Un message aux peuple Français
Comme vous le savez, approuver et agréer une guerre c’est aussi accepter la mort, donc avec vos approbations concernant les attitudes injustes de vos politiciens envers nos Soeurs Musulmanes vous acceptez de perdre tous ce que vous possédez y compris vos vies, nous vous invitons alors à remettre en cause tous ces politiciens afin de ne pas perdre ce que vous battissez à cause de leurs attitudes et de la guerre qu’ils ont déclarés contre l’islam en interdisant les signes religieux.

New statement from the Shūrā Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Regarding the Inception of the Spring Operations”

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful Fight in the Cause of Allah, those who fight you and do not be aggressive. Allah does not love the transgressors.( S:II V:190)
To the Muslim and Mujahid Nation of Afghanistan!
Today, our sacred Jihad against all foreign invaders in Afghanistan successfully steps up to the threshold of its tenth year, with the help of the Almighty Allah ( SwT) and your prideful Jihad and selfless sacrifices. With the approach of the spring, the Leadership Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to declare the launching of the spring military operations christened as “Badar” to be waged against the invading Americans and their foreign Allies and internal supports.
For the purpose of success and effectiveness of the operations against the foreign invading forces and their defeated supporters, the following points must be born in mind:
- As in the past, the Badar Operations will focus on attacks against military centers, places of gatherings, airbases, ammunition and logistical military convoys of the foreign invaders in all parts of the country.
- Throughout the operations, the prior target of Mujahideen’s attacks must remain foreign invading forces, members of their spy networks and ( other) spies, high-ranking officials of the Kabul Puppet Administration, both military and civilian, members of the cabinet, members of the parliament, Heads of foreign and local companies working for the enemy and contractors.
- Since members of the American espionage agencies, government officials of the Puppet Administration and enemies of the Afghan people and Jihad have ensconced themselves in the so-called Peace Council and are trying to pave the way for the prolongation of the American occupation by cashing in on the name of Jihad, religion and tribal chieftainship,; wants to prevent Mujahideen from waging Jihad against the invaders and are urging the Afghan Mujahid people to accept American slavery and surrender, therefore, members of the Council can be target of the Mujahideen attacks during the operations as, in view of their role, they are considered official members of the ranks of the enemy.
- Strict attention must be paid to the protection and safety of civilians during the spring operations by working out a meticulous military plan. Utilizing all proven military tactics, the operations will focus on usage of advanced weapons against the air and ground forces of the invaders, tip-and-run attacks, and group offensives, city attacks, advanced explosives attacks, effective group and martyrdom seeking attacks by warrior Mujahideen.
- The Spring Operations have been given the name of Badar in a hope that the Almighty Allah (SwT) may bestow on the Mujahideen victorious achievements versus all invading forces in Afghanistan like that which were bestowed on the believers during the historical battle of Badar in the 2nd Hijri lunar year. Some ardent diabolic chiefs of the polytheists were either killed or captured at the hands of the Mujahideen during the confrontation.
- Before the launching of the Badar Operations, we call on all officials of the Kabul Administration, military officers, officials of the spy agency and all other employees to cut off their relations with the invaders and their supporters whatsoever, and join the Mujahideen for the cause of defense of the people and their own person.
- All Afghan people should bear in mind to keep away from gatherings, convoys and centers of the enemy so that they will not become harmed during attacks of Mujahideen against the enemy or, as usual, the enemy may not avenge itself on them, following the operations of the Mujahideen.
- The Spring Operations of Badar have been launched for the purpose of protecting the tenets of Islam and the religion from the claws of the invaders and salvaging the country and people from the foreign colonialism because the foreign invaders have committed unlawful aggression against the sovereignty of our country; have ignited the flames of war in the yard of our house; have destroyed orchards and houses with bombs and bulldozers; have martyred our countrymen and imprisoned them and have desecrated the holiest Divine Book of the Muslims, the Holy Quran. Therefore, the war in our country will not come to an end unless and until the foreign invading forces pull out of Afghanistan and the cause of the war are obliterated. The Islamic Emirate considers this its legitimate right and religious obligation to defend its religion and country. The Jihad of the Islamic Emirate will continue with the help of the Almighty Allah and the support of the Mujahid people until the attainment of this legitimate right.
- The Badar Operations will begin throughout Afghanistan on May, the 1st 2011 i.e. 11 Saur Hijri solar year.
Success comes only from Allah, the Almighty.

