“Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah [i.e. they have gone out for Jihad (holy fighting), and showed not their backs to the disbelievers], of them some have fulfilled their obligations (i.e. have been martyred), and some of them are still waiting, but they have never changed [i.e.they never proved treacherous to their covenant which they concluded with Allah] in the least” Surat Ahzab: 23.
It is with great sadness we have learned that Afghanistan’s esteemed and recognized scholar, a great Jihadi figure, and a scholar of Quran and Hadith, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Saheb, who was hospitalized for the past three days as a result of a cowardly attack by the enemies of Afghanistan and consequently in critical condition, passed away in a hospital in Quetta, located in the land of migration, Pakistan. Surely to Allah we belong and to Him we must return.
The deceased Sheikh Saheb was a well respected and recognised scholar of Islamic Sciences in Afghanistan. Moreover he played a crucial role as a scholar and an activist with the Islamic Emirate. He was a great teacher whose students numbered in the thousands and who were instilled with great knowledge as a result of their teacher’s vast understanding. His martyrdom is recognized in Afghanistan and the wider region as an irreplaceable blow to the dissemination of knowledge.
The deceased (May Allah’s mercy be upon him) was the son of Haji Khan Gul and an inhabitant of Paktia province. He had dedicated his entire life to the service of Islam. He graduated from Islamic Studies at the age of 25. Two years after his graduation, the martyred Sheikh began teaching the Loya Daura (course of graduation year) and taught this course for the past 34 years at various learning institutes. He taught hadith at Darul Uloom Wana, at Dera Ismael Khan Madrassa, at Quetta’s Jamia Khairul Madaris as well as various other institutes. For the past many years the beloved Sheikh taught hadith at the final year of Islamic Studies as well as the exegesis of the Holy Quran. Each year more than 150 students graduated at the hands of our Sheikh.
The beloved Sheikh was a great scholar. Due to his knowledge, vast understanding and piety, the Sheikh attracted a vast following not only amongst students of knowledge but also among the laymen. The Sheikh was recognized throughout this region not only as a great scholar but also as a preacher and Jihadist leader that called others to the blessed path of Jihad. He would always utilize his sermons to strengthen the moral of the Mujahideen and would call upon all people to assist these holy warriors with their lives and wealth.
The enemies of Islam could not tolerate the activities of the deceased Sheikh and consequently martyred him in a cowardly attack. The Sheikh’s martyrdom, caused by this unmanly attack, is a badge of honor for his family and a badge of dishonor for his murderers in this world and the hereafter.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, learning of this loss, presents its condolences to the family of the Sheikh, to his students and to all the Mujahideen and people of Afghanistan. May Allah (SWT) accept the martyrdom of Sheikh Saheb and enable his children, family, relatives and students to show forbearance in this difficult moment. And may Allah (SWT) reward their patience with success in this world and the hereafter.

في بيان صادر عن معتقلي السلفية الجهادية بالسجن المحلي بو ركايز بفاس موقع بخط ايديهم كلاً بإسمه ، وصلنا في المرصد الإعلامي الإسلامي يحمل عدة رسائل إلى إلى الملك محمد السادس ورئيس الوزراء ووزير العدل ، يتضمن البيان العديد من النقاط الهامة ويركز على الانتهاكات الصارخة بحق السجناء والمعتقلين ، وخاصة انتهاك الحق في الحياة وعمليات قتل ووفيات داخل السجون ، وأدانوا في بيانهم مقتل بعض إخوانهم في أقبية السجون المغربية ،
وفيما يلي نص البيان :
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم وبه نستعين
والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وآله وصحبه وسلم
بيان من معتقلي السلفية الجهادية بالسجن المحلي بو ركايز بفاس
مؤسستنا بين الاقوال والأفعال
النزيف مستمر وإزهاق الأرواح البريئة متواصل، والاجهاز على أبسط حقوق الإنسان اضحى عملا ممنهجا داخل السجون المغربية.. فلاتكاد تمر فترة حتى نفاجئ بخبر عن تعذيب أو ترحيل تعسفي.. أو موت معتقل من المعتقلين ظلما وعدوانا..
في تحدي صارخ لكل الالتزامات والعهود والمواثيق الدولية الداعية الى صون كرامة الأنسان والحرص على حياته.. خاصة في حالات الأعتقال سياسيا كان او مدنيا بما يكفل لهم الحياة الكريمة للمعتقل في مرحلة الايقاف..
إن مقتل الشيخ المقعد محمد بن الجيلالي رحمه الله لهو جريمة من جرائم الاهمال واللامبالاة والاستهتار بأمن وسلامة المواطنين وهو ضحية أخرى تنضاف الى معتقلين آخرين فارقوا الحياة في أقل من سنة ونصف منهم احمد بن الميلود وعبد الملك عبد الصمد ومن قبلهم الشيخ محمد ابو النيت وعبد الحق بنتاصر المكنى بـ (مول الصباط) وخالد البوكري والشيخ الميلودي زكرياء والشيخ المسن محمد الامين أقلعي( رحمهم الله جميعا).
