English:
Based on this blessed merging, brothers involved in Ansarullah website will from now cooperate with their brethren from Bab-ul-Islam forum, fulfilling their joint responsibility of propagating Mujahideen’s message in different ********s.
In order to make maximum use of this merger such that it could prove heart-warming for the muslims and painful to the disbelievers, it has been decided that Ansarullah website be incorporated fully into the Bab-ul-Islam forum. This move is aimed at collective work using a single portal.
On this occasion keeping Allah (SWT) and mujahedeen our witness, announce that with the help of Allah (SWT), we will counterblast every media attack against Islam and mujahideen with steadfastness, and will put our full efforts to spread the message of Islam and Jihad.
We ask Allah (SWT) to accept our humble efforts.
And our final prayer (du’a) is that, all praise be to Allah, the Lord of all that exists.

الحمد لله رب العالمين ، والصلوة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين ، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن سار على نهجه إلى يوم الدين. أما بعد:
السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ
ہم امت مسلمہ کو بالعموم اورمجاہدین کو بالخصوص یہ خوشخبری سناتے ہیں کہ الحمدللہ جہادی میڈیا کے دو اہم ترین ادارے انصار اللہ اور باب الاسلام نے آپس میں اتحاد وادغام کرنے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
یہ اعلان اللہ تعالی کے اس فرمان پر عمل کرتے ہوئے کیا گیا:
وَاعْتَصِمُواْ بِحَبْلِ اللّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلاَ تَفَرَّقُواْ
’’اور تم سب مل کر اللہ کی رسی کو مضبوطی سے تھام لو اور تفرقہ مت ڈالو‘‘(آل عمران:103)
جہادی میڈیا کے ان اداروں کے اتحاد کی برکات سے انصار اللہ ویب سائٹ کے بھائی باب الاسلام فورم کے بھائیوں کے ساتھ مل کر جہادی میڈیا کا کام کرینگے اور مجاہدین کی ترجمانی کرتے ہوئے ان کے پیغام کو مختلف زبانوں میں عام مسلمانوں تک پہنچانے کا فریضہ ادا کرنے کے لیے مشترکہ جدوجہد کرینگے۔
اس اتحاد کے ثمرات وفوائد کو جہادی میڈیا کے لیے سمیٹنے، اور ان کے اثرات کو مسلمانوں کے دلوں کے لیے ٹھنڈک اور خوشی کا باعث بنانے، اور اللہ کے دشمنوں اور کافروں کے لیے عذاب اور تکلیف کا باعث بنانے کے لیے یہ فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے کہ انصار اللہ ویب سائٹ کو باب الاسلام فورم پر منتقل کردیا جائے اور ایک بازو بن کر جہادی میڈیا کا کام کیا جائے۔
ہم اس اتحاد کے موقع پر اللہ تعالی کو اور پھر مجاہدین کو گواہ بناتے ہوئے یہ اعلان کرتے ہیں کہ ہم اپنے خون کے آخری قطرے تک اللہ کے حکم سے آپ کیخلاف ہونے والی ہر فکری ومیڈیا کی یلغار کا منہ توڑ جواب دیں گے، اور اسلام اورمجاہدین کا ثابت قدمی کے ساتھ دفاع کریں گے اوراسلام وجہاد کا پیغام عام مسلمانوں تک پہنچانے کے لیے کسی بھی قسم کی جدوجہد کرتے ہوئے قربانی دینے سے دریغ نہیں کریں گے۔
آخر میں اللہ تعالی سے دعا ہے کہ وہ جہادی میڈیا کے دواداروں کے اس اتحاد میں برکت ڈالے اور اس اتحاد کوشرف قبولیت سے نوازے ۔آمین ثم آمین

