New article from Abū Sa'd al 'Āmilī: "Awaiting the Call to Arms (Advice and Guidance)"

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه أستعين وعليه أتوكل وإليه أنيب الحمد لله رب العالمين حمداً يليق بحلال وجهه وعظيم سلطانه ، نسأله سبحانه أن يرينا الحق حقاً ويرزقنا اتباعه والثبات عليه والدوران معه حيثما دار، والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد الكلام عن النفير ومقدماته وشروطه أصبح حديث الساعة عند المخلصين من أبناء هذه الأمة، فالناس تهتم بدنياها وما زالت مثقلة بقيود الملذات والشهوات، بينما هم مهتمون بمصير أمتهم ولا يغمض لهم جفن ولا يهنأ عيش حتى يجدوا موطن قدم لهم في ساحات الجهاد المفتوحة، من أجل نصرة إخوانهم من جهة وفي سبيل البحث عن مواقع الإعداد الحقيقي الذي يفتقدونه في بلدانهم الأصلية المحتلة. فبينما الناس يجمعون فتات الدنيا ويحرصون عليها ويتنافسون في امتلاكها وأنى لهم ذلك، نرى هؤلاء الغرباء قلوبهم معلقة بالسماء ويتلهفون إلى اليوم الذي يأذن الله فيه بالرحيل تاركين وراءهم الدنيا بحذافيرها، بل تراهم يبيعون كل شيء في سبيل الحصول على زاد يكفيهم في الطريق لكي يبلغوا موقعاً من مواقع التدافع المتعددة في عالمنا الإسلامي الفسيح. فاعلم أخي الحبيب أن الجهاد فرض عين على كل مسلم ومسلمة في هذا العصر، وكل ما يوصل إليه من إعداد واستعداد يصبح واجباً، لأنه ما لا يتم الواجب إلا به فهو واجب. وطلب العلم من واجباته وأدواته التي تساعد وتعين على الجهاد وليس في درجة فرض العين لكنه ضروري لمن سهله الله عليه، فالعلم قبل العمل، والجهاد يتطلب علماً أولياً والتسلح بعقيدة صحيحة تكون الأساس التي يقوم عليها وينطلق بها المجاهد إن شاء الله. أعتقد أن هذا النصاب من العلم الشرعي متوفر لدى الكثير من الإخوة الراغبين في النفير، فأغلب الشباب المسلم اليوم لديهم رغبة جامحة في تعلم دينهم وفقه أولوياته ومنها ترسيخ عقيدة التوحيد في نفوسهم، وهم في انتظار أن تحين ساعة الرحيل والنفير ليلتحقوا بالهدف الذي يحلمون به وينتظرونه منذ زمن. في انتظار ذلك ، اعلم أخي الحبيب أن المؤمن في عبادة لربه، حيثما كان وأينما حل وارتحل، ولعل رباطه في المحيط الذي يعيش فيه قد يكون فيه أجر المجاهد وأكثر لما في ذلك من مصلحة عظيمة لمن حولك، ولما تنشره من خير وتقوم به من تحريض، وكل شيء بقدر وأجل ، لهذا ينبغي على المؤمن أن يشغل نفسه ويملأ وقته بالعمل الصالح والإعداد للجهاد بتعلم كل العلوم اللازمة والفنون الضرورية ، فقد يتعذر عليه ذلك وهو في الجبهة نظراً لعدم توفر الوسائل هناك أو لعدم توفر الوقت اللازم ، لأنه سيكون مشغولاً بأمور تخص العلوم الجهادية والأوامر الميدانية اليومية. لهذا أنصح الإخوة جميعاً بتوفير وتحصيل أكبر قدر ممكن من المعرفة، سواء في العلوم الشرعية أو العلوم التقنية مثل المعلوماتية أو الإلكترونية أو تعلم اللغات والترجمة أو غيرها من العلوم النافعة، وذلك لكي تنفعه في رحلته الجهادية ويفيد إخوانه بها وهو في معسكرات التدريب والإعداد ، فإن المجاهدين بحاجة إلى كل هذا وزيادة، والمؤمن القوي خير وأحب عند الله من