The western governments should by now have realized they must salvage themselves from the protracted and pointless war in Afghanistan which truly has brought down tragedies and disasters on America and other arrogant countries.
Thousands of their soldiers were killed, maimed and mentally disabled; billions of dollars was spent; economies of involved invading countries faced decline; its own people were reduced to beggary and other such ills…..
Now the time has come for the American president Obama and other head of states of invading countries to understand the realities of this futile war and instead of tactical efforts, troop reductions and gradual withdrawals, focus on the conditions, calls and needs of its own people and immediately extract all its troops from our country.
The core solution to the Afghan problem rests the complete end of its occupation. The Afghans should be granted control, choice of government and sovereignty of their country. If not such then our sacred Jihad will intensify and forge ahead successfully even if one foreign soldier is present in our country and this struggle will continue until the fulfillment of the aspirations of our people.
The announcement by Obama of removal of thirty four thousand troops from Afghanistan is not the core solution to the problem and steps must be taken for their complete withdrawal because that will be beneficial for both America and Afghanistan. That which must be done tomorrow with more losses, ignominy and humiliations should be done today and an end brought to the occupation of Afghanistan.

Several media outlets have reported that the head of Pakistan’s Jamiat Ulama Islam, respected Maulana Fazl Rahman, visited Qatar to meet with the respected chief and other dignitaries of Islamic Emirate’s Political office so to play the role of an intermediary for talks with the Kabul administration.
We must state that no members of Islamic Emirate’s Political Office nor has its respected chief met with anyone and neither do they plans to meet in the near future. All current and future reports in this regard are the personal views of the publishers which do not have any bases.

The political representation of UN in Afghanistan recently released a report about wide spread systematic torture of political prisoners in Afghanistan which was promptly rejected by the Interior Ministry of Karzai administration however the findings of
this same UN report were confirmed by the supporters of the stooge regime who testified to systematic torture being rife in prisons. As the report only documents torture of political prisoners therefore the Islamic Emirate states that it has reliable information that unparalleled torture is ongoing inside the prisons of intelligence agencies. Similarly, all impartial organizations must also carry out probes into hidden personal torture cells littered across the country. Prisoners are kept for prolonged periods in these secret personal cells and sometimes these same persons are martyred, the bodies of whom later discovered by locals in deserts and returned to their loved ones.
Secrets cells are built by local puppet forces inside the district centers of several districts, prisoners are brought there without warrants and severely tortured. An example is the personal prison built in Kandahar province’s Boldak district in which many of our countrymen are being held and tortured. Many innocent people are kept for prolonged periods in horrendous conditions inside its basement from which many have disappeared only to be later found martyred and mutilated in the desert close to the shrine of Ibraheem Khelo Khalifa Baba to the south of Kandahar city. The Islamic Emirate calls on all free organizations to fulfill their duties in preventing such tragedies.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله و الصلاة و السلام علی رسول الله و بعد : قال تعالی ( و لاتهنوا و لاتحزنوا و أنتم الأعلون إن کنتم مؤمنين . إنيمسسکم قرح فقد مس القوم قرح مثله و تلک الأيام نداولها بين الناس و ليعلم الله الذين ءامنوا و يتخذ منکم شهداء و الله لا يحب الظالمين . و ليمحص الله الذين ءامنوا و يمحق الکافرين . أم حسبتم أن تدخلوا الجنة ولما يعلم الله الذين جاهدوا منکم و يعلم الصابرين . و لقد کنتم تمنون الموت من قبل أن تلقوه فقد رأيتموه و أنتم تنظرون ). إنطلاقا مما تعانيه أمتنا في مشارق الأرض و مغاربها و في بلدنا العزيز من حرب شرسة
وواضحة تستهدف الشريعة الإسلامية عبر إبعاد المسلمين عن دينهم و
سنة نبيهم و محاولة الکفار لتدارک ما لحق بهم من هزائم متتالية و متلاحقة
تمثلت في طرد عملائهم و جلاديهم الذين اکتوت الأمة المسلمة خلال العقود
السابقة بنار ظلمهم و عمالتهم.
فبعد أن فشل هؤلاء الخونة في کسر إرادة الشعوب التي تمثلت في التحرر و
الخروج من التبعية التقليدية للغرب الکافر و تهاوو الواحد تلو الآخر حتی
أضطر الکفار لأخذ زمام المبادرة و لجأوا إلی أسلوب جديد من الترهيب و
الترويع يهدف بشکل أساسي إلی الدخول المباشر في :” حرب المحافظة علی
مصالحهم “
و لأن الرجوع إلی الدين و التمسک بالکتاب و السنة کمرجع و حيد للحکم بين
الناس هو الفاصل الأخير و مفترق الطرق الذي ينهي تدخلهم في شؤون المسلمين
و يقطع الطريق بشکل نهائي أمام أذنابهم و عملائهم فقد أعلن الغرب الحرب
علی دعاة تحکيم الشريعة و حاولوا الإساءة إلی دعوتهم ومنهجهم بل و
الإساءة إلی الدين الإسلامي کله و إلی الرسول صلی الله عليه و سلم و ما
حادثة الرسوم و غيرها إلا دليل واضح علی استهداف المسلمين .
و انطلاقا من معرفتنا بهذه الحقائق و رفضا لتخلينا عن مطلب تحکيم شرع
الله حتی و لو کلفنا ذلک أرواحنا .
و إدراکا منا بأن حرب الکفار القائمة منذ سقوط الخلافة إلی يومنا هذا هي
حرب صليبية جديدة علی الإسلام تتعدد فصولها و أنها وصلت أطوارا خطيرة و
متقدمة اشتدت بعد إفلاس من کانوا قائمين عليها ابتداءا و أن شظاياها آذت
و أهلکت بلدنا تماما مثل ما فعلت في بلدان المسلمين الأخری فإننا نعلن عن
حملة مضادة تحت عنوان أنصار الشريعة ببلاد شنقيط بدءا من تاريخ صدور هذا
البيان إلی أن يشهد التاريخ علی تحکيم شرع الله بين المسلمين من جديد أو
نهلک دون ذلک .
ولأنه من أهم أهداف الکفار إبعاد المسلمين عن علمائهم ليکون في ذلک إبعاد
لهم عن دينهم فإننا ندعوا المسلمين في موريتانيا إلی الإلتفاف حول
العلماء و التحسيس بأهمية العلم و أهله و أن يساهم في ذلک الجميع کل بحسب
طاقته ووسعه و سوف نساهم نحن بدورنا في التحسيس بذلک .
وستکون البداية قريبا بإذن الله في أول فرصة حول حياة ودعوة العلامة
الإمام بداه و لد البصيري رحمه الله تعالی .
ونؤکد علی تبنينا للسلفية وأننا نمثل فقط جزءا منها نعبر عن أفکارنا لاعن
أفکار غيرنا من السلفيين وغيرهم من المسلمين عموما و نعلن أننا سندافع عن
ديننا و سنة نبينا و عن جميع المسلمين الحاملين لهم الدعوة و المطالبين
بتحکيم شرع الله دون هوادة و تحت أي ظرف و في کل حال .
و من هذا المنطلق فإننا سنرد بالحجة و البيان علی کل أباطيل و ترهات
العلمانيين و اللائکيين و غيرهم ممن تسول له نفسه المساس بعقيدتنا، و لن
نسمح لأحد بالتطاول علی ديننا و سنة نبينا أيا کان .

