‘Incite the Believers’ Operations Room — The Pinnacle of Islām is for the Word of God to be Superior

English:

All praise is due to Allah, who said in His Descended Revelation: “O ye that believe! betray not the trust of Allah and the Messenger, nor misappropriate knowingly things entrusted to you.” [Al-Anfal 27]

And peace and prayers be upon the Imam of the Mujahideen, the Master of the First and Last, who said, “The one who fights for Allah’s word to become Superior, is striving in Allah’s Cause,” and upon his family and his Companions. And henceforth:

It is no longer a secret to anyone what the field of Sham and the blessed jihad of its people have reached field-wise and politically.

Field-wise: Through the trick of de-escalation zones, the ill-fated Astana Agreement succeeded in isolating the areas and eliminating the revolution and the jihad therein, and it was then crowned by the Sochi Agreement, which sought to complete the same scheme for the last stronghold in the north.

And politically: The announcement of treacherous steps being undertaken, whereby the occupiers and their tools draft a constitution, leading to elections to reproduce the Ba’ath regime politically, as it was reproduced on the ground.

Perhaps the most important contributing factor to all of the foregoing is relying on the fantasy of international understandings and pursuing the mirage of political solutions, which alleged allies and friendly sponsors persistently promoted, and manufactured military, political, and administrative projects that ensure the inclusion of bodies and groups in the course of the ignorant international system, to integrate them with known political solutions and their recognized capitulatory outputs.

Allah willing, our people in Sham have seen what political solutions and their illusions have reaped in Tunisia, Egypt, and elsewhere, and the experiences there revealed to them the techniques employed by the ignorant international system and its tools to contain and to eliminate the revolutions of Muslim peoples, and taught them that which decides the conflict is the language of blood. The Exalted says: “Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can.” [Al-Baqarah 217] And taught them, also, that the Ummah will not retake its glory but through jihad.

In light of the foregoing, and to clarify the truth and fulfill the trust in preserving the sacrifices of the people of Sham and the blood of their martyrs, which irrigated the land of Sham, in order to repulse the haughty and liberate the land, and as per the Shari’ah of Allah, the Incite the Believers Operations Room confirms the following:

First: It considers participating in drafting the constitution under the sponsorship of the occupiers, laying the groundwork for elections that seek to reproduce the Ba’ath regime, with the injection of some traitors, and legitimizing the occupation, as a betrayal of Allah and His Messenger, and a betrayal of the sacrifices of the people of Sham and the blood of their martyrs.

Second: It considers devotion to international sponsorship through forfeiting decision-making in the field to the hands of the international system and its tools, and entering into military, political, and administrative projects based on principles contradicting Islam, such as secularism and democracy, and paving the way to participate in the capitulatory political solution, which is intended to be imposed on the people of jihad and their blessed jihad, to be invalidated by the Shari’ah of our Lord. Also, experience has proven that this is but a kind of suicide and a form of tampering that leads to the forfeiture of the field and the sacrifices of its people, and loss of this world and the hereafter.

Third: We must work to restore independent decision-making and reject capitulatory political solutions, and close ranks, and persist and continue the jihad until we attain one of the two best outcomes. Whatever the costs of this road and its taxes, they are nothing compared to that of humiliation, capitulation, and retribution, which will not spare even future generations. And Allah knows best.
