New video message from Wilāyah Dagestān of the Caucasus Emirate: "Clarification Regarding Recent Operations by the Amīr of Shamilkala Sector"

I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. In the name of Allah, the most compassionate, the most merciful. Praise be to Allah, the lord of the worlds and peace and blessings on the messenger of Allah and his family and his companions and those who follow him. And now to proceed.

May the peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon all the monotheists. Dear brothers and sisters! We – the Mujahideen of the Shamilkala sector – have decided to release a communique concerning our operations, that we have carried out and about which the deceitful kuffar constantly tell lies. Allah willing, we would like to speak about some of the operations that we have carried out.

Concerning the explosion on Kalinin [Prospekt](1), with the aid of Allah, Al-Hamduillah, our Mujahideen executed this [operation] by setting up an IED trap, on which the kuffar walked right into. The kuffar say that no one was injured except two children. This is deception, this is a lie, because our Mujahideen, as when there are children around – by Allah – do not want to harm anyone except those who try to muffle the word of Allah. This area was blocked off. We waited a long time for the Taghut forces to show up. The area was blocked off and no one got through. Our Mujahideen did not see anybody except kuffar in the area. If, in fact, they did see anyone else, they would not have set off the explosion. Since they did not see anyone else, they detonated the explosives. They make no mention that they were laying there, covered in blood and that their screams could be heard from far away. And they are liars. Subhan’Allah, there is no truth in what they say on television and on their news stations. Praise be to Allah.

Concerning the bombing that we carried out on Dakhadaeva [street] in September (2), with the aid of Allah, we executed this operation and destroyed the enemies of Allah. Many of the enemies were killed and a large number of them were injured as a result of this operation. This was confirmed by their collaborators, regardless of what was reported on TV. And what they say about civilians – I swear to Allah – we have no intention of harming them and taking their lives is of no benefit to us. But sometimes mistakes are made. Jihad is a big deal. And in big deals, mistakes happen. Mistakes even happen to the best people of the Ummah. The Prophet’s (peace and blessings of Allah upon him) companions even made mistakes. No one is immune to mistakes. Just because mistakes can happen does not mean that Jihad should stop. Jihad is an obligation to every Muslim and despite the mishaps, Jihad must go on and Insha’Allah our Jihad will be accepted. Do not believe these kuffar and munafiqeen.

We, also, carried out an operation in the district of Speoratnom [of Shamilkala] (3), where we eliminated a FSB operative who was a member of the FSB ‘Spetsnaz’ (Yunus Guseynov). They said that he was a sportsman and that he worked for them, but was never involved in special operations. I say that he participated in special operations and that he was a special forces operative. Before he was killed by us, he came from Gimry, where an “Anti-Terrorism regime” was declared (see here). Al-Hamduillah, we did kill him. By the grace of Allah, He awarded us with a trophy – a Yarygin pistol. They said that we killed him in front of his kids – this is a lie. The day before the operation, we saw how he got out of his car and headed to his front door and he had his wife and two kids with him. We did not kill him [at that time], even though it would have been quite easy. We spared him for the next day. We did not shoot him in the back or from the side. We killed him face to face. He saw death in front of him. They shot him dead and splattered his head all over the place. We will continue blowing your heads off – the heads of the kuffar.

Later, we conducted an operation which eliminated a Major from the “[Anti] Terrorism and Extremism Directorate” (Kurban Akhmedov) (4). He tortured our brothers, he participated in special operations. Our Mujahideen, praise be to Allah, defeated him in battle, destroyed him, leaving this enemy of Allah no chances, and they returned to their base without casualties. We are thankful to Allah. We compile reasons and the result is for Allah.

We would like to make a statement concerning the killing of a sorcerer. Recently, about a month ago, our Mujahideen killed a sorcerer, annihilating him. I would like to say to the sorcerers, [that] they should quit their dirty business and abandon the Jackal Clan, make Tawba (repentance) and accept Islam. If this happens, we will not touch you. We have a lot of information on you, and we will get you and when we do, there’s nothing you can do.