Following the untimely assassination of Chokri Belaïd (Shukri Bilayd), a Tunisian lawyer, opposition leader with the left-secular Democratic Patriots’ Movement and one of the leader’s of the Popular Front to which his party had adhered when the coalition was formed, there was a sense that security within Tunisia could break down. Although it appears, for now, that the situation has calmed down and many are returning to their normal everyday activities, on February 7th, Ansar al-Shari’ah in Tunisia (AST) for the first time activated its ‘Neighborhood Committees.’ The mobilization of these committees within a mere few hours illustrated the strength of AST’s organizing structures as well as its memberships obedience to orders coming from the top.
The ‘Neighborhood Committees,’ which were originally called ‘Security Committees,’ were announced and set up on October 6, 2012 as a preemptive precautionary measure in case there was a security vacuum within the country. In other words, aspirationally, the establishment of a de facto non-state controlled martial law force if need be (more on if they were successful in their first mobilization below). The original intent of these committees was to safeguard and protect individuals in case the country spiraled out of control on October 23, 2012, which was the one year anniversary of the Constituent Assembly Election. No security issue or vacuum developed and the date passed without the activation of AST’s committees.
This changed last week, though, in light of the assassination, as well as the tense environment on the streets of Tunisia. Some individuals attempted to take advantage of this and began to loot, but many have since been arrested for these crimes. As a consequence of the perceived lack of security, AST called on its followers to mobilize their ‘Neighborhood Committees,’ stating the goal was to protect individuals, their money and property, and ward off thieves and looters. AST also urged followers to remain vigilant and cautious in light of potential gangs and criminality. Within a few hours, AST was able to mobilize members in Sfax and Hammamet for the night of the 7th. The mobilization was even swifter on the 8th whereby committees in addition to the former two came to the streets in al-Zahra’, al-Wardiyyah, al-Qayrawan, Sousse, al-Qalibiyyah, Mahdia, Ariana, Sidi Bouzid, al-Tadhamin Neighborhood, Beni Khayr, Southern Suburbs (Tunis), al-Kef, Diwar Hishur, al-Dandan, al-Nur Neighborhood, Jendouba, the Western Suburbs (Tunis), Matar, the Braka Coast, al-Khadra’ Neighborhood, and Qarbah (excuse the literal transliterations from Arabic in some cases, I’m fully aware they are spelled differently in the French rendering). AST conducted some of their patrols with the League for the Protection of the Revolution (LPR), believed to be a hardline faction associated with Ennahda.