المؤمن الضعيف، والضعف هنا يتجلى أساساً في الجهل بهذه العلوم كما أن القوة تتجلى في استيعاب هذه العلوم والتقنيات بل والتعمق في استعمالها . أكيد أن نية نفيرك هو من أجل نصرة إخوانك في المقام الأول، ولابد أن تشوبه كذلك نية الذهاب من أجل الإعداد وقبلهما نية نصرة الدين وإعلاء كلمة الله ابتغاء نيل الشهادة كجزاء أخروي يتمناه كل مسلم، ويكفيك شرفاً أنه كان أمنية خير البشر أجمعين ، محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وصحبه أجمعين. هذا فيما يخص تهذيب وتصويب هذه الرغبة الشديدة لديك للنفير، وقبل ذلك ينبغي تكثيف طلبك للعلم الشرعي الصحيح النافع الذي سيساعدك في عالم الدعوة والتحريض أخي الفاضل، فلا تستهن بهذا الثغر العظيم الذي يحتاج إلى مخلصين، ولا تنس ميدان الإعلام الجهادي الذي هو الآخر بحاجة إلى أمثالك، وهذا جهاد عظيم الفائدة لو تعلم، أقول هذا في انتظار أن يأمر الله ويأذن بالنفير. فلا تحزن على عدم نفيرك إلى ميادين القتال كما تتمنى، فلكل أجل كتاب ، وعسى أن يكون في هذا التأخير خير عظيم لا تدركه، بل افرح أن منحك الله ما لديك من مواهب وإرادة التغيير لتنفع الإسلام ولكي تفجر طاقاتك فيما ذكرت، فهناك الكثير من الإخوة والأخوات يهجرون مواقع قد تكون في أشد الحاجة إليهم بحجة أنهم يريدون النفير للفوز بالشهادة، بينما هم يستطيعون إدراك هذا الأجر العظيم وحتى أجر الشهادة نفسها وهم جالسون في محيطهم وبلدهم الذي هو ربما في أشد الحجة إليهم. أقول هذا الكلام عن تجربة أخي الفاضل، فنحن لا نعلم أين الخير والمصلحة، هل في النفير أم في الرباط في المحيط الذي نعيش فيه لنكون سبباً في هداية غيرنا ونشر الفهم الصحيح عن ديننا وتحريض المسلمين من أجل المشاركة في مختلف أعمال الخير والتفقه في الدين، ومحاربة المذاهب البدعية، ونشر الوعي الجهادي في النفوس، وهذه أعمال قد لا نجد أحداً يقوم بها لو أننا هاجرنا جميعاً بحثاً عن الشهادة، وقد ننال هذه الشهادة في المحيط الذي نتحرك فيه. هذا ليس تثبيطاً ولكنه عمل لابد منه في انتظار أن يفتح الله ويسهل لك طريقاً للنفير حيثما تريد ولكن حينما تتوفر الشروط الشرعية والظروف الواقعية لذلك. مسألة النفير وشروطها تختلف من جبهة إلى أخرى، فكل واحدة لها خصوصياتها والمرحلة التي تتواجد فيها المسيرة الجهادية ، من قدرات متفاوتة على مختلف الأصعدة ، الدعوية واللوجستية وتأمين القواعد ووجود المربين والكوادر الكافية لاستيعاب القادمين الجدد وغيرها من الظروف والشروط الواجب توفرها في الأرض التي يود الأخ أن ينفر إليها. فكما سبق القول، ليس النفير غاية في حد ذاته بل هو وسيلة لتقوية صفوف المجاهدين وتحقيق واجب النصرة قبل كل شيء، ثم بعد ذلك يمكن للأخ أن يبحث عن الأجر والشهادة حينما يتوفر عنصري الصدق والإخلاص. ومن هنا يمكننا القول أن ساحة جنوب الجزيرة العربية تختلف عن الساحة الصومالية التي بدورها تختلف عن ساحة المغرب أو الساحل الإسلامي، وهذه الأخيرة تختلف كذلك عن الساحة في بلاد خراسان مثلاً أو بلاد الشام وهي الجبهة الأخيرة التي فُتح فيها باب الجهاد والتي تتطلب شروطاً خاصة في الذي يريد النفير إليها.