بيان مجلس شورى القيادي بالإمارة الإسلامية حول استهلال عمليات “بدر” الربيعية
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
(وقاتلوا في سبيل الله الذين يقاتلونكم ولا تعتدوا إن الله لا يحب المتعدين)
إلى شعب أفغانستان المسلم والمجاهد!
بما أن مقاومتنا ضد جميع القوات المحتلة تخطو خطوات الفوز والنصر في عامه العاشر وذلك بفضل الله وعونه ومن ثم بجهادكم الصادق وتضحياتكم المضعفة، فإن مجلس شورى القيادي بالإمارة الإسلامية تسرها أن تعلن بمجيء فصل الربيع عملياتها الجهادية باسم “بدر” ضد الأمريكيين المحتلين وحلفائهم الأجانب ومسانديهم العملاء.
وقد ركزت على النقاط التالية من أجل تكون هذه العمليات أكثر نجاحاً بالنسبة للمجاهدين وأكثر خسائرة بالنسبة للمحتلين والعملاء على:
1- تستهدف عمليات “بدر” بشكل عام في جميع أفغانسان مراكز القوات المحتلة، التجمعات العسكرية، والقواعد الجوية، وكذلك القوافل اللوجستية والإنتقالية.
2- يكون الهدف الأساس للمجاهدين في هذه العمليات هم الجنود المحتلون، وشبكاتهم الإستخباراتية، وجواسيسهم، الموظفون العسكريون والإداريون بالإدارة العميلة، وأعضاء ووكلاء البرلمان، ورؤساء الشركات والمقاولين الذين يخدمون المحتلين.
3- إن أعضاء الإستخبارات الأمريكية في مجلس ما يسمى بشورى الصلح الذي يضم عددا من الموظفين الرسميين في الإدارة العميلة، وأعداء الشعب والجهاد، الذين يسعون لمهد الطريق لبقاء الإحتلال الأمريكي، ومنع المجاهدين عن الجهاد ضدهم، ويحرضون الشعب بقبول الإحتلال والمجاهدين للإستسلام، مستفيدين اسم الزعامة القومية، أو المذهبية، أو الجهادية؛ لذا فإن أعضاء هذا الشورى أيضا مستهدفون بعمليات المجاهدين لأنهم بأعمالهم هذه يعتبرون أعضاء رسميين في صفوف العدو.
4- سيُلاحظ في عمليات الربيع باسم “بدر” بشكل جدي الحفاظ على أرواح وأموال المدنيين، وذلك بطرح تخطيطات عسكرية دقيقة، ويكون تمركز العمليات إضافة إلى استخدام جميع التكتيكات العسكرية المجربة، على استخدام الأسلحة المتطورة ضد القوات البرية والجوية للعدو المحتل، والهجمات المباغتة، وهجمات جبهوية، وحرب المدن، وعمليات التفجير المتطورة، والعمليات الإستشهادية المؤثرة من قبل المجاهدين بشكل جماعي.
5- سميت هذه العمليات الربيعية بـ”بدر” ـ لو قدر الله ـ بأن تكون لها مكاسب كبير للمجاهدين، كما كانت للمسلمين في غزوة بدر الكبرى في السنة الثانية من الهجرة النبوية، إذ قتل وأسر بأيد المسلمين أكبر طواغيت الشرك والكفر.
6- قبل استهلال عمليات “بدر” مرة أخرى يُعلن لجميع منسوبي إدارة كابل من الضباط العسكريين، وموظفي الإستخبارات وجميع الموظفين الآخرين، بقطع علاقاتهم وارتباطتهم مع المحتلين ومسانديهم، وأن يقفوا إلى جانب المجاهدين دفاعاً عن أنفسهم وشعبهم.
7- يجب أن يكون أبناء الشعب الأفغاني منتبهين إلى الحفاظ على أنفسهم بعيدين عن ثكنات وتجمعات المحتلين، ومراكزهم وقوافلهم، كي لا يلحق بهم أي أذى خلال عمليات المجاهدين، وحتى لا يستهدفوا من قبل العدو بعد تنفيذ العمليات كي لا يأخذ العدو الثأثر منهم كعادته.
8- سيتم تنفيذ عمليات “بدر” من قبل الإمارة الإسلامية لأجل حفظ الإسلام والمقدسات الدينية من شر الأعداء المحتلين، ولنجاة الوطن من مخالب الإحتلال الغربي ؛ لأن هؤلاء الأجانب محتلون إذ هاجموا على بلادنا دون أي مبرر مشروع، وأضرموا لهيب النيران في عقر دارنا، ودمروا المزارع الخضراء والبيوت العامرة بالقذائف والجرافات، وقتلوا مواطنينا والقوا بآخرين منهم في غياهب السجون، ودنسوا أقدس الكتب السماوية، فإلى أن يضطر العدو للإنسحاب من أفغانستان، وإلى أن تُزال دواعي الحرب، لن تتوقف المعركة في بلدننا، لذا فإن الإمارة الإسلامية ترى الدفاع عن دينها ووطنها واجب وفرض عين عليها وحق مشروع لها، وللحصول على حقها المشروع ستواصل ـ بنصرة من الله ومن ثم بمساندة شعبها المجاهد ـ الجهاد ضد جميع هؤلاء المحتلين.
9- إن عمليات “بدر” الربيعية ستستهل ـ إن شاء الله ـ في جميع أرجاء أفغانستان بتاريخ 11-2-1390هـ ش الموافق لـ 1-5-2011م. ومن الله التوفيق.