Also, I would like to say that winter is coming to an end. This was a cold winter. We sit back during winter. With the help of Allah, we have been able to conduct, have conducted, operations. Winter ends and as spring comes – there will be more killing, more attacks, Allah willing. It will be easier to conduct operations in the forests. I want to tell these kuffar to wait and that we will find them and kill them wherever they are. There is no shortage of information about you and no shortage of groups either. As you can see, we have groups here and our groups are not too few. Insha’Allah as spring comes, there will be more operations. Insha’Allah we will kill you, we will bomb you. There is much information about you. We know where you sit, where you eat, when you leave your houses. And you will, Insha’Allah, hear when we will start killing you.
I want to say to the Muslims, do not believe these kuffar and munafiqeen. They are deceivers and liars. I want to give a reminder to our brothers and sisters. I want to thank our brothers in faith, who do not fear the condemnation of the condemned and do not fear the threats of the kuffar.
Allah said: “ So fear them not, but fear Me if you are believers.”
And by Allah, He knows and we do not know. Allah knows best who and what we should fear.
Allah has told us: “Fear Me, if you are believers.”
Do not be afraid of them, they can do you no harm, except what has been ordained by Allah. And by Allah, we believe in this.
We are set apart from the kuffar by the fact that we believe in Allah and His messenger and in the message that was revealed to us by Allah in the Qur’an and in what was passed down to us from the messenger of Allah in the hadiths.
I want to tell our brothers to be not afraid. Do not fear these kuffar and do not abandon your fard (obligation). Subhan’Allah. Today, Jihad is fard al-‘Ayn (individual obligation). And there is no difference of opinion regarding this issue. Some people say that we do not have power. Verily, they not know that all power belongs to Allah.
“All might belongs to Allah, His messenger and the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.”
Subhan’Allah. What other power is needed. As our brother said: “Allah has ordered us to victory, Allah has ordered us to Jihad.” Really, because we are weak in strength, we have to abandon our religion? Should we then also abandon Namaz? Must we abandon Namaz? Audhubillah. Insha’Allah we will never abandon Namaz. We will only stop when we are dead, Insha’Allah.
And I want to give you a reminder to remain steadfast on this path. Verily, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) remained steadfast on this path and he endured a lot. The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) remained steadfast on this path and lost a lot. On this path they were tested, and they passed the test. We make Dua’a so that we can also pass the test. And I really want to emphasize, do not be afraid of them. Verily, do turn away from this religion because you fear the kuffar, Subhan’Allah, do bot be afraid of them.
I want to tell you to make Dua’a for us and to help this religion. Some brothers, I don’t even know how to say this, Subhan’Allah, are afraid to let the Mujahideen [come] into their homes and are afraid to give them transportation. Subhan’Allah. How are they going to stand before Allah on the Day of Judgement and answer for this. Verily, it is an obligation to invite them into your homes, to clothes them, to feed them and to pay for their weapons. And today, Al-Hamduillah, we would like to thank everybody who has assisted us, Jazak’Allahu Khayran, for you are aiding this religion and aiding the religion of Allah and His messenger.

I want to thank our sisters who have aided the religion. And for those who fear, Subhan’Allah, I simply want you to think about, what is it that you really want in this life? Akhirah or this dunya (the hereafter or this world). Audhubillah, this dunya is not worth a mosquito’s wing. If you want dunya, then you are loosing. If you want the Akhirah, then you should not hesitate to put yourself or your possessions at stake, due to the fact that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked: “who is the best among people?” He replied: “It is he who fights staking his life and spending his possessionsfor the sake of Allah.” So, do not grieve, verily, Allah has promised the best and Allah does not break his promises.
Make Dua’a for your brothers and uphold Tawhid. Remember the Mujahideen, who wholeheartedly tread on this path, who Allah has blessed with steadfastness, who Allah has blessed with victory [and who] helped us achieve more and when our time comes, may Allah reward us with martyrdom for His sake. For Allah has blessed us with the right tactics and the right decisions. So, supplicate to Allah for us, because we really need this.
I would like to say As-Salamu Aleykum to all of the Mujahideen and to all of the Amirs of the Caucasus Emirate, we love you and make Dua’a for us. If I do not see you in this world, Insha’Allah, I hope that Allah will gather us together in Jannah al-Firdaws.