الجهاد اليوم في سوريا – بالرغم من أنه فرض عين على كل المسلمين من أجل نصرة إخوانهم ، إلا أنه لو قام ما يكفي من المسلمين لسد هذه الثغرة والقيام بهذا الواجب سقط عن الباقين -، لكن هذا الجهاد يحتاج إلى مجاهدين من نوع خاص نظراً لظروف المرحلة التي يمر بها المجاهدون في سوريا بسبب شدة

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Declaration About the Suspension of Dialogue with the Americans, the Office in Qatar, and Its Political Activity"

The Islamic Emirate decided on officially inaugurating its diplomatic office in Qatar a short while ago on 8th Zafar-ul-Muzaffar 1433 which corresponds with 3rd January 2012 for the purposes of reaching an understanding with the international community and for addressing some specific issues with the American invaders after arriving at an agreement with the government of Qatar. The aim behind the induction of a diplomatic office was so that the Islamic Emirate can establish contact with the international community under complete freedom and away from any danger and to ascertain the invaders in face to face dialogue that we are not going to abandon the struggle for our freedom and will not pardon you until the withdrawal of your last soldier and until you let the Afghans establish an Islamic government for themselves. Similarly we wanted to quash the excuses put forward by the enemy who relieved themselves by repeatedly saying that the Mujahideen have no address with which contact can be made. Furthermore we wished to clarify to all the parties that in the future, we are prepared for such interaction with everyone as is done between any two sovereign nations in which every side gives consideration to its own established laws. We also wanted to erase the dull picture of Islamic Emirate painted and presented to the world by our enemies who dismissed us as a warring faction which has no political, administrative and social capabilities or that it wished to harm other nations all the while the Islamic Emirate has transparent policies, complete competence and long term plans regarding all these issues. In this connection, the political envoys of the Islamic Emirate agreed upon the inauguration of a diplomatic office, the arrangement about which was already made with the government of Qatar and started holding preliminary talks with the occupying enemy over the exchange of prisoners. The Americans initially agreed upon taking practical steps regarding the exchange of prisoners and to not oppose our political office but with the passage of time, they turned their backs on their promises and started initiating baseless propaganda portraying the envoys of the Islamic Emirate as having commenced multilateral negotiations for solving the Afghan dilemma. At the same time Hamid Karzai, who can not even make a single political decision without the prior consent of the Americans, falsely proclaimed that the Kabul administration and the Americans have jointly started peace talks with Taliban; whereas the Islamic Emirate has not discussed any other issue apart from the two aforementioned (i.e. the induction of an office and the exchange of prisoners) and neither have we accepted any other condition with any other side nor have we conducted any talks with Karzai administration. A memorandum of understanding which was agreed upon earlier was not yet fulfilled when an American representative presented a list of conditions in his latest meeting with the Islamic Emirate which were not only unacceptable but also in contradiction with the earlier agreed upon points. So it was due to their alternating and ever changing position that the Islamic Emirate was compelled to suspend all dialogue with the Americans. We must categorically state that the real source of obstacle in talks was the shaky, erratic and vague standpoint of the Americans therefore all the responsibility for the halt also falls on their shoulders. To elucidate the standpoint of the Islamic Emirate to our own Muslim people, to the transgressors and to the entire world, the inauguration of political office in Qatar was not but for the sake of reaching an understanding with the outside world and particularly for the exchange of prisoners with the Americans in the initial stages. But it seems that the invading Americans and their stooge regime took advantage of these measures of  Islamic Emirate and sought to achieve other malicious objectives and therefore are postponing the core issues and are wasting time. So the Islamic Emirate has decided to suspend all talks with Americans taking place in Qatar from today onwards until the Americans clarify their stance on the issues concerned and until they show willingness in carrying out their promises instead of wasting time. Similarly the Afghan issue has two main dimensions; one is internal and the other external. The external dimension is associated with Americans and the internal dimension is connected with the Afghans themselves. Until and unless the external dimension is settled which rests entirely in the hands of the foreigners, discussing the internal dimension is meaningless and is nothing more than a waste of time. Therefore the Islamic Emirate considers talking with the Kabul administration as pointless. At the same time, the Islamic Emirate is fully prepared, has enduring patience and long-term Jihadi strategies against the malicious plots of the enemy and enjoys the ceaseless support of its believing nation. The Islamic Emirate correlates the presence of the alien forces in Afghanistan with instability of the entire region and will not tolerate it in the present shape nor temporary and neither in the shape of permanent bases. The Islamic Emirate once again calls on the entire world and particularly the regional countries to support and back the Islamic Emirate in expelling of the invaders in order to achieve peace and stability in the whole region. Implementation of the Ḥadd Punishment in the City of “Jamame” in the State of Juba:

Attack on the Defenses of the Apostates and Crusaders Between “Hush” and “X Control Afgooye”:

الحمد لله وحده أعز جنده ونصر عبده وهزم الأحزاب وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده أما بعد: هاجمت كتائب المجاهدين بولاية بنادر الإسلامية في تمام الساعة العاشرة من الليلة الماضية على عدد من المراكز العسكرية للصليبيين والمرتدين بين حي “حوش” وتقاطع “إكس كنترول أفجوي” على ضواحي مقديشو، واستخدم المجاهدون في العملية عدد من الآليات العسكرية، وقد سيطر المجاهدون على كل المواقع التي تمت مهاجمتها لمدة تزيد عن ساعتين بعدما فر المرتدون والصليبيون إلى مديرية “دركينلي” القريبة من موقع الهجوم، وتؤكد مصادر المجاهدين مقتل عدد من الصليبيين والمرتدين، وجرح في العملية ضابط برتبة عالية يسمى (عثمان أييو) ترددت الأخبار بين مقتله أو إصابته إصابة بالغة. اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "On the Occasion of the 33rd Anniversary of the 1979 Herat Uprising"