اننا اذ ندين – نحن المعتقلين في ملف ما يسمى بالسلفية الجهادية بالسجن المحلي بطنجة هذا الجرم فإننا نتقدم بهذه المناسبة الأليمة إلى اهل الشيخ وذويه وللشعب المغربي بأحر التعازي وخالص الدعاء بالرحمة والمغفرة للفقيد ، احسن الله عزائنا وعزائكم وأعظم أجركم ، لله ما أعطى ولله ما أخذ وكل شيء عنده بأجل مسمى وإنا لله وأنا اليه راجعون…
كما لايسعنا في هذا المقام الا أن نبعث الى الجهات المعنية والمؤسسات الوصية بالرسائل التالية:
الرسالة الاولى إلى ملك البلاد
اننا اذ نقف على ما ورد في حواركم الصحفي مع جريدة الباييس الاسبانية وقولكم بوجود 20 ملفاً ممن شابت محاكماتهم خروقات وتجاوزات…نتساءل.. ولنا حق في ذلك بعد كل هذا الزمن ألم يحن الوقت وقد مرت عشرة سنوات على الاحداث ان نعرف من هم هؤلاء العشرون المنتهكة حقوقهم في المحاكمات؟ …. فقد يكون الشيخ المقتول بن الجيلالي أو أحد من الذين سبقوه ممن قضوا نحبهم في سجون المملكة ضمن هاته اللائحة التي كان من المفترض أن يراجع القضاء ملفاتهم أو أن يطلق سراحهم .
الم يحن الوقت بعد لإيقاف هذه المجازر ورد الحقوق الى أصحابها وإطلاق سراح المعتقلين ظلما وعدوانا؟؟؟
إننا لانطمح في هذا المقام بأكثر مما جاء في ختام بيان الديوان الملكي الذي أصدره على خلفية الاحتجاجات على إطلاق سراح مغتصب الاطفال المجرم كالفان دانيال وذلك بفتح تحقيق عاجل ومعمق من ّأجل تحديد المسؤوليات ونقاط الخلل التي قد تكون أدت ألى مقتل الشيخ المقعد محمد بن الجيلالي رحمه الله تعالى وتحديد المسؤول أو المسؤولين عن ذلك مع اتخاذ كافة العقوبات اللازمة
رسالة الى رئيس الحكومة
نود أن نذكر حضرتكم السيد عبد الإله بن كيران في هذه المناسبة الاليمة بما كانت عليه أقوالكم قبل الحكم وما آلت إليه أفعالكم بعدها .. نذكركم بما قلتم في الندوة التي عقدت بمقر حزبكم عقب خطاب 9 مارس ( هذا نداء مني وطلب إلى صاحب الجلالة لإعادة فتح التحقيق في أحداث 16 ماي والافراج عن المعتقلين)
وجاء في الصحف في يوم17 مارس 2011 بالخط العريض ما يلي:
( الامين العام لحزب العدالة والتنمية عبد الاله بنكيران يطالب بإعادة فتح التحقيقات في أحداث 16 ماي بالدار البيضاء واطلاق سراح معتقلي تيار السلفية الجهادية الذين قال عنهم أبرياء).
ومن اقوالكم ايضاً وانتم في المعارضة رداً على من انتقذ مطلبكم من أجل فتح تحقيق في احداث الدار البيضاء قولكم ” اذا كان نبي الله شكك في وجود الله الا يحق لعبد الاله بن كيران ان يشكك في احداث الدار البيضاء ؟؟
كانت هاته بعض اقوالكم الرامية الى اعادة فتح تحقيق في تلك الاحداث ومصارحة المغاربة بحقائق الامور والاخذ على ايدي الجناة الحقيقيين واطلاق سراح مئات المظلومين.. وهو قولكم بانه الضمانة الحقيقية لقيام نهضة اصلاحية في المغرب…
أما افعالكم وانتم رئيس للحكومة فقد انقلبتم على هاته المطلب وغيرها من مطالب الشعب.
ألم يعد المغاربة في حاجة لمعرفة حقيقة ما جرى في احداث الدار البيضاء ؟ مع العلم ان هذا الحدث هو الذي فرض على المغاربة قانون مكافحة الارهاب والذي لايزال الى يومنا هذا كاتماً للانفاس وبابا من ابواب انتهاك منظومة حقوق الانسان من خلال تكميم الكلمة الحرة وفرض الهاجس الامني على كل ربوع البلاد.
ألم يعد المغاربة بحاجة الى اطلاق سراح فلذات اكبادهم الذين بات الموت والمرض والقتل يتخطفهم بين الحين والحين؟، ثم ما الذي يمنعكم من تنفيذ كل وعودكم والقيام بذلك وانتم على رأس السلطة التنفيذية في االبلاد مع صلاحيات يكفلها لكم الدستور الجديد.
ما الذي يعوقكم عن الحركة والفعل هل هي التماسيح والاشباح والعفاريت؟؟؟
أم ان اقوالكم كانت جزءا من شعارات وخطب شعبوية كان الغرض منها دغدغة مشاعر المغاربة لتحقيق اهدافكم الانتخابية الحزبية الضيقة .
مهما كانت الاسباب والمبررات. . فإننا نخبركم بأن ذلك لا ولم ولن يعفيكم من المساءلة والمحاسبة في الدنيا والآخرة ولن يشفع لكم ذلك امام حجم الضربات الممنهجة والمتوالية التي نتلقاها ومعنا مئات العوائل والأسر كل يوم ظلماً وعدواناً والتي تزداد شراسة وإيلاما منذ وصولكم الى سدة الحكم.
رسالة الى وزير العدل والحريات
مصطفى الرميد الرجل الغني عن التعريف الذي كان متابعاً ولصيقاً بالمشهد السياسي والحقوقي في كل محطات السلفية الجهادية بحكم المتابعة والمشاركة حقوقياً ودفاعياً احيانا اذ كان محاميا يدافع عن المعتقلين ثم رئيساً لجمعية منتدى الكرامة التي اقيمت اهدافها من اجل مواكبة مسلسل النضال من اجل حق المواطن المغربي المسلم في الحرية والكرامة والحياة ، ثم وزيراً للعدل والحريات ثم موشحاً بوسام المكافأة الوطنية بدرجة ضابط كبير.