We, the Dar Al Murabiteen Publications, are pleased to announce to the Islamic Ummah, the launch of our official blog. Releases posted on this blog belong to our Publications and the upcoming releases will be posted there, from now onwards too, inshaAllah.
Meanwhile we will try to reproduce, on the same blog, our previous releases which were available on our first website. The completion may take some time so we ask for your patience as work on both the former releases and the new releases is time consuming.

الحمد لله و الصلاة و السلام على رسول الله و على اله وصحبه و من ولاه,
اما بعد
فاننا من خلال هذا البيان و في سياق احداث مراكش الاخيرة نود ايضاح النقاط التالية .
1.ان ملابسات الحدث و الظروف الموضوعية المحيطة به تدل بما لا يدع مجالا للشك انه عمل مدبر من جهات تريد ايقاف مسلسل التحقيق في احداث 16 ماي و تحديد المسؤولين و محاسبة المسؤولين عن كل انتهاكات العقد الاخير .
2.الحادث يراد منه كذلك صرف الشارع الغاضب عن مطالبه المنادية بالقطيعة مع ظواهر الظلم بكل ابعاده.
3.مثل هذا الحدث كان متوقعا لقطع اللحمة التي تكونت بين عامة الشعب و معتقلي ما يسمى بالسلفية الجهادية.
4.لا نشك ان ان بداية الانفراج في ملف الاعتقال السياسي و البدء بالافراج عن المعتقلين اثار حفيظة الجهات المضادة لهذا الخيار.
5.ان مثل هذه الوقائع لن تثنينا ,باذن الله عن الاستمرار في مطالبنا و التشبث ببرائتنا .
6.على كافة الشعب ان يتجند للوقوف على حقيقة الحدث و عدم السماح بتوظيفه بالشكل الذي يراد له .
7.على الجميع ان يتذكر حدث كنيسة الاسكندرية و ان ثورة الشعب المصري اثبتت امرين
_الاول …. ان مثل هذه الاحداث المدبرة لم تحل دون المضي نحو تحقيق اهدافها.
_ثانيا… ان المسؤول عن الحدث هو وزير الداخلية للنظام البائد.
و ختاما نود من كافة الفعاليات في الحراك الشعبي و الحقوقي ان يقفوا صفا واحدا ضد تيار الاستئصال و الحنين الى الماضي.

IslāmDīn presents a new statement from the United Wilāyah of Kabarda-Balkar-Karachai of the Caucasus Emirate: “Confirmation of the Martyrdom Amīr ‘Abdullah”
English:
A message on behalf of the Command of the Mujahideen of the United Province of Kabarda-Balkaria-Karachai (KBK) indicated that during the unequal battle in the town of Progress got their martyrdom, insha’Allah, the following Mujahideen: Governor of the United Province of KBK Abdullah (Asker Dzhappuyev), Emir of the North-Eastern Sector Abdul Jabbar (Kazbek Tashu), Emir of the South-Western Sector Zakaria (Ratmir Shameyev), Deputy Emir Abdul Jabbar, Abdul Ghafoor (Aslanbek Khamurzov), Tamerlan Dyshekov, Albek Kokarev, Zalim Kunov.
A Mujahid Ruslan Dolov was also ambushed by invaders in south-eastern sector, on the outskirts of the village of Black River on Friday. Ruslan martyred, Insha Allah, in an unequal battle.
Almighty Allah says in the Koran:
“Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah, so they kill and are killed. [It is] a true promise [binding] upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Koran. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted. And it is that which is the great attainment”.
(The Holy Quran, Surah 9. “The Repentance”, verse 111)
Allah also says:
“Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration”.
(The Holy Quran, Surah 33. “The Clans”, verse 23)
When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, asked: “Which of all acts of worship is the best?” He said: “The belief in Allah”. He was asked: “And then what?” He replied: “Jihad in Allah’s way“.Then he asked again: “And then what?” He said: “The Hajj accepted (by Allah)”.