It is thirty three years ago today since the former Soviet-led ruthless communists, crushing the popular Jihadic uprising, martyred 25000 Muslims of Heart province, Afghanistan in cold blood, in what was one of the most heinous crimes in the history.
The Herat insurrection took place, in the context of large scale unrest, against the communist system implemented by puppet regime (The Khalq (Masses) faction) on Mar. 15, 1979 coinciding with Hoot 24, 1357 solar year.
Tens of thousands of Herati Muslims, under the Sharia Fitwa (religious decree) issued by Muslim scholars, rose up in revolt in large measure to struggle to retain independence in the face of growing Red Empire.
The martyrdom-loving Herati Muslims’ uprising set off Jihadic resistance across the country and successfully gave way to the spirit of Jihad and sacrifice among the Islam-loving Afghans to launch Jihad against the Soviet-backed communist regime and the Red Army.
Despite the exercise of its fullest power to suppress the rebellion, resulting in callous massacre of more than 25000 empty-handed and unarmed Herati Afghan Muslims, the then puppet regime failed to stop the waves of revolution from engulfing the entire country, weakening the resolve of Afghans and subjugating them.
The Afghan nation, in spite of all this, kept putting up firmer Jihaidc resistance, regardless of laying down their and the lives of their loved ones, so much so that they spread it countrywide.
This day is observed while our country is in the tyrannical occupation of America and the Afghan Muslims is in frontlinetrenches conducting Jihad against the US invasion all over the country.
 Today, our Muslim nation is witnessing several revolutions and uprisings as it used to do during the oppressive rule of former Red Army.
The current US occupation and the former Soviet’s are similar in nature and objectives with the mere difference of fact that the former fooled Afghans under the slogans of ‘shelter, food and clothing’, whereas latter is shedding the blood of the oppressed Afghans under the false slogans of ‘peace, democracy and progress’.
The then Khalqi regime used to shower the oppressed Afghans with bullets and bombs, while the blood thirsty US terrorists are making the Afghans bath in their own blood all around the country.
The US, in the same way as the former Soviet Union, may end in tears and will be destined with the same embarrassing fate the Red Army befell and will be forced to flee our beloved country in much disgrace with help and grace of Allah Almighty.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Inhumane Treatment of the Oppressed Prisoners in Pul-e-Charkh"

Even though our innocent countrymen are being targeted with persecution and heart-rending terror from every direction and their cries from the pangs of tyranny imposed upon them by the invaders and their henchmen can be heard everyday, the stooge Kabul administration’s Ministry of Interior and the notorious intelligence
figures from the former Communist regime’s KHAD now coined NDS have gone a step further and decided that all the copies of the Holy Quran and other religious texts are to be confiscated from the possession of all the political detainees locked up in the Pul-e-Charkhi prison.
They claim that it is these books and the Holy Quran which incite people towards so-called ‘terrorism’ and evil-doing!!! and with this pretext, all the copies of the said books and of Holy Quran have been taken away from the prisoners. What is most astonishing and a point of great regret is that this step coincides with the same date on which the American occupying troops burnt copies of the Holy Quran and other religious texts in an incinerator in Bagram airbase. With this, we can clearly establish whom the orders were handed down from and the reasons behind why the stooge Kabul administration took this step? because the American Generals also put forward the same excuse for their barbaric crime of burning the Holy Quran and other religious books claiming they were misused by the inmates!!!
Similarly, the so called officials of the National Directorate Services have taken out hundreds of inmates from normal cells under various pretenses and thrown them into solitary confinement where they endure inhumane conditions in order to abuse the defenseless inmates and bring them under physiological pressure.
In reaction to this inhumane and un-Islamic practice by the prison officials, the oppressed prisoners, as part of their religious obligation and in order to raise their voices, have gone on a strike related to which some have wired their mouths whereas the officials have responded with another savage step by shutting off all electricity and food items. The inmates have gone hungry for two days and they are languishing in unbearable conditions. All of this is happening despite the voice of prisoners being suppressed by every means possible and are being strangled from their necks. No one is allowed access to information about the poor condition of the detainees.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly condemns this inhumane, anti-Afghan and un-Islamic treatment of the prisoners and warns the perpetrators that they will definitely have to pay back heavily to the Afghan nation for their savage actions.
Alongside this, it calls on the United Nations, all the international right organizations and the international Red Cross to stop these illegal and inhumane acts of the Kabul officials and to help all the political Afghan prisoners home and abroad in receiving their rights.
Islamic Emirate would also like to remind the supposed Muslim lawmakers in the Kabul parliament that if they keep silent as enmity is openly being expressed towards religious studies and the Holy Quran in a Muslim country and against political prisoners most of whom are scholars and memorizers of the Quran then they shall also be considered as partners in this crime.
Islamic Emirate also calls upon its countrymen to stand resolute against the Kabul administration and its handlers in every corner and avenge their abused Muslim brothers by retaliating against the perpetrators who are struggling against our independence and an Islamic government from being established.
