehensive and real solution of the problems of Afghanistan. Like the previous conferences and Jirgas, this conference is superficial and hypes- oriented. They want to distract the attention of the public of the world from the real solution of the Afghan issue for some time. Only those speeches and addresses are expected here which are already approved by the White House and Pentagon.
We advise all global actors involved in the issue of Afghanistan to seek a real and pragmatic solution of the Afghan issue instead of focusing on factitious and superficial solutions. They should realize the ground realities of Afghanistan; The Afghans have a splendid tradition for the solution of problems and understanding among themselves. But it is in a condition when foreign intervention does not exist. Considering it its legitimate right, the Islamic Emirate wages a lawful struggle for the defense of its religion, country and soil. The only reason for that being the presence of foreign invaders in the land. If the global invading coalition ends occupation of our land, the Islamic Emirate, as a peace-loving and responsible regime, will maintain positive relations with countries of the region and the world.
We advise all countries including the neighbors not to become part of any colonialist game concerning the future of Afghanistan, because it will serve no one’s interests. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as heir of two million Afghan martyrs, is determined to make independent decisions concerning the future of Afghanistan regardless of foreign intervention. Such decisions will be embodiment of the aspirations of the martyrs and our national and Islamic interests, dignity and honor of the Afghans.

New analysis from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Learn a Lesson from the Takhār Event!!"

On 7th Jawza (May. 28), the heroes of Islamic Emirate were not only able to disrupt the meeting being held in Takhar provincial governor house between high-ranking foreign commanders, officers and their domestic lackeys but rather, they took out the head leaders of this meeting despite all the security measures taken by the enemy, in an unforgettable lesson.
According to reports, in this strike which shook the world, many foreign officers, soldiers and their puppets were killed as well as the German General Markus Kneip, the ISAF force commander in the north, critically wounded. As for the stooge provincial governor of Takhar province, although he may be breathing, it is ill imagined that his body will cooperate with him or that the occupying forces will ever use him as a tool again. The fate of the general commander of zone (303) of northern regions, General Dawood and the chief police of Takhar province, Shah Jahan Noori is also well known as they have now left this world and have received a proper penalty for their actions!!
This strike on Takhar provincial governor house by heroes of Islamic Emirate was a tooth breaking response to this foreign and domestic band who were readying their forces to carry out a large scale operation in the north against its Mujahid nation. In the name of wanting to rid the north of Mujahideen presence, this group had plans of bringing death, destruction, sorrow, fear and wanted to raid the homes of its proud people then take hundreds of youth, scholars, students, tribal elders and Mujahideen to Bagram prison for the crime of having the zeal of waging Jihad against the occupation.
But fortunately, Mujahideen struck the first blow and those faces who used to beat their chests and boast to the occupiers about securing the north in exchange for millions of dollars, were dragged forth and put on trial in front of the north’s oppressed Muslims by the courageous soldiers of Allah, who also managed to pulled down the idols built of treachery, betrayal and injustice by the foreign invaders.
The death and injury caused to these hired commanders in Takhar shook the foundations of Kabul regime’s security apparatus and also forced Karzai to cut short his trip to Turkmenistan. NATO also showed great sorrow about the death of General Dawood and called it a great loss in their statement.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, while it calls these recent events inTakhar a strong groundwork of Jihad against the eternal enemies of Islam, the occupiers and their agents, it is also a reaction of the people of Takhar towards the foreigners’ injustice and brutalities which recently forced the people to take to the streets but the barbaric invaders along with their hirelings headed by General Dawood opened fire on them, martyring and wounding around 130.
We call on all those puppet officials and commanders, who have put chains of slavery of the foreign armies around their necks for a few measly dollars and positions, to recognize that you still an opportunity to find out about your obligation towards your country and religion, leaving the ranks of foreigners and to give Mujahideen, the soldiers of Islam a chance of bringing the crusading idol under the leadership of America to its knees and giving it a historical lesson in our proud and disbelief razing land. If you still choose to accept the slavery of invaders instead of siding with the Mujahideen, the recent Takhar event is a great lesson to learn from!!

New analysis from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "The Spokesman of Kandahār's Governor Should Admit Now, the Power is with Someone Else"

Spokesman of the Governor of Kandahar told media on May 22,    that he was wounded by firing of American troops when he was trying to enter compound of the Kandahr governor’s office. He admitted, the security situation of Kandahr has been aggravated; the governor’s compound’s security is handed over to American forces, following the recent law and order situation. He further maintained, it was agreed upon with the American forces that all office-bearers of the governor compound must be exempt from body search during their entry to offices. But despite that, they frisked his body, backtracking on their agreement. Not only that. They shot and wounded him.
The ISSAF office also confirmed injury of the spokesman of Kandahar in a press release, maintaining their forces have responsibility for the security of the Kandhar’s governor compound and every one has to go through body search. None deserves an exception.
No doubt. the security situation in Kandahar is graver than what it is being portrayed by the officials of the Kandahar province. The crisis is spiraling up to its climax and the situation running out of control of the Kabul Administration. The State Apparatus is in shambles; government offices and installation are laying abandoned and even low rank employees are not willing to go to their offices for days and, at least, sign their attendance-sheet book, let alone the high-ranking officials  who are staying away.
The man in the street can’t imagine having their grievances addressed by this miserable and crumbling Administration. Generally speaking, if a government and an administration is not able to protect himself or itself and has the only option to hand over security of the governor compound and other sensitive offices to American troops, then what credibility that specific governor or administration will have in the eyes of the common Afghans? How is it convenient for a common Afghan to have recourse to that administration for mitigation of his grievances in circumstances that every inch of the governor’s compound is being watched by American brutal and moron troops and every body, whether the government officers or civilians, are not exempt from frisking. In such a situation, the governor will not have the audacity to issue instructions on applications of grievances of the commoners ( for fear they will not be implemented.)
We urge the spokesman of the governor of Kandahar who has been bodily searched by the American troops in the very premises of the compound of the Kahdanar governor and is now smarting from an injury with blood stained( on his body) , that is it not your moral duty, a rationale step and your national responsibility to call a press conference and announce the Kandahar administration has collapsed. There is no law, nor writ of the law and the officials do not show up at their offices. This is because the American deem it their rights to body search the high-ranking officials and even shoot them.
It is clear like a broad day light that in view of the prevailing situation, the power rests with some one else. No Afghan with free conscience will ever find any parameter to call the Kabul and Kandahar Administrations as a national government or a regime.
