New statement from Anṣār al-Sharī'ah in Yemen: "Statement #3: On Radā' and the Withdrawal"

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Statement No. 3
الحمدلله القائل (إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ أَمَرَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ) والصلاة والسلام على الصادق المصدوق على آله وصحبه أجمعين، أما بعد،
It’s not a secret on anyone what the country is passing through from injustice and corruption, beside that it is not ruled with the Sharia of Allah from decades, this was what made your brothers in Ansar Al-Sharia to enter Radda, and sit-in in it, until the conditions are reformed by implementing the Sharia of Allah, and the corruption and corrupt are removed, and we didn’t have any intention of in power and prestige, and we weren’t pushed by prejudice to a party or sheik or tribe or race, but rather it was seeking to establish the rule of Allah that was suspended for a long time.
The deposed government and some of the tendentious parties pushed some mercenaries to cause confusion and ignite a tribal war, but your brothers dealt with it in the proper way which had a role in preventing bloodshed and avoiding Fitnah.
And during that came many mediations from several parties, demanding that we leave the region, so we agreed to leave in return of the following demands:
1. Forming a committee from the peoples of the country that the public facilities would be handed over to them, and it will manage the security and judiciary status according to the Islamic Sharia.
2. Not to interpose the movements of Ansar Al-Sharia, and that they have the full freedom in spreading their Dawah.
3. Releasing 15 prisoners who were unjustly imprisoned in the prisons of the Political Security.
And in an initiative responding to our demands one of the prisoners, brother Nassir Abdulrab Al-Zufari was released.
And a hostage was given in return for releasing the rest of the prisoners, and forming the mentioned committee has begun, and to prevent bloodshed of the Muslims Ansar Al-Sharia decided to withdraw. Hoping that the rest of the conditions be fulfilled and the land be ruled according to the Sharia of Allah.
If any condition was breached, Ansar Al-Sharia has the right to commit the action that deters te traitors according to the Sharia of Allah.
We call all the Moslems to seek to implement the Sharia by all the legitimate means. And not to be quite about the corruption and stand in the face of the traitors a stand that deters them and repels their falsehood. (and Allah is the master of His affair, but most people do not know) 21 Surah Yusuf

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمدلله القائل “ان الحكم الا لله امر الا تعبدوا الا اياه ” والصلاة والسلام على الصادق المصدوق على اله وصحبه اجمعين اما بعد . … لا يخفى على احد ما تمر به البلاد من ظلم وفساد ,اضافه الى انها تحكم بغيرالله منذ عقود ,ولقد كان هذا ما دفع اخوانكم انصار الشريعه الى دخول مدينة رداع ,والاعتصام فيها ,حتى يصلح الحال بتحكيم شرعالله ,ويزول الفساد والمفسدون ,ولم يكن لنا مقصد في سلطة او جاه ,ولم يدفعنا تعصب لحزب أو شيخ أو قبيلة أو عرق وانما هو السعي لإقامة حكمالله الذي عطل مدة طويله .ولقد قامت الحكومه الزائله وبعض الاطراف المغرضه بدفع بعض المرتزقه لإثارة البلبله في البلاد واشعال حرب قبلية, ولكن اخوانكم تعاملوا معها بالأسلوب المناسب ماكان له اثر في حقن الدماء ودفع الفتنه . وفي خلال ذلك جاءت وساطات كثيره من عدة جهات ,طالبة خروجنا من المنطقه ,فوافقنا على الخروج مقابل مطالب هي كالتالي : 1- تشكيل لجنة من اهالي البلاد تسلم لها المرافق العامه ,وتقوم بإدارة الوضع امنياً وقضائياً وفق الشريعه الاسلاميه . 2-عدم التعرض لإنصار الشريعه في تحركاتهم , وأن تترك لهم الحريه الكامله في نشر دعوتهم .-3الافراج عن خمسه عشر اسيراُ سجنوا ظلماً في سجون الأمن السياسي . وفي بادرة استجابه للمطالب تم الإفراج عن احدى الاسرى وهو الأخ ناصرعبدالرب الظفري .وتم تسليم رهينه مقابل الإفراج عن بقية الأسرى ,وتم الشروع في تشكيل اللجنه المذكوره ,وحقناً لدماء المسلمين فقد قرر انصار الشريعه الانسحاب .راجين ان يوفى بالشروط كما يجب وان تحكم البلاد وفق شرعالله . واذا حصل اخلال باي شرط من الشروط .فإن لانصار الشريعه الحق في ان يتصرفوا التصرف الذي يردع الخائنين وفق شرعالله ثم اننا ندعوا المسلمين جميعاً الى السعي الى تحكيم الشرع بكل الوسائل المشروعه .والا يسكتوا على الفساد وان يقفوا في وجه الخائنين وقفة تردعهم وترد باطلهم “والله غالب على امره ولكن اكثر الناس لا يعلمون “ اخوانكم انصار الشريعة الأربعاء 02/03/1433

al-Katāi’b Media presents new statement from Ḥarakat al-Shabāb al-Mujāhidīn: "Somali Population Must be Wary of Illegitimate Organisations Such as UNPOS"

The opening of UN Political Office for Somalia (UNPOS) base in Mogadishu signals a renewed Western attempt to further destabilise the Somali nation. Since its establishment, UNPOS, and its numerous contractors, have persistently continued to act as an impediment to the attainment of lasting peace and stability in the country.
Through implementation of policies and so-called roadmaps unfavourable to the needs of the wider population, UNPOS’s approach to Somalia is not to advance peace and reconciliation, as alleged, but to foment dissent and ill-will among the local tribes, thereby keeping the Somali state in a perpetual cycle of conflict and disharmony.
In its attempts to further fragment the homogeneous Somali society, UNPOS has been obsessively mobilising local clans against the establishment of Islamic Shari’ah in the country and actively financing different groups in order o revive the old hostilities engendered by tribal fiefdoms across Somalia. The misguided political guidelines endorsed by UNPOS are not only destructive to the sovereignty of the Somali nation but also disparaging to the dignity and the very existence of the people of Somalia as a whole.
Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen’s Office for Supervising the Affairs of Foreign Agencies (OSAFA), which has previously closed down UNPOS offices in the regions governed by the Mujahideen, hereby warns the Somali population not to be deceived by the obscure terminology and the clandestine initiatives presented by such organisations. OSAFA also encourages the Muslims of Somalia to take all necessary precaution to distance themselves away from organisations that seek to further exacerbate the political upheaval in the country.