Abu Said Al-Khudri narrated that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was asked:“Who is the best among the people”. He replied: “A believer who strives his utmost in Allah’s Cause with his life and property”.
(Bukhari and Muslim)
Our brothers were the ones who committed this grave form of worship, those who commit jihad with their life and property in the way of Allah. They were the best.
Today they have become Shuhada (martyrs), Insha’Allah. They fulfilled their covenant which they concluded with Allah. We ask Allah to accept their hard work in this way and rejoiced them with Gardens of Jannat-al-Firdous.
Today, the infidels and their puppets rejoice and say they beheaded the Mujahideen. But this is only their impossible dreams. Jihad in the United Province of KBK continues.
Today, more and more Muslims began to realize that jihad is the apex of Islam. Therefore, more and more Muslims want to take part in it.
Muaz bin Jabal narrated: “We were with the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) returning from the battle of Tabuk. He told me, “If you want I can tell you the head of the matter, its pillar and its peak”. I said: “Yes O Messenger of Allah”. He said, “The head of the matter is Islam, its pillar is prayer, and its peak is jihad”.”
(Hakim – Ahmad al-Tirmidhi – Ibn Majah)
An associate of the Prophet (pbuh) Abu Darda also narrated:
“The Messenger of Allah said: “Allah will not joined together in the heart of His slave servant the dust of the path of Allah and the smoke of Hellfire, and whosoever’s feet were covered with the dust in the path of Allah, Allah moves Hell one thousand years away from this person, and whosoever wounded while in Allah’s path, he will have on him the stamp of the martyrs.
And this wound will appear on the Day of Resurrection in the color of saffron and its fragrance will be that of musk. This sign will be recognized by the created from start to finish. They will say: “He has a stamp of the martyrs!” And everyone who fights in Allah’s way in time enough to milk a camel Paradise is guaranteed”.

“O you who have believed, shall I guide you to a transaction that will save you from a painful punishment? [It is that] you believe in Allah and His Messenger and strive in the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives. That is best for you, if you should know. He will forgive for you your sins and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence. That is the great attainment”.