সকল প্রশংসা আল্লাহর যিনি সারা বিশ্বের মালিক। শান্তি ও অনুগ্রহ বর্ষিত হোক আমাদের নবী মুহাম্মদ সল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম, তাঁর পরিবারবর্গ এবং সাহাবাদের প্রতি। শুরুঃ
আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আমরা সাধারনভাবে মুসলিম উম্মাহকে এবং বিশেষভাবে মুজাহিদদেরকে জিহাদি মিডিয়ার দুটি গুরুত্বপূর্ন প্রতিষ্ঠান আনসারুল্লাহ ওয়েবসাইট এবং বাব-উল-ইসলাম ফোরামের জোটবদ্ধ হওয়া এবং একীভূত হওয়ার শুভ সংবাদের ঘোষনার খবর দিতে পেরে খুশি।
এই ঘোষনাটি পবিত্র কোরআন থেকে আল্লাহ সুবহানুহু ওয়াতাআলার নিন্মলিখিত আয়াতের উপর ভিত্তি করে নেয়া হয়েছেঃ
জিহাদি মিডিয়ার একত্রিত হওয়ার আনন্দঘন মূহুর্তে আমরা বলতে চাই আনসারুল্লাহ ওয়েবসাইট বাব-উল-ইসলাম ফোরামের ভাইদের সাথে মিলেমিশে বিভিন্ন ভাষায় মুজাহিদদের বার্তাগুলোকে পৌঁছে দিতে একসাথে কাজ করবে।
জিহাদি মিডিয়ার জন্য একসাথে কাজ করার উদ্দেশ্যে আনসারুল্লাহ ওয়েবসাইট এবং বাব-উল-ইসলাম একত্রিত হওয়ার মাধ্যমে সবচেয়ে বেশি সফলতা বয়ে আসবে ও মুসলিমদের আত্মাগুলো শান্তি পাবে এবং কুফফারদের জন্য তা যন্ত্রনা ও ক্ষতি বয়ে আনবে। এই জোটবদ্ধ হওয়ার উদ্দেশ্য একটি মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করে একই সঙ্গে কাজ করা।
এই মূহুর্তে আমরা আল্লাহর সাহায্য কামনা করছি এবং মুজাহিদদের সমর্থন কামনা করছি। আমরা ঘোষনা করছি যে আল্লাহ সুবহানুহু ওয়াতাআলার ইচ্ছায় ইসলাম এবং মুজাহিদদের বিরুদ্ধে আসা যেকোনো আক্রমণকে আমরা দৃঢ়তার সহিত প্রতিহত করবো। আমরা আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা বজায় রাখবো ইসলাম এবং জিহাদের বার্তাগুলোকে পৌঁছে দিতে।
আমরা আল্লাহর কাছে দোয়া করি যেন আল্লাহ আমাদের এই চেষ্টাগুলোকে কবুল করেন।
আমাদের সর্বশেষ দোয়া সকল প্রশংসা আল্লাহর যিনি সারা বিশ্বের মালিক।

Here it is in full: “And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire, and you would not have other than Allah any protectors; then you would not be helped.”

I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. In the name of Allah, the most compassionate, the most merciful. Praise be to Allah, the lord of the worlds and peace and blessings on the messenger of Allah and his family and his companions and those who follow him. And now to proceed. May the peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon all the monotheists. Dear brothers and sisters! We – the Mujahideen of the Shamilkala sector – have decided to release a communique concerning our operations, that we have carried out and about which the deceitful kuffar constantly tell lies. Allah willing, we would like to speak about some of the operations that we have carried out. Concerning the explosion on Kalinin [Prospekt](1), with the aid of Allah, Al-Hamduillah, our Mujahideen executed this [operation] by setting up an IED trap, on which the kuffar walked right into. The kuffar say that no one was injured except two children. This is deception, this is a lie, because our Mujahideen, as when there are children around – by Allah – do not want to harm anyone except those who try to muffle the word of Allah. This area was blocked off. We waited a long time for the Taghut forces to show up. The area was blocked off and no one got through. Our Mujahideen did not see anybody except kuffar in the area. If, in fact, they did see anyone else, they would not have set off the explosion. Since they did not see anyone else, they detonated the explosives. They make no mention that they were laying there, covered in blood and that their screams could be heard from far away. And they are liars. Subhan’Allah, there is no truth in what they say on television and on their news stations. Praise be to Allah. Concerning the bombing that we carried out on Dakhadaeva [street] in September (2), with the aid of Allah, we executed this operation and destroyed the enemies of Allah. Many of the enemies were killed and a large number of them were injured as a result of this operation. This was confirmed by their collaborators, regardless of what was reported on TV. And what they say about civilians – I swear to Allah – we have no intention of harming them and taking their lives is of no benefit to us. But sometimes mistakes are made. Jihad is a big deal. And in big deals, mistakes happen. Mistakes even happen to the best people of the Ummah. The Prophet’s (peace and blessings of Allah upon him) companions even made mistakes. No one is immune to mistakes. Just because mistakes can happen does not mean that Jihad should stop. Jihad is an obligation to every Muslim and despite the mishaps, Jihad must go on and Insha’Allah our Jihad will be accepted. Do not believe these kuffar and munafiqeen. We, also, carried out an operation in the district of Speoratnom [of Shamilkala] (3), where we eliminated a FSB operative who was a member of the FSB ‘Spetsnaz’ (Yunus Guseynov). They said that he was a sportsman and that he worked for them, but was never involved in special operations. I say that he participated in special operations and that he was a special forces operative. Before he was killed by us, he came from Gimry, where an “Anti-Terrorism regime” was declared (see here). Al-Hamduillah, we did kill him. By the grace of Allah, He awarded us with a trophy – a Yarygin pistol. They said that we killed him in front of his kids – this is a lie. The day before the operation, we saw how he got out of his car and headed to his front door and he had his wife and two kids with him. We did not kill him [at that time], even though it would have been quite easy. We spared him for the next day. We did not shoot him in the back or from the side. We killed him face to face. He saw death in front of him. They shot him dead and splattered his head all over the place. We will continue blowing your heads off – the heads of the kuffar.Later, we conducted an operation which eliminated a Major from the “[Anti] Terrorism and Extremism Directorate” (Kurban Akhmedov) (4). He tortured our brothers, he participated in special operations. Our Mujahideen, praise be to Allah, defeated him in battle, destroyed him, leaving this enemy of Allah no chances, and they returned to their base without casualties. We are thankful to Allah. We compile reasons and the result is for Allah.