Сегодня в Северо-восточном секторе Объединённого Вилайята КБК в населённом пункте Прогресс многочисленные группы кафиров и муртадов напали на домовладение, где находились муджахиды. В ходе неравного боя, стали шахидами инша Аллах наши братья и сестры.
Среди них Валий Вилайята КБК Абдуллах (Аскер Джаппуев), амир Северо-восточного сектора Абдуль Джаббар (Ташу Казбек), амир Юго-западного сектора Закария (Ратмир Шамеев), наиб амира Абдуль Джаббара, Абдуль Гафур (Асланбек Хамурзов), Тамерлан Дышеков, Альбек Кокаров, Залим Кунов.
Также сегодня в Юго-восточном секторе, на окраине селения Чёрная речка, кафиры устроили засаду муджахиду Руслану Долову. В неравном бою Руслан стал шахидом инша Аллах.
Всемогущий Аллах сказал в Коране: Воистину, Аллах купил у верующих их жизнь и имущество в обмен на Рай. Они сражаются на пути Аллаха, убивая и погибая. Таково Его обещание и обязательство в Таурате (Торе), Инджиле (Евангелии) и Коране. Кто выполняет свои обещания лучше Аллаха? Возрадуйтесь же сделке, которую вы заключили. Это и есть великое преуспеяние. (Покаяние, 111)
Аллах также говорит: Среди верующих есть мужи, которые верны завету, который они заключили с Аллахом. Среди них есть такие, которые уже выполнили свои обязательства, и такие, которые ещё ожидают, но никак не изменяют своему завету. (Сонмы, 23)
Когда Посланника Аллаха, да благословит его Аллах и приветствует, спросили: “Какое из всех видов поклонения самое лучшее?” Он сказал:“Вера в Аллаха.” Его спросили: “А что потом?” Он ответил: “Джихад на пути Аллаха.” Затем его опять спросили: “А что потом?” Он сказал: “Хадж принятый (Аллахом).” (Бухари и Муслим)
Абу Саид аль-Худри передал, что Посланника Аллаха спросили: “Кто самый лучший из людей?” Он сказал: “Верующий совершающий джихад своей душой и имуществом на пути Аллаха.” (Бухари и Муслим)
Наши братья были теми, кто совершал этот тяжёлый вид поклонения, теми, кто совершал джихад своей душой и имуществом на пути Аллаха. Они были лучшими.
Сегодня они стали шахидами инша Аллах. Они выполнили свой завет, который они заключили с Аллахом. Мы просим Аллаха, чтоб Он принял их усердие на этом пути и обрадовал раем Джаннатуль Фирдаус.
Сегодня кафиры и их марионетки радуются и говорят, что они обезглавили муджахидов. Но это всего навсего их несбыточные мечты. Джихад в Объединенном Вилайяте КБК продолжается.
Сегодня всё больше и больше мусульман начали осознавать, что джихад является вершиной Ислама. Поэтому в нём хотят принять участие всё больше и больше мусульман.
Муаз бин Джабал передал: “Мы были с Посланником Аллаха, возвращаясь с похода на Табук. Он сказал мне: “Если ты хочешь, я скажу тебе о голове дела, его опоре и его вершине.” Я сказал: “Да, о Посланник Аллаха.” Он сказал: “Голова дела – Ислам, его опора – молитва, и его вершина – джихад.” .” (Хаким – Ахмад -Тирмизи – Ибн Маджа)
Также сподвижник пророка, да благословит его Аллах и приветствует, Абу Дарда передал: “Посланник Аллаха сказал: “Аллах не совместит в лёгких Своего раба пыль на пути Аллаха и дым Адского огня, и тот, кто запачкает свои ноги на пути Аллаха, Аллах отдалит его от огня Ада на расстояние равное 1000 лет пути на быстром коне, и тот, кто будет ранен на пути Аллаха получит печать шахады. Это ранение будет в День Суда иметь цвет сафрона и аромат мускуса. Это знак, который будет узнан всеми творениями от начала до конца. Они скажут: “На нем печать шахидов!” И каждому кто сражается на пути Аллаха на время достаточное подоить верблюдицу гарантирован Рай.” (Ахмад)
Аллах говорит:
О те, которые уверовали! Указать ли вам на торговлю, которая спасёт вас от мучительных страданий? Веруйте в Аллаха и Его Посланника и сражайтесь на пути Аллаха своим имуществом и своими душами. Так будет лучше для вас, если бы вы только знали. Он простит вам ваши грехи, введёт вас в Райские сады, в которых текут реки, и в прекрасные жилища в садах Эдема. Это – великое преуспеяние.(Ряды, 10-12)

الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:استسلم ثمانية جنود يتبَعون لميليشيات حكومة شريف المرتدة لولاية شابيلى السفلى الإسلامية، و ذلكيوم الثلاثاء 23 جمادى الأولى 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 26-04-2011 ، يذكر أن هؤلاء الجنود من الذين تم تدريبهم في يوغندا، وقد أقامت ولاية شابيلى السفلى الإسلامية مناسبة دُعي إليها مختلف وسائل الإعلام احتفالا بتوبة الجنود، وتحدث الشيخ محمد أبو عبد الله – حفظه الله – والي الولاية لوسائل الإعلام و رحّب بالجنود التائبين ودعا الله أن يتقبل توبتهم، كما تحدث الجنود التائبون لوسائل الإعلام و حكوا المعاناة التي عاشوها منذ إرسالهم إلى يوغندا وحتى عودتهم وانخراطهم في صفوف جيش الردة.
اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.
اللهم اجعلهم وعتادهم غنيمة للمسلمين.
اللهم دمّرهم و زلزلهم.

The Warlord ‘Barre Hirale’ was Ambushed by the Mujāhidīn in the Islamic Province of Gedo:
الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:وقعت قافلة يقودها زعيم الحرب المعروف “بري هيرالي ” يوم الثلاثاء 23 جمادى الأولى 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 26-04-2011، في كمين نصبه مجاهدو ولاية قيذو الإسلامية، وقد وقع الكمين بعد العصر بينما كانت القافلة تتجه إلى قرية (عري عصي)، وكانت القافلة تتكون من أربع سيارات ثلاثة منها سيارات عسكرية والرابعة شاحنة محملة بمواد غذائية ومعدات وإمدادات عسكرية، وبتوفيق من الله سيطر المجاهدون على الشاحنة و على سيارة أخرى بينما فرت سيارتان إحداهما كانت تحمل زعيم الحرب، و كان عدد الجثث التي تركها المرتدون 8 جثث منها ثلاثة جثث تعود لضباط كبار أحدهم نائب زعيم الحرب.
اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.
اللهم اجعلهم وعتادهم غنيمة للمسلمين.
